        The Construction of Employment and Entrepreneurship Service System for University Students Based on Big Data

        In recent years, the employment situation for college graduates has become more and more severe. The pressure for stable employment has increased. The structural contradiction between "difficulties in employment" and "difficulties in recruiting" has existed for a long time. This article explored the current status of the employment information service system for college students, through a comprehensive analysis of the current employment difficulties of college students, combined with the current big data environment background to construct a college student employment information service system. Through the construction of the employment information service system for college students, providing more powerful information support for the employment of college students is an effective measure to solve the employment problem of college students.

        The rationale and potential for using Lactobacillus in the management of periodontitis

        Periodontitis refers to a wide range of the inflammatory conditions of supporting dental structures. For some patients with periodontitis, antibacterial agents are needed as an adjuvant to mechanical debridement treatments and oral hygiene maintenance. However, the widespread use of broad-spectrum antibiotics for the prophylaxis and treatment of periodontal infections results in the emergence of resistant pathogens. Therefore, probiotics have become markedly interesting to researchers as a potentially safe alternative to periodontal treatment and maintenance. Probiotics have been used in medicine for decades and extensively applied to the treatment of inflammatory diseases through the modulation of microbial synergy and other mechanisms. A growing amount of evidence has shown that using Lactobacillus strains for oral cavity maintenance could improve periodontal health. In this study, we reviewed studies showing proof of the inhibitory effects of Lactobacillus species on periodontal inflammation. We also explored the rationale and potential for using Lactobacillus species in the management of periodontitis.

        Dynamic Simulation of AGC/LPC Synthetical System for Hot Strip Finishing Mill

        A simulation of hot strip finishing mill automatic gauge control (AGC) system is built, which is divided into four modules such as rolling mill system, AGC module, looper system and strip model. The rolling mill system is built by mechanism modeling, the looper system and strip model are built by function modeling, and the AGC model is tried to use intelligent control of a multi-function AGC system. The target is attempted to use this simulation object to minimize finisher exit strip thickness deviation resulting from strip entry thickness disturbance and rolling force deviation. Simulation results show that the result of this AGC/LPC synthetical system module simulation is quite close to the actual result. The simulation system can also analyze most kinds of disturbance which affect the rolling process. It is proved that the system can represent practical situation of hot strip finishing mill process control, and be used as a basic platform of research and development for researcher and engineer.

        Georgenia faecalis sp. nov. isolated from the faeces of Tibetan antelope

        Two aerobic, Gram-stain-positive, non-motile, non-sporulating coccoid strains, designated ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321, were isolated from the faeces of Tibetan antelope (Pantholops hodgsonii). Their optimal temperature, NaCl concentration and pH for growth were 28°C, 0.5% (w/v) NaCl and pH 7.5, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 were very similar to each other (99.8%) and had a sequence similarity of 97.0% with Georgenia satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia subflava CGMCC 1.12782T. Phylogenomic analysis based on 688 core genes indicated that these strains formed a clade with G. satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia wutianyii Z294T. The predominant cellular fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0, anteiso-C15:1 A and C16:0. The major menaquinone was MK-8(H4). The cell-wall amino acids consisted of alanine, lysine, glycine and aspartic acid, with lysine as the diagnostic diamino acid. Diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol mannosides and two unidentified lipids formed the polar lipid profile. The DNA G + C content of both isolates was 73.9 mol%. The digital DNA–DNA hybridization value between strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 was 91.2%, but their values with closely related species and other available type strains of the genus Georgenia were lower than the 70% threshold. On the basis of polyphasic taxonomic data, strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 represent a novel species within the genus Georgenia, for which the name Georgenia faecalis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is ZLJ0423T (= CGMCC 1.13681T = JCM 33470T).

        Let a, b, q be integers with q > 0. The homogeneous Dedekind sum is dened by $$\Large S(a,b,q)={\sum_{r=1}^{q}}\(\({\frac{ar}{q}}\)\)\(\({\frac{br}{q}}\)\)$$, where $$\Large ((x))=\{x-[x]-{\frac{1}{2}},\text{ if x is not an integer},\\0,\hspace{75}\text{ if x is an integer.}$$ In this paper we study the mean value of S(a, b, q) by using mean value theorems of Dirichlet L-functions, and give some asymptotic formula.

        신민주주의 경제 조기 종결의 미시경제적 원인 ― 장가구(張家口)시 식량업(食糧業)과 제분업(製粉業)의 공사관계(公私關係)(1948~1953)

        Zhangjiakou was an important grain collecting and distributing center before liberation. Both grain industry and flour industry played a significant role in Zhangjiakou’s industry and commerce. Private wholesale grain store and flour mills began to resume production after the second liberation in December 1948. Simultaneously new flour grinding machine had been introduced with the encouragement of the government. Under these conditions, some private wholesale grain store made a transition to flour mills, which led to a rapid development of the flour industry. However, while the new regime encouraged private wholesale grain store to operate flour mills, it also strictly separated the grain industry from the flour industry and prohibited private flour mills from concurrently involve in the grain industry. At the same time, the new regime controlled the grain market through measures such as formulating list price, and state-run grain companies (hereinafter called grain companies) quickly took a leading place. Consequently, the transaction volume of private wholesale grain store decreased, and the purchase and sale of grain were more concentrated in grain companies. Under such circumstances, the flour industry relies on grain companies to provide raw materials, more and more private flour mills became a processer of grain companies. Once the grain supply is tight, private flour mills would be out of business because grain companies could not provide enough raw materials. After the State Monopoly Policy for Grain Purchase and Marketing implemented in 1953, private grain industry completely withdrew from the market, only a few private flour mills maintained production as processing plants, and finally they became the object of socialist transformation.

        Short-Chain Fatty Acids Attenuate Renal Fibrosis and Enhance Autophagy of Renal Tubular Cells in Diabetic Mice Through the HDAC2/ULK1 Axis

        Background: This study investigated the effect of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) on diabetes in a mouse model. Methods: Autophagy in Akita mice and streptozocin (STZ)-induced diabetic C57BL/6 mice was determined by Western blots andimmunohistochemistry (IHC). Western blots, IHC, hematoxylin and eosin staining, Masson staining, periodic acid-Schiff staining,and picrosirius red staining were conducted to detect whether autophagy and renal function improved in Akita mice and STZ-induced diabetic C57BL/6 mice after treatment of SCFAs. Western blots, IHC, and chromatin immunoprecipitation were performed todetermine whether SCFAs affected diabetic mice via the histone deacetylase (HDAC2)/unc-51 like autophagy activating kinase 1(ULK1) axis. Diabetic mice with kidney-specific knockout of HDAC2 were constructed, and IHC, Masson staining, and Westernblots were carried out to detect whether the deletion of endogenous HDAC2 contributed to the improvement of autophagy and renalfibrosis in diabetic mice. Results: Reduced autophagy and severe fibrosis were observed in Akita mice and STZ-induced diabetic C57BL/6 mice. Increased autophagy and reduced renal cell fibrosis were found in SCFA-treated Akita diabetic mice and STZ-induced diabetic C57BL/6 mice. Diabetic mice treated with SCFAs had lower HDAC2 expression and more enriched binding of ULK1 promoter sequences to H3K27Ac. Endogenous knockout of HDAC2 caused enhanced autophagy and decreased renal fibrosis in diabetic mice treated with SCFAs. Conclusion: SCFAs enhanced autophagy of renal tubular cells and attenuated renal fibrosis in diabetic mice through the HDAC2/ULK1 axis.

        Detection and molecular characteristics of bovine rotavirus A in dairy calves in China

        Background: Bovine group A rotavirus (BoRVA) is a major cause of severe gastroenteritis in newborn dairy calves. Only one study has investigated the G and P genotypes among dairy calves in a few regions of China, which were G6 and P[5]. Therefore, data on the prevalence and molecular characteristics of BoRVA in dairy calves in China remains limited. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence and molecular characteristics of BoRVA in dairy calves in China. Methods: 269 dairy calves diarrheic samples from 23 farms in six provinces in China were collected to detect BoRVA using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results: 71% of samples were determined to be BoRVA-positive. Two G genotypes (G6, G10) and two P genotypes (P[1], P[5]) were identified, and G6P[1] BoRVA was the predominant strain. Moreover, the VP7 and VP4 gene sequences of these dairy calf BoRVA strains revealed abundant genetic diversity. Interestingly, eight out of 17 complete G6 VP7 sequences were clustered into G6 lineage VI and analysis showed the strains were closely related to Chinese yak BoRVA strains. Conclusions: The results of this study show that BoRVA circulates widely among dairy calves in China, and the dominant genotype in circulation is G6P[1], first report on molecular characteristics of complete P[5] VP4 genes in chinese dairy calves. These results will help us to further understand the prevalence and genetic evolution of BoRVA among dairy calves in China and, thus, prevent the disease more effectively.

        Multi-scale and Interactive Visual Analysis of Public Bicycle System

        Public bicycle system (PBS) is a new emerging and popular mode of public transportation. PBS data can be adopted to analyze human movement patterns. Previous work usually focused on specific scales, and the relationships between different levels of hierarchies are ignored. In this paper, we introduce a multi-scale and interactive visual analytics system to investigate human cycling movement and PBS usage condition. The system supports level-of-detail explorative analysis of spatio-temporal characteristics in PBS. Visual views are designed from global, regional and microcosmic scales. For the regional scale, a bicycle network is constructed to model PBS data, and an flow-based community detection algorithm is applied on the bicycle network to determine station clusters. In contrast to the previous used Louvain algorithm, our method avoids producing super-communities and generates better results. We provide two cases to demonstrate how our system can help analysts explore the overall cycling condition in the city and spatio-temporal aggregation of stations.
