        Study of Constant Current-Constant Voltage Output Wireless Charging System Based on Compound Topologies

        Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology has the advantages of intelligence and facilitation. This paper designs a WPT system applied to battery charging and provides a strategy which switches from the constant current (CC) charging mode to constant voltage (CV) charging mode. The LCL-LCL topology is used to realize the CC output, while the LCL-S (series compensation) topology is used to realize the CV output. The main factor affecting the output characteristics is extracted by analyzing the two topologies above. Based on the main factor, this paper puts forward a modified way to design the system. In addition, on-line monitors for the battery and switches are placed at receiving side, which avoids the need for introducing an information interaction module into the system. Therefore, the complexity of the controlling system is reduced. Finally, simulation and experimental analyses are carried out to verify the correctness of the compound topologies.

        Study on constitutive model of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel based on quasi-static tensile test

        In order to obtain a constitutive model that can accurately describe the stress flow law of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel in extrusion forming process of spherical plain bearings, the quasi-static tensile tests of this material were carried out at room temperature in this paper, the engineering stress-strain curves of the material were obtained. Six constitutive equations were obtained by fitting the stress-strain data between the yield point and the necking point, the errors of the six models with the experimental data were analyzed. The results indicate that the Swift-Voce constitutive model had the highest correlation coefficient, the smallest mean square deviation with the experimental data and the best prediction accuracy at pre-necking and post-necking stage. Therefore, the Swift-Voce constitutive model was selected as the constitutive model of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel with large deformation at room temperature, and the finite element simulation technology was used to verify the Swift-Voce constitutive model. Once again, the simulation results show that, the stress-strain curve at prenecking stage of the material is in good agreement with the test data. This constitutive model established in this paper can accurately describe the stress flow behavior of the material at room temperature.

        LINC00319 promotes cancer stem cell-like properties in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma via E2F1-mediated upregulation of HMGB3

        Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is one of the most common subtypes of head and neck malignancies worldwide. Long intervening/intergenic noncoding RNAs (LINCRNAs) have been recently implicated in various biological processes that take place in the setting of laryngeal cancer, but the regulatory role of LINC00319 in LSCC remains largely unknown. The current study aimed to elucidate the regulatory effect of LINC00319 on the development and progression of LSCC via high-mobility group box 3 (HMGB3). Microarray-based analysis was initially conducted to identify differentially expressed long noncoding RNAs, after which the expression of LINC00319 and HMGB3 in LSCC tissues and cells was determined accordingly. CD133 + CD144 + TU177 cells were subsequently isolated and transfected with LINC00319 overexpression vector (oe-LINC00319), short hairpin RNA (sh)-LINC00319, sh-HMGB3, sh-E2F transcription factor 1 (E2F1), and oe-E2F1, as well as their corresponding controls. The proliferative, invasion, self-renewal, and tumorigenic abilities of CD133 + CD144 + TU177 cells were then evaluated. Our in vitro findings were further confirmed following subcutaneous injection of cells expressing the corresponding plasmids into nude mice. LINC00319 and HMGB3 expressions were elevated in LSCC cells and tissues. LINC00319 increased HMGB3 expression by recruiting E2F1. Furthermore, the stimulatory role of LINC00319 on the proliferation, invasion, self-renewal ability, and tumorigenicity of CD133 + CD144 + TU177 cells was achieved by upregulating HMGB3 via recruitment of E2F1. The in vitro findings were also confirmed by in vivo experiments. Taken together, these data show that downregulating LINC00319 in CD133 + CD144 + TU177 cells may serve as a potential anticancer regimen by inhibiting the proliferation and invasion of cancer stem cells in LSCC.

        Serum Anti-Fumarate Hydratase Autoantibody as a Biomarker for Predicting Prognosis of Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure

        Background/Aims: To investigate the autoantibody against fumarate hydratase (FH), which is a specific liver failure-associated antigen (LFAA) and determine whether it can be used as a biomarker to evaluate the prognosis of acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). Methods: An immunoproteomic approach was applied to screen specific LFAAs related to differential prognosis of ACLF (n=60). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology was employed for the validation of the frequency and titer of autoantibodies against FH in ACLF patients with different prognoses (n=82). Moreover, we clarified the expression of autoantibodies against FH in patients with chronic hepatitis B (n=60) and hepatitis B virus-related liver cirrhosis (n=60). The dynamic changes in the titers of autoantibodies against FH were analyzed by sample collection at multiple time points during the clinical course of eight ACLF patients with different prognoses. Results: Ultimately, 15 LFAAs were screened and identified by the immunoproteomic approach. Based on ELISA-based verification, anti-FH/Fumarate hydratase protein autoantibody was chosen to verify its expression in ACLF patients. ACLF patients had a much higher anti-FH autoantibody frequency (76.8%) than patients with liver cirrhosis (10%, p=0.000), patients with chronic hepatitis B (6.7%, p=0.022), and normal humans (0%, p=0.000). More importantly, the frequency and titer of anti-FH protein autoantibodies in the serum of ACLF patients with a good prognosis were much higher than that of patients with a poor prognosis (83.9% vs 61.5%, p=0.019; 1.41±0.85 vs 0.94±0.56, p=0.017, respectively). The titer of anti-FH autoantibodies showed dynamic changes in the clinical course of ACLF. Conclusions: The anti-FH autoantibody in serum may be a potential biomarker for predicting the prognosis of ACLF.

        Transition Control of Standby and Operation Modes of Wireless Charging System for Inspection Robots

        To solve the problems in the contact charging of inspection robots, a wireless charging system for inspection robots and a control strategy are introduced in this paper. Circuit models of a wireless power system with a compound compensation circuit and a three-phase Class-D resonant inverter are set up based on circuit theory. An output voltage control method based on the equal spread regulation of the phase difference between adjacent phases and the parameter correction method in the primary compound compensation circuit are proposed. The dynamic characteristics of the key parameters varying with the secondary coil position are obtained to further investigate the adaptive location scheme during the access and exit processes of moving robots. Combining the output voltage control method and the adaptive location scheme, a transition control strategy for the standby and operation modes of the wireless charging systems for inspection robots is put forward to realize the system characteristics including the low standby power in the standby mode and the high receiving power in the operation mode. Finally, experiments are designed and conducted to verify the correctness of the theoretical research.

        A Topological Transformation and Hierarchical Compensation Capacitor Control in Segmented On-road Charging System for Electrical Vehicles

        Experiencing power declines when the secondary coil is at the middle position between two primary coils is a serious problem in segmented on-road charging systems with a single energized segmented primary coil. In this paper, the topological transformation of a primary circuit and a hierarchical compensation capacitor control are proposed. Firstly, the corresponding compensation capacitors and receiving powers of different primary structures are deduced under the condition of a fixed frequency. Then the receiving power characteristics as a function of the position variations in systems with a single energized segmented primary coil and those with double segmented primary coils are analyzed comparatively. A topological transformation of the primary circuit and hierarchical compensation capacitor control are further introduced to solve the foregoing problem. Finally, an experimental prototype with the proposed topological transformation and hierarchical compensation capacitor control is carried out. Measured results show that the receiving power is a lot more stable in the movement of the secondary coil. It is a remarkable fact that the receiving power rises from 10.8W to 19.2W at the middle position between the two primary coils. The experimental are in agreement with the theoretical analysis.

      • Facial Expression Recognition Model Based on Computer Vision

        A new facial feature position self-calibration method based on active computer vision is proposed in this paper to realize facial expression recognition. Compared with traditional method, the proposed method based on the extension focus thought only needs four linearly independent translational movements, one real rotational movement and one virtual rotational movement rather than the calibration reference object to realize the linear solutions orderly for internal reference matrix of camera, hand-eye relationship and feature point target depth. The experiment result shows that the proposed method is feasible and effective and the measurement errors of two-dimensional and three-dimensional feature points can be below 0.40mm, thus able to meet the industrial accuracy requirements.
