        본 미니 게임은 웨이터라는 직업을 모티브로 하여서 남녀노소 누구나 재미를 느낌과 동시에 기억력 향상시켜 주는 게임제작이라는 목적아래 제작되었다.본 논문에서는 이 게임의 제작과정을 기술하고자 한다.이 게임은 제3회 AGC(한국 아마추어 게임제작 공모전)에서 우수 작으로 선정되었다.

        비만 개선 효과를 지닌 탄수화물 및 지방 흡수 억제 기능성 식이조성물 개발

        In a previous study, we developed a new food additive as an egg yolk antibody (IgY) against carbohydrate digestion enzymes for the regulation of blood glucose level and weight control. The IgY delayed and decreased the increment of blood glucose level after administration of sucrose in human being by 30% in 20∼30 min. We also developed a lipase inhibitor as a water extract of two kinds of herb, Platycodon grandiflorum and Solanum melongena. Twenty three volunteers were subjected to the intake of the egg yolk IgY plus the herbal extracts for 50 days. In average, the treated subjects appeared to lose 1.96 ㎏ of body weight and 3.4 ㎏ of body fat mass during the treated period. Furthermore, Panniculus adiposus and breech size were significantly decreased during the experimental period. Above results suggested that the administration of the dietary additives composed of egg yolk IgY and natural herbal extract improve the obesity by the decrement of body weight and body fat mass.

        A digital satellite communication channel has a strong nonlinearity with memory due to saturation characteristics of the high power amplifier in the satellite and transmitter/receiver filters used in the overall system, and can be well modelled by a nonlinear Volterra series. In this paper, we design and evaluate neural network based adaptive equalizers for compensation of nonlinearities in digital satellite communication channels. We consider CMLP (complex multi-layered perception). CRBFN (complex radial basis function network) and complex ρth order Volterra filter as equalizers, and evaluate their performances in terms of symbol error rate under various noise conditions. In particular, a complex hybrid learning algorithm of k-means clustering and LMS (least mean squares) algorithm is proposed for the CRBFN. Computer simulation results show good performance for all the equalizers considered

      • Dynamic Plasma Screening Effects on Electron-ion Collisions in Dense Plasmas

        고밀도 플라즈마 내에서의 전자-이온 충돌여기 그리고 제동복사 현상이 미치는 동적 플라즈마 가림효과를 연구하였다. 전자-이온 상호작용 포텐셜은 플라즈마 유전함수를 도입하여 사용하였다. 직선궤도 방법을 사출입자의 궤도에 적용하였다. 동적 플라즈마 가림효과를 포함한 전이확률이 정적 플라즈마 가림효과를 포함한 전이확률보다 항상 큰 값을 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 동적 플라즈마 가림효과를 포함한 제동복사 미분 산란단면적이 정적 플라즈마 가림효과를 포함하고 있는 제동복사 미분 산란단면적보다 항상 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 사출입자의 속도는 전자의 열적속도보다 작을 경우, 동적 분극 가림효과가 정적 플라즈마 가림효과로 되었다. 그러나, 사출입자의 속도가 전자의 열적 속도보다 클 경우, 상호작용 포텐셜은 거의 가려지지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. Dynamic plasma screening effects are investigated on electron-ion collesional excitation and Coulomb bremsstrahlung processes in dense plasmas. The electron-ion interaction potential is considered by introduction of the plasma dielectric function. The straight-line trajectory method is applied to the path of the projectile electron. The transition probability including the dynamic plasma screening effect is found to be always greater than that including the static plasma screening effects. It is found that the differential bremsstrahlung radiation cross section including the dynamic plasma screening effect is also greater than that including the static plasma screening effect. When the projectile velocity is smaller than the electron thermal velocity, the dynamic polarization screening effect becomes the static plasma screening effect. However, when the projectile velocity is greater than the electron thermal velocity, the interaction potential is almost unshielded.

      • 세포브러쉬와 면봉도말법에 의한 부인과 세포학적 검사의 효율비교

        A study was undertaken to evaluate the efficiency of the sytobrush compared with the cotton swab for obtaining cells from the uterine cervix. In 300 patients, the cytobrush technique was employed and in control 300 patients was smeared by the cotton swab. In 12 out of 300 patients(4%) endocervical cells were found on the cotton swab technique. A total of 252 out of 300 cytobrush sampler specimen(84%) contained endocervical cells. With the X²method for statistical comparison, the difference in endocervical cell yield between the cotton swab and the cytobrush sampler was significantly different(p<0.01). This was particularly true in older patients. We conclude from study that the cytobrush sampler is of value for obtaining as adequate cervical cytologic specimen.

      • 葡萄汁加酸棗仁湯의 스트레스 해소효과에 대한 臨床的 硏究

        Clinical studies were carried out 29 cases through administration of Sanjointang added Grape Juice(ST+GJ) from December 1st 2002 to December 30th 2002. The results were summarized as follows; 1. There were significant decreases in physical symptoms of fatigue from 4.34±2.70 to 2.34±1.78 by administration of ST+GJ. 2. There were significant decreases in mental symptoms of fatigue from 5.10±2.74 to 3.76±2.23 by administration of ST+GJ. 3. There were significant decreases in neuro-sensory symptoms of fatigue from 3.66±2.13 to 2.69±2.07 by administration of ST+GJ. 4. There were significant decreases in total subjective symptoms of fatigue from 13.14±6.18 to 8.79±4.63 by administration of ST+GJ. 5. There were significant decreases in VAS of fatigue ratio, but not significant changes in VAS of concentration ratio by administration of ST+GJ. According to the results, we could suggest that ST+GJ is able to be applied to the relaxion of stress.

      • 대학생의 단극성 우울증 치료를 위한 프로그램의 개발

        The study was to develop a Korean college student version of the Psychoeducational Intervention Program for unipolar depression originally developed by Lewinsohn et. al. (1982). In addition, the study was to find the effectiveness and any procedural problems for the application to the college students in unipolar depression. In order to achieve the above purposes, seven college students among volunteers were selected in terms of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Depression scale of MMPI(MMPI-D). All the subjects scored above 70 points of T-score on MMPI-Depression scale, below 60 points of t-score on MMPI-Mania scale, and also above 16 points on BDI. The original program by Lewinsohn et. al. (1982) was translated and revised to seven session program for college students and also reconstructed the related materials which were workbooks and activity tasks. Examining the effectiveness of the program to the college students, pre- and post- tests of BDI and MMPI-D were given. The results showed that there were significant reduction of post- test scores of BDI and MMPI-D. Therefore, the program was confirmed to be effective for the college students in unipolar depression. The main procedural problems implementing the program was how to make students in depression actively follow and motivate in the procedures of the program.

      • 新人發掘 陸上選手의 適性分析 硏究

        The aim of this study is to examine the physical conditions of 40 runners newly selected by Korean Amature Athletic Association, to find out their capabilities for their future performances in their respective field, and to present some suggestions for training them hereafter. The items examined for this study are height, weight, the length of leg, the strength of legs, the strength of back, the flexibility, the ability for repetition of motions, the reaction time, the runner's maximum oxygen consumption and debt and his metabolism in rest. The results of this study are as follows: 1. In the male runners of the 25 selected champions, the 13 year-age group had excellent physical characters, but the other age groups were low in both physical characters and muscular functions. Among the female runners, the 12 and 14 year-age groups good physical characters and 15, 16 and 17 year-age groups showed good muscular functions. 2. No. 15 champion was found having promising conditions for a long-distance runner. His maximum consumption oxygen was 4.2 liters. 3. No. 16 champion was found more suitable for an intermediate distance runner than for a long-distance runner. His maximum oxygen debt was 15.33 liters. 4. No. 34 champion had excellent muscular functions and other good conditions for a short-distance runner. 5. No. 36 champion was most suitable for a 400 meters runner. Her maximum oxygen debt was 5.765 liters. 6. No distinguished physical fitness for a runner was found among the other champions at present. 7. In measuring the maximum oxygen consumption and maximum oxygen debt, the degree and time for loading were not enough for the cases of the most runners and especially in the case of the female runners the time of loading was too short.

      • 액체상 방류물에 의한 주민선량 평가모델 입력변수의 민감도 분석

        A model for off-site radiological dose evaluation due to liquid effluents generated from the operation of nuclear facilities, which are located in inland area, was developed in consideration of Korean agricultural and environmental conditions. In addition, sensitivity analysis was performed for the improvement of the model. Using the developed model, test runs for nuclear fuel fabrication facilities were conducted. Five kinds of exposure pathways(vegetation, animal products, drinking water, fresh-water-fish, shoreline deposits) and two kinds of radionuclides(234U, 234Th) were considered. Sensitivity analysis for input parameters of the model was conducted by applying a Monte Carlo method with Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) technique. As the results, the ingestion of irrigated agricultural products was the highest contributor among the considered exposure pathways. Major sensitive input parameters for the results were the ratio of the interception fraction to the yield of agricultural plants and the human consumption rate.
