Ba-ferrite의 분산 안정성 및 멜트블로운 PP/Ba-ferrite 부직포의 물리적 특성

The size of Ba-ferrite particles was decreased from $0.7{\mu}m\;to\;0.5{\mu}m$ by ball-milling according to SEM observation. The surface of Ba-ferrite particles was treated with stearic acid in order to improve dispersion stability in the polymer matrix. PP composites containing the surface treated Ba-ferrite particle as a magnetic particulate filler were prepared in the form of pellet from PP resin and Ba-ferrite powder by a melt compounding using a single extruder. PP/Ba-ferrite composite fabrics by a melt-blown spinning system were prepared. The relationship between the properties of PP/Ba-ferrite composite fabrics and melt-blown processing factors was investigated with these specimens. A fiber diameter and tensile strength were decreased as die to collector distance increased or as screw turning force decreased. The crystallinity was decreased with increasing Ba-ferrite content according to XRD. It was assumed that the orientation of crystalline domain in the neat PP without Ba-ferrite was increased by drawing in mechanical direction, however, the orientation in the PP composite was decreased according to XRD analysis. A coercive force, maximum magnetization and residual magnetization were increased with the screw turning force. According to the result of TGA measurement, the heat resistance was increased with the Ba-ferrite content and decreasing the die to collector distance.

이 연구의 목적은 19세기 대수와 논리 분야에서 드모르간이 구체적으로 어떻게 기여했는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 19세기 대수 분야 발달과정에서 드모르간은, 산술에서 단순히 유추한 형태의 기호대수를 넘어서, 형식으로부터 구성하는 수학의 가능성을 인식하고 이를 명시적으로 나타내어 추상대수학으로 나아갈 수 있는 기초를 닦았다. 드모르간은 19세기 논리학 분야 발달과정에서 아리스토텔레스 논리학의 재구성자인 동시에 수학적 논리학의 창시자로 간주할 수 있다. 그의 연구로 논리학이 철학에서 분리되어 나와 수학과 더욱 긴밀하게 결합하게 되어 수학적 논리학이 하나의 독립적 학문으로 자리 잡게 되었다. 그의 연구 활동을 통하여 우리는 19세기 수학의 발달에서 대수학과 논리학이 현재의 상태로 진화하여 가는 모습을 좀 더 명확하게 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is what exactly De Morgan contributed to abstract algebra and mathematical logic. He recognised the purely symbolic nature of algebra and was aware of the existence of algebras other than ordinary algebra. He madealgebra as a science by introducing the ordered field and made the base for abstract algebra. He was one of the reformer of classical mathematical logic. Looking into De Morgan's works, we made it clear that the developments of algebra and mathematical logic in 19C.

차분전력공격(Differential Power Analysis, DPA)의 효율성은 수집신호 정렬도를 비롯한 다양한 잡음에 많은 영향을 받는다. 최근에 Ryoo등은 잡음 신호를 극복하여 DPA의 분석성능 향상을 가져오는 효과적인 신호처리기법을 소개했다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 제안된 신호처리기법이 적용되지 않은 경우를 보이고, 이에 대한 해결방안으로 차분파형모델(Differential Trace Model, DTM)을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 DTM이 DPA 분석에 적합한가에 대해 이론적으로 증명하고 실험을 통해 검증한다. Differential Power Analysis is fully affected by various noises including temporal misalignment. Recently, Ryoo et al have introduced an efficient preprocessor method leading to improvements in DPA by removing the noise signals. This paper experimentally proves that the existing preprocessor method is not applied to all processor. To overcome this defect, we propose a Differential Trace Model(DTM). Also, we theoretically prove and experimentally confirm that the proposed DTM suites DPA.

통합사례관리사의 학습전이는 사례관리역량에 영향을 미치는가? -잡크래프팅의 매개효과를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of social worker learning transfer and job crafting on case management capabilities. The data collected in the survey of case managers in local government were analyzed using the PLS-based structural equation modeling (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling). First, if the level of learning transfer was high, there was a case management competency. Second, if the job crafting level was high, there was case management competency. Third, it was found that job crafting has a partial mediating effect between learning transfer and case management competency. In the design and evaluation of job training for social worker competency enhancement, the significance of learning transfer and job-crafting and follow-up studies were proposed. 본 연구의 목적은 통합사례관리자의 학습전이와 사례관리역량의 관계와 두 변수 간의 관계에서 잡크래프팅의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 시군구에서 사례관리를 전담하고 있는 통합사례관리사대상 설문조사에서 수집한 자료를 PLS기반 구조방정식모델(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling)로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 학습전이 수준이 높을수록 사례관리역량이 높아졌으며, 잡크래프팅과 사례관리역량 간에도 정적 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습전이와 사례관리역량 간의 관계에서 잡크래프팅이 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지사 역량강화를 위한 직무교육의 설계와 평가에서 학습전이와 잡크래프팅이 가지는 의의와 후속연구를 제안하였다.

통합사례관리사의 직무수행과 사례관리역량 : 성찰적 사고의 매개효과 검증

본 연구의 목적은 통합사례관리사의 직무수행과 사례관리역량 간 관계에서 성찰적 사고의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 전국 시군구 통합사례관리사를 대상으로 수집한 자료에 대하여 PLS기반 구조방정식모델분석(Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 통합사례관리사의 성찰적 사고는 직무수행과 사례관리역량 사이에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 직무수행을 잘 하는 통합사례관리사일수록 성찰적 사고수준이 높고, 이는 사례관리역량으로도 이어진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 연구결과를 토대로 통합사례관리사의 역량강화를 위한 다차적인 노력과 향후 교육훈련방안에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the mediating effect of reflective thinking in the relationship between a case manager’s job performance and case management competency. A PLS-based structural equation model analysis was conducted on the data of case managers in local government. As a result of The study found that reflective thinking has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between job performance and case management competency. It implies that case managers with higher scores of job performance tend to exhibit higher levels of reflective thinking, which leads to case management competency. Based on the results of the study, multi-level efforts to strengthen the competence of case managers, and future education and training plans were discussed.

게임개발자 창작 권리보호 방안에 관한 소고

이 글은 저작권법상 법인에게 저작자 지위를 귀속시키는 업무상저작물제도를 보완하여 게임 개발자의 권리를 강화함으로써 개발자의 창작의욕을 고취하고 이직 및 기술유출과 관련된 분쟁을 미연에 방지하여 산업발전을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 찾는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 기능성저작물과 문예저작물의 복합적 성격을 띤 게임의 특성에 비추어 일반적인 산업저작권의 개발자와 비교하여 두텁게 보호될 필요가 있는지 그리고 보호의 필요가 있다면 어떠한 방법이 가능할 것인지를 검토하였다. 구체적으로 그 보완 방법을 세 측면으로 나누어 분석하였다. 첫번째 측면은 업무상저작물제도를 엄격하고 제한적으로 적용해야 한다는 해석론적 관점과 법적으로 저작인격권의 보호를 인정하여야 한다는 입법론적 관점을 살펴보았다. 두 번째 측면은 다수의 저작자가 관여하는 온라인게임 개발에 있어서 저작인격권을 인정하고자 하였을 때 문제가 되는 부분인 공동저작자 인정 여부와 관련된 학설과 판례를 검토하였다. 끝으로, 현실적으로 저작인격권을 보호하는 것이 용이하지 않을 때에 직무발명의 보상청구권 청구 규정을 유추하여 개발자의 경제적 이익을 확보할 수 있을 것인지 검토하였다. This paper investigates the possibilities of protecting game developers under the work-for-hire provision of copyright law. Fundamentally, the work-for-hire clause provides the authorship status to companies, not to game developers. Some argue that the clause is especially appropriate in software industries including game industries because they are new and different from typical types of copyright industries. However, game industries are different from software industries as well as typical types of copyright industries in that they have both cultural (artistic) as well as industrial characteristics. Game developers not being provided with the authorship status may be one of the reasons for the disputes related to turnover and knowledge leakage. This paper mainly suggests three kinds of solutions: first, protecting the moral right even in the work-for-hire provision; second, protecting game developers as coauthorship; and third, providing monetary compensation as it is in employee invention.

활동보조서비스를 이용하는 발달장애아동 부모의 양육부담감 영향요인에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 활동보조서비스를 이용하는 발달장애아동 부모의 양육부담감 영향요인을 검증하는 것이다. 다수의 선행연구에서 밝혀진 발달장애아동 부모의 양육부담감 영향요인인 사회적 능력, 가족응집성과 활동보조서비스 만족도를 포함하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 분석대상은 2009년 4월 현재 활동보조서비스를 이용하는 발달장애 부모 75명이며 주요변수 간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 PLS(Partial Least Square) 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 발달장애아동의 사회적 능력과 가족응집성 수준이 높을수록 양육부담감 수준이 낮았다. 활동보조서비스 양에 대한 만족도와 양육부담감 간의 관계는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며 활동보조서비스의 질에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 양육부담감 수준이 낮았다. 또한 활동보조서비스의 질에 대한 만족도는 발달장애아동의 사회적 능력과 양육부담감 간에서 조절변수로도 역할하고 있었다. 발달장애아동에 대한 양육부담감을 줄이기 위해서는 사회적 능력과 가족응집성을 높이기 위한 프로그램이 강화되어야 함을 확인할 수 있다. 아울러 연구결과는 장애아동의 사회적 능력이 낮더라도 양질의 활동보조서비스가 제공된다면 양육부담감을 줄여줄 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있으며 나아가 활동보조서비스가 장애인가족에게도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. This study aims to vitrificate for relationship Personal Assistance Service(PAS) and child-rearing burdens of parents who have a child with disabilities. We used secondary data collected via a survey of Personal Assistance Service (PAS) users by the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs, Republic of Korea(2009). For this paper, eventually data of 75 parents who have a child with an intellectual disability or autism were used and the Partial Least Square(PLS) analysis was used to figure out the relationship between key variables. The result explains that if a parent recognizes his child"s social competence and family cohesion are at a high level, child-rearing burden is at a low level. In addition, according to the analysis, the level of satisfaction with quality of PAS plays a role as a moderator among child"s social competence and child-rearing burden. Thus, this study gives suggestions that are essential to relieving child-rearing burdens of parents who have children with developmental disabilities. They include to develop services and programs to strengthen family cohesion, to improve the quality in PAS for children with disabilities.

Effects of Radiation on PS-b-PMMA Block Copolymer Micelles

본 연구의 목적은 다이옥산/메탄올 혼합물에서 형성된 PS-b-PMMA 블록공중합체 마이셀의 감마선에 대한 영향을 평가하는 것이다. DLS 측정결과, 감마선으로 조사된 마이셀은 PS 블록의 가교구조 형성으로 인해 PS와 PMMA 블록 모두에 용해도가 높은 톨루엔 용매에서 감마선으로 조사되지 않은 마이셀에 비해 안정성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 또한 조사된 PS-b-PMMA 마이셀과 조사되지 않은 PS-b-PMMA 마이셀의 상대적 크기와 구조는 TEM을 이용하여 비교 관찰하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of gamma-ray radiation on PS-b-PMMA block copolymer micelles formed in a mixture of dioxane/methanol. It was found by DLS measurement that the irradiated micelles were more stable in a good solvent (toluene) for both PS and PMMA blocks compared to non-irradiated micelles due to the cross-linking of PS blocks. TEM was used to observe and compare the relative size and structure of the PS-b-PMMA micelles before and after irradiation.

지역 무형문화재를 활용한 무용극 <모시꽃피다>의 작품가치가 관람만족도 및 도시이미지 인식에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 지역 무형문화재를 활용한 무용극 <모시꽃피다>의 작품가치가 관람만족도 및 도시이미지 인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 <모시꽃피다> 작품을 관람한 관객을 모집단으로 선정하였고, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 본 연구의 표본을 추출하였다. 총 200명을 대상으로 빈도분석 및 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 연구를 진행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역 무형문화재를 활용한 무용극 <모시꽃피다>의 작품가치 하위요인 중 투자가치는 관람만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역 무형문화재를 활용한 무용극 <모시꽃피다>의 작품가치 하위요인 중 정서가치는 인지적 이미지와 정서적 이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 작품가치의 하위요인 중 투자가치는 정서적 이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역의 문화자원을 활용한 문화·예술 공연 및 축제에 대한 관심의 증가와 함께 지역의 경쟁력 상승과 활성화를 통해 지역경제에 긍정적인 효과로 작용하길 기대한다. The Purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the value of the dance play <ramie flower blooming> utilizing local intangible cultural properties on the satisfaction of viewing and recognition of urban images. To achieve this goal, the audience who watched <ramie flower blooming> work was selected as the population, and the samples of this study were extracted using the convenient sampling method. The results of the study were as follows through frequency analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis for a total of 200 people. First, it was found that the investment value of the opera <ramie flower blooming> which utilizes intangible cultural properties in the region, affects the satisfaction of the satisfaction. Second, it has been confirmed that the value of emotion affects cognitive and emotional images among the low-value factors of opera using intangible cultural properties in the region, and that investment value affects emotional images. Based on these results, it is hoped that it will have a positive effect on the local economy by increasing interest in cultural and artistic performances and festivals utilizing local cultural resources and increasing regional competitiveness.
