Objectives: The Samsung Ombudsperson Commission was launched as an independent third-party institution following an agreement among Samsung Electronics, Supporters for Health and Right of People in Semiconductor Industry (Banolim in Korean, an independent NGO), and the Family Compensation Committee, in accordance with the industry accident prevention measure required by the settlement committee to address the issues related to employees who allegedly died from leukemia and other diseases as a result of working at Samsung's semiconductor production facilities. Methods: The Commission has carried out a comprehensive range of activities to review and evaluate the status of the company's occupational accidents management system, as well as occupational safety and health risk management within its facilities. Results: Based on the results of this review, termed a comprehensive diagnosis, the Commission presented action plans for improvement to strengthen the company's existing safety and health management system and to effectively address uncertain risks in this area going forward. Conclusions: The Commission will monitor the execution of the suggested tasks and provide advice and guidance to ensure that Samsung's semiconductor and liquid crystal display production lines are safer.
Design an active antenna using an equivalent model

In this paper, we designed an active dipole antenna having a low noise-figure and high gain as well as small size and wideband characteristics. Design and measurement methods using an equivalent model were also proposed. The designed antenna shows good gain and noise-figure performance in the 5:1 bandwidth, and the measurement results are agreed well with simulation results, which show that the proposed simulation method and the measurement method are worked well.

An equivalent circuit model is demonstrated of the wideband metallic Vivaldi array antenna with band notched performance using vector fitting technique (VFT). The metal post placed in the resonator for broadband impedance matching is achieved band stop function. A numerical S11 characteristic of the filtering Vivaldi antenna is calculated using CSTMWS and the rational terms are driven using ‘rational’ function of MATLAB. The results of the reflection of the equivalent circuit using ADS, the frequency response of rational terms of VFT and CST-MWS are agreed well each other.
End-to-end Convolutional Neural Network Design for Automatic Detection of Influenza Virus

Owing to the high mortality rate of influenza diseases, the early examination and accurate detection of the influenza virus are crucial for preventing potential tragedies. This paper reports the design of a highly reliable machine learning classifier for automatic detection of the influenza virus based on an image of its detection kit. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs), currently the most reliable image classifiers, were designed for the images of an influenza detection kit, and their hyperparameters were fine-tuned using an architecture search algorithm, Bayesian optimization, and hyperband (BOHB). With an overall accuracy of 90.14%, the designed and optimized 2DCNNs algorithm successfully separate the influenza virus from normal using the detection kit images.

인터넷의 급성장으로 해킹이나 Dos 공격, 웜, 바이러스 등의 사이버 범죄가 크게 증가하고 지능화되어 최근 역추적에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있다. 보안 도구로 침입탐지시스템(IDS) 이나 침입방지시스템 (IPS) 등이 있으나 해킹이나 DoS 공격을 방어하는데 현실적으로 한계가 있다. 따라서 능동적인 해킹 방어를 위한 기본적인 기술로 해커의 실제 위치를 추적하는 역추적 시스템 기술이 필요하다. 특히 IPv4에서의 역추적 시스템에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지고 있지만 IPv6에 대한 연구는 아직 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 IPv4의 주소 고갈로 인해 앞으로 이를 대신할 IPv6에 대한 공격 근원지 역추적 시스템 개발이 시급하다고 보고, 해킹을 시도하는 해커의 실제 위치를 실시간으로 추적할 수 있도록 IPv6 헤더 패킷의 트래픽 클래스(Traffic Class)와 플로우 라벨(Flow Label)을 이용하여 IPv6에서의 실시간 네트워크 침입자 역추적 시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 LVEF값이 40% 미만인 환자와 정상인 환자의 심장 박동 수를 비교 분석하여 CCTA 검사 프로토콜의 최적화를 통한 양질의 영상, 환자피폭과 재 검률을 최소화시키기 위함이다. 각 심장박동수와 LVEF에 관계에서 LVEF가 40%이하가 될 때 true 100HU에 도달하는 시간이 오래 걸림을 알 수 있다. 그러므로, 40% 미만인 환자들에서 Premonitoring deay를 설정 할 때 5초정도 더 주어도 됨을 알 수 있었다. 조영제는 Scan time x 4cc + 30cc의 용량을 4cc/sec속도로 주입한 후 이어서 Saline은 모든 환자에게 40cc를 4cc/sec속도로 추가 주입하였으며, 40% 미만에서는 HR이 80이상을 제외하고는 큰 차이를 보이는 것 을 알 수 있다. 또한, 40% 미만에서는 조영제가 true 100HU에 도달하여 Scan을 시작 할 때 시간 차이가 커 조영제가 이미 Left ventricle에서 Wash-out 됐음을 예측 할 수 있었다. 40%이상의 LVEF와 정상 이하의 LVEF는 검사 도중 많은 차이를 가지고 있다. 낮은 LVEF 환자에게서 검사를 시작 할 경우. 따라서, 조영제 주입 프로토콜은 LVEF에 따라서 CCTA에 결정되어져야 한다. 그리고 우리가 낮은 LVEF에 따라 검사 실패를 감소시켜야 하기 때문에 낮은 LVEF의 경우에는 일반적 Pitch 보다 낮은 Pitch가 사용되어져야 한다. This research compared and analyzed the heart rate of the patient in which the LVEF value is 40% less than and normal patient. When as for LVEF 40% or less becomes to each heart rate and LVEF in a relation, we can know that the time to reach 100HU hangs long. Therefore, in patients, that is 40% less than, when setting up the Premonitoring delay, we could know to could give 5 primary solid phrases. It is seen that subsequently an addition injected 40cc as to Saline, to all patients by 4cc/sec speeds after injecting the capacity of Scan time x 4cc + 30cc with 4cc/sec speeds. And HR excludes 80 or greater in 40% less than, the contrast agent shows the large-scale difference. In addition, in 40% less than, it could predict that the time difference was big and the contrast agent was already out in the Left ventricle Wash- when the contrast agent reached 100HU and Scan was started There is a wide difference between under 40% LVEF and normal. when starting scan from low LVEF patients. So, Injection contrast media protocol Should be determined to CCTA . And then In case of low LVEF is recommended to more low Pitch than routine Pitch because we should reduce scan failed in accordance with low LVEF.

Since air pollution due to automobiles has been serious globally, various studies on the reduction of exhaust emissions have been conducted actively to meet emission standards by many countries specially in advanced countries. However, so far the automotive technology mainly focused on the development of engine itself has reached its limitation of technology. Thus future automobile technology must depend on the development of clean fuel. This research aims to investigate engine power and emissions by the blending rates of fuel additive in a single cylinder engine and also behavior of name propagation inside a constant volume chamber. In this test, comparison study was made by using a sub-octane and blending rates of ethanol(3, 6, 10%), ETBE(7.1, 14.2, 23.6%), and MTBE(6.1, 12.3, 20.4%) respectively.
