The recognition on leisure living which have been enjoyed by prestige level from popular persons is now widely spreaded in modern capitalism society and change of the leisure living influenced very much to the society and Industry. The 5 day work per week system expanded to the school and contemporary leisure living of the people is recognised as one culture with various contents. This change of leisure living made a recognition on the need for a space for leisure culture contents, which related to a creation of Complex-culture facility to contain various type of multiple leisure culture. The Complex-culture facility is mainly focused on the entertainment space with increased leisure living, which is consist of important element of the Complex-culture facility as performance space, exhibition, sports and shopping space to construct performance hall, theater, exhibition room, sports center, shopping mall, leisure space and plaza. This study, therefore, will Investigate on the function and value of color, and review on the cases of Complex-cultural facility and then choose a space of cultural element lack. It will recompose in Complex-cultural facility.

<P>Fractionated components of Bombyx mori silk fibroin, which were hydrolyzed with protease, were prepared with a preparative-recycling high-performance-liquid-chromatography system to evaluate the protective effects of molecular-weight-controlled B. mori silk fibroin components on H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>-injured neuronal cells. Three major fractions, having molecular weights less than about 1500, were first collected with the recycling techniques. The highest protective effect of the molecular-weight-controlled B. mori silk fibroin components on H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>-injured neuronal cells was obtained when a fraction with a molecular weight of approximately 1400 was used. This protective effect of the silk fibroin hydrolysate on H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>-injured neuronal cells was suggested to correlate with the contents of aromatic amino acids such as tyrosine and phenylalanine. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Synnema formation of Paecilomyces tenuipes using blue LED lamp

To synnema formation and entomopathogenic of Paecilomyces tenuipes using some of media under the blue LED lamp. Lyophilized matured silkworm hemolymph and Bombyx mori powder were used as nutrient source in cultivation of an entomopathogenic fungus, Paecilomyces tenuipes. Matured silkworm (MS, aged seventh days of fifth instars) was in whole lyophilized without any treatment. Hemolymph (HL) powder was prepared by water-soluble extraction from matured silkworms which was silk gland removed and also lyophilized, too. Both of media showed better growth rates and synnemata formations than potato dextrose (PD) medium, and B. mori was controlled under the blue LED lamp conditions. To investigate their effect on mycelial growth of P. tenuipes, each of them were provided as nutrient sources by final concentrations of 2, 3 and 4%, respectively. Total 18 test cultures were cultivated for 14 days with no light. Three PD cultures were used as control group. Each of growth areas was measured with an image analyzer. The result showed that MS and HL medium promoted mycelial growth of P. tenuipes by 287 and 310%, respectively, in comparison with PD medium. The synnema formation and its shape of Paecilomyces tenuipes using B. mori under the blue LED lamp group are not so good than normal conditions. But, how to change of a compositions are not yet. It will be investigation in the future.
Studies on PVA/Chitosan/Fibroin Blend Sponge Sheets: Preparation and Wound Healing Effects in Rats

The preparation of PVA/Chitosan/Fibroin (PCF)-blended sponge sheets and wound healing effects of these sheets in rats were investigated. We excised the skin off rat, including the dermis, approximately 2${\times}$2 cm in size. The wound was coveted with PCF-blended spongy sheets. The spongy sheets absorbed the exudate, and gained flexibility and softness. Histopathological inspection of the wound 12 days later showed the increase of a vascular ingrowth and the absence of inflammatory cells. Regeneration of the skin around the wound was faster than that of the control. We also tested wound healing effects of PVA, Chitosan and Fibroini alone of in various combinations. Wound healing was accelerated in the order of PVA/chitosan/Fibroin (PCF)-blended sponge>Chitosan/Fibroin (CF)-blended sponge$\geq$Fibroin (F) sponge>PVA/Chitosan-blended sponge (PC)>Chitosan (C) sponge.
Silk Fibroin Microsphere and Its Characterization

Using gel filtration chromatography, high molecular silk fibroin with high purity was obtained and silk flbroin microsphere particles (SFMP) could be simply made by spray dryer method. Also, some of the physicochemical properties of SFMP and morphology were investigated. The average molecular weight of pure silk fibroin protein dissolved in calcium chloride is about 61,500g/㏖ as measured by gel permeation chromatography. SFMP was spherical in shape, and particles, sized average of 2 ${\pm}$ 10 ${\mu}$, were observed by SEM and particle analyzer, respectively. Obtaining microspheres particles by spray dryer method accelerated the transition from the random coil to the $\beta$-sheet structure during spray dryer treatment. It was identified by the basic fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of SFMP. The swelling ratio of SFMP is majorly dependent on the pH of the solution, not on the occurred gelation. The characteristic structure, which might be applicable to immobilization of drugs is superior to other matrix materials for the use of biomaterials with skin affinity.
효소처리에 의한 Bombyx mori fibroin 가수분해물의 분자량 및 구조 변화

본 연구는 누에 실 샘으로부터 얻은 Bombyx mori 피브로인의 효소 가수분해 시 그 분자량 및 구조적 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. Gel filtration chromatography(GFC)에 의해 B. mori 피브로인을 순수 분리한 결과 회수율이 약 70% 이상으로 기존의 방법(막과 튜브 분리법)에 비해 약 40% 이상 높았다. 이는 GFC법이 고 순수ㆍ고 수율의 B. mori 피브로인을 얻을 수 있는 방법임이 확인되었다. Gel permeation chromatography에 의한 분자량 측정 결과 누에 체내 피브로인, 염화칼슘 용해 물 및 효소 가수분해물이 각각 평균분자량 108,000 Da 내외, 65,000 Da 내외 및 1,000 Da 내외임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 효소 가수분해에 의한 구조적 변화를 ¹³C-NMR로 알아본 결과, B. mori 피브로인의 메인 골격에 해당되는 glycine, alanine 및 serine 등의 골격 피크가 관찰되어졌으며, 특히 효소가수분해 시 glycine를 의미하는 40-44 ppm 부근의 피크가 높게 나타난 것으로 보아 -G-A-G-A-반복 구조가 분해되었고, 이로 인해 분자량이 현저히 저하되었을 것으로 생각되어진다. This study examined the enzymatic digestion, average molecular weight distribution and structural changes of Bombyx mori silk gland fibroin using gel permeation chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance methods. The pureseparation of calcium chloride-treated fibroin hydrolysates was carried out by gel filtration chromatography. Also, the effects of fibroin’s enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated using an edible enzyme. The average molecular weight of three hydrolysate samples (silk gland fibroin (SF), SF-calcium chloride (SFC), and SFC-enzyme) were measured to compare their characteristics. The molecular weights of SF, SFC, and SFC-enzyme were approximately 108,000, 65,000, and 1,000 Da, respectively. Finally, we determined the structural characteristic changes of the different enzymatically digested samples by ¹³C nuclear magnetic resonance methods. For the enzymatically digested fibroin, the glycine ¹³C<SUP>α</SUP> resonance indicated that the amino acid was dramatically changed and/or separated out; however, this was not shown for the normal Bombyx mori silk gland fibroin.
