        병원 외주부 디자인에 따른 병실모듈 연구

        Purpose: It is important to plan the ward module at a time when the size of beds, the floor area, and the construction budget are all set prior to the hospital design. In this context this study aims (1) to derive various factors affecting the ward module, and (2) to analyze the appropriate room module according to the type. Methods: Design factors related to hospital modules are derived through precedential studies, and the types of ward elevation are classified by reviewing the drawings of 18 case hospitals. And the detailed dimensions and area of the derived elements are analyzed. Results: The X-axis modules of the ward are switched to long span structural columns of 9.9 m, 12.6 m and 13.2 m, but the ward modules still represent 6.6 m. The Y-axis module of the ward shows a dimension of 9 to 9.9m in the process of changing a multi-person room into a four-person room. Type A of curtain wall with columns located on the wall of the room and type B of curtain wall located in the center of the room are analyzed due to their variations. The square window type, which forms the elevation of the square window by exposing the columns to the elevation, and the outframe type, which protrudes from the structural columns and beams, have elevation designs limited. There are, however, no obstacles to the interior space of the hospital room, so the wall composition and furniture arrangement are expected to be free. The ward area of Curtain Wall Type A, which can secure an effective area of 5.9m*5.0m, are 52.1㎡. The Curtain Wall Type A, Square window type, and the outframe type are 49.8㎡. Implications: As part of the hospital standard module plan for economical and reasonable hospital building planning, a type was proposed in this study in conjunction with the external design. It is hoped that it be a base for standard module research linked together to the Central Treatment department, Outpatient department and underground parking lot.

        Cancer risk based on alcohol consumption levels: a comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis

        OBJECTIVES: Alcohol consumption is a well-established risk factor for cancer. Despite extensive research into the relationship between alcohol consumption and cancer risk, the effect of light alcohol consumption on cancer risk remains a topic of debate. To contribute to this discourse, we conducted a comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis. METHODS: Our systematic review aimed to investigate the associations between different levels of alcohol consumption and the risk of several cancer types. We focused on analyzing prospective associations using data from 139 cohort studies. Among them, 106 studies were included in the meta-analysis after a quantitative synthesis. RESULTS: Our analysis did not find a significant association between light alcohol consumption and all-cause cancer risk (relative risk, 1.02; 95% confidence interval, 0.99 to 1.04), but we observed a dose-response relationship. Light alcohol consumption was significantly associated with higher risks of esophageal, colorectal, and breast cancers. Light to moderate drinking was associated with elevated risks of esophageal, colorectal, laryngeal, and breast cancers. Heavy drinking was also found to contribute to the risk of stomach, liver, pancreas, and prostate cancers, thereby increasing the risk of almost all types of cancer. Additionally, females generally had lower cancer risks compared to males. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings highlight that cancer risks extend beyond heavy alcohol consumption to include light alcohol consumption as well. These findings suggest that there is no safe level of alcohol consumption associated with cancer risk. Our results underscore the importance of public health interventions addressing alcohol consumption to mitigate cancer risks.

        Reversible Crystal Transformations and Luminescence Vapochromism by Fast Guest Exchange in Cu(I) Coordination Polymers

        <P>Six Cu(I) coordination polymers (CPs)-[Cu2I2L2] (1), {[Cu2I2L2]center dot 2MeCN}(n) (2), [Cu4I4L2](n) (3), {[Cu4I4L2]center dot CH2Cl2}(n) (4), {[Cu4I4L2]center dot CHCl3}(n) (5), and {[Cu4I4L2]center dot C6H6}(n) (6) were synthesized by self-assembly reactions of CuI and the flexible mixed N/S donor ligand 4-(2-(cyclohexylthio)ethoxy)pyridine (L). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that these 1D CPs form sets of supramolecular isomers; 1 and 2 are based on Cu2I2 rhomboids, while 3-6 are based on cubane Cu4I4 clusters. Crystal-to-crystal transformations of CPs 1-6 were reversible under heat or in an appropriate solvent (acetonitrile, dichloromethane, chloroform, or benzene). In addition, crystal transformations between CPs 1 and 3 occurred through addition of L or CuI. Moreover, CPs 3-6 exhibited reversible guest exchange and crystal transformations on exposure to the vapor of volatile organic compounds and heat. Remarkably, a guest molecule was exchanged by other guest molecules in the vapor phase within very short times and without the use of acetonitrile as a solvent, which normally plays a key role in trapped solvent exchange experiments.</P>

        Multi-Residue Analysis of 18 Dye Residues in Animal Products by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

        본 연구는 불법적으로 수산물에 사용될 수 있는 염료 18 종에 대한 안전관리 강화를 위해 정량 및 정성 분석이 가능한 LC-MS/MS 를 적용하여 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 확립된 시험법은 CODEX CAC/GL-71 가이드라인에 따라 직선성, 정밀성, 정량한계 및 회수율 등을 통해 유효성을 확인하였다. 대상시료에 1% 아세트산을 함유한 아세토니트릴로 추출 후 C<sub>18</sub> 과 PSA 로 정제하였다. 본 실험에서 정량한계는 0.002 mg/kg 수준으로 정량한계를 포함한 농도에 따라 검량선을 작성하였고 모두 0.98 이상의 직선성을 확인하였다. 또한 정확성은 63%-112% 이고, 정밀도는 15% 이하로 재현성이 우수하였다. 국내 유통 중인 수산물 124 건을 수거하여 개발된 분석법의 적용성 검증과 안전성을 확인하고자 잔류실태조사를 실시 하였고 그 결과 7 건이 미량으로 검출 되었고 부적합은 없었다. 확립된 시험법은 수산물 안전관리에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료되는 바이다. This study aimed to develop an analytical method for determination of 18 dyes in livestock and fishery products by liquid chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The developed method was validated for linearity, accuracy, limit of quantifications (LOQ) and recovery based on the CODEX guideline (CAC/GL-71). Target matrices (beef, pork, chicken, egg, milk, flatfish, eel, and shrimp) were extracted using acetonitrile (containing 1% of acetic acid) and then, purified with C<sub>18</sub> and primary secondary amine (PSA). Calibration linearity was obtained (r<sup>2</sup>>0.98) and LOQs were 0.002 mg/kg in animal products. The recoveries of dyes were ranged from 63 to 112% and relative standard deviations (RSDs, %) were less than 15%. The residues of 18 dyes were investigated in real samples (n=124) collected from retail markets in South Korea. As a result, a total of seven samples showed positive results for target analytes in fish samples. However, there was no violation according to the maximum residue limits set by the Korean Food Code. The proposed method will be used for routine analysis of dye residues in livestock and fishery products.

      • Low-career Teachers at Public Kindergartens at their New Starting Point

        In this study, we heard and analyzed the first experiences of teachers in the recognition and operation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum of low-career teachers with less than three years of teaching experience. The results of this study found that first, teachers with low career in public kindergartens were able to make various efforts and had diverse experience in the operation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Second, low-career teachers experienced difficulties due to a lack of practical knowledge, as well as structural difficulties in operating the curriculum. Third, low-career teachers are finding a junction between the previous curriculum and the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum by compromising between the two.

        Epidemiological characteristics of and containment measures for COVID-19 in Busan, Korea

        OBJECTIVES: To describe and evaluate epidemiological investigation results and containment measures implemented in Busan, where 108 cases were confirmed with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) between February 21, 2020 and March 24, 2020. METHODS: Any individual who tested positive for COVID-19 was classified as a confirmed case. Measures were taken to identify the source of infection and trace and quarantine contacts. Serial intervals were estimated and the effective reproduction number was computed. RESULTS: Of the total 18,303 COVID-19 tests performed between January 16, 2020 and March 24, 2020 in Busan, 108 yielded positive results (positive test rate, 0.6%). All confirmed cases were placed in isolation at hospitals. Of the 108 confirmed cases, 59 (54.6%) were female. The most common age group was 20-29 years with 37 cases (34.3%). Regarding symptoms at the time of diagnosis, cough (n=38, 35.2%) and fever (n=34, 31.5%) were most common; 12 cases (11.1%) were asymptomatic. The source of infection was identified in 99 cases (91.7%). A total of 3,223 contacts were identified and quarantined. Household contacts accounted for 196, and the household secondary attack rate was 8.2% (95% confidence interval [CI], 4.7 to 12.9). The mean serial interval was estimated to be 5.54 days (95% CI, 4.08 to 7.01). After February 26, (Rt) remained below 1 in Busan. CONCLUSIONS: The early containment strategy implemented in Busan shows that control is possible if outbreaks are of limited scope. In preparation for future outbreaks, public health and healthcare systems should be re-examined and put in a ready state.

      • Control of Concentration of Nonhydrogen-Bonded Hydroxyl Groups in Polymer Dielectrics for Organic Field-Effect Transistors with Operational Stability

        <P>Poly(4-vinylphenol) (PVP) is a promising gate dielectric material for organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and circuits fabricated on plastic substrates. Thermal cross-linking of PVP with a cross-linker, such as poly(melamine-<I>co</I>-formaldehyde) methylated (PMF), at a high temperature (above 170 °C) is widely considered an effective method to remove residual hydroxyl groups that induce polarization effects in the dielectric bulk. However, the threshold voltage shift in transfer characteristics is still observed for an OFET with a PVP-PMF dielectric when it is operated at a slow gate voltage sweep rate. The present study examines the cause of the undesired hysteresis phenomenon and suggests a route to enable a reliable operation. We systematically investigate the effect of the PVP-PMF weight ratio and their annealing temperature on the transfer characteristics of OFETs. We discover that the size of the hysteresis is closely related to the concentration of nonhydrogen-bonded hydroxyl groups in the dielectric bulk and this is controlled by the weight ratio. At a ratio of 0.5:1, a complete elimination of hysteresis was observed irrespective of the annealing temperature. We finally demonstrate a highly reliable operation of small-molecule-based OFETs fabricated on a plastic substrate at a low temperature.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
