        Tiafenacil 30% SC, 70% WG의 안정적 약효 발현을 위한 전착제 혼용에 관한 연구

        Tiafenacil (brand name: Terrad’or ®) is a non-selective herbicide developed by Farmhannong. There are various products containing tiafenacil. Especially Tiafenacil 30% SC and Tiafenacil 70% WG have been aiming to be commercialized for Global market. These herbicides containing high content of active ingredient do not have surfactants comparing other herbicides registered in Korea. Therefore, additional surfactants should be tank-mixed for exhibiting stable efficacy. In this study, we verified enhanced effect of Tiafenacil 30% SC and Tiafenacil 70% WG by mixing surfactant. Tiafenacil 5% SC, a product pre-mixed with a surfactant, was used as control. Siloxane 30% SL was used as the surfactant in the study. The control effi cacy was evaluated by visual inspection on Digitaria ciliaris , Echinochloa crus-galli, Trifolium repens , Cyperus microiria , Erigeron annuus , Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum , Portulaca oleracea . Without Siloxane 30% SL, Tiafenacil 30% SC and Tiafenacil 70% WG showed the low effi cacy on Digitaria ciliaris , Echinochloa crus-galli , Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum . However, its effi cacy increased to the same level of the comparative herbicide when Siloxane 30% SL was added.

        Wg/Wnt1 and Erasp link ER stress to proapoptotic signaling in an autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa model

        The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a subcellular organelle essential for cellular homeostasis. Perturbation of ER functions due to various conditions can induce apoptosis. Chronic ER stress has been implicated in a wide range of diseases, including autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa (ADRP), which is characterized by age-dependent retinal degeneration caused by mutant rhodopsin alleles. However, the signaling pathways that mediate apoptosis in response to ER stress remain poorly understood. In this study, we performed an unbiased in vivo RNAi screen with a Drosophila ADRP model and found that Wg/Wnt1 mediated apoptosis. Subsequent transcriptome analysis revealed that ER stress-associated serine protease (Erasp), which has been predicted to show serine-type endopeptidase activity, was a downstream target of Wg/Wnt1 during ER stress. Furthermore, knocking down Erasp via RNAi suppressed apoptosis induced by mutant rhodopsin-1 (Rh-1P37H) toxicity, alleviating retinal degeneration in the Drosophila ADRP model. In contrast, overexpression of Erasp resulted in enhanced caspase activity in Drosophila S2 cells treated with apoptotic inducers and the stabilization of the initiator caspase Dronc (Death regulator Nedd2-like caspase) by stimulating DIAP1 (Drosophila inhibitor of apoptosis protein 1) degradation. These findings helped identify a novel cell death signaling pathway involved in retinal degeneration in an autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa model.

        High Performance MPPT Based on Variable Speed Generator Driven by Wind Power Generation in Battery Applications

        A wind generator (WG) maximum power point tracking (MPPT) system is presented here. It comprises of a variable-speed wind generator, a high-efficiency boost-type dc/dc converter and a control unit. The advantages of the aimed system are that it does not call for the knowledge of the wind speed or the optimal power characteristics and that it operates at a variable speed, thus providing high efficiency. The WG operates at variable speed and thus suffers lower stress on the shafts and gears compared to constant-speed systems. It results in a better exploitation of the available wind energy, especially in the low wind-speed range of 2.5-4.5 m/s. It does not depend on the WG wind and rotor-speed ratings or the dc/dc converter power rating. Higher reliability, lower complexity and cost, and less mechanical stress of the WG. It can be applied to battery-charging applications.

        Development and validation of FE models of impactor for pedestrian testing

        Car-pedestrian accidents account for a considerable number of automobile accidents in industrialized countries. Safeguarding of pedestrians is taking on an increasingly important role in car design. Working Group 17 (WG17) of the European Enhanced Vehicle-safety Committee (EEVC) proposed four impactor models for assessing pedestrian friendliness of a vehicle. In this study, finite element models of adult headform, child headform, upper legform, and legform impactor of pedestrians were created by using LS-DYNA finite element code. The impactor structures follow the descriptions in the reports of WG17 specifications. Simulated certification tests were performed. Some materials were selected from different trademarks of the same kind of materials. The knee of the legform impactor was designed. The parameters of the springs and dampers were adjusted to satisfy the requirements. Results of simulated certification tests for the four impactors are within WG17 limit ranges. These finite element impactor models obtained herein can help evaluate the pedestrian friendliness of vehicle and guide the future development of pedestrian safety technologies.

        OLED 조명 국제표준화 추진 현황 및 전략

        우리나라는 지난 2010년 세계 최초로 IEC(국제전기기술위원회, International Electrotechnical Commission)에 조명용 OLED 패널 국제표준을 제안하여 제정을 완료하였다. 또한 이를 기반으로 2016년 IEC TC 34(조명분과, Lamps and related equipment)에 OLED WG을 신설하고 WG 컨비너를 수임하여 국제표준을 주도하고 있다. 그러나 미래 고부가가치 산업인 OLED 조명의 국제표준 주도권을 유지하기 위해서는 보다 체계적인 대응 전략 도출이 시급한 상황이다. 특히, 우리나라와 경쟁국인 일본은 자국의 OLED 조명 국제표준에서의 지배력 강화와 주도를 위해 다양한 관련 표준을 IEC에 활발히 제안 중이며 중국도 OLED 조명 국제표준에 큰 관심을 보이고 있어 향후 OLED 조명 국제표준의 새로운 경쟁국으로 대두되고 있다. 더욱이 2018년 1월 TC 34 시드니 회의에서 2인의 공동 컨비너 중 한명의 후임을 일본에서 수임하게 되었다. 따라서 지속적으로 OLED 조명의 국제표준을 선도하고 IEC에서의 영향력을 제고해 나가기 위해서는 표준 진행 현황을 실시간으로 공유하고 국내 OLED 기업의 표준화 참여를 활성화 하여 국내 표준화 기반을 조성하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 최근 각광을 받고 있는 OLED 조명 관련 IEC의 국제표준화 추진 현황, OLED 조명 제품 및 기업의 주요 동향 및 주요 현안 들을 분석하여 향후 우리나라의 OLED 표준 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 전략을 도출하고자 한다. In 2010, Korea proposed the first international standard for lighting OLED panel to International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). Based on this, in 2016, the OLED WG was newly established in IEC TC 34 (Lamps and related equipment). However, in order to maintain the leadership of the international standard for OLED lighting, which is a high value-added industry in the future, it is urgent to develop a more systematic strategy. In particular, Korea and its competitor Japan are actively proposing various related standards to the IEC for strengthening and leading dominance in their own position in OLED lighting international standards, and China is showing great interest in the international standard for OLED lighting as an emerging competitor. Therefore, in order to continuously lead the international standard of OLED lighting and to enhance the influence in IEC, it is required to share the standard progress status in real time and activate the participation of standardization of domestic OLED companies. In this study, we will analyze the present status of international standardization of OLED lighting, OLED lighting products, major trends and issues of companies, and draw out strategies for securing Korean OLED standard competitiveness in the future.

        태양광발전기술의 국내 보급 및 세계 시장 진출에 있어서 표준화는 매우 중요한 요소이다 국제 표준화에 대응하여 국제 표준화 동향을 국내에 신속히 적용하고 국내 기술을 국제 규격에 제안하는 것이 그 핵심 내용이라고 할 수 있다. 국제 표준화는 IEC TC 82에서 담당하고 있으며 용어, 태양전지 모듈 시스템 주변기기 등 분야별로 WG에서 구체적인 논의를 진행하고 있다 현재까지 국내의 국제 표준화 대응은 미미하다고 할 수 있으나, 2004년도부터 정부에서 태양광을 포함한 신재생에너지 3대 중점분야 국제 표준화 5개년 계획을 수립하여 현재 추진하고 있다. 태양광 분야의 경우도 태양광 표준화 사업을 통해 태양광 표준화 전문가 회의를 구성하고 참가 전문가들이 IEC TC 82 총회 및 분야별 WG에 참석하고 있다 이후 계속적인 활동을 통해 국제표준화 동향을 국내 규격에 적응하고 규격 개정 작업에서부터 IEC TC 82 WG에서의 주도적인 활동이 전개되어야 한다

      • 학술연구 : 국제표준이름식별기호(ISNI) 표준제정의 시사점과 향후과제에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 현재 ISO/TC46/WG6에서 ISO 27729라는 표준번호로 제정을 추진하고 있는 국제표준 이름식별기호인 ISNI에 대한 주요현황 및 운영조직의 기능과 역할 등을 분석하였다. 또한 ISNI가 단체에 대한 범용성과 유일성을 지닌 국제적 식별기호로서 지니는 도서관계 관점에서 바라본 시사점과 ISNI 표준의 운영과 적용의 확대를 위해 해결해야 할 문제점과 향후과제를 제시하였다. This Study analyzed the ISNI`s standardization status and it`s governance, as a International Standard Name Identifier-ISO 27729 in ISO/TC46/WG6. On the view of library domain, also studied The ISNI`s compatibilities and uniqueness and the suggestions and Future work on the ISNI International Standardization.

        To nickel base superalloy in dry cutting, the milling experiment be done in the four-axis machining center with ceramic tool WG300 is in order to know the influence of cutting speed to chip morphology through the macroscopic observation on chip by optical microscope and the analysis of chip morphology. Then, focus on the machining features of GH3039, reasonable orthogonal test be designed, after which getting the influence of different level’s value to milling force and its change law based on the range analysis of experiment datum.
