배선기구의 접촉불량으로 인한 전기화재 위험성에 관한 연구

각종 화재원인 중에서 차단기 및 터미널 등의 배선기구의 접촉불량으로 인한 전기화재가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 매년 증가 추세에 있는 접촉불량으로 인한 전기화재 위험성에 관해 발생현황을 살펴보고, 저기화재 판별의 주요한 원인인 아산화동의 증식 발열현상에 대해서 살펴본다. 아산화동의 증식발열이 전기화재의 원인임을 밝히기 위하여 출화된 차단기의 단자에서 빼낸 전선을 확대경으로 관찰하여 아산화동에서만 발견되는 특징을 제시한다. 또한 접촉불량으로 인한 전기화재를 예방하기 위한 예방대책을 제시한다. Electrical fires due to the weakness of the electrical contact is being increased. In this paper, the various electrical fires due to the weakness of the electrical contact are investigated. In addition, the characteristics of Cu20 which is main cause of electrical fire are investigated. Further, the methods to prevent the electrical fires due to the weakness of the electrical contact are proposed.

Some species of dinoflagellates were considered as one of the causative organisms of PSP(Paralytic Shellfish Poison) or DSP(Diarrhetic Shellfish Poison). Fish and shellfish are intoxicated by feeding of toxic plankton, sometimes human is intoxicated by feeding on these intoxicated fish and shellfish. In past ten years, the physiological and ecological studies of the toxic plankton has been investigated for development of monitoring system and preventation and control measures of PSP. However, in our country still little is known on a research for the toxic dinoflagellates. This paper reviews the general biology, taxonomic problem, physioecology and culture method of the toxic planktons such as Protogonyaulax and Dinophysis.
Thermal Annealing Eects on the Crystal Structures of Bulk ZnO

We characterized the effects of thermal annealing on bulk ZnO materials in ambient O2 by using atomic force microscopy and x-ray diffraction. By thermally annealing the bulk ZnO materials, we greatly reduced the surface roughness. The grain size and the density of the threading dislocations were calculated by measuring the rocking curves of the symmetric plane and the φ scan of the asymmetric plane. The density of the screw threading dislocations was decreased by about one order from ∽106/cm2 to ∽105/cm2 after annealing; while the density of the edge threading dislocations was almost constant at ∽4.2 × 108/cm2.

Aconitum pseudo-laeve var. erectum has traditionally been used for the treatment of water retention in the body. Administration of the aqueous extract of Aconitum pseudo-laeve var. erectum has the efficiency of anti-inflammatory activity and modulates the intestinal immune system. However, the mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of Aconitum pseudo-laeve var. erectum has not been clarified yet. In the present study, the effect of Aconitum pseudo-laeve var. erectum against LPS-stimulated expressions of COX-2 and iNOS in cells of the murine RAW 264.7 macrophages was investigated using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), PGE2 immunoassay, and NO detection. The results of the present study indicate that Aconitum pseudo-laeve var. erectum is a potent inhibitor of the LPS-induced NO and PGE2 production by blocking iNOS and NFκB activation in RAW 264.7 macrophages. These findings suggest that Aconitum pseudo-laeve var. erectum is a potential therapeutic for the treatment of inflammatory syndrome.
