The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence and importance of positive psychological capital of professional dancers on psychological exhaustion and affective organization commitment. It was selected for members of the Korean Dance Professional Dance Company (National, Gugak Center, Provincial, and Municipal) belonging to public institutions. The collected data were verified by factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the statistical program SPSS WIN Ver. 23.0. The results derived from these research procedures are as follows. First, the positive psychological capital of professional dancers negatively influenced on psychological exhaustion significantly. Second, the positive psychological capital of professional dancers influenced on affective organization commitment significantly. Third, the psychological exhaustion of professional dancers negatively influenced on affective organization commitment significantly. In conclusion, it was confirmed that the positive psychological capital of Korean dance professional dance members is an important variable that increases individual and organizational performance by lowering psychological exhaustion and increasing affective organization commitment.
