唐代 蕃鎭에 關한 考察 : 鎭을 中心으로 Especially on Chin

As the militia (Fu-Ping) system of early T'ang collapsed after Hsu¨anTsung's rein. the domintion of the fontier regional commandaries was brought about. The essense of These regional commanderies is Chin. Chin consisted of officers and soldiers and as its officers there wee regional commander, Vice-commander Pubyungmasa Abeo Tohohu and Sibjang. On account of the collapse of the militia (Fu-Ping) system, the constituents of Chin were professional soldiers and militias. It can be said the difference between Proffessional soldier and militia is that the one is the government forces and the other the militiaman The leadership of the regional commanders played a very important role in military affairs, It was reduced to some extent by HunTsung's reformation, but the reformation was not successful Provincial military leaders posted regional commanders and soldiers and soldiers in strategic places, so that the expansion of their power came to be possible by force of arms. Thus provincial military leaders took advantage of regional commanders for the strengthening of their power.

전문가시스템의 성공을 좌우하는 지식추출은 주요 애로공정 중의 하나로 알려져 있다. 설상가상으로 전문가의 부재, 새로운 또는 복잡한 문제 등 영역의 특성상 전문가시스템 개발은 실패할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 KACE구조를 제안하였다. 본 구조는 작업 발생기, 작업 실행기, 작업 평가기, 규칙 발생기와 전문가시스템 등 5개의 주요 요소로 구성되어 있다. 이 구조를 이용하여 NP-complete인 일정계획 문제에 대한 전문가시스템이 어떻게 구축될 수 있는가를 예시하였다.

Gender Equality Legislation in Korea

Korea has revised the discriminative contents in its existing laws and has introduced other legislative changes to ensure gender equality since the 1980s and has succeeded in establishing various gender equality legislations in a relative short period. Despite various legislative measures, Korean women’s status shows that we still have a long way to achieve gender equality. This implies that concrete public policies and legislations are required to allow legal equality to play a critical role to influence Korean men and women and to change the social system substantially. The report discusses gender mainstreaming and how it has adapted women related legislations as a way to overcome the limitations of existing Korean law and policies. Gender mainstreaming in public policies can invoke reorganization of existing policies. As the establishing, executing and evaluating processes of policies are reformed, reorganized and improved, gender segregated jobs and roles of men and women should become redundant. Through such changes various public service programs should also be accompanied to make work places become family‐friendly and reorganize the gender roles of men and women.

본 논문의 목적은 누가복음의 여성상에 대한 현대의 일반적 논의들을 소개하고 case study로 누가복음 7:36-50에 나타난 죄 많은 여인의 이야기를통해 급진적 페미니스트와 반대되는 복음주의적 관점에서의 누가복음 여성상에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 누가복음이 묘사하고 있는 여성의 지위와 역할에 대해서 학자들 사이에서는 상반된 두 가지 입장이 있어왔다. 누가의 여성묘사에 대한 긍정적 입장을 가진 이들은 누가가 여성을 하나님의 계시의 온전한 수납자로, 혹은 예수님의 참된 제자 등으로 이해한다. 반면에 부정적 입장을 견지하는 이들은 누가가 교회 안에서의 여성의 역할을 제한할 목적으로여성을 묘사하고 있다고 주장한다. 이 논문에서 필자는 누가의 여성상을 긍정적 입장에서 연구하였고, 누가가 당시의 사회적 통념과 관습을 뛰어넘는복음 안에서의 새로운 여성상을 제시하려 했다고 본다. 특별히 누가의 여성상에 대해 활발히 논쟁되고 있는 누가복음 7:36-50에 나타난 예수님의 발에향유를 붓는 죄 많은 여인의 이야기를 통해 하나님의 용서하시는 은혜 앞에 서 남성과 여성 사이의 종말론적인 평등(the eschatological equality between men and women in the presence of God’s forgiving grace)이 있음을 보여준다. 본 논문은 크게 세 부분으로 구성된다. 첫째, 필자는 누가복음과 사도행전에 나타난 여성상에 대한 이슈와 논의를 소개하였다. 긍정적, 부정적 관점에서 학자들이 각각 어떻게 누가의 여성 묘사를 이해하는지와 특별히 페미니스트들의 누가복음 여성상을 보여주었다. 둘째, 논의를 좁혀 case study로 급진적 페미니스트(radical feminist)로 분류될 수 있는 Teresa Hornsby의 누가복음 7:36-50의 죄 많은 여인의 이야기에 대한 성경 해석을 소개하였다. Hornsby는 누가가 남성중심의 사회에서 죄 많은 여인을 성적(sexualization)으며 묘사했다고 주장하며 대부분의 성경 해석자들은 그것에 근거하여 이 여인을 이해하려했다고 비판하였다. 셋째, 필자는 Hornsby의 입장에 반대하여누가는 죄 많은 여인을 성적으로 묘사하려는 의도를 가지지 않았으며 그와는반대로 이 여인을 자기 의가 강한 바리새인 시몬과 끊임없이 대조시킴으로써하나님의 용서하시는 은혜 앞에서 남성과 여성 사이의 종말론적 평등을 보여주고 있다고 주장하였다. 이러한 누가의 여성 묘사는 복음 안에서 계층과 인종 그리고 성(class, ethnicity, and gender) 간의 모든 장벽을 허물고 종말론적 평등에 기초한 하나님의 백성의 참된 공동체가 무엇인지를 보여주고 있다.

<게르니카>의 에크프라시스: 아라발과 로페스 모소의 희곡 『게르니카』

‘Ekphrasis’ which has long tradition in literary history, means re-expressing pictures through language. Picasso's masterpiece, Guernica which created the tragic event of Spanish history in the 20th century, influences many literary works of the 20th century. The most representative works will be the Guernica of Fernando Arabal and the Guernica of Jerónimo López Mozo. This study examines the relationship between Picasso’s Guernica, and Fernando Arrabal and López Mozo's dramas and the interrelationship between literary works and audience. And ultimately analyzes how these two dramas make ‘Ekphrasis’ of the famous picture. 문학사에서 오랜 전통을 가진 에크프라시스는 그림을 언어를 통해 다시 표현하는 것을 의미한다. 20세기 스페인 역사의 비극적인 사건인 게르니카 폭격을 다룬 피카소의 대작 <게르니카>는 20세기의 많은 문학 작품에 영향을 끼친다. 그중 가장 대표적인 문학 작품이 페르난도 아라발의 희곡 『게르니카』와 헤로니모 로페스 모소의 희곡 『게르니카』일 것이다. 본 연구는 피카소의 그림과 아라발과 로페스 모소의 희곡 작품들 사이의 상관성과 작품과 관객과의 상관성을 살펴보고, 궁극적으로 두 희곡 작품이 그림을 어떻게 에크프라시스하고 있는지를 조망한다.
