Many consumers are opting for online booking over traditional booking systems. Customers can actively seek out information about hotels and lodging services, as well as book rooms, at any time and from any location. Customers also feel more supported when they interact with virtual assistants or professionals. Recognizing this issue, several hotels have focused on improving their websites by incorporating aspects that encourage customers to book directly through the hotel’s website. The study’s goal is to discover what factors impact people’s decisions to book a hotel stay through the hotel’s website. Therefore, hotel managers and owners can make decisions to improve the hotel website to attract residents to Can Tho City. The factors are website quality, affective commitment, social presence, and e-trust that affect customers’ decision to book through the hotel website. The study uses quantitative methods to collect data from 180 residents living in Can Tho. Through data analysis on SPSS and Amos software, the research results show that three factors considered, namely website quality, affective commitment, and social presence, positively influence customers’ booking decisions. This finding also suggests that e-trust is less critical to residents in Can Tho City, different from what the study had predicted.

Objective: Fibronectin 3 (FN3) and immunoglobulin like modules (Ig) are usually collocated beside modular cellulase catalytic domains. However, very few researches have investigated the role of these modules. In a previous study, we have sequenced and analyzed bacterial metagenomic DNA in Vietnamese goats' rumen and found that cellulase-producing bacteria and cellulase families were dominant. In this study, the properties of modular cellulases and the role of a FN3 in unique endoglucanase belonging to glycosyl hydorlase (GH) family 5 were determined. Methods: Based on Pfam analysis, the cellulases sequences containing FN3, Ig modules were extracted from 297 complete open reading frames (ORFs). The alkaline, thermostability, tertiary structure of deduced enzymes were predicted by AcalPred, TBI software, Phyre2 and Swiss models. Then, whole and truncated forms of a selected gene were expressed in Escherichia coli and purified by His-tag affinity column for assessment of FN3 ability to enhance enzyme activity, solubility and conformation. Results: From 297 complete ORFs coding for cellulases, 148 sequences containing FN3, Ig were identified. Mostly FN3 appeared in 90.9% beta-glucosidases belonging to glycosyl hydrolase family 3 (GH3) and situated downstream of catalytic domains. The Ig was found upstream of 100% endoglucanase GH9. Rarely FN3 was seen to be situated downstream of X domain and upstream of catalytic domain endoglucanase GH5. Whole enzyme (called XFN3GH5 based on modular structure) and truncate forms FN3, XFN3, FN3GH5, GH5 were cloned in pET22b (+) and pET22SUMO to be expressed in single and fusion forms with a small ubiquitin-related modifier partner (S). The FN3, SFN3 increased GH5 solubility in FN3GH5, SFN3GH5. The SFN3 partly served for GH5 conformation in SFN3GH5, increased modules interaction and enzyme-soluble substrate affinity to enhance SXFN3GH5, SFN3GH5 activities in mixtures. Both SFN3 and SXFN3 did not anchor enzyme on filter paper but exfoliate and separate cellulose chains on filter paper for enzyme hydrolysis. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the presence of FN3 module in certain cellulases was confirmed and it assisted for enzyme conformation and activity in both soluble and insoluble substrate.

Backgrounds/Aims: Parenchymal-sparing anatomical hepatectomy (Ps–AH) based on portal ramification of the right anterior section (RAS) is a new technique to avoid unnecessarily transecting too much liver parenchyma, especially in cases of major anatomical hepatectomy. Methods: We prospectively assessed 26 patients with primary hepatic malignancies having undergone major Ps–AH based on portal ramification of the RAS from August 2018 to August 2022 (48 months). The perioperative indications, clinical data, intra-operative index, pathological postoperative specimens, postoperative complications, and follow-up results were retrospectively evaluated. Results: Among the 26 patients analyzed, there was just one case that had intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma The preoperative level of α– Fetoprotein was 25.2 ng/mL. All cases (100%) had Child–Pugh A liver function preoperatively. The ventral/dorsal RAS was preserved in 19 and 7 patients, respectively. The mean surgical margin was 6.2 mm. The mean surgical time was 228.5 minutes, while the mean blood loss was 255 mL. In pathology, 5 cases (19.2%) had microvascular invasion, and in the group of HCC patients, 92% of all cases had moderate or poor tumor differentiation. Six cases (23.1%) of postoperative complications were graded over III according to the Clavien–Dindo system, including in three patients resistant ascites or intra-abdominal abscess that required intervention. Conclusions: Parenchymal-sparing anatomical hepatectomy based on portal ramification of the RAS to achieve R0-resection was safe and effective, with favorable short-term outcomes. This technique can be used widely in clinical practice.

The aim of this paper is to study the class of $\Lambda$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over the finite commutative chain ring ${\mathcal R}_a=\frac{\mathbb F_{p^m}[u]}{\left\langle u^a \right\rangle}=\mathbb F_{p^m} + u \mathbb F_{p^m}+ \dots + u^{a-1}\mathbb F_{p^m}$, for all units $\Lambda$ of $\mathcal R_a$ that have the form $\Lambda=\Lambda_0+u\Lambda_1+\dots+u^{a-1}\Lambda_{a-1}$, where $\Lambda_0, \Lambda_1, \dots, \Lambda_{a-1} \in \mathbb F_{p^m}$, $\Lambda_0 \,{\not=}\, 0, \, \Lambda_1 \,{\not=}\, 0$. The algebraic structure of all $\Lambda$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over ${\mathcal R}_a$ and their duals are established. As an application, this structure is used to determine the Rosenbloom-Tsfasman (RT) distance and weight distributions of all such codes. Among such constacyclic codes, the unique MDS code with respect to the RT distance is obtained.

Hai Q. Dinh,Bac Trong Nguyen,Songsak Sriboonchitta 대한수학회 2019 대한수학회보 Vol.56 No.2
This paper investigates skew $\Theta$-$\lambda$-constacyclic codes over $R={\bf F}_0\oplus {\bf F}_1 \oplus \cdots \oplus {\bf F}_{k-1}$, where ${\bf F}_i$'s are finite fields. The structures of skew $\lambda$-constacyclic codes over finite commutative semi-simple rings and their duals are provided. Moreover, skew $\lambda$-constacyclic codes of arbitrary length are studied under a new definition. We also show that a skew cyclic code of arbitrary length over finite commutative semi-simple rings is equivalent to either a cyclic code over $R$ or a quasi-cyclic code over $R$.

Gen Z is a special generation that was born with technology, converging the best development conditions making them an important part of the future development of Vietnam’s economy. Gen Z is an important part of the future development of Vietnam’s economy. The purpose of this study is to identify and measure the impact of various factors affecting the business intentions of Gen Z in Vietnam during the Covid pandemic. The study did not go into the details of entrepreneurship, instead focused on explaining the impact of factors such as risk-taking, market economic trends, influencers, confidence, and family business traditions on the business intentions of Gen Z. The study was carried out using quantitative and qualitative methods with 335 data points collected online via survey links. The methods used to test the scale such as Cronbach alpha, CFA, SEM are used to examine the correlation between factors affecting the business intention of Gen Z in Vietnam. The results showed that the business intention of Gen Z in Vietnam is positively correlated and significantly influenced by confidence and risk-taking. Furthermore, the study reveals a difference in entrepreneurship of Gen Z Vietnam based on gender and education level.
A HYBRID METHOD FOR INTEGRATING MULTIPLE ONTOLOGIES
Duong, Trong Hai,Nguyen, Ngoc Thanh,Jo, Geun Sik Taylor Francis 2009 Cybernetics and systems Vol.40 No.2
<P> While there has been a variety of research focusing on ontology integration based on simple techniques (e.g., element- or structure-level techniques), the hybrid approaches combining the simple techniques have not been explored. In this paper we describe a hybrid method to integrate multiple ontologies in several levels, such as the element level, internal structure, and relational structure. A semantic supporting environment (SSE) combining special domains (e.g., WordNet) and text corpus are defined in the proposed approach. An enriched ontology model (EOM) has been proposed to reduce the initial complexity of the process of ontology integration. Subsequently, the semantic network called OnConceptSNet is provided. The relations between the concepts in the OnConceptSNet are derived from the SSE. An enhanced algorithm (EA) has been proposed to enhance OnConceptSNet.</P>

Dinh, Hai Q.,Nguyen, Bac Trong,Sriboonchitta, Songsak Korean Mathematical Society 2019 대한수학회보 Vol.56 No.2
This paper investigates skew ${\Theta}-{\lambda}$-constacyclic codes over $R=F_0{\oplus}F_1{\oplus}{\cdots}{\oplus}F_{k-1}$, where $F{_i}^{\prime}s$ are finite fields. The structures of skew ${\lambda}$-constacyclic codes over finite commutative semi-simple rings and their duals are provided. Moreover, skew ${\lambda}$-constacyclic codes of arbitrary length are studied under a new definition. We also show that a skew cyclic code of arbitrary length over finite commutative semi-simple rings is equivalent to either a cyclic code over R or a quasi-cyclic code over R.
