        한국 연안에 출현하는 무각와편모조류 5종에 대한 형태 및 분자계통학적 특성

        Many species in Gymnodiniales, which are unarmored dinoflagellates, are responsible for marine algal blooms and some of them have potent toxin in the cell. Their taxonomy has so far been well-defined, and several genera (e.g. Akashiwo, Gymnodinium, Karenia) have recently been re-described. In Korea, few works have been carried out on their taxonomical and molecular studies. This study focused on comparison of both morphological and molecular characteristics of five unarmored dinoflagellates on Korean coastal water: Akashiwo sanguinea, Cochlodinium polykrikoides, Gymnodinium catenatum, Gymnodinium impudicum and Karenia aureolum (=K. mikimotoi). Morphological characteristics observed here was in good accordance with the original descriptions of individual species. In addition, none of difference was found in morphological comparisons between the Korean and foreign strains. Furthermore, molecular analysis showed that the SSU rDNA sequences were generally identical according to each species. In some distinct features, A. sanguinea, which has generally the same morphological features, were divided into two groups: one was Korean isolates including European isolates, the other was American isolates. In the two groups, the nucleus was positioned differently: middle of the cells in the Korean isolates (GnSg02, GnSg03), near the epicone in American isolates (CCMP1593, CCMP1837). In addition, this was strongly supported by phylogenetic analysis, inferred from the SSU rDNA sequences. K. aureolum (GrAr01) was corresponded to European G. aureolum (=K. mikimotoi) in shape and position of nucleus, chloroplast, however, which is similar to K. digitata in view of having a finger-like sulcus. This was in good agreement with phylogenetic study of these species. G. catenatum have identical morphology except the ridge location, and their genotype of SSU rDNA was also identical to GenBank data of the same species. From this study, we found that the five Korean unarmored dinoflagellates are identical morphological characteristics and genotype to each species of foreign isolates.

        In the past, most of companies competed through the price, quality and value of their products. However, we require new marketing tools which are differentiated from former strategies because these elements cannot be components of special marketing strategies anymore as the market has been digitalized and globalized. Meanwhile, since digital technology has features of Hypermedia, Mutability, Communication, Interactivity, it can be applied to the optimal way which makes connection between the products and consumers. Creating an opportunity to interact among companies, products and customers through the digitalized space is a new marketing paradigm which consumers experience products and companies transmit brand image to customer. The objectives of this study are to clarify on definition of space marketing, to analyze not only characters of the digital technology but also cases of digitized spaces, and to suggest the direction where space marketing should go. In conclusion, this study presents notion of the space marketing and discusses various important issues in space marketing area for the current consumers. In addition, it shows that the interactive information technology provides special experience to customers.

        안과병원으로 내원한 굴절부등약시 환자의 굴절이상 분포와 임상양상 분석

        Purpose: To investigate clinical characteristics and visual prognosis of anisometropic amblyopia patients in a secondary referral eye hospital in Seoul, South Korea. Methods: Medical records of 561 patients with anisometropic amblyopia between 3 and 12 years of age were retrospectively reviewed and 450 patients who followed up ≥ 2 times were included for comprehensive analysis. Amblyopia was defined as best corrected visual acuity difference of ≥ 0.2 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution (logMAR) between the sound and amblyopic eyes. Anisometropia was defined by ≥ 1 diopter (D) difference in spherical equivalents (SE), or ≥ 1.5 D difference of cylindrical error in any meridian between the eyes. Baseline clinical characteristics, best corrected visual acuity and cycloplegic refraction of both eyes at the first visit were collected. According to the SE of amblyopic eyes, patients were categorized into hyperopia (SE ≥ 1 D), emmetropia (-1 < SE < +1) and myopia groups (SE ≤ -1 D). Treatment success was defined as achieving interocular logMAR visual acuity difference < 0.2. Treatment success rates and time to reach treatment success were compared among the SE groups. Results: Median age of patients was 5.0 years. Median follow-up period was 25.8 months. The proportions of hyperopia, emmetropia and myopia groups were 68.9%, 14.4%, and 16.7%, respectively. Emmetropia group showed anisometropia mostly due to cylindrical error difference between the eyes, rather than SE difference. Treatment success rates were the highest in emmetropia group (95.4%), followed by hyperopia group (85.8%) and then myopia group (77.3%, p = 0.010). Among the patients who fulfilled the success criteria, median time to reach treatment success was the shortest in emmetropia group (3.0 months) followed by hyperopia group (3.6 months) and then myopia group (4.0 months, p < 0.001). Conclusions: Hyperopia was the most common refractive error of the amblyopic eyes in anisometropic amblyopia patients who presented to an eye hospital in Seoul. Treatment success rate was the best in emmetropia group, followed by hyperopia group, and then by myopia group. Time to reach treatment success was the shortest in emmetropia group.

        A linear induction motor have advantages for reducing mechanical frictions and noises because it has thrust force by induced torque instead of friction force between rail and wheels. An it has additional advantage for reducing volume of bogie frame for light rail transit. The small volume causes the cost of construction down. Recently, researches of linear induction motor for thrust force of the light rail transit have been actively studied. For the rail transit, vehicle is running as follow accelerating and constant speed, finally decelerating speed passing local stops between stations. The light rail transit have only these three patterns of operating. Thus, design of that has different design specifications from others. In this paper, the linear induction motor for the light rail transit was designed considering the goal speed, accelerating time, and accelerating distance for approaching the goal speed. The designed motor was proved that it could meet the requirement of accelerating performance by2-dimensional finite element method and mechanical dynamics equation.

        水稻의 百葉枯病 抵抗性遺傳

        For determining the inheritance of bacterial blight(BB) resistance in japonica type rice, seven varieties, which are the major germplasm for BB resistance in Korea, were crossed with susceptible varieties. The F₁ and F₂ plants were tested for their reactions to the BB strain of 8070JN(K₁) at their maximum tillering stage. BB resistance is controlled by a single dominant gene in the varieties of Ishiokamochi 7, Kanto PL 2, Kanto PL 6, Chukei 314 and Chukoku 45. Seomjinbyeo possesses the same resistant gene with Ishiokamochi 7, Kanto PL 2 and Kanto PL 6, but the gene is different from that of Chukei 314 and Chukoku 45. The BB resistance and the purple apiculus calor are independently inherited in Ishiokamochi 7.

        응급실 간호사의 이직의도 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing emergency department (ED) nurses" turnover intention. Methods: The study was conducted with 241 nurses from ED of 20 general hospitals in Busan. The survey data were collected from May 1 to July 31, 2010 and were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS Win 17.0 program. Results: There were statistically significant differences in turnover intention depending on age, regular change in department, and nursing experiences. A significant positive correlation was found between job stress and turnover intention and a significant negative correlation between organizational commitment and turnover intention. The significant factors influencing turnover intention were regular change in department, job stress, and organizational commitment, which explained about 13.7% of the variance. Conclusion: Considering this results, nursing managers should analyze these main factors which affect turnover intention and create ways to decrease turnover intentions, and thus decrease high turnover intention.

        Three cases of subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis diagnosed by fine needle aspiration (FNA) of enlarged lymph nodes are reported. The FNA smears contained randomly activated lymphoid cells, necrotic debris and histiocytes. The same patterns were found in subsequently examined excised lymph nodes from these cases. The differential diagnosis of this entity is discussed and the value of preparing FNA cell blocks and accompanying AFB stain with culture is emphasized. FNA may be able to provide a diagnosis in case of this benign disease, therefore avoiding a more traumatic excisional biopsy.

        아연 코팅과 열처리에 따른 알루미늄 열교환기 소재의 부식

        The effects of zinc coating and heat treatment on the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys including A1100 and the modified A3003, used as heat exchanger tube were investigated in this study. The grain size of the heat-treated specimen is larger than that of the specimen without heat treatment, but the grain size did not significantly affect the corrosion behavior. The concentration of zinc was noted at 11.3 ~ 31.4 at.% for the as-received Zn-coated samples and reduced to 1.2 ~ 2.4 at.% after the heat treatment, as measured by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) on the surface. The concentration of oxygen is 22 ~ 46 at.% for the zinc coated specimens while noted at 7.4 ~ 12.8 at.% for the specimens after the removal of the coating. The corrosion behavior depended largely on the concentrations of zinc, aluminum, and oxygen on the specimen surface, but not on the Mo content. The corrosion potential was high and the corrosion rate was low for a specimen with a low zinc content, a high aluminum content, and a high oxygen content.
