열가소성 Wood-Plastic Composites의 기계적 물성에 미치는 커플링제의 영향

목분 충진제의 함량을 달리 하고 PE수지를 매티릭스로 하여 wood plastic composites(WPC)를 제조하였다. 또한 매트릭스와 충진제간의 계면결합력을 증가시키기 위하여 커플링제로 phthalic anhydride(PA)를 사용하였으며, 충진제의 충진률과 커플링제 처리가 복합재의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향과 계면현상을 관찰하였다. 목분의 충진률 30wt%, PA커플링제농도 3wt%일 때 인장강도는 26.37MPa로 최대값을 나타내었으며, 이때 충격강도는 46.24J/m의 최대값을 나타냈다. 또한 WPC는 주사전자현미경 관찰을 통해서 커플링제의 처리농도의 증가에 따라 목분과 PE 수지와의 분산과 결합이 잘 이루어졌으을 확인할 수 있었다. Wood powder as reinforcing fillers and polyethylene as a matrix have been used for wood plastic composites(WPC). In preparing WPC, the coupling agent, phthalic anhy dride(PA) was used in order to increase the interfacial bonding force between matrix and fillers. In this study, the effect of wood powder, PA concentration on the mechanical properties and interfcial phenomena on the composites was eveluated. The tensile strength of 3wt% PA-treated composites reached its maximum value of 25.91 MPa when the wood powder content was 30wt%, and the mximum impact strength of PA-treated composites was 46.24H/m. SEM observation showed that wood powder was well dispersed and bonded well with PE matrix by increasing the coupling agent concentration.
정기선 해운기업의 조직특성에 따른 고객관계관리(CRM)와 경영성과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 정기선 해운기업의 고객관계관리의 실제적인 내용을 살펴보고, 이러한 고객관계관리를 촉진시키는 조직의 전반적인 특성들을 고찰하여 조직특성과 고객관계관리와의 관계를 분석하고, 고객관계관리가 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 정기선 해운기업의 고객관계관리에 영향을 미치는 조직특성은 시장지향성과 최고경영자의 지원으로 확인되었으며, 고객관계관리는 종업원만족도, 서비스경쟁력 향상, 재무적 성과, 그리고 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 정기선 해운기업의 고객관계관리를 전사적 차원에서 조직문화와 관리체계 등의 조직특성들과 연계되어 시행되어야 한다는 것을 제시하였으며, 이러한 조직특성들을 바탕으로 한 고객관계관리 전략이 정기선 해운기업의 조직성과와 고객차원의 만족도 및 재구매의도의 전반적인 경영성 과에 영향을 미치게 된다는 것을 실증함으로써, 정기선 해운기업의 고객관계관리를 해운기업 및 고객 관점에서 종합적으로 조사 분석하였다 는데 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다. This paper aims to investigate the nature of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in liner shipping industries, study the organization’s general characteristics which could help to promote such CRM practices, and analyze the relationship between the CRM and the organization’s effectiveness. The result of analysis shows that the organizational characteristics which affect the CRM most in shipping industries are the market orientation and the CEO’s support. In particular, the CRM was proven to have significant impact on employee satisfaction, service competitiveness enhancement, financial performance, customer satisfaction and the repurchase intention of the customers. This study also suggests that the CRM of liner shipping industries should be enforced comprehensively in synchronization with organizational characteristics, such as organizational culture and organizational systems. Based on such organizational characteristics, the noted CRM strategies were justified to have significantly impacted the overall management performance of the organizational performance of shipping industries and the customer’s satisfaction and repurchase intention. This study would be appreciated as a meaningful analysis on the CRM in liner shipping industries which pursues the best interests of both shipping companies and customers.
한중정기항로의 운송실태분석과 국적선사의 경쟁력제고 방안

In Korea-China shipping routs, the freight rate is very low because of over supplying tonnage. The Chinese government has treated foreigners with discrimination in establishing a shipping agent, a branch office and a OCDY by the Chinese license law. It also has restricted marketing activities of foreign companies and just supported Chinese shipping companies by giving them following advantages; flag preference, cargo reservation and preference. And then Korea shipping companies have faced complicate and difficult custom clearance for export shipment in China when they try to change fixed vessel. Thus, this study analyzes actual condition of this route by using data collected from 290 Korea/ China/ 3rd flag shipping companies. According to the result of this research, We suggest some proposals to solve the problems and to promote the competitive power of Korea shipping companies. Korean government should try to press Chinese government to open there shipping market and to remove protective shipping policies. Then, Koran shipping companies should try to establish a multimodel transportation and an integrated cargo logistics system and to keep in good relationships with other route companies.
조직문화와 리더쉽의 적합성이 행동적 유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

In spite of increasing intersts on organizational culture since 1980, there are relatively few studies on the relationships between organizational culture and leadership. Most of existed researches place emphases on how the leader in an organization determines and changes the culture. However, the organization culture as the shared value and belief of organization members influences and restricts the leadership. So the leaderships fitted in the organization culture are demanded. If the leadership unfitted in the organization culture will affect negatively on the behavioral effectiveness. This study is an exploative research for finding whether the organizational culture is an important factor affecting the leadership. So this study, based on the contingency theory, finds out congruence between organizational culture and leadership, and examines fitness of organizational culture and leadership to behavioral effectiveness by using above congruence. For this purpose, this study has set up a model and hypotheses on the organizational culture, leadership, and behavioral effectiveness. After examining hypotheses, this study has founded that specipic types of organizational culture are significantly related with specipic types of leadership, so there is a congruence between types of organizational culture and leadership. Also, the organization with fitted types of organizational culture and leadership is higher than those with unfitted ones in organizational involvement and job satisfaction. Thus, this study has suggested that there needs the leadership for fitting organizational culture, and this fitness improves behavioral effectiveness in corporates.
선박관리기업 경쟁력 결정요인과 파트너십이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 기업경쟁력 수준을 높이기 위한 전략적 실행에 대한 연구로써, 기업경쟁력 결정요인과 파트너십 및 경영성과에 대한 기존 연구와 실제 사례를 고찰한 후, 경쟁우위와 파트너십이 중시되는 선박관리 기업을 대상으로 이들의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 검증결과, 선박관리기업의 기업경쟁력 결정요인과 경영성과간의 관계에 있어, 인적자원, 물적자원, 서비스품질, 고객요인은 관리적 성과에 영향을 미치고, 인적자원, 서비스품질, 기업이미지는 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업경쟁력 결정요인과 경영성과간의 파트너십 조절효과는 인적자원요인은 파트너십의 요인들 중 신뢰, 상호의존성, 의사소통의 모든 항목에 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 기업이미지 항목은 파트너십의 요인들 중 신뢰의 항목에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between business competitiveness, partnership and management performance of the ship management company. The independent variables of business competitiveness factors in ship management business include human resources, material resources, service quality, customer factors, a company image and the policy of government support. Dependent variables of a management performance of the ship management company were divided into financial performance and non financial performance. Finally, as a control variable between two variables, partnership (trust, interdependence and communication) was selected to measure a control effect. This study analysed interaction of a company's competitiveness and management performance of the ship management company and partnership moderating effect between a company's competitiveness factor of the ship management company and management performance. The study found that human resources, material resources, service quality and client factors have a significant relationship with non financial performance in ship management companies, and human resources, service quality and a company image have a significant relationship with a financial performance. As a consequence of analyzing partnership moderating effect between a company's competitiveness determinants and management performance in the ship management company, human resources factors were turned out to be significant to trust, interdependence and communication factors and a company's image is significant to trust factor among partnership factors.
