컴퓨터 작업 시 의자 등받이 위치가 근육 활성도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 컴퓨터 작업시 의자 등받이 위치가 근육활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 36명의 근골격에 문제가 없는 성인 남녀가 참가하였으며 대상자들은 등받이가 뒤에 있는 의자와 등받이가 없는 의자, 등받이가 앞에 있는 우리들 의자를 무작위로 배정하고 동일한 컴퓨터 작업을 실시하게 하였다. 실험 중, 표면근전도기를 사용하여 의자에 따른 위등세모근, 머리널판근 그리고 척주세움근의 근활성도 변화를 측정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 등받이가 앞에 있는 의자는 허리 근육의 부담을 줄이지만 목근육에 부담이 늘어나고 등받이가 뒤에 있는 의자와 없는 의자는 허리근육에는 다소 무리가 가지만 목근육에는 부담이 덜하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 환자의 증상에 다라 컴퓨터 작업을 하는 동안 의자 등받이의 위치를 조절하여 치료에 도움이 될 수 있다고 생각되어진다. Objective : In this study, we checked and observed people's change of body muscle and muscle activity who do computer work on different chairs. We set three kind of chairs which one is a stool and another one is the back is fixed, and the other one is the back is fixed in front of chair. Subject : Accounting for 36 health men and women, we divided these people to 3 groups and put them on the three cases(position 1, position 2, position 3). We measured muscle activity of upper trapezius, Splenius Cervics, Erector Spinae from the groups by using surface electromyogram system. Methods : The standard of the electromyogram was 'reference voluntary contraction', and we carried out 'one way anova' to compare muscle activity of three groups. Results : In position 1, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 123.2821%, Splenius Cervics was 141.7526%, and Erector Spinae was 254.5233%. In position 2, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 132.9395%, Splenius Cervics was 141.7526%, and Erector Spinae was 246.6540%. In position 3, reference voluntary contraction of upper trapezius muscle activity was 190.6487%, Splenius Cervics was 270.2332%, and Erector Spinae was 182.1021%. Both upper trapezius and Splenius Cervics muscle activity of position 3 group was higher than the others groups. In position 1 group, Erector Spinae muscle activity was hight than the other groups. And either was position 2 group's(p<0.05). Conclusion : Therefore the chair which is the back is fixed in front is more comfortable for waist muscle but it's not good for neck. And the other chairs are better in waist muscle but not in neck muscle. So far, when we do a computer work, it's prefer to sit on the group 1&2's chairs to reduce neck muscle's stress and sit on group 3's chair to reduce waist muscle's stress.
Vancomycin-Resistant Enterococci (VRE) 빈도, 검사법 및 감염관리 대책에 관한 전국 병원 설문조사

Background : Vancomcyin-resistant enterococci (VRE) have been an important nosocomial pathogen in the 1990s. Recently, VRE have become an emerging nosocomial pathogen in Korea, but there have been no nationwide study about the status of VRE in Korea. This nationwide questionnaire survey was aimed to determine the prevalence of VRE, the appropriateness of detection method fur VRE, and to evaluate the infection control program in hospitals of various size in Korea. Methods : During 4 weeks (September 1 to October 1, 1999), a questionnaire surveillance study was conducted. We had sent the questionnaire to 200 large hospitals in Korea, which were distributed nationwide. Questionnaire included the prevalence of VRE within the hospital, the detection method for VRE, method of enterococci isolation, antibiotics-susceptibility test and infection control method of VRE. Results : The response rate to questionnaire was 42%. The species identification of enterococci was capable in 62.3% but the accurate enterococcal speciation were capable in 18%. Appropriate antibiotic-sus-ceptibility test were produced only in 6.5%. Total 746 VRE were detected in 42 hospitals during 1-year despite of low sensitivity of detection methods. VRE was noted in 54.4% of hospitals at least. The isolation programme of VRE infected patients was presented in 20.3%, regular surveillance of VRE in high-risk pop ulation was produced only in 16.5%. Conclusion : The prevalence of enterococci among microorganisms isolated from clinical specimens were increased up to 27.7% in Korea. VRE has been emerged in many big cities as well as in Seoul. The microbiological methods that include the speciation of enterococcal isolates, antimicrobial susceptibility test, and VRE detection appeared to be inappropriate in many hospitals. And, proper control and prevention methods were presented in a few hospitals. Education and training about accurate detection of VRE as well as proper infection control programs for VRE are urgently needed. (Korean J Infect Dis 33:78~87, 2001)
일조권 침해 방지를 위한 Solar Envelope 분석기반 3차원 건축물 매스의 자동생성 알고리즘 개발

일조권 침해 분쟁으로 인해 발생하는 설계의 변경은 인적 자원과 예산, 소요시간 등 다각적 측면에서 건축물의 생애주기비용(Life Cycle Cost, LCC)을 늘리는 결과를 불러오게 된다. 이를 사전에 방지하기 위해 주변 건축물의 일조권을 침해하지 않는 영역을 산출하는 Solar Envelope 분석기법을 활용하여 건축대지에 작성된 2차원 배치안을 3차원 형상으로 자동구축하는 알고리즘을 개발했다. 알고리즘은 DXF 파일 기반 지형구조 구현, 건축대지 평탄화 및 건축가능영역 구현, 인접 건축물 일조권 침해영역 설정, Solar Envelope 분석을 통한 3차원 매스 자동구현, 매스와 태양광 유입경로 간섭여부를 확인하기 위한 Solar Fan 및 일조시간 시뮬레이션 수행의 5가지 단계로 구성되었다. 개발 알고리즘은 설계자의 판단에 따라 일조권 침해영역의 설정이 가능하며 지역, 기후, 도시적 조건이 매개변수화되었기 때문에 분석대상 지역의 변화에도 대응 가능한 범용성을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 개발 알고리즘을 건축 프로젝트의 기획, 설계 과정에 활용함으로써 일조권 분쟁에 따른 무의미한 자원과 시간의 소요를 사전에 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Design changes caused by disputes over infringement of the right to sunlight lead to an increase in the life cycle cost of a building in various aspects such as human resources, budget, and required time. To prevent this in advance, the algorithm was created that automatically builds a 2D plan created on the building site into a 3D shape using the Solar Envelope analysis that calculates an area that does not infringe the sunlight of the surrounding buildings. The algorithm consists of five steps. The first is DXF Digital map file-based topographical structure implementation, and the second is building site flattening and buildable area setting. Next, It is configured to automatically implement 3D mass through Solar Envelope analysis. Finally, it is configured to check whether the created mass interfere with inflow of sunlight. In the development algorithm, it is possible to set the sunlight infringement area according to the judgment of the designer. In addition, it has versatility because region, climate, and urban conditions can be input as parameters. Therefore, it is expected that the inefficient consumption of resources and time can be prevented in advance by using the algorithm in the planning and designing process of an architectural project.
