      • Effect of reaction time on the structural, morphological and magnetic properties of Fe30Co70 nanoparticles

        The bimetallic nanoparticles as soft magnetic materials possess functional applications due to the low hysteresis losses, large saturation magnetization and high ferromagnetic character. Interestingly, these properties can be optimized in a number of ways. In this paper, the Fe30Co70 nanoparticles were prepared by reducing the precursors using sodium borohydride. The reaction time plays an important part in upgrading the properties of the material. The nanoparticles, prepared with the reaction times: 40min and 10min, were characterized using x-ray diffraction (XRD), low voltage field emission scanning electron microscopy (LV FESEM) and dc-magnetization. The effect of the reaction time was noticeably observed on the structural, morphological and magnetic properties of the nanoparticles. The XRD patterns confirm the formation of single-phase Fe30Co70 nanoparticles with crystallite size in nm range. The low crystallite size was observed for the low reaction time as determined using Scherrer’s formula. The LV FESEM micrographs revealed the spherical shape morphology of the nanoparticles for 10 min reaction time. The nanoparticles were found to form chain-like structures with a reaction time of 40 min. The enhanced ferromagnetic character was observed with the high saturation magnetization at low reaction time. The enhanced reaction time has been found to hamper the magnetic properties of Fe30Co70 magnetic nanoparticles. Thus, the exquisite properties of Fe30Co70 nanoparticles were observed at a reaction time of 10 min, however, they were suppressed as the reaction time was increased to 40 mins.

        Feeding Longer Frames for Efficient Video Denoising Model

        Recently, deep video denoising networks have shown substantially higher denoising performance with considerably lower computing times. However, due to the various characteristics of video motion, such models may not be able to denoise long-term frames. In this paper, we propose a method that takes longer input frames and feeds them to the existing architecture. In particular, the proposed method can effectively extract temporal information from frames that are dependent on each other over a long period of time. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed method, we implemented our method on the state-of-the-art video denoising model. Through the extensive experiments, the proposed method showed better performance in terms of quality metrics than the existing one, even with a higher noise level, resulting in considerably lower computing times.

        Entity resolution technique is used for recognize the duplicate tuples which signify similar real world entities. Existing resolution technique is unable to solve the problems of higher level of heterogeneity and additional continual data alteration. Working on this type of database, there is necessitated to enumerate the integrity of data. The new approach is introduced here on probabilistic databases by unmerged duplicates for processing complex queries. This is achieved by using probabilistic databases. For competent access toward entity resolution data over a large collection of possible resolution worlds, new indexing technique is presented here. Also, a computation of query processing is reduced by using indexing structure. The focus is on set similarity relation on very big probabilistic database by using MapReduce technique. MapReduce is a popular paradigm that can process large volume data more efficiently. In this paper, different approaches proposed using MapReduce to deal with this task: 1. merge data set with MapReduce and merge data set without MapReduce, 2. Merge data set with MapReduce using Hadoop. This approaches implemented on windows and Hadoop framework and performed compressing experiments to their performances. Also the speedup ratio for both is tested.

      • A Novel Design of Bidirectional WDM-PON by using Mode Locked Laser and RSOA

        This paper presents Long Reach Wavelength Division Multiplexing Passive Optical Network (WDM-PON) system capable of delivering downstream 40 Gbit/s data and upstream 40 Gbit/s data on a single wavelength. The optical source for downstream data and upstream data is mode locked laser at central office and reflective semiconductor optical amplifier (RSOA) at each optical network unit. We use four RSOAs at each optical network unit for the 40-Gb/s upstream transmission. The operating wavelengths of these RSOAs are separated by the free-spectral range of the optical demultiplexer at the central office and remote node (RN) for demultiplexing the WDM channels. We extend the maximum reach of this WDM PON to be 117 km by using Erbium-doped fiber amplifiers at the RN. Bit error rate, were measured to demonstrate the proposed scheme. In this paper Long reach and large data service aspects of a WDM-PON is presented. The results show that the error-free transmission can be achieved for all WDM channels with sufficient power margins.

        Effect of Calcium on Immobilization of Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Peroxidase for Bioassays in Sodium Alginate and Agarose Gel

        The direct immobilization of soluble peroxidase isolated and partially purified from shoots of rice seedlings in calcium algi-nate beads and in calcium agarose gel was carried out. Peroxidase was assayed for guaiacol oxidation products in pres-ence of hydrogen peroxide. The maximum specific activity and immobilization yield of the calcium agarose immobilized per-oxidase reached 2,200 U mg-¹ protein (540 mU cm-³ gel) and 82%, respectively. In calcium alginate the maximum activity of peroxidase upon immobilization was 210 mU g-¹bead with 46% yield. The optimal pH for agarose immobilized peroxidase was 7.0 which differed from the pH 6.0 for soluble peroxidase. The optimum temperature for the agarose immobilized per-oxidase however was 30°C, which was similar to that of soluble peroxidase. The thermal stability of calcium agarose immo-bilized peroxidase significantly enhanced over a temperature range of 30~60°C upon immobilization. The operational stabil-ity of peroxidase was examined with repeated hydrogen peroxide oxidation at varying time intervals. Based on 50% conver-sion of hydrogen peroxide and four times reuse of immobilized gel, the specific degradation of guaiacol for the agarose im-mobilized peroxidase increased three folds compared to that of soluble peroxidase. Nearly 165% increase in the enzyme protein binding to agarose in presence of calcium was noted. The results suggest that the presence of calcium, ions help in the immobilization process of peroxidase from rice shoots and mediates the direct binding of the enzyme to the agarose gel and that agarose seems to be a better immobilization matrix for peroxidase compared to sodium alginate.

        Effect of heat source and gravity on a fractional order fiber reinforced thermoelastic medium

        In this article, the theory of fractional order two temperature generalized thermoelasticity is employed to study the wave propagation in a fiber reinforced anisotropic thermoelastic half space in the presence of moving internal heat source. The whole space is assumed to be under the influence of gravity. The surface of the half-space is subjected to an inclined load. Laplace and Fourier transform techniques are employed to solve the problem. Expressions for different field variables in the physical domain are derived by the application of numerical inversion technique. Physical fields are presented graphically to study the effects of gravity and heat source. Effects of time, reinforcement, fractional parameter and inclination of load have also been reported.         Heterogeneous structured datas give rise to different kind of information caliber issues regarding real-world structured datas. Identical records also a one major issue. Strategy to eliminate identical records results in unsureness to select among true uniform records. Available methods based on expert observation and destructive decisions do not proved effective solution to such problems. This project solves these issues of identical records elimination will solve by de-duplication procedure as data accessing tasks with unsure outcomes. This project implements method to overcome unsureness of identical records that tightly conceal the proper instances of input and gives effective results for identical record.

        Platelet rich fibrin - a novel acumen into regenerative endodontic therapy

        Research into regenerative dentistry has added impetus onto the field of molecular biology. It can be documented as a prototype shift in the therapeutic armamentarium for dental disease. Regenerative endodontic procedures are widely being added to the current armamentarium of pulp therapy procedures. The regenerative potential of platelets has been deliberated. A new family of platelet concentrates called the platelet rich fibrin (PRF) has been recently used by several investigators and has shown application in diverse disciplines of dentistry. This paper is intended to add light on the various prospects of PRF and clinical insights to regenerative endodontic therapy.

        Effect of Zn and Mg doping on structural, dielectric and magnetic properties of tetragonal CuFe2O4

        The Cu1=xAxFe2O4 (A = Zn, Mg; x = 0.0, 0.5) ferrites were successfully synthesized by chemical coprecipitation method. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy reveals that all the ferrite samples are in single-phase with tetragonal structure for CFO and cubic spinel structure for CZFO and CMFO samples. SEM micrograph shows the variation of grain size with Zn and Mg doping in parent CFO sample. Frequency dependent dielectric response confirms the dielectric polarization and electrical conduction mechanism in the present series with a maximum value of dielectric constant and loss tangent for CZFO sample. The anomaly w493 K in temperature dependent dielectric constant and dielectric loss is assigned to tetragonal to cubic phase transition in CFO sample. The magnetic measurement explored that the saturation value (Ms) is maximum for CZFO as compared to CFO and CMFO ferrites samples.
