Dae Gon The study was conducted to investigate the effect of breed, sex on fatty acid compostition. Hanwoo and Holstein used, in the study were classified by sex. The results are summarized as follows ; Oleic acid and unsaturated fatty acids(UFA) percentages of total fatty acids in Hanwoo were higher than in Holstein, but palmitic acid and saturated fatty acids(SFA) were lower in Hanwoo. Oleic acid in steers of Hanwoo and Holstein tended to increase compared with bulls. Oleic acid in rib loin and top round were considerably higher in Hanwoo steers than in Holstein steers. In Hanwoosteers, oleic acid and UFA tended to increased while stearic acid and SFA decreased as marbling degree increased.

The 3-dimensional (3D) chip stacking technology is a leading technology to realize a high density and high performance system in package (SiP). There are several kinds of methods for chip stacking, but the stacking and interconnection through Cu filled through-hole via is considered to be one of the most advanced stacking technologies. Therefore, we studied the optimum process of through-hole via formation and Cu filling process for Si wafer stacking. Through-hole via was formed with DRIE (Deep Reactive ion Etching) and Cu filling was realized with the electroplating method. The optimized conditions for the via formation were RE coil power of 200 W, etch/passivation cycle time of 6.5 : 6 s and SF6 : C4F8 gas flow rate of 260 : 100 sccm. The reverse pulsed current of 1.5 A/dm2 was the most favorable condition for the Cu electroplating in the via. The Cu filled Si wafer was chemically and mechanically polished (CMP) for the following flip chip bumping technology.
취업역량 관점에서 대학생과 취업자⋅인사 담당자 간의 인식비교와 대학교의 진로교육에 관한 연구

오늘날과 같은 극심한 청년층 취업난 속에서 대학교육이 전통적 틀에서 벗어나 학생들의 취업 혹은 창업역량을 키우고 지원해야 한다는 사회적 요구가 점차 증가하고 있다. 대학은 이를 수용하기 위한 대학의 변화와 혁신은 더 이상 늦출 수 없는 과제가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서 취업역량 관점에서 대학생과 취업자·인사 담당자 간의 인식차이와 대학생의 취직역량 실태를 조사하고, 취업자·인사담당자로부터 취업에 요구되는 취업역량의 요인을 추출하였다. 또한 취업역량 향상을 위한 진로 교육에 대한 대학생의 니즈를 확인하고, 취업자의 경험 및 의견을 고려해 신입생부터 졸업생까지의 체계적인 진로 교육 로드맵을 찾아보았다. 연구결과에 의하면 취업역량 관점에서 회사와 학생의 시각이 달라도 너무 다르다는 점이다. 학생의 의식에서 취업인의 의식으로 전환할 수 있도록 진로교육의 조기 실시, 현장실습 중심의 취업 준비, 창의 및 융·복합 교육, 진로·취업 교양과목의 로드맵에 의한 취업 역량 향상 지원 프로그램 및 진로교육 과정에 대한 대학의 전폭적인 지원과 핵심요원 양성, 진로관의 정립에 영향을 미치는 학부 전공 교수의 역할이 확대되어야 한다. In the extreme youth unemployment crisis, the social demands to the change of education in universities is increasing. Innovation and change in the university has been a challenge that can no longer be delayed. This study analyzes the differences in perception between students and the employed · HR managers from the standpoint job competency and proposes a systematic career education. According to this study, in order to have a job competency, an early career education, a field training employment preparation, a liberal arts education convergence·integration, a road map for career or employment electives, a systematic career education should be performed. The professor role should be expanded to set career form to students. This study can provide the difference of point of view between students and HR Managers, and consequential guideline of career path preparation, so that university students can shift their viewpoints when they map out their career path.

Simple 3, 10, and 30-story buildings with a nonstructural element which is located at roof or near the middle of the building height are selected. Based on 2009 Korean Building Code, the seismic design force applied at the nonstructural element is evaluated. Response spectrum analysis is conducted with the design response acceleration spectrum of 2009 Korean Building Code and the analytical response is compared with the seismic design force from the Code. Furthermore, an artificial earthquake based on Korean design response acceleration spectrum and the 50% intensity of El Centro earthquake, which can be considered as the maximum future earthquake possibly occurring in Korea, are selected to conduct time history analysis. When the period of the nonstructural element is shorter than 0.06 second or longer than that of the 1st period of each building, the Code equations of seismic design force for nonstructural element seems to be appropriate. However, the period of the nonstructural element is close to the one of the building's higher mode periods including the 1st period, seismic force of the nonstructural element might exceed the Code specified seismic design force.

For the lateral load resistance of a RC frame in a medium risk seismic zone, the strength of lower story beams and columns should be larger than those of the upper stories. However, the lateral loads can be accommodated by redistributing design beam moments vertically as well as horizontally so all beams end up with identical strengths. This paper looks at the impact of the vertical redistribution of beam moments to provide identical beam strength over as many floors as possible. Two-bay six-story RC frame was designed with and without vertical beam moment redistribution and its seismic performance were evaluated by using push-over limit analysis and by non-linear time history dynamic analysis. Analytical results show that with the use of vertical beam moment redistribution the increase in the ductility demand is similar to the proportion of moment redistribution applied, but this additional demand is below the ductility capacity of well detailed RC members.
면진장치 들림 효과를 고려한 면진된 골조의 구조 거동 평가

After obtaining tensile and compressive stiffness as well as shear stiffness of elastomeric seismic isolator experimentally, those stiffness were modeled analytically using nonlinear computer program. To induce tensile stress due to overturning in the seismic isolators of an isolated frame for horizontal force, free vibration simulations generated by large initial displacement were conducted. Since elastomeric seismic isolator is weak for tensile stress, the axial stiffness of isolators shall be included properly in the analytical model to evaluate the uplift phenomenon of elastomeric seismic isolator.
