        The purpose of this study was to analyze risk of falls between elderly people and college students. The subjects of this study were 25 people aged 70 years or older and 17 college students located in Asan. We measured sensory, integrated balance, nervous, musculoskeletal system and HQR by FRA system (Inbody, Korea). The results of measurement showed significant differences in sensory system (p<.01), integrated balance (p<.001), nervous system (p<.001), and musculoskeletal system (p<.001) between groups. These results suggest that aging makes difference of function of these systems. In our view, counterplans need to be implemented, including exercise intervention to prevent decreases of fall risk,

        Metagenomic Analysis of Fungal Communities Inhabiting the Fairy Ring Zone of Tricholoma matsutake

        Tricholoma matsutake, an ectomycorrhiza that has mutual relationships with the rootlet of Pinus denisflora, forms a fruiting body that serves as a valuable food in Asia. However, the artificial culture of this fungus has not been successful. Soil fungi, including T. matsutake, coexist with many other microorganisms and plants; therefore, complex microbial communities have an influence on the fruiting body formation of T. matsutake. Here, we report on the structures of fungal communities associated with the fairy ring of T. matsutake through the pyrosequencing method. Soil samples were collected inside the fairy ring zone, in the fairy ring zone, and outside the fairy ring zone. A total of 37,125 sequencing reads were obtained and 728 to 1,962 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were observed in the sampling zones. The fairy ring zone had the lowest OTUs and the lowest fungal diversity of all sampling zones. The number of OTUs and fungal taxa inside and outside the fairy ring zone was, respectively, about 2 times and 1.5 times higher than the fairy ring. Taxonomic analysis showed that each sampling zone has different fungal communities. In particular, out of 209 genera total, 6 genera in the fairy ring zone, such as Hemimycena, were uniquely present and 31 genera, such as Mycena, Boletopsis, and Repetophragma, were specifically absent. The results of metagenomic analysis based on the pyrosequencing indicate a decrease of fungal communities in the fairy ring zone and changes of fungal communities depending on the fairy ring growth of T. matsutake.

        카메라 옵스큐라를 이용한 미술 교과용 A-STEAM 수업자료 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop an A-STEAM program using the Camera Obscura. The starting point of this study is the problems which students can encounter in real-life and it is designed to enable students to establish a research project. to integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with main focus being art, and to explore all the avenues of expression using the Camera Obscura. In doing so, this study proposes possibilities of enhancement of students abilities to solve the problems and the development of artistic sensibilities. The process of developing the A-STEAM Program for art as a subject follows the PDIE process model by Jinsoo Kim. This study leaves the practice and evaluation as follow-up research and develops the teaching-learning process agenda, the paper for students' activities. and the materials for teachers' guidance by reflecting on the aspects of circumstantiation, creative design, and emotional touch. 본 논문의 목적은 카메라 옵스큐라를 이용한 미술중심 융합인재교육을 위한 수업자료의 개발에 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 초둥학교 5, 6학년의 미술교과서 '관찰 표현' 단원을 재구성하고 학생자신이 실제 상황에서 부딪힐 수 있는 문제를 출발점으로 삼아 학생 스스로 과제를 설정하도록 하였다. 또한 카메라 옵스큐라를 이용한 표현 및 탐구 활동을 통해 미술 중심의 과학, 기술, 공학, 수학의 연계를 시도하였으며 시행착오를 거치는 가운데 탐구 활동을 통하여 학습자의 창의적 문제해결력과 예술적 감수성 발달의 가능성을 제시하였다. 수업자료 개발 과정은 김진수 (2012)의 초ㆍ중둥학교 STEAM 교육 수업자료 개발을 위한 PDIE 절차 모형을 따라 미술 교과용 A-STEAM 수업자료를 개발하였으며, 실행과 평가 단계는 후속 연구로 계획하고 각 차시별로 STEAM 학습 준거인 상황 제시, 창의적 설계, 감성적 체험의 요소를 반영하여 교수ㆍ학습 과정안과 학생 활동지, 교사용 자료를 개발하였다.

      • 충북지역 대학생들의 음주정도와 식생활지침 이행도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the association of alcohol drinking and the practices of dietary guidelines among university students in Chungbuk. Questionnaires were distributed to 351 university students and 348 (203 males and 145 females) were collected from May 21 to June 28, 2012. "Soju" was the most frequently consumed alcohol by university students. As for drinking amount, 32.7% of the students drank "ten glasses of soju or more" at one time. The frequency and the amount of drinking were significantly greater in male students than female students. While many students practiced "handling food hygienically when cooking" and "choosing clean ones when purchasing food or dining out", less students practiced "controlling energy consumption according to the activity level" and "removing fat when consuming meat." Those who drank four times per week or more responded a lower rate of practice than those who drank less frequently. As for drinking motive, those who drank "habitually" also recorded a lower rate of practice than those who drank "to fit in the mood." In conclusion, alcohol drinking had negative influences on the dietary practice of university students. Campaigns or nutrition education should be designed to help to establish a healthy drinking culture in university

      • Model Room 說定에 따른 殘響硏究

        In this paper, the average absorption rate and the characteristics of reverberation which affect sound field environment in a room are studied. The results of the obtained reverberation time reveal 0.7∼0.9 sec in science building room 205, 0.6∼0.8 sec in science college auditorium, 0.65∼0.8 sec in music college auditorium and 0.55∼0.7 sec in human college auditorium. According to the above results it is found that these auditoriums and room were designed to meet the usage of the lecture rooms and conference rooms. Reverberation time has only slight difference regardless of the posittion of sound source or the position of observation.

        하시모토 갑상선염을 동반한 갑상선 이형성증 1예

        Thyroid hemiagenesis is a rare congenital anomaly, in which one thyroid lobe fails to develop. It is reported that thyroid hemiagenesis associated with thyroid diseases such as Graves' disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, colloidal goiter and thyroid follicular and papillary cancer. However, Thyroid hemiagenesis associated Hashimoto's thyroiditis haven't reported in Korea. A 31-year-old female patient was clinically hypothyroid with a left-sided goiter. Hemiagenesis of right thyroid lobe indicated on 99mTc pertechnete scan and later confirmed on ultrasonography. The authors report this case with literature review.

      • 방음벽의 삽입손실에 대한 음향임피던스 영향의 연구

        실외에서 실험으로 지면의 음향임피던스에 의한 방음벽의 소음감쇠 특성을 고찰하였다. 측정은 방음벽이 없을 때, 연속 및 불연속 음향임피던스를 가지는 지면에 대하여 315Hz ~ 3150Hz 사이의 1/3 옥타브밴드 주파수대역으로 실시하였다. 사용한 재료의 음향임피던스는 초지, 아스팔트 순으로 커지며 이는 다공성과 반비례 한다. 지면의 조건에 따라 각각 판형 방음벽을 설치하여 삽입손실을 조사하였다. 초과감쇠의 최소치를 나타내는 주파수 영역은 음향임피던스와 경로차에 의존하였다. 그리고 방음벽에 의한 삽입손실은 방음벽에 의한 회절과 지면의 음향임피던스에 의존하였다. The experiments on the noise reduction which is caused by barrier considering various ground impedance, have been made. Measurements were made in 1/3 octave band over the frequency range 315Hz~3150Hz above ground with continuous and discontinuous impedance without barriers. The ground impedances for grass and asphalt was increased, respectively. And, the ground impedance is inverse proportional to porosity. The barrier insertion loss was investigated on the various ground impedance with thin and perfectly reflecting barrier. The frequency ranges of minumum excess attenuation are strongly dependent on the ground impedance and the path-difference. The barriers insertion loss are found to be explicitly dependent on the ground impedance and the diffraction by barrier.

        대기 중 오염물질의 시료채취시 관측오차 저감방법에 대한 연구 : 6구형 매니폴더를 장착한 MFC system의 개발과 평가 Development and Assessment of a Six-port Manifold MFC System

        In order to develop a confident sampling technique, we designed and constructed a 6-port manifold MFC sampling system for collecting gaseous pollutants in air. Using this instrumentation, we tested the performance criteria of MFC system in terms of: (1) flow rate; (2) MFC-to-MFC variability: (3) tube-to-tube variability: and (4) time. It was interesting to find that the later two factors did not show any significant variations, while the former two show substantially large variations. However, as most of those variabilities are consistent enough to form systematic patterns, we were able to explain the occurrence patterns of all those MFC biases in terms of those tour major variables. The overall results of our experiment suggest that one needs to use correction factor for each MFC unit under a given flow rate to maintain optimal accuracy and precision for sampling of those pollutants.

      • 음향 Intensity방법을 이용한 음원 재구성에 관한 연구

        The amplitude and the location of sound sources are obtained by measuring the acoustic intensity using two closely spaced microphones. In this study, in order to identify the noise radiation characteristics, noise radiational pattern on the right hand side, the left hand side and the front part of the vaccum cleaner are investigated at 315Hz, 630Hz, 1600Hz, and 8000Hz resectively. As the results of experiment, the air induction pipe is verified the important noise radiation at 315Hz and 630Hz, and the air exhaust pipe at 1600Hz. Above all, the moter and the fan influenced at the high frequency of 8000Hz.
