MINIMUM TIME LANE CHANGING PROBLEM OF VEHICLE HANDLING INVERSE DYNAMICS CONSIDERING THE DRIVER'S INTENTION

        Xinglong Zhang,Youqun Zhao,Wenxin Zhang,Fen Lin,Haiqing Li 한국자동차공학회 2019 International journal of automotive technology Vol.20 No.1

By solving driver’s optimal handling input, this paper presents a novel Lane Changing Assistance System (LCAS) which can provide guidance for driver’s lane changing behavior. In addition, vehicle handling inverse dynamics method is proposed to solve driver’s optimal handling input. Firstly, to recognize driver’s lane changing intention and decrease the false alarm rate of LCAS, a lane changing intention recognition model is established. Secondly, the handling inverse dynamics model is established; and then the inverse dynamics problem is converted into the optimal control problem. Finally, the optimal control problem is converted into a nonlinear programming problem based on GPM; then sequential quadratic programming (SQP) is applied to get the solution. The direct collocation method (DCM) is used as the contrast verification of GPM. The simulation results show that the driver’s optimal handling input can be obtained according to driver’s lane changing intention in the proposed LCAS; and GPM has higher computational accuracy compared with DCM. This method may provide a reference for the research of LCAS and unmanned vehicles.

Experimental Study on Cyclic Lateral Loaded Circular CFST Members with Initial Imperfections

Haiqing Zhu,Hang Zhang,Linshuang Liu 대한토목학회 2021 KSCE JOURNAL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Vol.25 No.8

To study the influence of an initial imperfection on the cyclic performance of concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) members, twelve specimens were cast with different notch lengths, notch widths, notch orientations and notch locations. These specimens were implemented in a lateral quasi-static test, and the test details, damage modes, load-deflection responses and strain histories were detailed and recorded. The measured and theoretical equivalent elastic flexural stiffness, displacement ductility coefficient, maximum lateral load, and measured and theoretical bending capacity of all the specimens were collected and analysed. The research results showed that all specimens mainly experienced flexural damage with different damage levels. Good agreement was observed between the measured and theoretical elastic flexural stiffness as well as the bending capacity for the intact specimens (specimen 1 and specimen 2). The mid-span notch weakened the equivalent elastic flexural stiffness, displacement ductility and flexural capacity of the CFST specimens. Furthermore, a horizontal mid-span notch resulted in greater impact on the specimen behaviour than a vertical notch or a quarter-span notch, an observation that deserves particular attention.

        Tong Zhang,Xuetao Lyu,Haiqing Liu,Yang Yu,Yang Xu 한국강구조학회 2021 International Journal of Steel Structures Vol.21 No.3

Based on the reasonable determination of material constitutive relationship and interaction model between concrete and steel tube, a fi nite element model of T-shaped stiff ened concrete-fi lled steel tube (TSCFST) stub column exposed to uniform fi re was established, and model reliability was verifi ed. Through the FE model, the working mechanism of the model in the whole process of loading was analyzed in detail. In the process of axial compression, the load distributions of steel tube and concrete, and the interaction between steel tube and concrete were discussed. This paper analyzed the eff ects of the main factors on residual bearing capacity of TSCFST stub columns, and put forward the calculation formula of the residual bearing capacity of TSCFST stub columns after uniform fi re exposure.

        Li, Haiqing,Jo, Jung Kyu,Zhang, Lidong,Ha, Chang‐,Sik,Suh, Hongsuk,Kim, Il WILEY‐VCH Verlag 2010 Advanced Functional Materials Vol.20 No.22

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Novel pyrenyl‐moieties‐decorated hyperbranched polyglycidol (pHBP) is synthesized and utilized for the functionalization of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) via a non‐covalent (non‐destructive) process. Mediated by a pHBP layer on the CNT sidewall, Au, Ag and Pt nanoparticles and uniform SiO2, GeO2 and TiO2 coatings are generated in situ and deposited onto the as‐prepared CNT/pHBP hybrids, forming versatile homogeneous CNT‐based nanohybrid sols. The coverage of metal nanoparticles and oxide coatings is controllable simply by changing the employed amount of precursors. This easy synthetic strategy provides a general and convenient route to efficiently assemble a wide range of metal nanoparticles and inorganic oxide components on the sidewalls of CNTs, and enables the construction of heterogeneous nanostructures with novel functionalities. As a means of demonstrating the versatility of the fabricated hybrid materials, the catalytic function of CNT/pHBP/Pt hybrids towards the reduction of 4‐nitrophenol and the incorporation of dye molecules into the CNT/pHBP/SiO2 matrix resulting in fluorescent nanofibers are investigated.</P>

An Automatic Urban Function District Division Method Based on Big Data Analysis of POI

( Hao Guo ),( Haiqing Liu ),( Shengli Wang ),( Yu Zhang ) 한국정보처리학회 2021 Journal of information processing systems Vol.17 No.3

Along with the rapid development of the economy, the urban scale has extended rapidly, leading to the formation of different types of urban function districts (UFDs), such as central business, residential and industrial districts. Recognizing the spatial distributions of these districts is of great significance to manage the evolving role of urban planning and further help in developing reliable urban planning programs. In this paper, we propose an automatic UFD division method based on big data analysis of point of interest (POI) data. Considering that the distribution of POI data is unbalanced in a geographic space, a dichotomy-based data retrieval method was used to improve the efficiency of the data crawling process. Further, a POI spatial feature analysis method based on the mean shift algorithm is proposed, where data points with similar attributive characteristics are clustered to form the function districts. The proposed method was thoroughly tested in an actual urban case scenario and the results show its superior performance. Further, the suitability of fit to practical situations reaches 88.4%, demonstrating a reasonable UFD division result.

Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Coating with Fluorescence on Magnetic Particle

        Jing Huang,Haiqing Liu,Haifen Men,Yunyun Zhai,Qihui Xi,Zulei Zhang,Jian Zhang,Zhengzhi Yin,Lei Li 한국고분자학회 2013 Macromolecular Research Vol.21 No.9

In this research, molecular imprinting technology was employed to prepare magnetic, fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres (fluorescent M-MIP) for recognition and separation of endocrine disrupting chemicals. The fluorescent M-MIP were prepared using Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic nanoparticles combined with fluorescein (isothiocyanate) as fluorescent material with the surface molecularly imprinting method. The magnetic fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymers were characterized by fluorescence spectrophotometer, X-ray powder diffraction, vibration sample magnetic field meter, scanning and transmission electron microscopic methods. The results showed that the fluorescent M-MIP not only had excellent superparamagnetism and maintained the crystalline structure of the magnetic nanoparticles, but also stable fluorescence. The recognition selectivity of the magnetic fluorescence polymer was studied for template molecule and analogues. The results indicated that the fluorescent quenches of bisphenol A (the selective target) for fluorescent M-MIP were higher than that of the structural analogues, which illustrated the recognition selectivity for bisphenol A. Simultaneously, the fluorescent magnetic non-imprinted polymers (M-NIPs) had much higher fluorescent quenches than the fluorescent M-NIPs in the processes of rebinding. Therefore, the fluorescent M-MIP technology can be used for the recognition, magnetic separation and detection of bisphenol A by fluorescence spectrometry without any time-consuming elution.

Application of Neural Network Based on Real-Time Recursive Learning and Kalman Filter in Flight Data Identification

        Yao Li,Haiqing Si,Yitong Zong,Xiaojun Wu,Peihong Zhang,Hongyin Jia,Shuqing Xu,Dayong Tang 한국항공우주학회 2021 International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sc Vol.22 No.6

The process of obtaining flight data from flight test is complex and costly, which makes it difficult to identify aerodynamic parameters. Therefore, Cessna172 flight simulator was used for flight data extraction, which ensures the convenience, efficiency and economy of the test. To obtain aerodynamic model, based on the idea of machine learning, a recurrent neural network was used to process multi-dimensional nonlinear flight test data, and a real-time recursive learning algorithm was proved to be suitable for dynamic training. Due to the large amount of state parameter data generated by aircraft, which will cause the real-time recursive learning algorithm to train slowly. So, Kalman filter algorithm was introduced for system identification. Considering validity analysis, the comparative verification method was used to verify system identification model. Results show that the aircraft aerodynamic and aerodynamic moment models have good applicability and can be popularized and applied.

The association study between CYP20A1, CYP4F2, CYP2D6 gene polymorphisms and coronary heart disease risk in the Han population in southern China

        Liang Tiebiao,Liang Anshan,Zhang Xianbo,Wang Qi,Wu Haiqing,He Jun,Jin Tianbo 한국유전학회 2022 Genes & Genomics Vol.44 No.9

Background: Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a disease that seriously harms human health. Genetic factors seriously affect the CHD susceptibility. The CYP20A1, CYP4F2 and CYP2D6 are important drug metabolism enzymes in the human body. Objective: We aimed to explore the association between CYP20A1, CYP4F2, CYP2D6 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and CHD risk in the Chinese Southern Han population. Methods: Based on the 'case-control' experimental design (505 cases and 508 controls), we conducted an association study between 5 candidate SNPs selected from CYP20A1 (rs2043449), CYP4F2 (rs2108622, rs3093106, rs309310), CYP2D6 (rs1065852) and CHD risk. Logistic regression was used to analyze the CHD susceptibility under different genetic models. Multi-factor dimensionality reduction (MDR) was used to analyze the interaction of 'SNP-SNP' in CHD risk. Results: Our results showed that under multiple genetic models, CYP2D6 rs1065852 significantly increased the CHD risk in these participants who are ≤ 60 years old (OR 1.40, CI 1.07-1.82, p = 0.013), smokers (OR 1.40, CI 1.02-1.93, p = 0.039), or have family history (OR 1.24, CI 1.02-1.51, p = 0.035). CYP4F2 SNPs rs2108622 (OR 0.63, CI 0.43-0.93, p = 0.020), rs3093106 (OR 0.52, CI 0.29-0.92, p = 0.023), and rs309310 (OR 0.55, CI 0.31-0.96, p = 0.033) were potentially associated with the course of CHD patients. Conclusion: Our study found that CY2D6 rs1065852 has an outstanding and significant association with increased CHD risk. Our study provided data supplements for CHD genetic susceptibility loci, and also provided a new and valuable reference for CHD drug treatment.

Anti-proliferation and pro-apoptosis effects of miR-582-5p in chronic lymphocytic leukemia via targeting HNRNPA1 and suppression of NF-κB

        Wang Zengsheng,Li Yan,Kuang Xiaochuan,Guo Fang,Lang Tao,Mao Min,Zhang Xiaoyan,Yang Haiqing 대한독성 유전단백체 학회 2021 Molecular & cellular toxicology Vol.17 No.3

Background MicroRNAs (miRNAs) function as post-transcriptional mediators for genes involved in cancer progression, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia. MiR-582-5p has been identified as a tumor suppressor in various tumors. The antioncogenic role of miR-582-5p was then validated in this study. Objective Mononuclear cells were isolated from peripheral blood samples of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and healthy donors. Expression of miR-582-3p in the mononuclear cells was examined by qRT-PCR. CCK8 assay was performed to detect cell viability, and cell cycle and apoptosis were evaluated by flow cytometry. Dual luciferase activity assay was performed to determine the targeting relationship between miR-582-3p and HNRNPA1, and western blot was performed to unravel the mechanism. Results MiR-582-5p was reduced in mononuclear cells of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia compared to healthy donors. Forced miR-582-5p expression reduced cell viability, and promoted apoptosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells. Cell cycle was arrested in G0/G1 phase via miR-582-5p mimic. MiR-582-5p bound to HNRNPA1 (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1) and down-regulated its expression. Silence of HNRNPA1 decreased cell viability, promoted apoptosis, and blocked cell cycle at G0/G1 phase through up-regulation of IκBα (IkappaBalpha). Moreover, HNRNPA1 silencing attenuated the promotive effect induced by miR-582-5p inhibitor on the progression of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Conclusion MiR-582-5p demonstrated anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic roles in chronic lymphocytic leukemia cell growth via down-regulation of HNRNPA1 and up-regulation of IκBα, thus inactivating NF-κB.
