보건교사의 교사효능감이 교사헌신에 미치는 영향: 전문성 지향성의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 보건교사의 교사효능감, 전문성 지향성, 교사헌신 간 관계에서 전문성 지향성의 매개효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 G시에 위치한 초·중등학교에서 근무 중인 보건교사 159명이며 교사효능감, 교사헌신, 전문성 지향성 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0를 사용하여 기술분석과 상관분석을 실시하였으며 PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 교사헌신과 교사효능감의 관계에서 전문성 지향성의 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 보면, 보건교사의 교사효능감과 교사헌신의 관계에서 전문성 지향성이 부분매개변인으로 영향력을 증가시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 보건교사의 교사헌신 향상을 위해서 교사효능감과 전문성 지향성이 중요한 변인임을 밝히는 데 의의가 있다. 나아가 보건교사의 교사효능감, 교사헌신, 전문성 지향성을 향상시킬 수 있는 여러 지원방안이 모색될 필요가 있음을 시사한다. This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of professional orientation in the relationship between teacher efficacy and teacher commitment in health teachers. The subjects of this study were 159 health teachers working in schools located in G city. Data were collected using teacher efficacy, teacher commitment, and professional-orientation scales. SPSS 21.0 was used to conduct descriptive analysis and correlational analysis. PROCESS Macro was also conducted to verify the mediation effect of professional orientation. This study found that the relationship between health teachers' teacher efficacy and teacher commitment was partially mediated by their professional orientation. This study provided several implications and suggestions to improve health teacher's efficacy, teacher commitment and professional orientation for their professional development.
Virtualizing Graphics Architecture of Android Mobile Platforms in KVM/ARM Environment

<P>With the availability of virtualization extension in mobile processors, e.g. ARM Cortex A-15, multiple virtual execution domains are efficiently supported in a mobile platform. Each execution domain requires high-performance graphics services for full-featured user interfaces such as smooth scrolling, background image blurring, and 3D images. However, graphics service is hard to be virtualized because multiple service components (e.g. ION and Fence) are involved. Moreover, the complexity of Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) device driver also makes harder virtualizing graphics service. In this paper, we propose a technique to virtualize the graphics architecture of Android mobile platform in KVM/ARM environment. The Android graphics architecture relies on underlying Linux kernel services such as the frame buffer memory allocator ION, the buffer synchronization service Fence, GPU device driver, and the display synchronization service VSync. These kernel services are provided as device files in Linux kernel. Our approach is to para-virtualize these device files based on a split device driver model. A major challenge is to translate guest-view of information into host-view of information, e.g. memory address translation, file descriptor management, and GPU Memory Management Unit (MMU) manipulation. The experimental results show that the proposed graphics virtualization technique achieved almost 84%-100% performance of native applications.</P>

Objective-This study aimed to examine the associations between depression and both coronary artery disease (CAD) and cardiovascular risk factors (CVRs) in Korean women. Furthermore, this study sought to determine whether depression was associated with use of healthcare services in women with CAD or CVRs. Methods-This cross-sectional study was conducted on 26,335 women who were aged 19 years or older, and who participated in the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2007-2014). Associations of prior diagnosis of depression with CAD and CVRs and with nonutilization of healthcare services were investigated. Results-Women with depression had a higher prevalence of CAD and CVRs including obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and metabolic syndrome than those without depression. In addition, depression was significantly associated with nonutilization of healthcare services in women with most CVRs. Conclusion-Considering the high rate of comorbid depression with CAD or CVRs and the low levels of health service utilization in depressed patients, screening for common CVRs, such as obesity, hypertension, and dyslipidemia, should be provided for patients with depression in mental health care settings.

본 연구에서는 수면 행동 개선에 도움을 주는 관계형 에이전트 ‘꿀잠이’를 개발해 이에 대한 효과를 검증하였다. 특히, 관계형 에이전트 ‘꿀잠이’와 상호작용을 통해 수면 습관 행동에 대한 상호작용 디자인을 대상체의 형상화와 맞춤형 메시지를 바탕으로 설계하고 인사이트를 확보하였다. 사용자들은 수면 습관 문제에 직간접적인 영향이 있는 다양한 데이터를 대화과정에서 자연스럽게 기록함으로써 수면에 대한 습관을 판단하고 스스로 제어하려는 노력을 기울일 수 있게 되었다.
RFJ: A Reliable and Fast Journaling Mechanism

현대 파일 시스템은 예기치 못한 시스템 크래시 또는 재난 상황에서도 데이터의 일관성 유지를 위해 저널링 메커니즘을 유지한다. 그러나 저널링은 I/O 처리율을 떨어뜨리는 문제가 있다. 이 성능 저하 문제는 데이터 버퍼와 메타데이터 버퍼간의 오더링 메커니즘과 2단계 버퍼쓰기에서 기인하는데. 특히, 만약 데이터 버퍼와 메타데이터 버퍼가 동시에 저널링이 되면, 2단계 쓰기 때문에 심각한 성능저하가 발생하며, 이는 I/O 성능과 시스템 신뢰도 간의 Trade-off 관계가 있음을 나타낸다. 본 논문은 RFJ 라는 신뢰성 있는 고속 저널링 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 Ordering enforced writeback 저널링 모드와 selective journaling 메커니즘을 도입해서 높은 신뢰도와 동시에 고성능 I/O 가 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 기법의 실험 결과 기존 Ext3 저널링 모드 대비 약 5배 이상 빠른 I/O 처리량을 지원하면서 동시에 Ext3 저널링과 동일한 수준의 신뢰성을 나타는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. Modern file systems have journaling mechanism to maintain their stored state consistently even under unexpected system crashes or disasters. However, the journaling makes I/O throughput lower. This performance degradation comes from the ordering mechanism between the data buffer and metadata buffer and two-staged buffer writing. Especially, if the data buffer and metadata buffer are journalled at the same time, then it incurs significant performance degradation due to the two-staged writing. That shows the trade-off relation-ship between I/O performance and system reliability. In this paper, we propose RFJ: a reliable and fast jour-naling mechanism to deal with this trade-off relationship. We propose an ordering enforced writeback journaling mode and selective journaling mechanism. The Ordering enforced writeback journaling mode achieves low I/O latency and the selective journaling mechanism achieves high reliability. The experimental result shows that the performance of RFJ is almost 5x faster than the journal mode of Ext3 file system but it still supports the same reliability with the journal mode.
Comparison of the Right and Left Femur Bone Mineral Densities in Postmenopausal Women

Objectives: Bone mineral density (BMD) is measured in the hip and posteroanterior spine; moreover, according to the 2019 International Society for Clinical Densitometry guidelines, unilateral hip can be used. This study aimed to determine whether there is a difference between the BMD of both the femurs in postmenopausal women.Methods: A total of 343 postmenopausal women were enrolled in this study from January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2019 at a single tertiary hospital. By using the Hologic® Horizon W DXA System, the femur and spine BMD was measured; BMD was recorded in g/cm2. Following regions were analyzed in both the femurs: the femur neck, the trochanter area, and total femur.Results: Mean age at imaging was 62 ± 9.7 years, and significant difference in the total BMD of both the femurs (P = 0.003) was observed. In secondary analysis, patients with osteoporosis showed significant contralateral BMD discrepancies in trochanter and total proximal femur BMD (P = 0.041 and P = 0.011, respectively). However, in women with normal BMD, no significant difference between the right and left femur BMD was observed. Furthermore, measurement of solely the unilateral hip can lead to a 16.9% of underdiagnosis in postmenopausal women.Conclusions: In conclusion, it is necessary to check BMD in both hips, particularly in patients suspected of osteoporosis.
