The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between stress coping behaviors and Enneagram personality types. The subject of the study is 342 college students who are attending 4-year nursing colleges in Seoul, Korea, and 198 students among them are qualified for the study. Typified statistical tools SPSS, chi-square, and ANOVA are used as analyzing methods in the study. The research results are as follows: 1. In nursing students, freshman class is the highest population in the study with 63 students(31.82 %), and the highest percentage of population does not have a religion(89 students, 44.95 %). 120 students (60.61 %) answered that their interpersonal relationships are good, and 105 students(53.03 %) are satisfied with the nursing major. 2. In Enneagram personality type, 9 type is the highest(42.42 %). 3. Problem focused coping type is the highest in stress coping behaviors(28.12(±20.16) points). 4. Problem focused coping behavior and social support coping behavior show significance. 5. Social support coping behavior shows significance, and 3 type scored the highest(17.67(±2.66) points). Further studies are suggested based on above results: First, in order to achieve more accurate results, the research of Enneagram and stress coping behavior with representative for sample Korean nursing students is necessary. Second, Development and verification the effect of stress coping program based on Enneagram personality types among nursing students are necessary.

새로운 Y-Ba-Cu 산화물 세라믹의 초전도성을 연구하기 위해 전기저항, 자화율 그리고 열전력을 측정했으며, 우리의 2가지 시료에 대해 일치되는 결과를 얻었다. 90K 근방에서 초전도성 상전이가 일어났으며, 상전이 온도는 시료에 부하된 전류밀도에 대해 매우 민감했다. 그리고 열전력 측정 결과에 의하면 상전이 점 부근에서 phonon 방출의 증가를 보이므로 P-형 초전도체이다.

The phase transformation of mixture of Y₂O₃, BaCO₃ and CuO powders with mole ratio of 1/2 : 2 : 3 and that of the superconducting Y₁Ba₂Cu₃Oy single phase were investigated by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis between the temperature ranges of 20℃ and 1300℃. Above 1010℃, partial melting and phase decomposition of Y₁Ba₂Cu₃Oy single phase was detected and it was found that the new phases were (Y₂BaCuO_5) and BaCuO₂by SEM -EDX. By considering the change of the thermal expansion coefficient of the superconductor bar with temperature, it was concluded that superconducting Y₁Ba₂Cu₃Oy undergoes phase transformation at 400℃ and 700℃.

<P><B>Summary. </B> There are few reports on hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) titres during nucleos(t)ide analogues treatment. We investigated the changes in HBeAg levels in patients treated with entecavir and the usefulness of HBeAg quantification for predicting antiviral response. Ninety‐five consecutive HBeAg‐positive patients treated with entecavir for more than 48 weeks were enrolled. Serum levels of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), HBeAg and HBV DNA were assessed at 4‐week intervals to week 24 and thereafter at 12‐week intervals. Virologic response (Y1VR) was defined as an undetectable HBV DNA level at week 48 of therapy. During 48 weeks, HBeAg and HBV DNA level decreased significantly in a biphasic manner and HBsAg level tended to decease. Fifty‐three patients (55.8%) attained Y1VR. Pretreatment HBeAg levels were significantly lower in the Y1VR group than in no Y1VR group. At week 4 and 12 of therapy, 25% and 41.4% of patients showed a decrease of HBeAg levels with >0.5 log<SUB>10</SUB> and >1.0 log<SUB>10</SUB> from baseline, respectively. These patients achieved more Y1VR than those with less decrease of HBeAg levels (97.7%<I>vs</I> 22.2% and 86.2%<I>vs</I> 29.3%, respectively). HBeAg level at week 12 had higher predictive values for Y1VR than HBV DNA level. Multivariate analysis revealed that a pretreatment HBeAg level of <360 PEIU/mL and the reduction in HBeAg level >1.0 log<SUB>10</SUB> at week 12 were associated with Y1VR. These results suggest that pretreatment HBeAg level and an early decrease in HBeAg level are useful measurements for predicting one‐year virologic response during entecavir treatment.</P>

Precipitation and re-precipitation of metal ions has been carried out from original and supernatant solution producing Bi<SUP>3+</SUP> - Eu<SUP>3+</SUP> doped Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>:Eu<SUP>3+</SUP> and Eu<SUP>3+</SUP>/Tb<SUP>3+</SUP> doped Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>, respectively. Shorter reaction time is unable to consume all metal ions present in the solution which can be utilized through re-precipitation process. The doping of Bi<SUP>3+</SUP> - Eu<SUP>3+</SUP> in Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> helps to absorb maximum UV light. The activation of Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> matrix by Bi<SUP>3+</SUP> and Eu<SUP>3+</SUP> ions, together and separately, were studied considering the excitation energy transfer to the luminescence centers. The successful replacement of Y<SUP>3+</SUP> by RE<SUP>3+</SUP> ions can help for fine tuning of emission wavelength. Re-precipitation of supernatant solution by adding terbium precursor can successively produce uniform sized Tb<SUP>3+</SUP> doped Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>:Eu<SUP>3+</SUP>. The re-precipitation of the supernatant solution ensures maximum consumption of metal ions for higher product yield and possible fine tuning of emission wavelengths.
200 GeV/핵자 유황이온과 핵건판핵의 충돌에 의해 생성된 헬륨 파쇄핵의 극한파쇄 연구

고에너지 중이온 원자핵과 핵건판의 충돌에서, 200GeV/핵자 유황이온에 의해 생성된 파쇄 헬륨핵(Z=2)의 실험실계의 방출각 분포는 표적핵에 무관한 회귀공식. dN=exp[a+k exp(η-y_b)]d[exp(η-y_b)]로 잘 표현된다. 여기에서 의사신속도 η=-ln[tan(θ/2)]이고, y_b는 실험실계의 입사입자(^32S)의 신속도이다. 이 공식에 의한 적합에서 k=-0.057±0.008로 얻어진다. 즉, 핵건판과 고에너지 중이온의 충돌에서 파쇄 헬륨핵의 exp(η-y_b)의 분포는 "극한파쇄" 현상을 잘 설명하고 있다. The angular distribution of emission angle θ of helium (Z=2) produced in the collisions of incident particles of 200 GeV/nucleon ^32S in nuclear emulsion is well expressed by dN=exp[a+k exp(η-y_b)]d[exp(η-y_b)] where the pseudorapidity is η=-ln[tan(θ/2)], the laboratory system primary rapidity is y_b, and k=-0.057+0.008. The shape of this frequency of occurrence distributions in terms of exp(η-y_b) attests to the validity of the concept of "limiting fragmentation" for helium projectile fragments produced in the projectile fragmentation regions of heavy ion collisions in nuclear emulsion.

<P>The HP0827 protein is an 82-residue protein identified as a putative ss-DNA-binding protein 12RNP2 Precursor from Helicobacter pylori. Here, we have determined 3D structure of HP0827 using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. It has a ferredoxin-like fold, beta1-alpha1-beta2-beta3-alpha2-beta4 (alpha; alpha-helix and beta; beta-sheet) and ribonucleoprotein (RNP) motifs which are thought to be important in RNA binding. By using structural homologues search and analyzing electrostatic potential of surface, we could compared HP0827 with other RNA-binding proteins (sex-lethal, T-cell restricted intracellular antigen-1, U1A) to predict RNA-binding sites of HP0827. We could predict that beta sheets of HP0827, especially beta1 and beta3, are primary region for RNA binding. Consequently, similar to other RNA-binding proteins, RNP motifs (Y5, F45, F47), positively charged and hydrophobic regions (K32, R37, K40, K41, K43, R70, R73) are proposed as a putative RNA-binding sites. In addition, differences in amino acids composition of RNP motifs, N, C-terminal residues, loop-region fold and the orientation of alpha1-helix with other RNA recognition motif proteins could give specific biological functions to HP0827. Finally, the study on natural RNA target is also important to completely understand the biological function of HP0827.</P>
