The Sun generally contains both religious and political meanings and has been used as a representative symbol of the nations supreme ruler. In North Korea, Kim Il Sung is called The Sun. At the same time, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un is called The Sun. How is this possible? If so, what does the symbol of The Sun mean? Is it just political? or does it also imply religious meaning? From this question, this study started. To get an answer, this study comprehensively analyzed ‘The Sun, a symbol of North Korea s top leaders, based on the concept of image symbolization As a result, Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il, and Kim Jong Un all reached the image symbolization of The Sun. Kim Il Sung gained the symbology as The Sun of Juche in 1974 and Kim Jong Il as The Sun of the Songun in 2003, and Kim Jong Un as The Sun of the world in 2014. Surprisingly, these periods are the same as when the two rulers systemized their ideologys. In 1974, the Juche ideology was systemized. so the Suroung system was consolidated. In 2003, the military first politics was systemized into the Songun ideology. In the case of Kim Jong Un, In 2014, Kim Jong Uns leadership was secured in the year after Jang Sung Taek was executed. The character of the symbology of these three rulers is somewhat different. While Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il have religious meaning as well as political meaning, Kim Jong Un has not yet been given religious meaning. Why can not still given Kim Jong Un to religious meaning? It seems to be the main cause of the Yuhun Ruling, a North Korean political system. Of course, Kim Jong Un was greatly benefited to the succession of power because of Yuhun Ruling. However, Conversely, the attribute of the Yuhun Ruling has become a barrier that makes Kim Jong Un unable to surpass the leadership authority of Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il. This is the dilemma of Kim Jong Uns regime.

본 논문은 전력기기 열화의 주요한 원인으로 알려진 부분방전의 진단을 위해 널리 사용되는 인공신경망의 계층 구조 및 입력벡터의 구성 요소의 변화에 대한 진단 성능을 검토한다. 은닉층이 1개 또는 2개인 인공신경망의 계 층구조 변화에 대한 진단 성능을 비교하였으며, 입력벡터는 세라믹 커플러를 이용하여 한주기에 2048번 샘플링한 시 계열 신호를 직접 사용하는 경우와 특성벡터를 추출하여 사용하는 경우를 비교하였다. 침↔평판, 구↔구, 침↔침, 평 판↔평판, 구↔평판 형태의 5가지 전극조합의 부분방전 실험으로 학습데이타를 수집하고, 시뮬레이션 연구를 수행하 여 인공신경망의 진단 성능을 평가하였다 This paper investigates the diagnosis performance of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) depending on the structure and the input vector type of ANN, which has been used to detect the partial discharge to lead to the electric machinery deterioration. The diagnosis performance of one hidden layer and two hidden layer in ANN are compared. The performance using the 2048 time-series data and the performance using the feature input vector are compared. For measuring the partial discharge signal, the tip-to-plate, the sphere-to-sphere, the tip-to-tip, the tip-to-sphere and the sphere-to-plate electrodes are used respectively. For ANN's learning, Matlab and C-code program are used. For evaluating the diagnosis performance of ANNs, the simulation studies are performed.

정보통신기술과 타 산업분야 기술과의 융복합은 전통적인 제조업을 비롯한 의료, 건설 분야뿐 만이 아니라 국방 분야에서도 그 수요가 점점 증대되고 있어 민?군의 공통적인 기술 수요와 요구사항들이 새롭게 대두되고 있다. 미래 전장환경은 점차 네트워크를 근간으로 하는 NCW(Network Centric Warfare)로 전환될 것으로 예측되고 있다. NCW 는 C4I-ISR-PGM 의 사이클로 이루어지는 적의 탐지부터 타격까지를 의미하는 것이다. 이를 위하여는 정보통신 기술이 근간이 되어야 하며, 실제 전장을 모사할 수 있는 사이버 전장환경이 수반되어야 더욱 더 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 연구개발이 본격화하고 있는 스마트 국방 IT 기술 개발 현황 및 향후 전망에 대해 제시하고자 한다. Recently, there has been demand for the convergence of IT (Information and communication Technologies, ICT) with defense, as has already been achieved in civilian fields such as healthcare and construction. It is expected that completely new and common requirements would emerge from the civilian and military domains and that the shape of war field would change rapidly. Many military scientists forecast that future wars would be network-centric and be based on C4I(Command, Control, Communication & Computer, Intelligence), ISR(Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), and PGM(Precision Guided Munitions). For realizing the smart defense concept, IT should act as a baseline technology even for simulating a real combat field using virtual reality. In this paper, we propose the concept of IT-based smart defense with a focus on accurate detection in real and cyber wars, effective data communication, automated and unmanned operation, and modeling and simulation.

This paper investigates the harmonics of TCSC power transmission system having nonlinear VI characteristic loads Nonlinear VI characteristic components are modelled with Nortons harmonic current sources, The system parameters such as time Impedances, admittances and node voltages, and the thyristor switching action are described in complex Fourier series. EMTP simulation studies with a detailed three-phase TCSC power transmission system are also performed in order to verify the harmonic analysis at the steady state.
