        We tried questionare survey to 331 physical director who worked for sports in the region of Seoul and Kyung-Gi Do by scientific analysis of those result. we got some conclusion the difference of psychological and physical Stress. 1. Non-complex group revealed more Stress than complex group in psychological and physical aspect. The comparative analysis showed nonsignificant difference. 2. Male group revealed more Stress than female group in Psychological aspect. and Female group revealed more Stress than male group in physical aspects. The comparative analysis showed signiticant difference(p<.GO 1). 3. Graduate School graduated group revealed more Stress than college graduated group, university graduated group in psychological aspect. The comparative analysis showed significant difference(p<.05). 4. Over 25 house per week group revealed more Stress than 20-24 hours par week. less group below 19 hours per week in psychological aspect. the comparative analysis showed significant difference(p<.05).

      • 에탄올-물 혼합용매내에서 2,4,6,N-Tetramethyl Pyridinium Iodide의 회합에 대한 압력효과

        부피 퍼센트 95%의 에탄올-물 혼합용매내에서 2,4,6,N-테트라메틸 피리디늄요오드(TeMPI)의 이온회합 상수(K)를 수정한 자외선분광 및 전기 전도도 혼용법으로 온도범위 25∼50℃, 압력범위 1∼2,000bars에서 결정하였다. K값은 압력이 증가함에 따라서 증가하였고 40℃에서 최대값을 나타내었다. 부분몰부피변화(ΔV)는 비교적 작은 음의 값이 었으며 ΔV의 절대값은 40℃에서 최소값을 보여주었다. TeMPI의 이온 크기 변수(a)는 40℃에서 최대값을 가졌다. ΔH˚값은 40, 25℃ 그리고 50℃에서 각각 영, 음수 및 양수로 나타났으며 엔트로피(ΔS˚)와 자유에너지(ΔG˚)와 같은 다른 열역학변수 값도 계산하였다. 이와 같은 실험결과로부터 우리들은 TeMPI가 압력증가에 대하여 안정화되고, 40℃까지는 온도증가에 따라서도 안정화됨을 보여주었다. 그러나 40℃에서는 TeMPI 두 분자에 있는 8개 메틸기의 분자간 소수성 상호작용으로 인하여 약한 이량체를 형성하고 50℃ 이상에서는 다시 열적으로 분해된다는 결론을 얻게 되었다. The ionic association constants(K) of 2,4,6,N-tetramethyl pyridinium iodide(TeMPI) in 95 volume percentage ethanol-water mixture were determined by a modified UV and conductance method at 25℃ to 50℃ under 1 to 2,000 bars. The K values increase with increasing pressure and have maximum value at 40℃. The partial molar volume change (ΔV) has relatively small negative value and the absolute values of Δ are minimum at 40℃. The ion size parameter(a) of TeMPI have maximum value at 40℃. ΔH˚ values are zero, positive and negative at 40℃, 25℃ and 50℃ respectively. Other thermodynamic parameters such as the changes of standard entropy (ΔS˚) and free energy(ΔG˚) were evaluated. From these experimental results, we came to conclusion that TeMPI is stabilized by the elevation of pressure and that of temperature below 40℃ but weakly dimerized at 40℃ because of the intermolecular hydrophobic interaction of eight methyl groups of two molecules. And it thermally decomposed above 50℃.

        連翹敗毒散煎湯液의 經時的 效能變化에 關한 硏究

        From the ancient times, herbs, animals and minerals were used as natural medicine to cure human disease in diverse form. One of the representive forms in oral intakes is decoction. But medicinal decoction degenerates as time passes by just as all foods do by the environmental factors, such as micro-organism, enzyme, light and the air. Nowadays, as medicinal decoctions are kept in bottles and retort pouch for longtime, some datum point of preservation is necessary. In order to measure the standard statistics for safe preservation, Yeonkyopaedogsan, applyed in case of carbuncle and infection inner boil, is used. According to this experiment which measured pH, specific gravity, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect, the results were as follows : 1. No remarkable change was found in pH and in the specific gravity of the decoction. 2. As for the anti-inflammatory effects induced by carrageenin in mice, no remarkable decrease in its medicinal efficacy was found until the 7th day, but it showed decrease in its medicinal efficacy from the 9th day. 3. As for the anti-inflammatory effects induced by acetic acid induced vascular permeability in mice, no remarkable decrease in its medicinal efficacy was found until the 9th day, but it showed decrease in its medicinal efficacy from the 11th day. 4. As for the antimicrobial effects induced by Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 65389, Shigella sonnei ATCC 9290, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Streptococcus pyogenes ATCC 21059, Shigella flexneri ATCC 9199, no remarkable decrease in its medicinal efficacy was found until the 10th day, but it showed decrease in its medicinal efficacy from the 11th day. According to the above results, pharmacological effect is kept until the 9th day, but it showed decrease in its effect from the 11th day. In conclusion, keeping the natural medicinal decoction for more than 9 days should be avoided.

      • 高壓下에서 電池 Pb(Hg)|PbX_2(m), AgX(s)|Ag(X=Cl, Br, I) 및 Hg|Hg_2Cl_2(s)KCl(m), AgCl(s)|Ag의 起電力과 그의 熱力學的 性質

        Appling the complete quilibrium constant to the electro-cell reaction, it was derived that the standard electromtive force of the cell at high pressure(1―2, 500 bars). This theory was briefly discussed and applied to some cells such as, Pb|PbX_2(m), AgX(s)|Ag(X=Cl, Br and I)and Hg|Hg_2Cl_2(s), KCl(m), AgCl(s)|Ag. The results were conterminous as the previous results which applied to some other cells i.e. the electromotive force of the cells were increased as the pressure and temperaure increase except the PbCl_2 cell. The net change of the hydration number of the cell reaction were 26.1 for PbCl_2, 23.5 for PbBr_2 and 26.9 for PbI_2 cell, respectively. From the k-values the standard electromotive force and some other related thermodynamic values were calculated.

      • 소각로 배출원별 입경분포 및 이온성분과 방지시설효능에 관한 연구

        This study was to comprehend the effect by investigating the particulate size and ingredient, examining the each process size distribution and analyzing all kinds of the ions in incinerator. Incinerating the wood in the absence of control devices, the peaks appeared in coarse particle and it had trimodal distribution. Also in the presence of control devices, the best efficiency appeared in fine particel. Cl?? and SO₄², were mostly distributed in fine particle area and in coarse particle area respectively. In the case of synthetic resin incineration, the size distribution had the peak at both 0.865㎛ and 4.2㎛. In the presence of control devices, peak appeared at 5.95㎛ and the collection efficiencies of Cl??, SO₄², Ca², Na??, K?? were high. Incinerating the leather without control devices, the size distribution had the peak at both 2.58㎛ and 5.95㎛. The leather incineraton had the same collection efficiency as sythetic resin incineration. The coarse particle collection efficiency was high. It is adquate to use the above control devices, together with high efficiency collector like bagfilter. To select the adequate control devices, it is required to investigate the size distribution before establishing control devices.

      • 대황황련해독탕의 항고지혈증 작용

        Whangryunhaedok-Tang (WT) is formulated with Coptidis Rhizoma, Phellodendri Cortex, Scutellariae Radix and Gardeniae Fructus, and Daewhang-whangryunhaedok-Tang (DWT) is made by the combination of Rhei Rhizoma, a wellknown anticostipation drug in WT. Therefore, DWT has been evaluated for antihyperlipidemic effects on experimental hyperlipidemic rats and mice induced by corn oil and high cholesterol-diet. Oral administration of DWT significantly inhibited the increase of serum triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol levels, and the decrease of serum HDL-cholesterol levels in hyperlipidemic rats induced by corn oil. Also, oral administration of DWT significantly prevented the increase of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol, and liver total cholesterol and triglyceride in 1% cholesterol-diet fed mice. These results suggest that DWT is effective for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.

      • 대황황련해독탕의 사염화탄소 유발 간장해 보호효과 미치 급성독성

        ABSTRACT - This study was performed to evaluate hepatoprotective effect of daewhang-whangryunhaedok-Tang(DWT) on liver injured rats induced by CCI_4 and the acute oral toxicity of it in mice. The activities of serum transaminase(ALT/AST), alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG), change of liver enlargement, and inhibitory activities of lipid perotidation, catalase and glutathione-S-transfrease(GST) in liver microsome were determined in hepatotoxic rats induced by CCI_4. DWT was significantly reduced the serum ALT, AST, ALP, LDH. TC and TG lecels. And, the increase of lipid peroxidation, decrease of catalase and GST activities in the liver microsome of CCI_4-intoxicated rat were significantly improved by the treatment of DWT. Male and female mice were administered maximum dosages of 5.000 mg/kg b.w. of DWT. After single oral administration of DWT to mice, we observed them daily for 2 weeks.DWT did not induce any toxic signs in the mortalitie, clinical signs, body weight changes, and gross necropsy finfings of mice. Based in these results. It is concluded that DWT may have the hepatoprotective effect on CCI_4 induced hepatotoxicity in rats. Also. DWT may have no side effect and its LD_50 value may be over 5.000mg/kg b.w. in mice.

        Eu or Fe doped BGO scintillation crystals were grown by Czochralski method. In order to get information about traps in the grown BGO crystals, we measured trap parameters including activation energy, frequency factor and the kinetic order of thermoluminescence, and compared such parameters with thermoluminescent characteristics of pure BGO scintillation crystals. In addition, optical transmittance of the grown BGO crystals was measured.

      • Angiotensin 전환효소 유전자 다형성과 양극성 장애

        연구목적 : 감정조절에 Renin-Angiotensin System이 관여하는 것으로 보고되어 왔다. 그 근거로 우울증의 새로운 약물치료로 주목받고 있는 Substance P의 대사에 angiotensin 전환효소(angiotensin-converting enzyme, ACE)가 관여한다는 것과 고혈압 환자에서 angiotensin 전환효소 억제제(ACE inhibitor)를 사용했을 때 다행감이나 우울감을 초래한다는 것 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 ACE의 유전자 다형성을 분석하여 양극성장애와 ACE와의 연관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 양극성장애로 진단된 환자군 82명과 대조군 135명을 대상으로 16번째 intron의 다형성 부위를 가진 시발체 쌍(primer pair)을 사용하며 중합효소 연쇄반응(Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR)을 시행하여 490bp 산물(I allele)과 190bp 산물(D allele)을 관찰함으로써 ACE 유전자의 유전자형(genotype)의 발현율과 대립유전자(allele)의 빈도를 비교 분석하였다. 결 과 : 양극성장애 환자군과 대조군 사이에서 유전자형의 발현율과 대립유전자적 빈도는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결 론 : 양극성장애 환자군과 ACE 유전자 다형성 사이에 유의한 관련성은 없었다. 이 결과는 ACE가 양극성 장애의 원인으로 주요한 역할을 한다는 것을 시사하지 못했다. Objectives : A possible participation of the Renin-Angiotensin Systern(RAS) in regulating of the mood has been suggested by reports as follows : the angiotensrn converting enzyme(AGE1 is involved jn the metabolism of the neuropeptide substance P impficated with novel strategies for the pharmacotherapy of depression and the use of ACE inhibitors in hypertensive patients has been associated with euphoric or depressive stales. The aim of the present study was to analyze the role of the ACE gene I/D polymorphism for bipolar disorder. Methods : We examined the frequency of a polymorphism characterized by the insertion or deletion of a 287-bp Alu repeat sequence in intron 16 of the angiotensin converting enzyme gene(located on chromosome 37q233 in groups of patients with bipolar disorder(n=82) compared to healthy control subjects[n=135). ACE genotype was determined by size-analysis of polymerase chain reaction products. Results : The ACE ID polymorphism did not show any difference in allelic frequencies and genotypic distributions between bipolar disorder patients and control subjects. Conclusions : No significant association was found with bipolar disorder and the polymorphism of ACE gene. This finding does not support that ACE I/D polymorphism is a significant risk factor for bipolar disorder.

        Goretex를 이용한 융비술

        융비술시 실리콘 고무는 다루기 쉽고 조직 반응이 적어 현대 많이 돌출의 합병증이 생길 수 있다. 저자등은 이러한 실리콘의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 goretex를 사용하여 융비술을 시행하고 비첨에 대해서 자가연골을 이식하여 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 goretex가 안면부 연조직의 증강을 위한 이식재료로 적합하다고 생각되어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Many different materials have been used to provide augmentation of the nasal dorsum. this include both autogenous and homogenous materials,as well as allografts. Silicone among the artificial materials has been most widely used. The silicone has some advantages and disadvantages. Goretex(expanded polytetra-fluoroethylene) which has widely used in vascular surgery and abdominal surgery can be used for facial soft tissue augmentation. The author presemts 2 cases of nasal augmentaion using goretex with literature review.
