        The principle of dietary modification in the diabetes is controling total calorie control, and take orderly meals, and should restrict ingestion of the saturated fat acid, and the simple sugar, and by taking green yellow vegitable, seaweed, and fruit as sufficiently and take care of the ingestion of vitamin "B"type which would expedite suger digestihg metabolism, and it is better way to avoit the ingestion the salty food and alcohlic beverages. To the insuline dependent diabetics, in take of 55% of carbohydrate 25% of fat, and 20% of protein is proper method and increase in gestion of vegitable oil that contained the unsaturated fatacid. The exercise enhance the appetonce, and solidification of insuline activity, and expedite suger metabolism, and make the suger metabolism harmoniously. Especially durable txecise will give more effective to the non-insuline dependant diabetics than the insuline dependant diabetics, and in the non-insuline dependant diabetics, when perform this meal the rapy and the exercise the rapy simultaneously, it can reduce the % of body fat and will make effective for improvement of the insuline reaction to the trivial tissue. General exercise guidance will vecommend to take precedence over the medical diagnosis and an case history test before exercise begins, and the beginning of exercise, it start with light exercise, and gradually enhause intensity. Actual exercise program, will elevate an lungs function by the oxygenic exercise, and it is desirable exercise items that can cousumable proper energy, and suitable for doing proper exercise by doing walk, stroll, jogging, go up & down the stairs, swimming, badminton, and mountain climbing etc. Exercise intensity is suitable with 30-65% of Vo₂ max, and actual exercise intensity decision is preferable for criterion of subjective symptoms, such as, a condition of sweating brow, sweating on the clothes, and the breathing is hard condition. The exercise intensity may be changeable according to the, pattern of diabetes, in case of pattern 1, The first step is 30% of Vo₂ max and about 10 minutes; the second step is 40% of Vo₂ max and about 20 minutes; the thire step is 40% of Vo₂ max about 30 minutes; the fourth step is 50% of Vo₂ max and about 30 minutes, and in case of pattern Ⅱ, it perform the 1st step is 40% Vo₂ max about 30 minutes, the Ⅱnd step is 50% Vo₂ max about 40 minutes, the Ⅲrd step is 65% Vo₂ max about 60 minutes, and the duration time per each step is about one week and bothⅠ and Ⅱ type together, it is desirable to perform 5∼7days. Above duration of exercise and its freguincy determination will determine by the relation with the exercise intencity. Take snack that contains carbohydrate during exercise, and will discontinue the exercise when insuline activity is reach on high peak, and it is proper way taking 15∼20g's carbohydrate contained food against possibility of the low blood suger occurance after exercise. At last, it is much effective the exercose therapy is combined with the diet therapy for best diabetes treatment.

      • 甘草의 有效性分 含量에 關한 硏究

        시중에 유통되고 있는 4종류의 감초(특감초,원감초,일호감초,이호감초)에 대하여 유효약리성분 glycyrrhizin, 18α-glycyrrhetinic acid 및 glycyrrhizic ammonium salt의 함량을 대한약전의 규격기준에 준하여 검토한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 감초의 수분함량은 7.00-10.16%범위 였다. 2. 감초의 회분 및 산불용성 회분 함량은 3.03-4.09%, 0.02-0.11 % 범위 였다. 3. 감초 품질의 지표성분인 glycyrrhizin,18α-glycyrrhetinic acid 및 glycyrrhizic ammonium sait 을 TLC로 각각 Rt값 0.399,0.932,0.394 위치에서 암자색의 반점을 확인할 수 있었는데 특 감초,원 감초,1호 감초,2호 감초 모두 같은 위치에서 뚜렷한 암자색 반점을 확인할 수 있었고,확인되지 않은 3종 화합 물의 Rt 값은 0.28,0.66,0.78 였다. 4. 감초품질의 지표성분인 glycyrrhizin,18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid 및 glycyrrhizic ammonium salt을 HPLC로 정량한 결과 glycyrrhizin은 4종류 감초에서 분석되어 2.93-4.48g% 범위였고, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid는 특감초 및 일호감초에서만 13.64,3.52 g% 함유되었다. 그러나 glycyrrhizic ammonium salt 분석되지 않았다. 5. 문헌상에 기록된 감초의 종류는 16종이었고 이들에서 분리된 화학물질은 약 170여 가지였다. This study was carried out to investigate the content of glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt, moisture, ash, residue ash in four kinds(teuk-gamcho, won-gamcho, IIho-gamcho, Eho-gamcho) in Glycyrrhizae Radix(Glycyrrhiza sp.) used in Korea. The result were as follows ; The moisture content in four kinds of gamcho was ranged from 7.00-10.16%. The ash and ash of acid residue in all gamcho types ranged from 3.03-4.09% and from 0.02-0.11 %, respectivly. The glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt in Teuk-gamcho, Won-gamcho, IIhogamcho, Eho-gamcho verified from line of dark purplue color by TLC and Rf value of glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt were 0.399, 0.932, O. 394, respectivly, and the Rf value unknown compoud were 0.28, 0.66, 0.78. The glycyrrhizin, 18 α-glycyrrhetinic acid, glycyrrhizic ammonium salt content of all gamcho by HPLC were ranged from 2.93-4.48g%, 3.52-13.64g%, and trace, respectively. The 16 kinds of Glycyrrhiza (Licorice) were dassified, and that the identification about 170 chemicals were phamacology action substrate by reported references.

        Measuring Retailer Equity

        The main purpose of this study is to test empirically that used theories of retailer equity and tool of retailer equity about the two of major distribution channels - discount store and on-line shopping. We used indices from Arnett, Laverie and Meiers (2003) and those factors are retailer loyalty, name awareness, service quality, retailer associations, and perceived value. For this study, we collected data from major discount stores and on-line shopping sites in South Korea. As a result, only retailer loyalty influences on retailer equity in discount store and retailer loyalty and product quality influence retailer equity. Our paper is organized as follows. First, we discussed about retailer equity and the underlying dimensions of retailer equity. Second, based on the research of Arnett, Laverie and Meiers (2003), we demonstrate a indexes of retailer equity using regression analysis for comparing discount store and on-line shopping. Third, we discuss some managerial implications of this research for retail practitioners and suggest for future research.

      • 조혈모세포이식 후 골성장인자의 변화 및 골대사에 미치는 영향 : Impact on Bone Mineral Metabolism

        연구배경: 각종 장기이식의 시행이 많아지고 이식 후 생존율이 증가함에 따라 이식 후 합병증에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 조혈모세포이식 후에도 다양한 내분비적 합병증이 발생할 수 있으며 골격에 대한 합병증도 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 조혈모세포 이식 후 발생하는 골소실에는 이식 후 초기의 골형성 저하와 골흡수 증가가 중요한 역할을 담당하리라고 추측되는데 이러한 골재형성불일치(biochemical uncoupling)에 골 성장인자들이 미치는 영향에 대해서는 알려진 바가 없다. 본 연구에서는 조혈모세포이식 전, 후로 말초 혈액에서 IGF-I, FGF-2, M-CSF같은 성장인자의 변화를 알아보고, 이들 성장인자의 변화가 조혈모세포이식 후의 골형과 골흡수에 미치는 영향 및 이식 후 발생되는 골량 소실과의 연관성을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 방법: 여러 가지 혈액질환으로 인해 동종 골수이식을 시행 받은 환자들을 전향적으로 관찰하였으며 이식 전 및 이식 후 1주, 2주, 3주, 4주 및 3개월, 6개월 1년에 말초 혈액에서 골교체표지자를 측정하였다. 이식 전 및 이식1년 후에 요추골 및 대퇴골 골밀도를 측정할 수 있었던 36명의 환자들을 대상으로 냉동 보관되어 있던 혈청을 이용하여 IGF-I, FGF-2 및 M-CSF를 시기별로 측정하였으며 이들 성장인자와 골교체표지자의 변화 및 골밀도 변화 사이의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 결과: 골흡수 표지자인 혈청 ICTP는 이식 전에 비해 이식 후 4주까지 점차 의의 있게 증가하다가 이후 6개월까지 더욱 증가한 후 감소하였다. 골형성 표지자인 osteocalcin은 이식 후 3주까지는 점차 감소하다가 이후 증가하여 이식 후 3개월 및 6개월에 기저치보다 통계적으로 유의하게 증가한 후 감소하였다. 혈청 IGF-I과 FGF-2는 각각 이식 후 3주 및 1주까지 의미있게 감소하다가 이후 증가하였으며 혈청 M-CSF는 이식 후 1주째에 기저치에 비해 의미 있게 증가하였다가 이후 기저치로 회복되었다. 이식 1년 후 평균 요추부 골밀도는 5.2% 감소하였고 평균 근위대퇴골 골밀도는 11.6% 감소하였다. 이식 전 및 이식 후 3주에 측정한 IGF-I과 같은 시기에 측정한 오스테오칼신 사이에 유의한 상관관계가 관찰되었으며 이식 후 3주째의 M-CSF와 골흡수표지자인 M-CSF 사이에서 의미 있는 양의 상관관계를 관찰할 수 있었다. 이식 후 3주 및 3개월에 IGF-I이 낮은 환자일수록 이식 1년 후 근위대퇴골에서의 골소실이 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 조혈모세포이식 후 발생하는 골소실에는 기존에 알려진 기저질환의 영향, 성호르몬의 감소, 면역억제의 투여, 골수기질세포와 조골세포의 손상 및 이식초기 사이토카인의 변화이외에도 골성장인자가 관련이 있음을 확인하였고, 이는 이식 후 발생되는 골량소실에 중요한 역할을 할 것이라고 사료된다. Background: A loss of bone mass is usually detected after a bone marrow transplantation (BMT), especially during the early post-transplant period. We recently reported that enhanced bone resorption following a BMT was related to both the steroid dose and the increase in IL-6. We also suggested damage to the marrow stromal microenvironment, by myoablation, partly explains the impaired bone formation following a BMT. It is well known that some growth factor play important role in bone growth and osteogenesis. However, the pathogenetic role of bone growth factors in post-BMT bone loss is unknown and data on the changes in the growth factors, in accordance with bone turnover markers and bone mineral density (BMD) changes are scarce. We investigated changes in bone growth factors such as IGF-I (Insulin-like growth factor-I), fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) and Macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF), during the post-BMT period, and assessed whether the growth factor changes influenced the bone turnover and post-BMT bone loss. The present study is the first prospective study to describe the changes in bone growth factors following a BMT. Methods: We prospectively investigated 110 patients undergoing a BMT, and analyzed 36 patients (32.4±1.3 years, 17 men and 19 women) whose BMDs were measured before, and 1 year after, the BMT. The serum biochemical markers of bone turnover were measured before, 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks, 3 and 6 months, and 1 year, after the BMT. The serum, FGF-2, IGF-I and M-CSF levels were measured before and 1 and 3 weeks, and 3 months after the BMT. The correlation between the changes of growth factors and various bone parameters was analyzed. Results: The mean bone losses in the lumbar spine and total proximal femur, calculated as the percentage change from the baseline to the level at 1 year, were 5.2(p<0.05) and 11.6%(p<0.01), respectively. the serum type I carboxyterminal telopeptide(ICTP), a bone resorption marker, increased progressively until 6 months after the BMT, but thereafter decreased, to the base value after 1 year. Serum osteocalcin, a bone formation marker, decreased progressively, until 3 weeks after the BMT but then increased transiently, and finally returned to the base level at 1 year. The serum IGF-I and FGF-2 also decreased progressively until 3 weeks 1 week after the BMT, respectively, then increased to the base values at 3 months. The serum M-CSF increased briskly at 1 week post-BMT, then decreased to the base level. There were positive correlations between the percentage changes from the baseline proximal femur BMD and the IGF-I levels 3 weeks and 3 months (r=0.52, p<0.01, r=0.41, p<0.05) post BMT. A significant correlation was found between the IGF-I and osteocalcin levels pre-BMT, and 3 weeks after the BMT. Another positive correlation was found between the M-CSF and the ICTP levels at 3 weeks post BMT (r=0.54, p<0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, there were significant changes in the serum IGF-I, FGF-2 and M-CSF levels in the immediate post-BMT period, which were related to a decrease in bone formation and loss in the proximal femoral BMD during the year following the BMT (J Kor Soc Endocrinol 17:664∼674, 2002).

      • RUS법에 의한 Micro-Crack을 가진 Ferrule의 주파수 특성 평가

        광섬유 정렬부품으로 사용되는 페롤은 극히 높은 정밀도를 요하는 제품으로서, 높은 치수 정밀도와 결함이 포함되지 않는 등 높은 신뢰성이 요구되는 제품이다. 이러한 페롤의 형상결함평가에 종래의 광학현미경 평가법과는 달리. 본 논문에서는 공명초음파법(ResonantUltrasound Spectroscopy)을 이용하고자 한다. 공명초음파법이란 결함이 없는 시험편을 기계적으로 진동시켰을 때의 공진 주파수와 시험편 내에 결함을 가지고 있을 때의 공명 주파수 양상을 비교 분석하여 결함유무를 검출해내는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 양품과 크랙을 가진 시험편을 현장에서 직접 사용되고 있는 광학현미경에 의해 분류를 한 다음, 더욱 정확한 측정을 위해 SEM에 의해 다시 분류하였다. 각각에 대해 공진 주파수를 측정하였고, 이 데이터의 검증을 위해 FEM해석을 수행하였다. 실험으로부터 얻는 양품의 공진 주파수와 FEM해석을 통해 얻었던 양품의 공진 주파수의 오차는 1∼2%정도의 범위를 벗어나지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 크랙에 대한 공진 주파수를 측정하여서, 양품의 공진 주파수와 비교를 행하였고, 이 데이터를 가지고 모드별로 히스토그램을 그려서, 그것으로부터 현장에서 실제로 이용 가능한 모드를 존재함을 확인하였다. The Ferrule which is used as the product optical fiber very precisely, is required high to set the optical axes of an dimensional precision, lack of defect and high expectation. Up to now the optical instrument has been used for the defect and shape inspection of the Ferrule, but in this paper we examined the detectable defect and expectation by using the Resonant Ultrasound Spectroscopy (RUS). The RUS is the measurement' which is to excite specimen and to inspect the difference of natural frequency pattern between acceptable specimen and specimen has some defects. In this paper, we classified specimens into three groups by using She optical instrument; acceptable specimen A-type, 3-type and specimen A-type which has crack. And we reclassified by Scanning Microscope to carry out the more exact measurement. We surveyed the resonant frequency of every specimen, and carried out the simulation from the explicit finite elements code, NasEran t o verify the experiment data. The average error between the resonant frequency of acceptable specimens which is obtained from experiment and that from FEM analysis is in the range of 1-2 percentage. Also, we measured the resonant frequency of specimen which has crack, and compared that of acceptable specimen. We drew histogram by using these data, and confirmed the available mode in the plant.

        구강상피세포의 냉동보관 방법에 따른 세포생존률 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 구강상피세포를 배양한후 각기 다른 조건의 냉동 보존법으로 6일간 보존시 각각의 세포의 활성도를 Cell counting, WST-1, Clonogenic capacity의 방법을 이용하여 비교 평가하기 위함이다. 각 실험군당 1×10^(6)개의 세포를 다음의 방법으로 6일간 냉동 보존한다. Freezing container에 담아 1℃/min의 냉동속도로 까지 냉동 후 -196℃에 냉동하여 보관한 일반 냉동 보존군, 세포를 바로 -196℃의 액화질소에 넣어 냉동한 급속 냉동 보존군, 4℃에서 -35℃까지 -0.5℃/min속도로 서서히 냉동시킨 뒤 -196℃에 냉동한 저속 냉동 보존군, 2 Mpa, 3 Mpa의 압력을 가하고 -0.5℃/min속도로 4℃에서 -35℃까지 서서히 냉동시킨 뒤 -196℃에 냉동한 2 Mpa, 3 Mpa압력 저속 냉동 보존군으로 나누었다. 6일 후 냉동되었던 세포를 급속 해빙하여 각각의 Cell counting, WST-1, Clonogenic capacity 값을 측정하여 비교하였다. 실험 결과 2 Mpa혹은 3 Mpa의 압력을 이용한 저속 냉동법이 저속 냉동법 및 급속 냉동법 보다 세포 활성도에 있어 우수한 경향을 나타내었다. This study examined the influence of the storage methods on the viability of oral epithelial cells using conventional cell freezing storage, slow freezing preservation, rapid freezing preservation, and slow freezing preservation with a pressure of 2 Mpa or 3 Mpa. The cell viability was evaluated by cell counting, WST-1 and the clonogenic capacity after 6 days of freezing storage. After 6 days, the frozen cells were thawed rapidly, and the cell counting. WST-1, and clonogenic capacity values were measured and compared. 1. The results from cell counting demonstrated that conventional cryopreservation, slow freezing under a 2 Mpa pressure and slow freezing under a 3 Mpa pressure showed significantly higher values than slow freezing preservation and rapid freezing preservation (p < 0.05). 2. The results from the optical density by WST-1 demonstrated that slow freezing under a 2 Mpa pressure showed significantly higher values than slow freezing preservation and rapid freezing preservation (p<0.05). 3. The clonogenic capacity demonstrated that slow freezing under a 2 Mpa pressure showed significantly higher values than slow freezing preservation and rapid freezing preservation (p < 0.05).

        1) Risk factors of aterosclerosis is Hypertension, hyperlipidermia, diabetes, obesity, physical inactivity and excessive smoking. Aterosclerosis begins at young age and worsens with age, particularty more so in men than women. For people with risk factors of atherosclerosis, it is important to prevent atherosclerosis-related disease with dietary, living pattern and exercise prescription. 2) Ditary fibers promote exercise of the digestive tract and shortens the time food remains inside the digestive tract. It can prevent obesity, hyperlipidermia, aterosclerosis and colon cancer by blocking the absorption of cholesterol. Various vegetables and sea foods are rich in unsaturated fats and can act prevent the absorption of cholesterol inside the digestive tract. 3) Occurrence of Coronary Heart Disease can largely be attributed to blood serum cholesterol. Particular attention should be paid to the increase of LDL cholesterol and decrease of HDL cholesterol as risk factors(If overall cholesterol/HDL cholesterol is below 3.5, it should be brought up to just below 4.5). HDL cholesterol is a lipo-protein that prevents atherosclerosis. 4) People with blood pressure of 160mmHg/90mmHg or higher shows 5 times higher rate of occurrence of atherosclerosis-related disease than people with normal blood pressure of 140mmHg/90mmHg, and smokers of a pack a day shoes 3-5times higher rate of occurrence than non-smokers. 5) Essential fatty acids and unsaturated fats, which are contained in vegetable oils, promotes metabolism while preventing absorption. In fruits, pectin, water-soluble fiber, is present and lowers the level of cholesterol. By consuming foods that are low in cholesterol and saturated fats, and rich in unsaturated fats, aliomentotherapy alone can reduce the plasma cholesterol by 10-15%. 6) For patients with LDL cholesterol level of 190mmHg/dl or higher, or LDL level of 160mmHg/dl or higher, and two or more rusk factors, drug therapy should be considered. The LDL cholesterol level should be kept below 130mmHg/dl and, desirably lower if possible. If the patient already has coronary heart disease, LDL cholesterol should even be lowered to and kept at below 100mmHg/dl. In treating high cholesterol, it is effective to use Resin and Lovastatin together or Lovastatin in combination. 7) Regular exercise is effective in preventing coronary arterial disease such as angina pectoris and infaction, inside it can lower the blood pressure and aids in weight control and release of stress. 8) For ideal exercise, it should be aerobic with Intensity of 60-80%HRmax(50-70%VO₂max), duration of 15-60min/day. The frequency of 3-6/week is desirable the better exercise prescription is endureance aerobic exercise. To get more effect exercise, exercise consistency very important.

        고혈압의 예방과 치료를 위한 영양과 운동처방

        I've researched the causes, symptoms, disease attacks, dietary cures, and exercise prescriptions for hypertension. The conclesions are the following; 1. There are two hypertension classifications-congenital hypertension(85∼90%) and acquired hypertension(10∼15%). If both parents have hypertension, there is a 60% chance of inheritance. If one parent has hypertension, there is a 30%. Postnatally, hypertension can be influenced by eating too much meat and sodium, stress, obesity, lack of exercise and smoking. 2. hypertension, a disease in adults, causes stroke, heart disease, kidney disease, 18 percent of adults have hypertension and 30 percent of deaths is caused by hypertension. 3. Smoker's hypertension is five times worse than nonsmoker's. Fat people can have a lower hypertension by losing their weight. 4. The frequency of arteriosclerosis gets increased 5 times if one has a higher hypertension than 160 mmHg/95mmHg compared to others who have normal hypertension under 140mmHg/90mmHg. And smokers who smoke about a pack of cigarettes a day are 3 to 5 times more likely to get arteriosclerosis. 5. Any food that has less saturated fat and more unsaturated fat is preferred. The cholesterol level can be cut down by 10∼15% through diet only. 6. Regular exercise minimizes blood pressure. Losing weight and resolving stress can prevent arteriosclerosis. 7. It is ideal to exercise 3 to 5 times a week for 30 min to 60 min at the strength of 30∼50% V o2 max. Exercise intensity should gradually be increased to 50∼70% V o2 max depending on the person. Walking, jogging, swimming, cycling and hiking are some preferred aerobic exercising activities.

        The aim of this study was to determine the effect of steroids and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) on in vitro maturation and ovulation of oocyte in Pseudobagrus fulvidraco. Oocytes were incubated in the media Leibovitz L15 supplemented with the various concentration of 17α, 20β-dihydroxy-4-pregnen-3-one (17α20βOHP), 17α-hydroxyprogesterone (17αOHP), progesterone(P₄), estradiol-17β(E₂)and HCG. After 60 hours incubation, the maturation ability of oocyte was assessed by the appearance of germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD). GVBD was significantly enhanced by the addition of 17α20βOHP, 17αOHP, P₄and HCG(P$lt;0.05). The highest GVBD was observed when 17α20βOHP and HCG were supplemented to media. When oocytes were cultured for 16hours in media containing 10∼1,000 ng/ml 17α20βOHP, 17αOHP and P₄, the rate of GVBD in oocytes cultured in the medium supplemented with 100ng/ml 17α20βOHP (65%) was significantly higher than that with 17αOHP(40%) and P₄(35%). The effects of 17α20βOHP and HCG on GVBD were assessed by various concentration of these hormones. When oocytes were cultured for 60 hours in various media containing 1∼1,000 ng/ml 17α20βOHP or 5∼1,000 IU/ml HCG, the GVBD of oocytes was significantly increased in the medium with 10∼100 ng/ml 17α20βOHP and 500 IU/ml HCG. When oocytes were cultured in the various media supplemented 1∼1,000 ng/ml 17α20βOHP or 5∼1,000 IU/ml HCG for 60 hours, the media with 1∼100 ng/ml 17α20βOHP or 50∼1,000 IU/ml HCG significantly increased in the rate of ovulation. However supplementation with 1,000 ng/ml 17α20βOHP or 5 IU/ml HCG did not improve the rate of ovulation compared to controls. This results indicate that supplementation of steroid and HCG except E₂can improve the in vitro maturation and ovulation of oocyte in P. fulvidraco; HCG and 17α20βOHP may be more effective than other steroids on oocyte maturation and ovulation in P. fulvidraco.

        In the present study, it could be understood that in the result of testing the influence of massage on each organ or part of human body, massage is closely related to all the functions of human body. When any part or organ is rhythmically given a proper pressure and extension(stretching), the part or organ is stimulated. So, it was found out that such pressure softly compresses any tissue, thereby giving the effect to twist 신경종말(?) with the nerve tissue which is located 수용기(?muscle and tendon). Also, 신전, being applied to the tendon of soft tissue, twists the network of 수용기(?muscle and tendon). Thereby, massage influences capillary vessels, veins, and circulation of arterial lymph by the changes of the space between the internal organs of the blood vessel and the lymphatic vessels. Accordingly, it can be proven that there is a 반사작용 of nervous axis-cylinder process. When 외계감 수용기 and 고유 수용기(muscle and tendon) are stimulated, the discharging action of the excessively secreting fluid in the lungs can be promoted. Concerning how well such mechanical effect can be applied, it was demonstrated that the influence of massage on each organ or part of human body is determined by various methods, ability, treatment time, nature, intensity, and even rhythm performed by the massager. And it is deemed that a part of massage can be effective when practised, based on the knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Thus, the physical effect of massage can be purely identified : In the first place, it was understood that some blood in the vein located at the 천부, in a state that the vein was stroked and directed compressed by the massager, could be excluded. And it was also understandable that the effect of massage differs according to the physical, physiological, and psychological elements of the massage taker or massagee, Based on the findings of the present study, it is suggested that more systematic, scientific, researches into the effect of massage on each part of human body is necessary, and since the necessity of massage is being worldly heightened, more effect should be given to systematic researches.
