        日韓会計学教育において授業の影響要因が授業満足度と 授業成果に及ぼす影響に関する研究

        The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of accounting course on course satisfaction and course performance in accounting education in Japan and Korea. The research model has in design an influence factor of a course as an independent variable, course satisfaction as a mediating variable and learning outcomes as a dependent variable. Independent variables have three components: a college education environment, teaching curriculum technique, and student self-efficacy as influence factor of a course. Course satisfaction is a mediating variable. Learning outcomes is a dependent variable. The research hypothesis is set according to the research model. For this study, data collection was conducted from November 11, 2019 to January 15, 2020, with students from the Department of Business Administration at Dong-Eui University in Busan, and students from the Department of Business and Business Administration at Kyushu Industrial University in Fukuoka City, Japan. As a result of the study, the hypothesis that influence factor of a course will have a positive effect on the course satisfaction was partly adopted. On the other hand, the hypothesis that the educational environment of the school will have a positive(+) effect on course satisfaction was dismissed and found to have no effect. The hypothesis that the professor’s teaching curriculum and teaching techniques will have a positive effect on course satisfaction, and the hypothesis that the students’ self-efficacy will have a positive effect on course satisfaction were adopted and found to have an effect. In addition, the hypothesis that course satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on the class performance was adopted and found to have an effect. 본 연구의 목적은 일한 회계학교육에 있어서 수업의 영향요인이 수업만족도와 수업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아본다. 연구모형은 독립변수로 수업영향요인, 매개변수로 수업만족도 및 종속변수로 학습 성과로 설계하였으며, 독립변수를 수업영향요인으로 대학교육환경, 교수교육과정기법, 학생자기효능감으로 설계하였다. 매개변수로는 수업만족도로 설계하였다. 종속변수로는 학습성과로 정의하였으며, 연구가설은 연구모형에 따라 설정하였다. 본 연구의 수행하기 위해 자료 수집은 2019년 11월 11일부터 2020년 1월 15일까지 부산광역시 소재 동의대학교 경영학부 학생과 일본 후꾸오까시 소재 규슈산업대학 상학 및 경영학계열 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 수업영향요인은 수업만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에는 부분적으로 채택되었다. 반면 학교의 교육환경은 수업만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증한 결과 기각되어 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 교수의 교육과정과 기법은 수업만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설과 학생의 자기효능감은 수업만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되어 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 수업만족도는 수업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택된 것으로 나타났다.

        골프장 캐디의 사회적 서비스스케이프와 골프장 만족, 골프장 충성도의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf course caddy's social servicescape, golf course satisfaction, and golf course loyalty. The survey was conducted using both online and offline methods, and a total of 224 questionnaires were used as final data. For data processing, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model verification were conducted using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical programs, and the conclusions are as follows. First, it was found that all variables, such as attitude and professionalism, which are sub-factors of the golf course caddy's social servicescape, had a significant effect on golf course satisfaction, and the caddy's social servicescape had a significant effect on golf course satisfaction. Second, it was found that all variables, such as attitude and professionalism, which are sub-factors of the golf course caddy's social service scape, had a significant effect on golf course loyalty, and the caddy's social service scape had a significant effect on golf course loyalty. Third, golf course satisfaction according to golf course caddy's social service scape had a significant effect on golf course loyalty.

        골프장 캐디의 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 조직몰입간의 인과 관계

        This study focused on gaining a better understanding of job attitudes toward golf course caddies. Reviewing the previous studies, few studies have focused on golf course caddies’s job attitudes such as job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Thus, this study aimed to examine the relationships among job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of golf course caddies. In order to accomplish this study, the proposed model was developed based on the review of the empirical studies and it tested the causal relationships among them. total 230 questionnaires were distributed to caddies at two private membership golf courses and one public golf course using a convenient sampling method. Among them, twenty-nine questionnaires were excluded because they were not fully completed. There were 201 usable questionnaires. Data were analyzed with frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling using PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study indicated that internal and external job satisfaction of golf course caddies has been negatively represented by the degree of physical and psychological job stress of golf course caddies. Job satisfaction had a positive impact on organizational commitment of golf course caddies. That is, job satisfaction composed by internal and external factors was strong predictor of affective commitment to the golf course. Job stress didn’t have a direct and significant influence on organizational commitment of golf course caddies. Based on the results of this study, it might have the fully mediating role of job satisfaction of golf course caddies in the relationship between job stress and organizational commitment. From an internal marketing perspective of golf courses, the findings of this study may provide the valuable information and the extensive knowledge to effectively manage golf courses. The findings also contribute to a provision of the practical applications for managers of golf courses.

        골프장-고객관계성이 골프장서비스품질, 골프장만족, 골프장태도 및 골프장충성도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 골프장과 고객의 관계성과 서비스품질, 골프장만족, 골프장태도 그리고 골프장충성도의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 조사대상은 경기와 충남지역에 위치한 골프장 고객으로 각 지역별로 4개의 골프장을 선정하여 각각 50명씩 총 400명이다. 표집방법은 편의표본추출법을 이용하였으며, 설문조사는 응답자 스스로가 설문 내용을 읽고 답하는 방식인 자기평가기 입법을 사용하였다. 조사는 2014년 8월 10일 ~ 8월 30일까지 연구자와 사전에 교육된 조사원 3명이 각 골프장을 방문하여 이 연구의 목적과 내용을 충분히 이해할 수 있도록 설명한 후 설문에 응답하도록 하였다. 회수한 설문지 중 응답 내용이 부실하거나 미기입, 중복기입 또는 전반적으로 신뢰도가 없다고 판단되는 31부의 설문지를 분석 대상에서 제외시키고 분석이 가능한 369부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 PASW 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach``s α 검사를 실시하였으며, AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 확인적요인분석과 상관관계분석 그리고 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프장-고객관계성은 서비스품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장-고객관계성은 골프장 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프장-고객관계성은 골프장태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스품질은 골프장만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 서비스품질은 골프장태도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 골프장만족은 골프장태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 골프장만족은 골프장충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 골프장태도는 골프장충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among golf course-customer relationship, golf course service quality, golf course satisfaction, golf course attitude and Golf Course Loyalty. Accordingly, this study set the users of the golf courses located in Gyeonggi-do Province and Chungnam region as this research subject. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on a total of 400 golfers with 50 golfers for each by selecting 4 golf courses by each district. As for sampling, this study used the convenience sampling method and as for questionnaire response, this study got respondents to make replies using the self-administration method, in which a respondent self reads the questionnaire contents and replies. From August 10 to August 30, 2014, this researcher and the three pre-trained surveyors visited each golf course, and called on the respondents to make a reply to the questionnaire after giving a detailed explanation about the objective and contents of this research for full understanding targeting the customers of a golf course. This study used the analyzable 369 copies for this research analysis among the collected questionnaires by excluding 31 copies from the object for analysis, which were judged to be poor in reply contents(non-entry and overwriting included), and generally unreliable. For data processing, this study conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structure equation modeling analysis, and Cronbach`s α test using PASW 18.0, and also conducted confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis using AMOS 18.0. The research results are as follows: First, golf course-customer Relationship had a significant effect on service quality. Second, golf course-customer Relationship had a significant effect on golf course satisfaction. Third, golf course-customer Relationship had a significant effect on golf course attitude. Fourth, service quality had a significant effect on golf course satisfaction. Fifth, service quality had a significant effect on golf course attitude. Sixth, golf course satisfaction had a significant effect on golf course attitude. Seventh, golf course satisfaction had a significant effect on golf course loyalty. Eighth, golf course attitude had a significant effect on golf course loyalty.

        Analysis of the Impact of Students’ Perception of Course Quality on Online Learning Satisfaction

        In the early 2020, COVID-19 changed the traditional way of teaching and learning. This paper aimed to explore the impact of college students' perception of course quality on their online learning satisfaction. A total of 4,812 valid samples were extracted, and the difference analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to make an empirical analysis of college students' online learning satisfaction. The research results were as follows. Firstly, there was no difference in online learning satisfaction among students by gender and grade. Secondly, learning assessment, course materials, course activities and learner interaction, and course production had a significant positive impact on online learning satisfaction. Course overview and course objectives had an insignificant correlation with online learning satisfaction. Thirdly, the total effect of online learning satisfaction was as follows. Course production had the greatest effect, followed by course activities and student-student interactions, followed by course materials. It was the learning evaluation that showed the least effect. This study can provide empirical reference for college teachers on how to continuously improve online teaching and increase students' satisfaction with online learning.

        대학 교양강좌로서 온라인 창의성 교육의 가능성 탐색 - 온·오프라인 창의성 강의 효과 비교 : 과제가치, 몰입, 강의만족, 학업성취를 중심으로 -

        This study explored the applicability of online creativity instruction to general college courses, which aimed to expand the opportunity and to improve the quality of creativity education at college. Thus, it studied student achievement, course satisfaction, flow, and task value of 43 students in an online creativity course and 37 in a traditional offline creativity course. In addition, it interviewed those students in the online course. The findings are as follows. First, when the two different types of creativity courses were compared, there were no significant differences in student achievement, course satisfaction, task value, and the degree of flow between the online course and the offline course. However, the students in the online course showed relatively lower scores in engagement, a subscale of flow, than the students in the offline course. Second, student achievement did not correlate with task value and flow in the online creativity course, while it correlated significantly with them in the offline course. In the online course, the only significant correlation was found between achievement and engagement. Third, students' course satisfaction correlated positively with task value and flow in both types of creativity courses. In particular, there was a high correlation between course satisfaction and flow in the offline course. Among the subscales of flow, the high correlations with course satisfaction were found in enjoyment, focused attention, engagement, and time distortion. Fourth, students' flow correlated positively with task value in both types of creativity courses and the correlation was higher in the offline course than in the online course. In both types of courses, all subscales of flow except engagement correlated significantly with task value. Fifth, the interview results indicated that the students in the online course tended to regard the online course as an easy-pass course. They reported that they had difficulty in sustaining their learning and in experiencing flow. Also they felt the need of immediate feedback in the online course. According to the interview with students, better online creativity courses should consider the development of more individualized programs, the development of more effective communication between instructor and students, and the application of more up-to-date instructional materials. 본 연구는 대학에서의 창의성 교육의 기회 확대 및 질적 향상을 위하여 온라인 창의성 교육의 가능성을 탐색해 보는 것이다. 이러한 목적에 의해 충남의 C 대학에서 온라인 창의성 강의를 수강하는 학생 43명과 오프라인 창의성 강의를 수강하는 학생 37명을 대상으로 학업성취, 강의만족도, 수업 몰입 및 과제가치를 측정하였으며, 온라인 창의성 강의 수강자들을 대상으로 면담을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 창의성 강의와 오프라인 창의성 강의를 비교한 결과 학업성취와 강의 만족도, 과제가치 및 몰입 정도에서 집단 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 몰입의 하위 요인 중 관여에서만 온라인 학습자들이 오프라인 학습자들에 비해 더 낮은 점수를 나타냈다. 둘째, 온라인 창의성 강의에서는 학업성취가 과제가치 및 몰입과 상관이 없었으나, 오프라인 창의성 강의에서는 학업성취가 과제가치 및 몰입과 높은 정적 상관을 보였다. 온라인 창의성 강의에서는 몰입의 하위요인 중 관여만이 학업성취와 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 온라인 및 오프라인 창의성 강의에서 강의 만족은 과제가치 및 몰입과 높은 정적 상관을 보였다. 특히 오프라인 창의성 강의에서 강의 만족은 몰입과 높은 정적 상관을 보였으며 하위 요인인 즐거움, 주의집중, 관여, 시간왜곡에서 모두 높은 정적 상관을 보였다. 넷째, 온라인 및 오프라인 창의성 강의에서 몰입은 과제가치와 정적인 상관을 보였으며, 오프라인 강의가 온라인 강의보다 더 높은 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 온라인·오프라인 강의 모두 몰입의 하위 요인 중 관여를 제외하고 나머지 요인에서 과제가치와 유의미한 정적인 상관을 보였다. 다섯째, 온라인 창의성 강의를 수강한 학생들과 면담을 해본 결과, 학생들은 온라인 강의를 쉽게 학점을 받을 수 있는 과목으로 인식하고 있었으며 지속적인 학습에 어려움을 겪는다고 하였다. 또한 몰입의 한계를 느끼고 실시간 피드백이 필요하다고 하였다. 온라인 창의성 강의의 효과를 높이기 위해 개선해야 될 점으로 나타난 것은 학생 개개인의 창의성을 개발할 수 있는 시스템 마련, 교수자와 효과적인 의사소통, 최신자료의 반영 등이었다.

        교직이수 대학생들의 의사소통불안 수준에 따른 지각된 실재감과 수업만족도의 관계에서 상호작용의 조절효과 : 온라인 소그룹 협동학습을 중심으로

        목적 이 연구는 온라인 소그룹 협동학습 환경에서 의사소통불안 수준에 따른 지각된 사회적실재감⋅교수실재감과 수업만족도의 관계에서 상호작용 수준의 조절효과를 비교, 분석함으로써 의사소통불안을 겪는 교직이수 대학생들을 위한 효과적인 온라인수업설계 방향을 제언하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 방법 21-1학기 교직이론과목을 수강하고 있는 교직이수 학생 64명을 대상으로 하고 있으며, SPSS통계분석을 통해 집단 간 차이를 분석하기 위한 t-검증을 실시하였고, 조절효과를 분석하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하고 각 수준별 t값 유의수준을 통해 조절효과의 유의성검증을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 사회적 실재감과 수업만족도의 관계에서 의사소통불안 ‘상’ 수준 학생들의 경우, 모든 상호작용 수준(상, 중, 하)에서 수업만족도를 강화하는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 그리고 의사소통불안 ‘중’ 수준의 경우에는 상호작용 ‘중’, ‘하’ 수준에서 수업만족도를 강화하는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 교수실재감과 수업만족도의 관계에서 의사소통불안 ‘상’ 수준의 경우, 모든 상호작용 수준에서 조절효과를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 의사소통불안 ‘중’ 수준의 경우 상호작용 수준 ‘중’, ‘하’ 수준에서 수업만족도를 강화하는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 그리고 교수실재감과 상호작용 수준이 높아질수록 수업만족도는 낮아지는 역전현상을 나타내었다. 결론 의사소통불안이 높은 학생들을 대상으로 하는 온라인수업의 경우 보다 효과적인 수업을 위하여 텍스트기반의 상호작용매체와 소그룹 협동학습의 중요성, 그리고 의사소통불안 수준에 따른 실재감의 차별적인 효과성이 있음을 보고하였다. Objectives This study compares the moderating effect of the interaction level on the relationship between the social presence, teaching presence, and course satisfaction perceived by students who completed teaching profession according to the level of communication apprehension in online small group cooperative learning environment. Methods The subjects were 64 students in the teaching profession course in Semester 21-1. To analyze the moderating effect, a hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Results First, in the case of the ‘high’ level of communication apprehension, the interaction level(high, middle, low) showed a moderating effect to strengthen the course satisfaction in the relationship between social presence and course satisfaction. And in the case of the ‘medium’ level of communication apprehension, the interaction level(middle, low) showed a moderating effect to strengthen the course satisfaction in the relationship between social presence and course satisfaction. Second, in the case of the ‘high’ level of communication apprehension, the interaction level(high, middle, low) did not show a moderating effect in the relationship between teaching presence and course satisfaction. However, in the case of the ‘medium’ level of communication apprehension, the interaction level(middle, low) showed a moderating effect to strengthen the course satisfaction in the relationship between teaching presence and course satisfaction. In addition, as the level of teaching presence and interaction increased, the satisfaction of the course decreased. Conclusions According to the results of this study, the importance of text-based interactive media and small group cooperative learning, and the differential effectiveness of presence according to the level of communication apprehension for more effective online courses for students with high communication apprehension reported. In addition, the results derived from this study were discussed together with the results of previous studies and suggested for future studies.

        고프장 선택속성이 골프장 이미지와 역가만족 및 참여행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine how the selective attributes of golf course, golf course image, leisure satisfaction and participation behavior are related to each other. The subjects of this study were a total of 271 participants of 5 outdoor golf greens. The data were statistically analyzed by correlation analysis, multiple liner regression analysis using SPSSWIN Version 15.0. As a result of these data analysis, the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, selective attribution of golf course is turned out to be influential in golf course image in terms of course and service. Second, selective attribution of golf course is turned out to be influential in leisure satisfaction in terms of course and conveniency. Third, selective attribution of golf course is turned out to be influential in participation behavior in terms of course and conveniency. Fourth, golf course image is turned out to be influential in leisure satisfaction. Fifth, golf course image is turned out to be influential in participation behavior. And lastly, leisure satisfaction is turned out to be influential in participation behavior.

        골프장 이용의 만족도 결정요인 - 회원제와 대중 골프장의 비교 -

        Golf has emerged as one of the key leisure activities in Korea. This study examines the characteristics of golf consumption typology. A total of 256 questionnaires were collected from membership and public golf courses in the Incheon and Gyeonggi district. This study explores user satisfaction with and service at the golf course. The results of this research show that there are primary factors in user satisfaction regarding course facility, scores and operational services. Detail responses regarding these golf courses prove that the whole of the golf course, satisfaction with the course layout, landscaping and user gratification with the golf facilities are influenced by contentment with the management of the golf course. Satisfaction with scores were correlated with user contentment with the golf course. Detailed factors regarding operational services cited such aspects as ease of reservations, staff and tee time, all factors related to the smooth arrangements and progress that are influenced by operational services. This research was more concerned with course design and facility operations than marketing operations, which can satisfy users through investment in variety and expansion of the course facilities. Satisfaction in these areas is correlated to revisits and recommendations to others. The types of membership and public golf courses face difficulty in development, operation, and facilities maintenance, among other features. This paper will help separate out each quality in order to formulate difference stratagems for marketing and operation tactics in the future.

        Factors Influencing Student Satisfaction with the Fieldwork Course in LIS in South Korea

        This study attempts to draw the implications of student satisfaction with fieldwork courses in the library and information science (LIS) program in South Korea by determining the level of satisfaction experienced by students with practicums at a library and information service agency. LIS students with fieldwork experience were surveyed to assess their satisfaction and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Results from a multiple regression analysis revealed that from among factors of practicum settings, major-related attributes, and general attributes of respondents, "satisfaction with majors" and "interpersonal relationships" had a significant effect on satisfaction with practicums. Examining the six components of satisfaction with the course revealed that "practicum program" and "practicum setting" had a significant relationship with overall satisfaction. A selective intervention program to improve satisfaction with the course needs to be developed based on factors influencing overall satisfaction, focusing on "interpersonal relationship" and "satisfaction with majors.
