We are living in the smart information era and our need for a new concept in office space environments has increased in order to adapt to the apparent social changes that ensue. Seoul Metro has proposed a development plan for an integrated operating technology center in Dongjak-gu to answer the needs for integrated work procedures in the hopes of increasing work efficiency. This study aims to accurately define the concept of an integrated office space, and in correlation with Seoul Metro’s work, aim to construct a user-centric office work environment and make physical improvements to the working environment. By compiling theoretical studies and previous case studies related to integrated office work spaces, the needs of the users were researched and analyzed in order to propose spatial developments which present an efficient working environment while also providing plenty of space for rest and recuperation. There are hopes of future integrated office space developments through post application evaluations. 스마트 정보화 시대로의 진입은 사회적 변화와 더불어 새로운 개념의 업무환경이 요구되고 있다. 이에 지하철 운영기관인 서울교통공사에서는 업무의 효율성을 위해 통합형 업무 진행의 필요성을 전제로 동작 통합기술센터 업무환경을 계획하였다. 본 연구에서는 통합형 오피스의 명확한 개념을 정립하고, 서울교통공사의 과업방향에 준거하여 물리적 환경 개선과 사용자 중심의 디자인을 고려한 동작 통합기술센터 업무공간구축에 목적을 두고, 연구 방법으로는 통합형 업무공간의 이론적 고찰과 사전의견 수렴을 통하여 사용자의 요구사항을 조사, 분석하였고 연구의 결과를 통합적 근무환경을 지원하는 업무공간과 휴게공간 및 체력증진공간을 반영한 공간계획을 제시하였다. 사용 후 평가를 통해 다른 역사의 통합형 업무공간으로의 전개가 이루어질 것을 기대해본다.

This study purposed to grasp the Design Characteristic of the representative Furnitures produced recently by Domestic Furniture Manufacturers. As for the researching method, setting as the object of the selected 7 furniture manufacturers, through the regional classification such as living room, bedroom, dining room, and then chose again the 395 items of furnitures to be analyzed. The Design Characteristic of the chosen furnitures has been examined clearly by the analysis standard framework for those peculiarities at view of aesthetic, decorating and material. As the result of analysis, as for the aesthetic Peculiarity of the furnitures, the rectilinear form was overwhelming than the curve lined shape, and it was appeared that the brighter tone of color was used quite more. In the respect of aesthetic characteristic, the furnitures decorated with modern style is pretty gaining predominance than that of reflected style of traditional character, and since modern residential space has been maintained continuously as minimal shaped trend for several years, it could be known that such moulding and decorating peculiarities and also furniture as the composing factor of space had been selected together with it. Based on such conclusion, standing on this time point where the design trend of residential space is being changed, it is also considered that the Development of Furniture Design which copes positively with such change tendency in the future.

하지의 고압 전기화상 후에 발생한 족관절의 화농성 관절염: 증례 보고

A high-voltage electrical burn caused extensive deep muscle injuries beneath a relatively small skin wound at the contact point. Hidden, undetected deep muscle injuries have a tendency for progressive tissue necrosis, which can lead to major amputations or sepsis. The radiologic features of this rare, sometimes life-threatening injury have occasionally been described in the literature. However, to the best of our knowledge, there have been no reports on a case of pyogenic arthritis of the ankle joint following a high-voltage electrical burn involving the lower extremity. We report a case of the pyogenic arthritis of the ankle joint following a high-voltage electrical burn involving the lower extremity. 고압 전기화상은 상대적으로 적은 표면의 상처부위 밑의 근육에 광범위한 손상을 줄 수 있으며 숨겨진 근육 손상은 이를 적절히 치료하지 않으면 점차 진행되어 결국은 패혈증이나 광범위한 사지 절단 같은 합병증을 가져온다. 국내외문헌에 고압 전기화상 환자의 혈관 조영술 및 MRI 소견에 대한 보고들이 있으나 아직 하지에 발생한 고압 전기화상 환자의 근육 손상 및 관절 손상 후에 직접 감염에 의한 화농성 관절염에 대한 보고는 없다. 이에 저자들은 고압 전기화상 환자에서 발생한 하지의 근육 및 관절 손상 후에 발생한 족관절의 화농성 관절염을 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

Design Development of Street Furniture for Improvement of Urban Environment - Focusing on 'Y' District, a part of the Seoul Design Street Project

Under ‘The Design Street’ Project, one of the urban environment improvement projects of Seoul, the facilities on the street have been greatly varied in terms of design. In addition, the municipal authority has pushed each district to develop its own identity based on the integrated design of the city. This study was aimed to propose a design which could solve the current problem in street furniture in terms of environmental improvement through an analysis on current street conditions in "Y" District as a part of Seoul Design Street Project. It has attempted to propose 11 street furnitures based on the basic strategy of 'Soft City' which has been promoted by Seoul City in accordance with the Seoul Public Facility Guidelines as 1. Airy Design, 2. Integrated Design, 3. Collaborative Design and 4. Sustainable Design. Among them, for the total design in Seoul six facilities - kiosk, manhole, traffic signal controller, public phone, road sign and waste receptacle were proposed by Seoul City have been accepted. For local differentiation, on the contrary, five items - planter bench, bollard, lifter, bike rack and fence have been newly designed and proposed. Furthermore, it is essential to carry out systematic supervision and continuous management on the detail design and construction of current regional design development projects.

캐릭터 마케팅을 활용한 국내 테마파크에 관한 연구

테마파크는 가족형 놀이문화의 대표적 공간으로, 각 테마파크는 캐릭터 산업화를 통하여 홍보 및 이미지 구축을 통한 이윤창출을 도모하고 있다.이에 본 연구는 국내 테마파크의 캐릭터 활용 사례를 조사 분석함으로써 현재 캐릭터 마케팅의 적용 현황을 규명하는데 목적을 두며, 연구의 범위로는 케릭터 마케팅이 적용된 국내 유명 테마파크 4곳을 대상으로 하였다. 분석방법으로는 테마파크의 공간유형과 공간 전개 수법, 형태의 유형의 분석을 기초로 하여 테마파크에서의 캐릭터 마케팅 활용의 현황을 비교분석하였다. 그 결과로 4개사 모두 다양한 테마로, 직접적인 체험과 이벤트가 주된 전개수법이며, 테마유형은 애니메이션을 활용한 캐릭터들의 환상적인 공간연출로 구성되었다. 테마파크의 캐릭터 적용의 공간 구성요소 적용 결과는 비교적 모든 시설이 체계적인 접근이 아닌 외국의 유명 테마파크의 유형을 답습하는 형태를 지니고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 개발될 테마파크는 국내형 캐릭터 마케팅을 적극 반영한 한국 정체성이 있는 문화적 놀이체험의 장으로써 발전되어나가야 할 것이다. The Theme Park as the typical space for the family-typed recreation culture, is aiming to make a profit production through the character-industrialization by means of the public relation and its image-establishment. Thereby, this study purposes to inquire the application on present condition of the current character marketing of domestic theme park, and as the scope of study, the 4 domestic famous theme parks were selected. As the analysis method, based on the space type of theme park and the space development method, the analysis on the type of form, it had compared and analyzed about the current state of character marketing utilization at the theme park . As the result, the main development method in all was in the various themes such as the direct experience and event, and their theme type was composed with the fantastic space direction of the characters utilizing animation. In the application result of the space component applied at the theme park character, comparatively all of the facilities are retaining the following form to the pattern of the foreign famous theme park. Accordingly, the theme park to be developed in the future should be promoted as the place of cultural recreation experience where actively reflecting the domestic-typed character marketing with Korean Identity.

산학디자인 지원프로그램을 통한 컴퓨터데스크 개발연구 -유니버설 디자인 개념 적용을 통하여-

With rapidly changing modem information technology, the structure of our lifestyle has underwent much changes in our society. One of these changes is an immense distribution of computer desks, which became necessities of life in various organizations, companies and public offices as well as at home. Therefore, many companies are faced with the necessity of bringing about a new product with esthetic needs and new functions and come to have opportunities to make profits from top-quality products based on competitive design development. The academic design support program in collaboration with industry can provide design-related industry with a design assistance for a new product development, in addition, it can give to the professional faculty of the college the chances to contribute to advancement of design industry of the nation. To accomplish the need and purpose of this research, the design development of unified computer desks was carried out with the introduction of life-long Universal design concept named ‘Design For All.’ The theoretical background of this study researched all the literature on the terms definition of a computer desk, the concept and definition of Universal design and design support program in collaboration with industry and performed data analyses for a product development through an analysis of domestic products and a benchmarking of foreign products. On the basis of these theoretical background and analysis results, this research brought out a new product through designing processes and the information of this production could be utilized via the feedback of a new product. That is, this research was done for a practical use.
