자기공명영상용 라디오주파수 코일의 제작에 있어서 동조 및 매칭에 영향을 미치는 전기 용량 값들의 실험적 측정

Radio frequency coil which is capable of transmit and receive the signal has been used for image production in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Tuning and matching characteristic of radio frequency coil is major factor determining the image quality. In experiment the used coil was called a staircase type coil which is simplified the birdcage coil and referred to a simple LC resonant circuit. Because the inductance values of the coils are fixed coil performance was examined by changing of the capacitance values. In this study capacitance values were experimentally determined to increase of-tuning and matching effect in junction of the coil between coil endring and BNC cable to obtain the high quality of image.

안와골절의 외과적 접근에 대한 증례보고

The Orbital fracture which is often combined with midface fracture can cause decreased visual acuity, limitation of eyeball movement, diplopia, enophthalmos, etc. Traumatic orbital fracture causes change of orbital volume, results in diplopia and enophthalmos thus, accurate repositioning of displaced bone and reconstruction of orbital defect with autogenous materials(cranial, rib, iliac bone, cartilage and fascia lata) or alloplastic materials(gelatin film, polyglactin mesh, methylmethacrylate, Teflon, silicone, Supermid, hydroxyapatite and metal). The key point of reconstruction of orbit is accurate repositioning of displaced orbital floor, lateral, medial orbital wall and sufficient bonegraft in anatomical defect. As this cases, we obtained good results through transconjunctival and coronal approach who were required orbital reconstruction. Also, we accurately diagnosed orbital fracture with C.T., 3D model and good result for orbital reconstruction with sufficient parietal block bone graft during average 16.8 months follow-up.

젊은 성인에서 신체 만족도에 따른 문제해결양식, 대인관계문제와 우울증상과 자살사고와의 관련성

Objectives:The aim of this study was to evaluate that problem solving styles, interpersonal problems, depression and suicidal ideation according to body image satisfaction. Methods:One hundred and nineteen young healthy normal subjects filled out administered the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Examination-Self Report (Korean version of BDDE-SR K-BDDE-SR), Problem Solving Style Scale(Korean version PSS), Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem(KIIP), Korean version of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(KDASS-21), Korean version of Beck Scale for Suicidal Ideation(Korean version SSI) and Korean version of Reynolds Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire(Korean version SIQ) for a month. Results:Out of the 119 subjects, 39%(N=46) was male and 61%(N=73) was female. In high K-BDDE-SR group (higher than 67), helplessness was significantly higher than low K-BDDE-SR group(lower than 67), and problem-solving confidence, creative style, approach style were significantly lower than low K-BDDE-SR group. Also, Higher level of all KIIP factors in High K-BDDE-SR group was significantly differ than low K-BDDE-SR group. In High K-BDDE-SR group, K-DASS-21, SSI, and SIQ were significantly higher than low K-BDDE-SR group. Using multiple regression analysis contributing variance toward the total factor score of K-BDDE-SR of participants were K-DASS-21 and SIQ. Conclusion:Our results indicates that high tendency of dissatisfied body images have differences in helplessness, problem-solving confidence, approach style, interpersonal problems, depression and suicidal ideation compared to low tendency of dissatisfied body images. It is necessary to study body dysmorphic disorder patients group in the future.

20년전과 비교한 한국청년의 미소 변화에 관한 연구

Purpose: Teeth are generally exposed when people smiling. Moreover, the exposed teeth and soft tissue when smiling becomes an important guideline for esthetically prosthetic restoration. This research is to compare and find out differences of Korean young men's smile living in presence and twenty years ago. Materials and methods: Subjects, 100 young men (50 male and 50 female), were required about several aspects; normally developed physical condition, no psychological or genetic disorders, a fine face with no loss of teeth, no experience in orthodontic or prosthetic treatment, relatively normal occlusion, aged between 20 - 29. The photos of the subject at rest position and front face when fully smiled were taken three times. 100 photos (50 male and 50 female) were chosen at random from the 240 university students' smile photos taken by Yoon and his colleagues in 1991. By Hulsey's method of measuring smile, several factors; the change of upper lip curvature, the change of the relation between the upper lip and teeth, parallelism between Mx. incisor and lower lip, contact relation between Mx. incisor and lower lip and teeth displayed in a smile, were measured and analyzed. Meanwhile, ten dentists assessed aesthetic evaluation about men and women's smile for twice and recorded and compared smile score. The -test (P<.05) was used to compare the measured value. The difference of smile score was analyzed by t-test (P<.05). Results: The smile score calculated in 2011 (60.22) was higher than that of 1991 (52.80). Among five measurement categories, the noticeable difference was distinguished from two factors; the change of upper lip curvature and contact relation between Mx. incisor and lower lip. Conclusion: The Korean young men's smile has been considerably improved for twenty years. And it is found that the change of upper lip curvature plays an important role, that is, the smile formed with an ascended labial commissure has been increased significantly. 연구 목적: 일반적으로 치아는 미소 지을 때 가장 많이 노출되며, 미소 시에 나타나는 치아와 연조직과의 관계 등은 심미적인 보철 수복에 있어서 중요한 지침이 된다. 본 연구는 20년 전 한국 청년들의 미소와 현재 한국 청년들의 미소를 비교하여 그 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 신체적인 발육 상태가 정상적이고 전신적 또는 유전적 질환이 없으며, 안모가 양호하고 치아의 결손이 없으며 교정 및 보철치료를 받은 경험이 없고, 교합상태가 비교적 정상적인 20 - 29세 사이의 청년 100명(남자 50명, 여자 50명)을 대상으로, Cephalometer에 사용되는 두부 고정 장치를 사용하여 피검자의 F-H plane이 지면에 평행하도록 한 후, 35 mm 카메라(400D. Cannon, Japan), 120 mm 렌즈 그리고 삼각대를 사용하여 피검자의 midsagittal plane에 카메라 렌즈의 중심을 맞추고 상악 중절치 절단과 렌즈와의 거리를 930 mm로 하여 안정위 및 full smile 시의 안모 정면 사진을 3회씩 촬영하였다. 1991년 윤 등이 촬영한 대학생 240명 중 무작위로 선택한 100명(남자 50명, 여 자 50명)의 미소사진과 함께 개인용 컴퓨터 및 V-ceph 6.0 프로그램을 이용하고 Hulsey의 미소 계측 방법을 참고로 하여, 상순의 형태, 상순과 치아와의 관계, 하순과 상악 전치 절단연과의 평행 관계, 하순과 상악 전치 절단연과의 접촉 관계, 미소시 나타나는 치아 등을 계측하고 분석하였다. 한편 치과의사 10인이 남,녀 각 2회씩 미소에 대한 미적 평가를 시행하여 미소평점을 기록하고 비교하였다. 결과: 지난 20년간 한국 청년의 미소가 크게 향상되었으며 이러한 변화는 주로 상순의 형태가 영향을 준 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉 입꼬리가 위로 올라가는 형태의 미소가 괄목할 만한 증가를 보인 반면 입 꼬리가 아래로 처지는 형태의 미소는 현저한 감소를 보였다. 결론: 지난 20년간 한국 청년의 미소가 크게 향상되었는데 이러한 변화는 주로 상순의 형태가 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다.

TC볼트의 스트리핑 메카니즘에 대한 실험적 연구

Over tightening experiments of the tension-controlled bolts are caned out and the stripping mechanism is reviewed based on the observed results. There arc two modes of bolt failure due to the over tightening : one the fracture of the bolt, the other the thread stripping. Bifurcation between these two modes is rather delicate, but it seems being related with the elastic flexibility of the bolt, which depends upon the unused thread length. The fracture mode occurs in the bolts with good flexibility, while the latter with bad one. According to the ISO Standard, some meter coarse threads like M20 and M22 have the same pitch, which causes bigger fastener to less resistance in shear and bending compared with the smaller one. However, since UNC thread system adapts different pitch for different nominal diameter, unified coarse threads show better stripping resistance than their corresponding meter threads.

Presented in this paper is a development of ERP systems for footwear manufacturing. Final goal of the system development is to construct ERP system covering all works from order to make, shipment, accounting. And the objective of this paper is to introduce to completed 6 sub-systems of developing total 13 sub-system for production resource planning. In this study, introduce analysis of existing business flow and design of standard business process for development of systems. Also describe input and output of the standard business process for production resource management and basic structure, design of the total system flow, configuration of completed 6 sub-systems are presented. Finally, function of software modules and principal algorithms and basic data structuring techniques on the 6 sub-systems are explained.

전편에서도 지적한 바와 같이 한말에 있어서 일본의 대륙진출에 따른 한국의 예속화과정은 청말의 중국민족의 존립문제와 관련하여 중국민족에게 심각한 위기의식을 조성시키는데 중요한 역할을 하였다. 즉 일본의 한국에 대한 침략과 식민지화정책의 전개과정 그 자체가 중국민족에게 자체의 운명에 대한 판단에 있어서 하나의 중요한 인조기준(frame of reference)의 역할을 하였던 것이다. 그러나 적어도 1918년 이전까지에 있어서의 그러한 소극적 측면에 있어서의 영향형태가 1919년 3.1운동을 정점으로 크게 질적인 변화를 겪게 되는 것이다. 즉 한국에 있어서의 민족운동은 소극적 형태에서가 아니라 적극적 형태로 중국의 민족운동에 큰 파장을 불러일으키는 역할을 하게 되는 것이며, 또한 중국에 대한 제1차세계대전 기간동안의 일본의 특수한 독점적 침략정책의 격렬한 전개에 따라 중국인의 한국독립운동에 대한 이해는 깊어져가는 것이었으며, 따라서 그와 같은 대한인식의 호전은 한민족의 3.1운동이 중국인의 민족운동에 긍정적인 방향에서 크게 작용할 수 있었던 것이다.

TV 스포츠프로그램에 관한 고찰

Nowadays, watching sports on TV is becoming a frame in the act of culture. Sports news, sports broadcast, and other programs that has relations with sports are developing not only with the quality of modern people but also with the relations of broadcasting company. This study aims at examining the way of studying TV sports programs and the influence of TV sports programs. It could be said that sports and television programs on sports have not been offered in-depth discussion and empirical exploration in the academic world so for, although their social influence is considerable. We firstly look over the meaning of mass media and then, we go into the study about mass media and sports. TV sports program takes social function, therefore, many theories is being used to study TV sports program. "Cultivation theory" and " Uses and gratification Approaches" are the main theories of the study on TV sports programs. At the first glance, the Cultivation Theory, which empirically analyzed the symbolic function of television as social ideological institution, and the Uses and Gratification Approaches, which contend the media audience are active rather than passive recipients, seem to be contradictory. However, if we look at the relationship between the mass media and audience not as one-way but as interactive process, it could be suggested that combining those two different theoretical worlds will be useful.

The rich language of the sea which is perhaps fantastic to landmen, is the thesis for the present author to treat. It has developed through so many a country into a well-recognized and accepted hybrid languages which combine together the seamen of various countries and produce vivid, colourful, and peculiar nautical terms in each country respectively, to say nothing of English. Definitions and derivations are given for most of the words and terms used every day at sea and particularly a great emphasis is laid on those which are most interesting and important from an etymological point of view, and those which have fallen into disuse through technological development, for example, by taking place of modern engine vessels for the ships of the older type, are also covered because of their frequent appearance in the literature of sea. Many authoritative works have been consulted in this treatise, but those which have been most helpful in search of the meanings of nautical English which are no longer in use at present, are W. Falconer's The Sailor's Word-Book, a great treasury of nautical English, published in the 19th century, and T. Twiss'. The black Book of the Admirality also published in the same century. These authors and many publications have provided the answer to vague questions, and a lot of literary figures and their works, especially Shakespeare are cited for giving validity of the exact shades of meanings of those seafaring words. Publication of this thesis has been helped by the GRANT IN AID of the Ministry of Education in 1983.
