        진남,교광휘,이용일 남서울대학교 2009 남서울대학교 논문집 Vol.15 No.1

Typically we can not see it intangibly in the pre-purchase. When compared tourism product to other products, we swallow the uncertain and risk purchase in large quantity. Therefore, tourists' expectations for tourism attractions based on the image, active and intensive navigation through the tourists' information that they need to travel, they will get the positive and unique tourism attractions and they will select the good image. The study selected Chinese tourists as target population, and tried to find the impacts of tourism destination image of Seoul, tourism satisfaction & tourism loyalty to Seoul. Literature research and survey were used in this study.Among Chinese tourists' demographic characteristics, except gender, age, income, the other variables like educational level, marital level and jobs all have obvious differences with tourism destination image of Seoul.Multi- regression analysis also revealed that tourism destination image of Seoul has a positive correlation with tourism satisfaction & tourism loyalty. In the end the insufficiency of this study is put forward and recommendations on the future study are also given. Key Words : Seoul's Tourism Destination Image, Tourism Satisfaction, Tourism Loyalty, Chinese Tourist

Fine Mapping and Candidate Gene Analysis of the Floury Endosperm Gene, FLO(a), in Rice

        Qiao, Yongli,Lee, Song-I,Piao, Rihua,Jiang, Wenzhu,Ham, Tae-Ho,Chin, Joong-Hyoun,Piao, Zhongze,Han, Longzhi,Kang, Si-Yong,Koh, Hee-Jong Korean Society for Molecular and Cellular Biology 2010 Molecules and cells Vol.29 No.2

In addition to its role as an energy source for plants, animals and humans, starch is also an environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels. In rice, the eating and cooking quality of the grain is determined by its starch properties. The floury endosperm of rice has been explored as an agronomical trait in breeding and genetics studies. In the present study, we characterized a floury endosperm mutant, flo(a), derived from treatment of Oryza sativa ssp. japonica cultivar Hwacheong with MNU. The innermost endosperm of the flo(a) mutant exhibited floury characteristics while the outer layer of the endosperm appeared normal. Starch granules in the flo(a) mutant formed a loosely-packed crystalline structure and X-ray diffraction revealed that the overall crystallinity of the starch was decreased compared to wild-type. The FLO(a) gene was isolated via a map-based cloning approach and predicted to encode the tetratricopeptide repeat domaincontaining protein, OsTPR. Three mutant alleles contain a nucleotide substitution that generated one stop codon or one splice site, respectively, which presumably disrupts the interaction of the functionally conserved TPR motifs. Taken together, our map-based cloning approach pinpointed an OsTPR as a strong candidate of FLO(a), and the proteins that contain TPR motifs might play a significant role in rice starch biosynthetic pathways.

Comparison of Molecular Linkage Maps and QTLs for Morphological Traits in Two Reciprocal Backcross Populations of Rice

        Yongli Qiao,Wenzhu Jiang,Md Lutfor Rahman,추상호,Rihua Piao,Longzhi Han,고희종 한국분자세포생물학회 2008 Molecules and cells Vol.25 No.3

Comparison of maps and QTLs between populations may provide us with a better understanding of molecular maps and the inheritance of traits. We developed and used two reciprocal BC1F1 populations, IP/DS//IP and IP/DS//DS, for QTL analysis. DS (Dasanbyeo) is a Korean tongil-type cultivar (derived from an indica x japonica cross and similar to indica in its genetic makeup) and IP (Ilpumbyeo) is a Korean japonica cultivar. We constructed two molecular linkage maps corresponding to each backcross population using 196 markers for each map. The length of each chromosome was longer in the IP/DS//IP population than in the IP/DS//DS population, indicating that more recombinants were produced in the IP/DS//IP population. Distorted segregation was observed for 44 and 19 marker loci for the IP/DS//IP and IP/DS//DS populations, respectively; these were mostly skewed in favor of the indica alleles. A total of 36 main effect QTLs (M-QTLs) and 15 digenic epistatic interactions (E-QTLs) were detected for the seven traits investigated. The phenotypic variation explained (PVE) by M-QTLs ranged from 3.4% to 88.2%. Total PVE of the M-QTLs for each trait was significantly higher than that of the E-QTLs. The total number of M-QTLs identified in the IP/DS//IP population was higher than in the IP/DS//DS population. However, the total PVE by the M-QTLs and E-QTLs together for each trait was similar in the two populations, suggesting that the two BC1F1 populations are equally useful for QTL analysis. Maps and QTLs in the two populations were compared. Eleven new QTLs were identified for SN, SF, GL, and GW in this study, and they will be valuable in marker-assisted selection, particularly for improving grain traits in tongil-type varieties.

An Efficient PEG/CaCl2-Mediated Transformation Approach for the Medicinal Fungus Wolfiporia cocos

( Qiao Sun ),( Wei Wei ),( Juan Zhao ),( Jia Song ),( Fang Peng ),( Shao Peng Zhang ),( Yong Lian Zheng ),( Ping Chen ),( Wen Jun Zhu ) 한국미생물 · 생명공학회 2015 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.25 No.9

Sclerotia of Wolfiporia cocos are of medicinal and culinary value. The genes and molecular mechanisms involved in W. cocos sclerotial formation are poorly investigated because of the lack of a suitable and reproducible transformation system for W. cocos. In this study, a PEG/ CaCl2-mediated genetic transformation system for W. cocos was developed. The promoter Pgpd from Ganoderma lucidum effectively drove expression of the hygromycin B phosphotransferase gene in W. cocos, and approximately 30 transformants were obtained per 10 μg DNA when the protoplast suspension density was 106 protoplasts/ml. However, no transformants were obtained under the regulation of the PtrpC promoter from Aspergillus nidulans.

      • Simulation of the Temperature and Salinity Along $36^{\circ}N$ in the Yellow Sea with a Wave-Current Coupled Model

Qiao, Fangli,Ma, Ji-An,Yang, Yong-Zeng,Yuan, Yeli The Korean Society of Oceanography 2004 Journal of the Korean Society of Oceanography Vol.39 No.1

Based on the MASNUM wave-current coupled model, the temperature and salinity structures along $36^{\circ}N$ in the Yellow Sea are simulated and compared with observations. Both the position and strength of the simulated thermocline are similar to data analysis. The wave-induced mixing is strongest in winter and plays a key role in the formation of the upper mixed layer in spring and summer. Numerical experiments suggest that in the coastal area, wave-induced mixing and tidal mixing control the vertical structure of temperature and salinity.

Research on Oscillation Character of Six-Phase Fractional-Slot Concentrated-Winding Permanent Motor with Different Slot-Pole Match

        Qiao Ming-zhong,Zhu Yong-xin,Liang Jing-hui,Li Geng 대한전기학회 2016 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.11 No.6

The oscillation character of permanent magnetic motor is highly related to its slot-pole match. By calculating air-gap magnet field and radial electromagnetic force of 6-phase fractional-slot concentrated-winding permanent magnetic motor with slot–pole match of 48/44,48/46,48/50 and 48/52 under no load and load status, oscillation character of permanent magnetic motor is analyzed. A 20kW prototype with 48 slots and 44 poles is designed. With many sensors attaching to the corresponding parts, oscillatory acceleration is measured, and spectrum of oscillation frequency is recorded as well. The experiment results give proof to the analysis method for permanent magnetic motor oscillation in this paper.

Durability Model of Exposed Concrete On-Site Based on Dual Coupling Factors

        Yong Fu,Hongxia Qiao,Chenggong Lu,Theogene Hakuzweyezu,Fei Guo 대한토목학회 2022 KSCE JOURNAL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Vol.26 No.1

Aiming at the problem that the reliability analysis of the outdoor exposed concrete structure under the action of a single factor is not consistent with the actual service environment, a reliability analysis based on the Copula function describing multiple degradation factors is proposed. According to the actual data collected on-site, the relative quality evaluation parameters (RQEP) and relative dynamic elastic modulus evaluation parameters (RDEMEP) was selected as the key degradation indicators, and the Aperture Information Criterion (AIC) was used to determine the optimal marginal distribution function in different degradation trajectories, and obtain the most optimal edge distribution function under a single factor. Optimize the edge distributions reliability curve, establish the relationship between the edge distributions through the Copula function, and couple the edge distributions of the remaining life of the concrete to obtain the joint reliability function of the concrete under the action of the coupling factors. The results show that the selection of two degradation indicators, RQEP and RDEMEP, is helpful in establishing the concrete life prediction model in the field exposure environment, and the RDEMEP are more sensitive to the field exposure environment than the RQEP. The Gumbel Copula distribution function can reasonably predict the reliability of exposed concrete on-site under dual coupling factors. The service life of C40 and C50 exposed concrete on site is about 400 and 550 months, respectively.

Effects of Altering Foot Position on Quadriceps Femoris Activation during Wall Squat Exercises

        ( Yong-jun Qiao ),( Kyu-ryeong Kim ),( Myoung-kwon Kim ) 대한물리의학회 2021 대한물리의학회지 Vol.16 No.1

PURPOSE: This study was conducted to identify the effects of altering foot position on quadriceps femoris including vastus medialis obliques (VMO), vastus lateralis (VL) and rectus femoris (RF) activation during wall squat exercises. METHODS: All subjects (n = 15) were selected and randomly performed three kinds of wall squats: 1) GWS (General Wall Squat), 2) WSS1/4 (Wall Squat Short 1/4), and 3) WSS1/2 (Wall Squat Short 1/2). Each subject completed all three kinds of wall squatting exercises at three different times and recorded the muscle activity data of vastus medialis obliques, vastus lateralis and rectus femoris. RESULTS: Compared with GWS exercise, VMO and RF muscle activity significantly increased under WSS1/2 exercise (p < .05), while only RF muscle activity significantly increased under WSS1/4 exercise (p < .05). CONCLUSION: The results of the present study indicate that moving the foot toward the wall during wall squats has a positive effect on quadriceps activation. The exercise of wall squat short can not only be used as the lower limb muscle strengthening training for normal people, but also as the recovery training for patellofemoral pain syndrome patients in the rehabilitation stage. Besides, Anterior cruciate ligament patients can also try this exercise according to the advice of doctors and therapists.
