        Conditions on the Acquisition of Implicit and Explicit Collocational Knowledge

The purpose of the study was to investigate the immediate acquisition and long-term retention of implicit and explicit collocational knowledge by learners from different proficiency levels in implicit and explicit learning conditions. Seventy two participants were divided into implicit and explicit learning groups, and each group was split into upper and lower proficiency levels. Implicit group learners were naturally exposed to the target collocations, while explicit group learners were asked to fill in the memorization sheet. They were then given an immediate and a delayed posttest to test their implicit and explicit knowledge. The results show that explicit learning group outperformed implicit group in the immediate test, but its advantage disappeared in the delayed test, which indicates that implicit learning is not effective for a short period of time but it has long-lasting retention. In terms of the relationship between acquisition and proficiency level, the upper learners showed almost the same results as the general findings, but for the lower learners, explicit group outperformed implicit group regardless of the time of test and the type of acquired knowledge, which shows the important role of proficiency level in the acquisition of implicit and explicit collocational knowledge.         재활용 석고 부산물을 이용한 준불연 유무기 융합 단열재 개발 연구

        본 연구는 유기계 기재에 무기계 바인더 소재를 함침시킴으로써 유기계 수준의 경제성을 가지며 우수한 단열성능 및 화재안전성을 보유한 유무기 융합형 단열재 개발을 목적으로 한다. 유기계 기재는 폴리우레탄 소재의 상용 스펀지를 사용하였고, 함침용 무기 바인더 용액은 재활용 석고 부산물에 물과 첨가제를 혼합하여 제조하였다. 개발 소재의 성능평가 결과 열전도율0.051W/mK 이하의 우수한 단열성능 뿐만 아니라 국토교통부 고시 제 2015-744호 기준에 명시된 준불연 재료임을 확인할수 있었다. 또한 본 개발 소재는 제조 공정 과정에서 밀도 제어에 따른 열전도율 및 난연성 조절이 가능하여 다양한 용도의단열재에 적용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        杜牧 詩의 數詞 활용 연구

        This study began with a question why T’ang poet Du Mu was called ‘Dr. Calculation’. Is this nickname impartial and does reflect properly the characteristics of Du Mu’s related works? So we discussed the specific situation of the use of numerals in Du Mu's 270 poems through statistical analysis. Also, according to poetic styles we analyzed their aesthetic characteristics. Numerals are the part of speech that is used to indicate the number or order. From ShiJing(《詩經》) to QuanTangShi(《全唐詩》), ancient Chinese poems widely used numerals to reveal the special effects inherent. Therefore, the discussion of numerals plays an important role in understanding the aesthetics of ancient poetry. However, up to now the research on the use and effect of numerals has not yet reached the maturity and is limited to partial analysis. This paper calculated the frequency of examples of numeral in QuanTangShi and searched the co-occurrence words that combine numerals and nouns(or quantifiers). Furthermore, we discussed how the poets change numerals as ‘poetic words’. We also discussed how Du Mu used numerals to enhance the aesthetic effect in his poems. First of all, to prove the real meaning of ‘Dr. Calculation’, we analyzed the innovative use of "One," the repeated use at rhyming couple, and the use of multiple numerals. The results are as follows: First, Du Mu often used the numeral 'one' to express ‘hyperbolic contrast’. In addition, the choice of co-occurrence words showed a bold and novel side. Second, in rhyming couple, in order to refine the beauty of the form, Du Mu liked to use numerals, besides often with multiplicity. We think that this way of expression raises reality, is very exemplary and impeccable. The last feature is the continuous use of numerals. Although Du Mu was not the first to use this method, it showed a new aspect of poetry using numerals. Next, we discussed the use of numerals according to the form of poetry. Du Mu not only made a good use of each types of poem, but could also write poems using numerals to suit the characteristics of the form. In the ‘JueJu(絶句)’, which is a more free-spirited type than ‘LüShi(律诗)’, Du Mu used numerals as the central expression to show the main theme of the poem. In addition, in the ‘QiYanLüShi(七言律詩)’ , through the break-up of convention and the flexible use, it helps to increase the unique style. At the same time, Du Mu used numerals with artisanship to add rhythm to the ‘GuTiShi(古體詩)’, and achieved the effect of strengthening the refined beauty. In short, among Tang poets, Du Mu is a true ‘master craftsman’ in the field of use of numerals, considering the scale of poems using numbers, and the literary achievements as well. Finally, we hope that this paper can help to raise interest in numerals in the situation where there is still insufficient research on the rhetoric used in classical poetry. 본고는 ‘算博士’라고 불렸던 두목의 작품에 보이는 數詞의 활용 양상과 그 특징을 분석했다. 중국 고전 시가에서 數詞는 일찍이《시경》에서부터 꾸준히 활용되어 왔다. 그리고 《전당시》에 이르기까지 수사는 시간과 공간을 표현하거나 當代의 문화 또는 언어사용 습관과 밀접한 관계를 맺으며 다양한 모습으로 활용되어왔다. 하지만 시인들이 관습적 혹은 상투적으로 수사를 구사했던 것은 아니다. 그들은 수사의 修辭的 기능을 극대화하기 위해 상당히 공을 들이는 모습을 보여 왔다. 唐代 시인 가운데 수사와 관련하여 자주 거론되는 이가 둘 있는데, 낙빈왕과 두목이다. 이 둘은 시에서 수사를 곧잘 활용하여 ‘산박사’라는 별칭을 얻었다. 특히 두목은 詩作의 규모뿐 아니라 문학적 성과 역시 낙빈왕보다 뛰어난 것으로 보인다. 하지만 기존의 논평은 두목의 수사가 오히려 시의 맛을 감소시켰다는 비판에 더 가까웠다. 그러나 과감하고 참신한 數詞의 활용과 對仗연에서의 정제미뿐 아니라 시의에 맞춰 수사를 적절히 활용한 모습은 오히려 ‘장인’이라 불리는 데 손색이 없다는 생각이 들게 한다. 뿐만 아니라 칠언절구와 칠언율시 등 같은 시의 형식적 특성을 잘 살리는 수사의 활용은 오히려 ‘문학성’을 높이기에 적절했던 것으로 판단된다.

        유상에 따른 콜라겐 펩타이드 함유 W/O/W 이중 에멀젼 제조 및 안정성 평가

        This study investigates the influence of the type of lipid phase (corn oil [CO], palm oil [PO], MCT oil [MO], lemon oil [LO]) on the physical characteristics and bioactive peptide (BP) encapsulation in food-grade water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) double emulsions. The stabilities of the double emulsions were analyzed for droplet size characteristics, viscosity, dynamic rheological properties, encapsulation efficiency (EE), and release rate of BP (at different temperatures: 4, 25, 37, and 60o C) for 28 days. The encapsulated BP acts as an active substance in the osmotic balance and destabilization of the double emulsion system. For the effect of the oil phase, double emulsions prepared with PO showed the best droplet stability without phase separation (D50 < 1 m) and high BP retention (EE > 60%). In the release rate at high temperatures (60o C), the BP released from double emulsions was in the order of MO > CO > LO > PO over time. In contrast, the BP release from double emulsions at low temperatures (< 37o C) had no difference depending on the oil type. Therefore, the information obtained from this work is useful for preparing stable, functional food or cosmetic products from double emulsions using a BP

        분리완두단백으로부터 제조된 열 유도 겔의 구조 및 유변학적 특성 조사

        This study focuses on heat-induced gelation of pea (Pisum sativum L.) proteins to assess the potential of pea protein aggregates (PPA) as novel plant-based meat alternatives. The microstructural (SEM, CLSM), mechanical (TPA analysis), and rheological properties (G', G'') of heat-induced gels at pH 2 were systematically investigated as a function of a different pea protein concentration (7.5, 10, 12.5%) and a varying heating time (1, 3, 6, 16 h). The result showed that PPA formation at higher protein concentration and heating time contributed to a homogenous and compact heat-induced gel formation. Such gel network strengthened mechanical properties in terms of high gel hardness (40 g) and elastic texture (2.7 mm springiness). For the rheological studies, the storage modulus (G') showed an increase during both the heating and cooling phases and then stabilized during the cooled-holding phase. This suggested that the formation of durable and stable gel was induced due to the decreased mobility of protein aggregates at low temperatures. Therefore, the PPA is indicated as a potential additive for enhancing the food texture quality in the plant-based meat food industry.

        석면 함유 천장재에 대한 석면 안정화제 내구성 평가 연구

        Objectives: For testing asbestos stabilizer products which are used for the maintenance and management of asbestos-containing materials, durability assessment should accompany the evaluation of basic properties and performance. Therefore, in this study we designed a testing method and constructed a database of durability performance, thereby providing basic data for reliability studies of asbestos stabilizer. Methods: Since the ceiling materials targeted in this study are interior materials, test conditions of 95% relative humidity and 60℃ temperature were designed in consideration of the effect of high relative humidity in summer and seasonal indoor temperatures. Plate-shaped specimens treated with asbestos stabilizers were maintained in a thermo-hygrostat for 5, 10, and 20 days, and then the asbestos scattering prevention rate was measured by air erosion testing. Results: The scattering concentration tended to increase with time under the single humidity condition, and exceeded the indoor air quality standard of 0.01 f/cc, during the 20 days of maintenance. On the other hand, there was little change according to the temperature condition. In the case of a complex condition with temperature and humidity, the results were similar to the humidity test, but the scattering concentration increased more sharply at 20 days. Conclusions: The main deterioration factor that affects the durability of asbestos stabilizer is humidity, and the deterioration is caused by a mechanism in which the stabilizer coated on the surface is re-dissolved by moisture and evaporates or the coating layer is peeled off, which is accelerated by high temperatures.
