Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a service providing scheme by a service class agreement between a user and a service provider SLA allows that a user can select an expected service class in various service classes provided from a service provider. Recently, SLA management is adapted to support the end-to-end Qos for service users in Beyond 3 Generation (B3G) networks. In B3G networks, SLA provides multiple service classes on access networks so that service classes should be managed to assure the service satisfaction for users. In this paper, we propose a dynamic Qos management scheme by IP traffic class controlling based on SLA in B3G networks. Also, to manage dynamic traffic service, we consider Differentiated services (Diffserv) mechanism for the resource management by SLA. An If service traffic class on SLA can be dynamically changed by Diffserv traffic management to support dynamic end-to-end Qos. Hence, in this paper, we consider the buffer threshold scheme for controlling traffic loads and the traffic level control scheme for implementing the dynamic traffic management by the SLA.

In this paper, we consider the strategy of Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS) and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) internetworking that provide the seamless vertical handover for mobile nodes. We propose Mobility Anchor Points (MAP) based UMTS/WLAN internetworking architecture to support the vertical handover. Also, on integrated UMTS/WLAN networks, we propose a vertical handover scheme that avoids the call blocking caused by the network resource shortage. We provide the numerical analysis to investigate the performance evaluation to the proposed scheme and compare the proposed scheme with the existing scheme.

무선 네트워크의 계층적 구성은 다양한 네트워크 환경을 지원하기 위해 제공된다. 기지국에서는 두 가지 시스템 상태가 기본적으로 고려될 수 있으며, 이에 대해 액티브와 슬립 모드 사이에서 상태 전이가 발생할 수 있다. 그러므로 에너지 사용을 줄이기 위하여 저전력의 시스템 운영 관리가 기지국 시스템에 고려되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시스템 관리를 다루기 위해 Discontinuous Reception (DRX) 분석 모델을 고려한다. DRX 모델을 통하여 기지국 시스템의 운영에 대한 분석 방안을 제시하며 에너지 소비를 위한 저전력 강도를 살펴본다. 또한 시스템 상태에서 기지국의 저전력 소모에 대한 성능을 분석하기 위해 무선 자원 요구와 서비스 호 도착의 운영이 고려되며, 이를 위하여 유한 마르코프 시스템 모델을 사용하였다. The configuration of hierarchical wireless networks is provided to support diverse network environments. In the base station, two system state can be basically considered for the operation management so that the state transition may be occurred between active and sleep modes. Hence, to reduce energy consumption the system operation management of the low power should be considered to the base station system. In this paper we consider the analytical model of Discontinuous Reception (DRX) to investigate the system management. We provide the analysis scheme of base station system by the DRX model, and the low power factor would be investigated for the energy consumption. We also use the finite-state Markov system model that in a system state period the wireless resource request and the operation of service call arrival interval is considered to numerically analyze the performance of energy saving operations of base station.
셀룰러 망에서 그린 기지국을 위한 저전력 핸드오버 방안

이종의 셀룰러 망은 다양한 무선 환경에서의 이동 단말 서비스를 지원한다. 최근 셀룰러 망에서는 음성 서비스 및 데이터 서비스의 요구가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 추세로 기술적 기반이 LTE-A (Long-Term Evolution Advanced)와 IEEE 802.16m 무선망으로 전환되어 보다 많은 수의 기지국 서비스 지원을 필요로 하게 되었다. 셀룰러 망에서의 전력 수요는 대부분 기지국에서 소모되며 이에 기지국의 에너지 소모의 절감이 요구되고 있는 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 동적인 전력 관리 방안을 기반으로 기지국의 전력 소비를 줄이는 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 저전력 기지국 수행을 위한 핸드오버 방식의 성능 분석을 수행한다. Heterogeneous cellular networks support various wireless environments for mobile service. Recently, data services as well as voice services are exponentially increased in cellular networks and the technical transition of LTE-A and IEEE 802.16m so that more base stations are requested to provide suitable service. Base stations consume most of energy in cellular networks, and the energy saving is needed for the base station. In this paper, we propose a saving power scheme by the dynamic energy management. In this paper we consider the simulation evaluations of handover for the low powered base station.

This paper presents shifting characteristics of automated manual transmission(AMT). In order to analyze the shifting characteristics, an AMT simulator is developed by considering the clutch and shift actuator characteristics. Using the simulator, shifting performances such as clutch torque, acceleration and velocity are investigated. It is found that torque interruption occurs during the shifting, which results in negative acceleration. Shift and clutch actuator should be controlled precisely for improved shift quality.
이상 소설과 재현, 그리고 모더니즘 : 「斷髮(遺稿)」을 중심으로

Lee Sang became a member of literary world by publishing three shortstories (「鼅鼄會豕」, 「날개」 and 「逢別記」) in 1936. This couple trilogy was the result of the aesthetic compromise to accept representation technique of realism literature which held hegemony at that time. In 1937 he published two shortstories (「童孩」 and 「終生記」) which reached a higher plane of aesthetic achievement of aesthetic self-consciousness and became an eminent exemplar. This change was made intentionally from the psychological shortstory using representation to the most unconventional shortstory showing aesthetic self-consciousness. This can be verified by posthumous works 「斷髮(遺稿)」 and 「幻視記」. These works enlarged the boundary of psychological shortstory, but both of them were not published. Instead, Lee Sang published 「童孩」 and 「終生記」 and made clear the aesthetical change from psychological shortstory to aesthetic self-consciousness. This change headed for the culmination of modernism in Korea in the late 1930’s.
