직업 무용수의 삶에 투영된 은퇴

The purpose of this research is in exploiting the internal emotions experienced by a professional dancer upon employment in a dancing group, reasons for retirement through a dance career, the state of mind at that time and the feelings towards life after retirement. In order to achieve this objective, the following conclusion has been obtained through one of the qualitative research methods, or precedence research method, on those retirees, who had danced for more than 5 years in professional groups. First of all, dancers do feel some level of pride in their profession, but also feel that they are living like a robot, who dance regardless of their will due to the schedule. Secondly, the reasons for deciding to retire were shown to be injuries, which prevent them from continuing their dance career, economic hardship and insecurity for their future. Thirdly, upon deciding to retire, dancers were afraid of the fact they have to look for another job, while feeling relieved from quitting the austere life in dance groups. Fourthly, dancers face their retirement without a real preparation after their careers in dance groups. Finally, dancers pursue jobs that are relevant to dancing after retirement, however, due to insecurity from and unfamiliarity with their current jobs, they fall victims to nostalgia for their previous careers, resulting in identity crisis. 본 연구의 목적은 직업 무용수가 직업 무용단 재직 당시 생활을 통해 느끼는 내면적 감정과 직업 무용단을 은퇴를 하게 된 요인 및 은퇴 당시 심경을 알아보고 은퇴 후 삶에 대해 느끼는 감정을 탐색하는데 있다 . 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 직업 무용단 재직 경력 5년 이상 되는 은퇴 무용수 5명을 대상으로 질적 연구방법 중 사례 연구방법을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 무용수들은 직업 무용단에 재직하며 무용인으로서 자긍심을 느끼지만 직업 무용단의 짜여진 스케쥴로 인하여 자신의 의지와는 상관없이 춤추는 로봇과 같은 생활을 한다고 느끼고 있었다. 둘째, 무용수들이 은퇴를 결정하는 요인은 직업 무용단 생활을 하며 부상을 입게 되어 무용수로써의 생활을 지속해 나갈 수 없는 것과 경제적 어려움 및 미래에 대한 불안감으로 은퇴를 결정하는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째로 무용수들은 은퇴 결정 당시 직업 무용단의 고된 생활을 그만두는 것에 대해 후련함을 느끼면서도 새로운 직업을 찾아야 한다는 것에 두려움을 느끼고 있었다. 네 번째로 무용수들은 직업 무용단 생활을 하며 은퇴에 대한 준비를 미처 하지 못한 채 은퇴를 맞이하게 된다. 마지막으로 무용수들은 은퇴 후 무용과 연관된 직업에 종사하고 있지만 전환한 직업에 대해 불안감과 낯설음으로 예전의 직업 무용수 시절을 그리워하며 정체성의 혼란을 겪고 있었다.

직업무용단체 정기공연의 주제경향 분석

본 연구는 우리나라의 무용단 중 한국무용을 대표할 수 있는 국립무용단, 서울시무용단, 경기도립무용단의 정기공연작품의 주제경향 분석을 통해 무용이 사회와 어떠한 관계를 지녔는지 작품의 주제경향으로 시대별 사회의 흐름을 유추하여 무용과 사회의 구조관계를 조사하고, 무용작품의 주제에 대한 의미를 각인시켜 후속연구에 기반을 제공함에 연구의 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위하여 선행연구 및 관련서적을 참고한 문헌조사를 중심으로 국립무용단, 서울시무용단, 경기도립무용단 세 무용단으로 선정하여 각 무용단의 창단부터 현재까지의 정기공연을 팜플렛, 신문기사, 무용단의 공연자료 및 관련된 선행논문을 통해 정기공연의 주제를 조사하였다. 자료분석은 주제경향 선행논문에서 공통적으로 사용된 김병석의 분류방법에 따라 무용단의 창단부터 현재까지 공연된 정기공연 내용과 주제를 중심으로 1) 전통의식적 주제, 2) 문학적인 주제, 3) 역사적인 주제, 4) 추상적인 주제, 5) 현실적인 주제, 6) 사회적인 주제로 분류하였다. I would like to trace back periodic social trend by searching if regular performance might have reflected on social trend on its theme by analyzing theme trend of The National Dance Company of Korea, Dance Company of Seoul city, Dance Company of KyungKi-Do and to provide the meaningful results for further study by checking if the theme of dancing performance is in relation with social structure. To perform this research, I had studied on previous thesis and reference books. For example, I selected three groups, of The National Dance Company of Korea, Dance Company of Seoul city, Dance Company of KyungKi-Do, to research their theme of regular performance through checking previous thesis related to, performance material, news articles, pamphlets from beginning to present. How to analyze is being proceeded from foundation of dancing company to present according to Kim Byungseok’s classification method, which was consistently used for searching theme trend from previous study as below; 1) Theme based on traditional conscious,2) Theme based on Literature, 3) Theme based on Historic issues, 4) Theme based on abstract, 5) Theme based on reality, 6)Theme based on social issues.

국내 직업무용단의 웹사이트 콘텐츠 비교 분석

본 연구는 국내 직업무용단 웹사이트 콘텐츠의 현황을 분석하기 위한 것으로 이 연구를 통해 전국 직업무용단과 무용발전에 기여할 수 있는 사이트 구축 및 콘텐츠 개발 방안에 도움을 주는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용단 단독으로 홈페이지가 운영되고 있는 8개의 무용단을 선정하여 콘텐츠 내용을 조사하였다. 연구방법에 의해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 무용단 홈페이지 중 콘텐츠 제공과 커뮤니티의 활성화는 국립발레단, 서울발레시어터, 유니버설발레단인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시(도)립무용단의 경우는 경기도립무용단, 대전ㆍ부산ㆍ서울ㆍ인천시 립무용단의 5곳만 활성화되고 있어 타 시도 무용단 홈페이지의 콘텐츠는 많은 보완이 이루어져야 하겠다. 셋째, 서울발레시어터나 유니버설발레단의 경우 공연소식, 단원소개, 발레이야기, 공연평, 뉴스레터, 일정안내, 아카데미, 후원회 등을 통해 많은 콘텐츠를 제공하여 관객 관리와 홍보에 활용한 반면, 시립ㆍ도립 무용단의 홈페이지에서는 그 규모와 자료 수가 적은 편이어서 웹사이트 방문의 호기심이 덜했다. This study is to analyze the present condition of internal dance troupes' web sites contents, and through this study, we aim at suggesting beneficial plans not only for constructing better web sites and contents for national dance troupes but also for contributing to the development of national dance troupes. In order to achieve this study's object, we selected eight dance troupes that run their own web sites and examined their contents. the conclusions are as following. First, among internal professional dance troupes, Korea National Ballet, Seoul Ballet Theatre, and Universal Ballet Company offer the best contents at their home pages and they have the most lively community concerned activities at their internet web sites. Second, as for the web sites of municipal(provincial) dance troupes, those of Gyeonggi provincial dance troupe, Daejeon municipal dance troupe, Busan municipal dance troupe, Seoul municipal dance troupe, Incheon municipal dance troupe have lots of contents briskly carried on, but those of the others need complementary measures. Third, Seoul ballet theatre and Universal Ballet Company offer lots of information about their activities to satisfy their customers and make the maximum use for public relations ; performance news, the introduction of their members, the story of ballet, press reviews, new letters. On the other hand, at the web sites of Metropolitan Dance Theater, Provincial Dance Company, there are much fewer contents about their activities, which doesn't lead customers to visit their webs.

직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입 및 공연자신감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입과 공연자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 경기, 대구의 직업무용단에 재직 중인 무용수를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 최종 238부가 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN Ver. 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 공연자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업무용수의 무용몰입이 공연자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 직업무용수의 나르시시즘과 관련하여 무용수의 예술적 성향과 내면의 심리적 기저와 관련된 지식체 형성에 기여함과 동시에 직업무용수의 나르시시즘이 무용몰입과 공연자신감에 영향을 미치는 의미 있는 요인임을 확인하였다.

경남 지역 직업무용단의 사회적 기능에 대한 연구

본 연구는 직업무용단이 지역주민의 향토애와 문화적 자긍심을 고취하여 '시민 정서의 함양'이라는 사회적 과제를 얼마만큼 실현시키는가에 대한 연구로 부산·경남지역 직업무용단의 사회적 기능에 대해 연구한 것이다. 본 연구는 '무용의 사회적 실현도에 관한 연구' 등에서 사용된 설문지의 문항을 기초로 하여 '직업무용단의 사회에 미치는 효과'를 구명하기 위해 설문지를 만든 후, 무용교실에 참석하는 주부125명을 선정하여 설문지 조사를 하였다. 설문조사를 실시하여 무용교육 대상자에 대한 분석과 교육 대상자들의 의식을 분석한 결과, 무용이 인격형성이나 정서발달에는 도움이 되지만 직업무용단의 사회적 공헌도에는 영향을 미치지 않는다는 결론을 도출하였다. The study on the development and social function of the regional professional dance companies based on the region, which can resolve the gap of culture and arts between regions and raise the pride of the residents. The regional dance companies play a key role in cultivating the aesthetic sentiments of the residents and in keeping the balance among regional cultures. Therefore, instead of the previous research method focused on the frequency analysis, In order to investigate the operation, social function and social effect of the professional dance companies, a questionnaire on "the social Effect of professional dance companies" was prepared based on the previous questionnaires used in the researches on the social function of dance. According to the survey on the dance class, the housewives, who participated in the dance class, answered that dance helped to build character and cultivate sentiments, however, the dance class did not affect the social contribution of the professional dance company.

무용단 지도자의 의사소통노력과 헌신이 단원들의 자발적행동 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 무용단 지도자의 의사소통노력과 헌신이 단원들의 자발적행동 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 무용단의 인적자원관리에 기초자료로 제공하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 직업 무용단에 정식단원들로서 291명을 대상으로 하였다. 가설검증을 위한 자료처리는 AMOS를 이용한 확인적요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석 실시하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 무용단 지도자의 의사소통노력은 단원들의 자발적행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 무용단 지도자의 헌신은 단원들의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 무용단 단원들의 자발적행동은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과는 직업무용단 지도자의 의사소통노력과 헌신노력은 내부적으로는 단원들에게 자발적행동 및 혁신행동을 증대시키지만 외부적으로는 관객의 공연만족도를 향상시키는 전이효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 무용단의 지도자는 의사소통노력 및 헌신노력과 더불어 조직내 상황변수에 대한 합리적인 제어를 통하여 단원들의 성과를 유도해야 할 것이다. The aims of this study were to examine that efforts for communication and sacrifices of the leader of a dance company influence voluntary behaviors and innovation behaviors of members of the dance company and provide fundamental data to human resources management of dance companies. The subjects included 200 members of professional dance companies. For hypothesis test the data were analyzed with Confirmatory factor analysis and SEM model using AMOS. In conclusion, First, efforts for communication of the leader of a dance company have positive effect on voluntary behaviors of members of the dance company. Second, sacrifices of the leader of a dance company have positive effect on voluntary innovation behaviors of members of the dance company. Third, voluntary behaviors of members of the dance company have positive effect on innovation behaviors of members of the dance company.

직업 무용단 지도자의 리더십 행동과 직업 무용수의 만족

본 연구의 목적은 Chelladurai(1978)가 제시한 다차원리더십모형(Multidimensional Model of Leadership)을 바탕으로 무용단 지도자의 인지된 리더십 행동과 선호된 리더십 행동 간의 일치가 무용수의 만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울과 서울 근교에 위치한 6 개의 무용단으로부터 210부의 자료가 수집되었다. 추출된 자료들은 리더십 행동의 일치 수준과 만족 간의 관계를 검증하기 위해 기술 통계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석되었다. 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 지도자의 인지된 리더십 행동과 선호된 리더십 행동의 일치는 무용수의 무용단에 대한 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다차원리더십모형이 주장하는 것과는 상이한 결과지만, 지금까지 이 부분을 경험적으로 증명하려고 하였던 사전연구와는 상당히 유사한 결과인 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this study was to examine the relationships among preferred and perceived leadership behavior, their congruence, and satisfaction with leadership based on Chelladurai`s (1978) Multidimensional Model of Leadership (MML). To achieve the study objective, 210 professional dancers from 6 professional dance teams located in Seoul and the suburbs participated in this study. For hypotheses testing, descriptive statistics, hierarchical multiple regression analyses, and a confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS and AMOS were used. Results showed that the congruence between preferred and perceived leadership behavior did not have statistically significant influence on dancers satisfaction. The results of the study were inconsistent with what MML suggested. However, the results were quite consistent with empirical evidences of previous studies that investigated the influence of the congruence between preferred and perceived leadership on satisfaction.

무용수 직업 능력개발에 대한 인식도 연구 - 교수자·학습자·전문무용수의 관점에서 -

청년실업 문제가 심각한 현대에 특히 무용부분의 사회진출과 취업은 매우 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 각 대학과 정부차원에서 대학 평가등을 통해 취업을 장려하고 있는 실정이지만 예능계의 특수한 상황으로 전문적이지만 취업을 하기 위한 발판이나 환경에는 제도적, 환경적인 문제들이 있음을 문제 의식화하여 본 연구는 무용수 직업능력에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 무용 교수자, 학습자, 전문무용수를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 각 40명씩 총 120명을 대상으로 이들의 직업 관련 인식도와 직업 관련 요구도를 조사하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 기술통계를 실시하였고, 빈도를 분석하였다. 연구결과 취업 어려움에 대한 체감도가 교육가와 무용수는 높았으나 예비무용수들은 낮게 나타났다. 교육가들과 무용수들은 취업을 위해 전공 능력을 발휘하여야 하며, 인턴십 제도의 정착이 중요하다고 응답하였다. 그러나 예비무용수들은 무용 외에도 다양한 능력 개발의 필요성을 느낀다고 응답하였다.

직업무용수의 긍정심리자본이 심리적 탈진 및 정서적 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence and importance of positive psychological capital of professional dancers on psychological exhaustion and affective organization commitment. It was selected for members of the Korean Dance Professional Dance Company (National, Gugak Center, Provincial, and Municipal) belonging to public institutions. The collected data were verified by factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the statistical program SPSS WIN Ver. 23.0. The results derived from these research procedures are as follows. First, the positive psychological capital of professional dancers negatively influenced on psychological exhaustion significantly. Second, the positive psychological capital of professional dancers influenced on affective organization commitment significantly. Third, the psychological exhaustion of professional dancers negatively influenced on affective organization commitment significantly. In conclusion, it was confirmed that the positive psychological capital of Korean dance professional dance members is an important variable that increases individual and organizational performance by lowering psychological exhaustion and increasing affective organization commitment. 본 연구는 직업무용수들의 긍정적심리자본이 심리적 탈진 및 정서적 조직몰입에 미치는 영향력 및 중요성을 규명하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 공공기관 소속인 한국무용전문 직업무용단(국립, 국악원, 도립, 시립) 단원을 대상으로 선정하였다. 수집자료는 통계프로그램 SPSS WIN Ver. 23.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도검증, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석으로 검증하였다. 이러한 연구절차에 따라 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업무용수의 긍정심리자본이 심리적 탈진에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업무용수의 긍정심리자본이 정서적 조직몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업무용수의 심리적 탈진이 정서적 조직몰입에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 한국무용전문 직업무용단원의 긍정심리자본은 심리적 탈진을 낮추고 정서적 조직몰입을 높여 개인 및 조직의 성과를 높이는 중요한 변인임이 확인되었다.

직업무용수의 직무환경에 따른 직업정체성 및 공연성과와의 관계
