        新羅文人崔致遠 ≪桂苑筆耕集≫ 版本源流攷述

        최치원의 《桂苑筆耕集》은 한국과 중국 양국의 문헌의 기록이 많지않아, 그 유전과정을 밝히기가 쉽지 않았다. 가장 이른 기록으로 《新唐書》<藝文誌>에 "崔致遠 (四六)一卷과 《桂苑筆耕》二十卷"란 문자가 있으며, 高麗 金富軾의 (三國史記) 卷四六에 이에 근거한 기록이 보인다. 그러나, (東國書目) . (東國通鑑) 과 (東史□要) 등의 사적에는 그에 관한 기록이 보이지 않는다. 중국에서는 南宋에서 淸 道光 사이 이 책의 세상에 전함이 매우 드물어, (全唐詩) 와 (全唐文) 에 모두 수록되지 않았다. 따라서, (四庫全書總目>과 (崇文總目) 등의 서목에도 누락되고 있다. 설령 이와 같더라도, 《桂苑筆耕集)은 그 문필의 우아함과 아름다움, 사료의 가치의 귀중함은 모든 사람들에게 중요시 되어, 후대 여러 차례 인쇄되고 초록되어 세상에 전하게 된다. 본 논문은 《桂苑筆耕集) 의 販本源流와 版本系統에 대한 대략적인 정리와 고증이다.

        Case Reports : Bullous Pemphigoid in an Elderly Patient with Myelodysplastic Syndrome and Refractory Anemia Coupled with Excess of Blast

        Bullous pemphigoid (BP) has a recognized association with solid organ tumors, but is relatively rare in hematological malignancies. We report a 67-year-old male who developed BP after being diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and refractory anemia with excess of blast (RAEB). Skin biopsy elucidated sub-epidermal bulla using direct immunofluorescence, revealing linear C3 and IgG deposits along the basement membrane. His BP was recalcitrant to the conventional treatment and only responded to a combination of high dose oral prednisolone and azathioprine. The relative refractory nature of his condition and concurrent RAEB supports a paraneoplastic nature. (Ann Dermatol 23(S3) S390~S392, 2011)

      • Nonlinear thermal post-buckling analysis of graphene platelets reinforced metal foams plates with initial geometrical imperfection

        Although some scholars have studied the thermal post-buckling of graphene platelets strengthened metal foams (GPLRMFs) plates, they have not considered the influence of initial geometrical imperfection. Inspired by this fact, the present paper studies the thermal post-buckling characteristics of GPLRMFs plates with initial geometrical imperfection. Three kinds of graphene platelets (GPLs) distribution patterns including three patterns have been considered. The governing equations are derived according to the first-order plate theory and solved with the help of the Galerkin method. According to the comparison with published paper, the accuracy and correctness of the present research are verified. In the end, the effects of material properties and initial geometrical imperfection on the thermal post-buckling response of the GPLRMFs plates are examined. It can be found that the presence of initial geometrical imperfection reduces the thermal post-buckling strength. In addition, the present study indicates that GPL-A pattern is best way to improve thermal post-buckling strength for GPLRMFs plates, and the presence of foams can improve the thermal post-buckling strength of GPLRMFs plates, the Foam- II and Foam- I patterns have the lowest and highest thermal post-buckling strength. Our research can provide guidance for the thermal stability analysis of GPLRMFs plates.

        High efficient adsorption of gold ions onto the novel functional composite silica microspheres encapsulated by organophosphonated polystyrene

        The novel functional composite silica microspheres encapsulated by organophosphonated polystyrene(SG–PS–N–P) has been successfully synthesized. SG–PS–N–P was employed to adsorb Au(III) fromsimulated wastewater, and it exhibited excellent performance, and the maximum adsorption capacitywas 980.39 mg/g at 35 ℃. The adsorption process optimization was performed using response surfacemethodology (RSM), and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the quadratic model demonstrated that themodel was highly significant. Moreover, the regeneration capacities of SG–PS–N–P were investigated,and it has been found that the adsorption capability remains high after several cycles of adsorption–desorption.

        장이머우 영화에 나타나는 색채와 캐릭터 메이킹 관계성 연구 : 〈진링의 13소녀〉를 중심으로

        본 연구는 장이머우 감독의 영화 〈진링의 13소녀〉에 나타난 색채의 운용과 상징, 그리고 색채와 등장인물의 캐릭터 메이킹 간의 관계성을 연구하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 색채에 대한 경험은 인간의 마음속 깊은 곳까지 제재할 수 있으며, 인간의 감정에 직접 호소하여 정서적 반응을 불러일으킨다. 시각 예술에서 색이 강력하고 상징적인 힘을 발휘해왔다는 것은 관습적으로 알려진 사실이다. 특히 영화에서의 색은 ‘상징’으로 나타나는 경우가 많은데 이 경우의 색은 감독이 관객들에게 전달하고자 하는 바를 형상화시키는 중요한 요소가 된다. 장이머우 감독은 그의 영화에서 색채의 운용을 통하여 강력한 시각적 내러티브를 전달하는 감독으로 잘 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서 집중적으로 조명한 작품 〈진링의 13소녀〉는 등장인물들의 다면적 다층적 캐릭터가 영화의 서사구조와 밀접하게 관련된 특징을 가지고 있다. 여러 명의 등장인물들은 스토리가 전개됨에 따라 극적인 심적변화를 일으키고, 그 변화에서 기인한 행동이 극적 반전과 인물들 간의 대립, 또는 화해를 야기한다. 이는 단면적 특징과 성격을 가진 비교적 적은 수의 인물들이 등장하여 자신들의 운명에 맞서는 내용이 주를 이루었던 장이머우의 초기 작품들과는 차이가 있으며 이러한 복잡 다양한 인물들의 내면을 상징하는 색채운용이 적용되었다. 이에 연구자는 먼저 〈진링의 13소녀〉에 등장하는 주요 인물들의 특징과 그들이 일으키는 갈등, 극적 변화, 그로 인한 서사구조 등에 집중하였고, 색채가 이러한 등장인물들의 캐릭터 메이킹에 미친 영향을 연구하였다. 그 결과, 그의 관점에서 1937년의 난징은 국가, 민족, 젠더, 계층에 관한 이데올로기와 그곳에서 파생되는 의미들을 영화화할 수 있는 완벽한 텍스트로 작용하였음을 알 수 있었다. 그 과정에서 그가 보여준 등장인물의 캐릭터 메이킹과 색채와의 관계 또한 단지 비극적 역사의 영화적 재현 기법을 넘어선 영화에서의 색채의 본질과 의미에 대한 장이머우만의 탐구정신을 드러내고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analysis the color uses and their symbolization, and the relationship between colors and character making in Zhang Yimou’s film, 〈The Flowers of War〉. The experiences with colors control our feelings deep down and occur emotional responses by appealing directly. It has been well known that colors have conventionally exhibited their intensive and symbolic power. In films colors tend to appear a representation that the director uses as an important factor because it visualizes what he wants to deliver to his audiences. The Chinese film director, Zhang Yimou is well known for his use of color in his visual narrative. In his early pieces red and yellow were his favorite colors to express the root of China and those films invented the Chinese national consciousness. The characters in 〈The Flowers of War〉 have very dynamic layers of personalities and their characteristics are closely related to the narrative structure. They show dramatic inner side changes as the story unfolds, and the changes bring the serious conflict or sometimes reconciliation between characters. This is distinguished from his early films where characters have one simple dimension and just try overcome their fates. Therefore, the different use of color grammar was applied to this film. In this paper I first focused on the characters, their conflicts, the dramatic changes in their minds, and narrative structures. Then I moved on to how colors influenced the character making process. As the result this study could find the Zhang Yimou’s new color use technique how he visually appealed the characters and backgrounds especially with the historical tragedy as a story material. For him Nanjing in 1937 was a perfect text that showed the ideology and it’s meaning about the nation, people, gender, and social hierarchy of China during the period. The relationship between colors and character making process in 〈The Flower of War〉 clearly showed his own methods about the use of colors and what it means to film production.

        爲 “文學道路” 正名

        "The road of literature" has recently become a pejorative term. Behind such a phenomenon lurks a prevalent assumption: that English education is a matter of ingesting information, of mastering technique, of acquiring facts and know-how, whereas literature is a soft option, an indulgence or a mere trimming to decorate the hard center of the market-oriented syllabus. In order to counter such a trend, we need first of all to address the following theoretical issues: What is the primary task of an English department in China? Is the teaching of English literature relevant to the Chinese market economy today? If yes, in what way is it relevant? How does one persuade a member of modern Chinese society that there is a profit in reading, say, Chaucer and Shakespeare in harkening to any non-Chinese and, "worse", non-modern non-Chinese voices? While re-examining those questions, we need to improve some of our teaching methods that are still prevalent today, in order to make sure that literature is given its due status in English teaching programmes.

      • Comparative Analysis between Multilevel Sectioning with Conventional Haematoxylin and Eosin Staining and Immunohistochemistry for Detecting Nodal Micrometastases with Stage I and II Colorectal Cancers

        Management of patients with stage II colorectal carcinomas remains challenging as 20 - 30% of them will develop recurrence. It is postulated that these patients may harbour nodal micrometastases which are imperceptible by routine histopathological evaluation. The aims of our study were to evaluate (1) the feasibility of multilevel sectioning method utilizing haematoxylin and eosin stain and immunohistochemistry technique with cytokeratin AE1/AE3, in detecting micrometastases in histologically-negative lymph nodes, and (2) correlation between nodal micrometastases with clinicopathological parameters. Sixty two stage I and II cases with a total of 635 lymph nodes were reviewed. Five-level haematoxylin and eosin staining and one-level cytokeratin AE1/AE3 immunostaining were performed on all lymph nodes retrieved. The findings were correlated with clinicopathological parameters. Two (3.2%) lymph nodes in two patients (one in each) were found to harbour micrometastases detected by both methods. With cytokeratin AE1/AE3, we successfully identified four (6.5%) patients with isolated tumour cells, but none through the multilevel sectioning method. Nodal micrometastases detected by both multilevel sectioning and immunohistochemistry methods were not associated with larger tumour size, higher depth of invasion, poorer tumour grade, disease recurrence or distant metastasis. We conclude that there is no difference between the two methods in detecting nodal micrometastases. Therefore it is opined that multilevel sectioning is a feasible and yet inexpensive method that may be incorporated into routine practice to detect nodal micrometastases in centres with limited resources.

        Optimal Monochromatic Imaging of Spectral Computed Tomography Potentially Improves the Quality of Hepatic Vascular Imaging

        Objective: To investigate the efficiency of spectral computed tomography (CT) optimal monochromatic images in improving imaging quality of liver vessels. Materials and Methods: The imaging data of 35 patients with abdominal CT angiography were retrospectively analyzed. Hepatic arteries, portal veins, and hepatic veins were reconstructed with mixed energy (quality check, QC), 70 keV and optimal monochromatic mode. Comparative parameters were analyzed including CT value, image noise (IN), contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and subjective qualitative analysis. Results: The optimal monochromatic value for assessment of the common hepatic artery, portal vein, and hepatic vein ranged between 49 keV and 53 keV, with a mean of 51 keV. There were statistically significant differences (p < 0.001) among the optimal monochromatic, 70 keV and QC images with regards to the hepatic vascular CT value, IN, CNR, SNR, and subjective qualitative score. CNR of the common hepatic artery in the optimal monochromatic, 70 keV and QC groups was 24.6 ± 10.9, 18.1 ± 8.3, and 11.6 ± 4.6, respectively (p < 0.001) with subjective scores of 4.7 ± 0.2, 4.0 ± 0.3, and 3.6 ± 0.4, respectively (p < 0.001). CNR of the hepatic portal vein was 6.9 ± 2.7, 4.3 ± 1.9, and 3.0 ± 2.1, respectively (p < 0.001) with subjective scores of 4.5 ± 0.3, 3.9 ± 0.4, and 3.3 ± 0.3, respectively (p < 0.001). CNR of the hepatic vein was 5.7 ± 2.3, 4.2 ± 1.9, and 2.7 ± 1.4, respectively with subjective scores of 4.3 ± 0.3, 3.8 ± 0.4, and 3.2 ± 0.3, respectively (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Optimal monochromatic images can lead to improvement in the imaging parameters and optimization of the image quality of the common hepatic artery, hepatic portal vein and hepatic vein compared with conventional mixed kV and with 70 keV datasets.
