      • Elliptic 필터 함수의 시간영역측성에 대한 고찰

        Elliptic 함수는 허수 축상에 영점을 가지며 통과영역과 차단영역에서 같은 파상을 갖는데 결과적으로 elliptic 함수는 천이영역을 최소로함으로써 감도면에서 최적인 상태를 만들 수 있으나, 시간 영역에서의 특성은 Chebyshev 함수나 Butterworth 함수 응답 특성보다 떨어진다. 본 논문은 통과영역 감쇠율, 차단 주파수 ωs 등과 같이 여러 요소를 변화시켰을 때의 효과를 분석하기 위해서 단위계단 응답은 임펄스 응답을 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 독특한 특성이 나타났는데 elliptic 필터 함수의 계단 응답은 높은 고유주파구에서 오버슈우트와 언더슈우트가 크고 빠르게 발생했고 초기값은 ωs가 증가하므로 감소하나 원점에서 시작하지는 않았다. Butterworth나 Chebyshev의 경우와는 다르게 임펄스 응답은 원점에서 시작하지 않는 것도 있으며 위와 같은 독특한 특성을 알아보도록 8개의 특성곡선을 제시하였다. The elliptic functions have transmission zeros on the imaginary axis and exhibit equal ripples in the stopband as well as in the passband. As a consequence they can be made optimal in the sense that the transition band is minimal. However the time domain behaviors turned out to be inferior to those of Chebyshev and Butterworth responses. This paper investigates the unit step responses and impulse responses in order to analyze the effects of various parameters such as passband attenuation, stopband frequencies M. etc., The following are the prominent features. Step responses of elliptic filters rise faster and produce larger overshoots and undershoots with higher natural frequencies. In the case of even functions, the initial values are non-zero which decreases as $\omega$s increases. Unlike Butter-worth or Chebyshev cases the impulse responses start with nonzero valses which also decrease as $\omega$s or order of the function increases. Eight figures are included to illustrate above analysis.

        XPS에 의한 코디에리트의 특성 연구 (연구Ⅰ)

        비유전율 및 팽창계수가 낮다는 장점을 갖고 있는 코디에리트는 IC페키지로서 매우 흥미있는 재료이다. 졸겔방법에 의해서 얻어진 코디에리트는 무정형 하얀 가루의 결정으로 이를 약 $900^{circ}C$ 로 열처리 하여, 구운 코디에리트 시료를 만들었다. XPS에 의해서, 코디에리트 시료의 미시적 특성을 연구하였는데, 시료 표면에서는 시료내부의 값들과 비교해 볼때, Mg의 많은 감소와 AI과 Si의 증가를 알 수 있었다. $100{\AA}$ 이하의 시료표면에는 ${pi}$ - 코딩리트 상을 갖는 결정이 존재하고, 시료내부는 적은량의 마그네슘 알루미나트($MgAl_2O_4$)가 존재하였다. 한편 코디에리트 표면에서 열처리에 다른 화학적 변화가 없는 것을 알 수 있었다. The cordierite is of great interest for microelectronic packaging. Its main advantages are low dielectric constant and low thermal expansion. The cordierite precursor obtained by sol-gel synthesis whose sintering temperature is about $900^{circ}C$ is an amorphous and cristal white powder. Green and fired cordierite samples were studied by XPS for microscopic properties. At the surface the results of XPS show forte diminution of Mg in comparison with its value at volume and the deficit of Mg compensates by augmentation of Al and Si. $pi$-cordierite phase is present near the surface $<100{\AA}$ and small quantities of magnesium aluminate ($MgAl_2O_4) is present in the bulk. Sintering of the green cordierite introduces no chemical modification at the surface.

      • 放射線 照射量에 따른 架橋型 폴리에틸렌의 誘電特性 및 架橋特性 變化에 關한 硏究

        Insulation aging is one of the most common cause of electrical breakdown of polyethylene. As the quality of electrical insulator extremely decline due to the inside and outside influence, this paper presents an experimental investigation into the effect of different factors, such as temperature range from 20℃ to 70℃, frequency range from 30Hz to 30KHz on dielectric constant, dielectric loss angle and X-ray diffraction in cross-linked polyethylene by Co^60r radiation. The results show that as increasing X-ray radiation quantity, dielectric constant is increasing and dielectric loss angle is decreasing and lattice structure of cross-linked polyethylene is not varient.

        젖소의 사양관리 자동화를 위한 전자개체인식장치 개발 I.송, 수신부 회로설계 및 제작

        In this study, dldctronic identification system of individual dairy cow was developed for autocatization of stoxkvreeding management. To automize the breeding management, it is necessary to obtain and analyze the individual information distinguished from others perferentially. Electronic identification system can distinguish individual livestock from others with electromagnetic wave signal recognition system. Electoronic identification system consists of transmitter transmitting the oscillated signal and receiver set. The transmitted signal from transmitter clung to individual livestock is received from the receiving antenna and the signal in different according to the established value of the register. By distinct signal recieved from the reciever, wi can distinguish the identity of a livestock from others clearly. This system can manage $2^{12}$ individuals with a reciever theoretically. However in order to reduce the errors by analogous signal, this system uses only triple number and can manage 1365 individuals with a reciever practically. This system can be connevtted to Max 232 and microcomputer for the breeding management efficiently.

        Frequently, Rs-232c method is in use to computer terminal interface. For interface between Apple Ⅱ microcomputer and HP 3000 minicomputer, we designed Rs-232c interface card for Apple Ⅱ with USART(universal Synchronous/Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter)IC Intel 8251 etc., For data communication, we developed software and memorized in EPROM(erasible and electrically programmable read-only memory) IC Intel 2716. As this software apply, Apple Ⅱ microcomputer is used the terminal of HP 3000 minicomputer and can be applied other application. As dip switch select, User can change the band rate for the data communication with HP 3000 minicomputer.

        Cordierite based glass ceramics has become an electronic substrate material for electronic circuits and the use of whickers for improving strength and toughness is evident. Pure cordierite containing 15 vol.% silicon nitride were sintered by hot-prossing and it has above 99% density. Especially, it is assumed that toughening increasing at the more high sintering temperature relevants to the glass phase increasing, as showned in the roughness of the fracture surfaces. It was directionally dependent of whisker drirection during processing.

        Treeing deteriolation is one of the most common cause of polyethylene failure in service, As the quality of electric insulation extremely decline due to the inside and outside influence, into the effect of different factors, probably the growth trees is quite serious problem when polyethylene is established a place of strong radioactivity. Throw on the polyethylene specimen with Co^60 r-ray of selective quantity and apply high voltage (AC60Hz) and examine into the growth of trees with variable time. According to the results, it has been observed that as increasing X-Ray quantity the probability of the growth of trees is large and length of trees is long.
