The number of structures that make up the domestic social infrastructure has increased with the development of the national industry, and the social demand for safety due to the aging of structures has also increased. Accordingly, the law stipulating safety and maintenance management for major structures in the country has been revised and it has been implemented since this year. In this study, we will introduce changes to the safety and maintenance system for public structures under the law, analyze the results of inspection and diagnosis of public structures, and consider the status of safety and maintenance.

Estimation of interruption costs is indispensable to determine the optimal facility investment scale and optimum reliability level at the time of distribution system planning. For this, in this paper, we calculate interruption costs by microscopic method, which reflects the pattern of power consumption by customers. For continuity with past research results, based on “Assessment of Interruption Costs on the Industry Load through Using the Microscopic Method”[1], we conducted a direct visit survey on five industries that are practically applied in NDIS(New Distribution Information System) of KEPCO: industry, commercial companies, companies and institutions, agricultural fishery products, and houses. We obtained 2,500 valid data and performed Tobit Regression based on this data to calculate domestic interruption costs in and significant data was produced when compared with the results of the interruption costs in 2008 and 2013.

In response to recent energy and environmental issues, countries around the world have announced climate change policies and are working to reduce greenhouse gases. As a result, many investments are being made to expand renewable energy. Considering domestic and foreign policies and changes in the environment, it is considered to be the most popular in the future, and district heating and cooling facility that combines the energy facilities of existing groups and renewable energy sources. Therefore, in this paper, considering the optimal operation of the heat load of the energy equipment of the existing group, when new thermal load is introduced and is in charge of supplying the heat load from the existing district heating and cooling facility, renewable thermal limit capacity algorithm for calculating the heat input limit capacity is presented.

This study was divided to three experiments for evaluating the effects of pre- or post-load 1-MCP on quality of ``Fuji`` apples exposed to ethylene. The first experiment was compared for fruit quality at room temperature at 7, 14, 21, and 28 days between the control and 1-MCP-treated fruits followed storage of 130, 150, and 170 days. 1-MCP-treated fruits maintained higher fruit titratable acidity and firmness than those of control fruits. The second experiment was compared for fruit quality at room temperature at 7, 14, 21, and 28 days between fruits applied with pre-loaded-1-MCP on ethylene treatments (10 μL/L, 20 μL/L, and 40 μL/L) and control fruits. 1-MCP-treated fruits were not affected by ethylene concentrations, and had higher fruit weight and firmness than those of control. The third experiment was compared for fruit quality at room temperature at 7, 14, 21, and 28 days between fruits applied with pre-loading with ethylene (10 μL/L) followed by ventilation (8 h, or 32 h, or 56 h) and 1.0 μL/L 1-MCP treatment. As observed above experiments, 1-MCP-treated fruits had higher fruit weight and firmness than those of control fruits, regardless of the delayed applications of 1-MCP.
라파엘 스마트 글러브 적용이 경도인지장애 환자의 인지기능 및 일상생활수행능력에 미치는 효과

목적: 본 연구는 라파엘 스마트 글러브가 경도인지장애 환자의 인지기능 및 일상생활 수행능력에 미치는영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 라파엘 스마트글러브를 적용한 실험군 15명과 전통적인 인지재활을 적용한 대조군 15명으로 진행하였다. 두 집단의 중재 전·후 인지기능 및 일상생활 수행능력을 비교하기 위해 LOTCA, NCSE, MBI를 시행하였다. 연구결과: 라파엘 스마트 글러브를 적용한 실험군과 대조군의 각 집단 내에서 중재 전·후 인지기능과 일상생활수행은 모두 통계학적으로 유의하게 향상되었으나(p>.05), 통계학적으로 실험군에서 유의하게 향상되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 기존 재활치료와 같이 라파엘 스마트 글러브를 적용할 경우 경도인지장애환자의 인지기능과 일상생활 수행능력 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 보인다. Objective: The purpose of this study aimed to find out about the impact of RAPAEL Smart Glove on cognitive function and Daily living. Method: While 15 experimental group was given RAPAEL Smart Glove , 15 control group was given traditional cognitive rehabilitation. LOTCA, NCSE and MBI were taken to assess cognitive function and activities of daily living of two group before and after each intervention. Result: Cognitive function and Activities of Daily Living of both experimental group and control group presented statistically significant difference before and after each intervention(p<.05). But Statistically, the experiment group presented a significant improvement. Conclusion: The result of this study indicates that the existing rehabilitation treatment and ‘RAPAEL Smart Glove’ together can produce good effect on cognitive function and activities of Daily Living of mild cognitive impairment patient.

In the future, wind power and solar power, which are major renewable energy sources in Korea, have intermittent output characteristics. Accordingly, if the proportion of renewable energy sources input to the power system increases, various problems arise in adjusting power supply and demand in real time, and the quality of electric power may also be degraded. Therefore, the capacity of an energy storage device (ESS) was calculated in this paper to accommodate all planned new and renewable energy sources to solve problems that may arise in the power system under the premise of “A Study on the Wind &Solar Power Acceptable Capacity of Korea Electric Power System on Frequency Stability”, “A Study on the Local Characteristics by Wind&Solar Power on Korea Electric Power System”, and “A Study on the Wind &Solar Power Acceptable Capacity of Korea Electric Power System according to System Operation Reserve”.
기초자치단체 수준의 의정감시활동: 관악주민연대 의정평가단 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 관악주민연대 의정평가단의 시민정치 사례를 분석하였다. 분석의 차원은 크게 대의민주주의와 참여민주주의의 틀로 나누었으며, 전자의 경우 대표의 원리와 관련된 관악구의회의 반응성·책임성의 강화에 의정평가단의 활동이 기여하는 부분을 집중적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 후자의 경우 관악구 의정평가단의 구성원들이 참여를 통한 민주성과 시민성의 함양을 효과적으로 이루어내고 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 관악주민연대의 활동가 및 주민참여자와 관악구의회 의원들을 인터뷰 하였고, 의정평가단이 발간한 의정활동 평가보고서를 검토하였다. 관악주민연대 의정평가단의 현황을 이론적으로 관찰하고 평가해봄으로써 기초의회 의정활동에 대한 주민의 참여가 갖는 민주적 의의와 현실적 한계를 파악하고 더 효과적인 의정평가를 달성하기 위한 제언을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyse the monitoring of civil society on the local council, specifically the case of Gwanak-Gu Resident Solidarity. The study carries out its analysis based on two theoretical frameworks: representative democracy and participatory democracy. The former examines how civil monitoring group of Gwanak-Gu Resident Solidarity contributes to increasing responsiveness and responsibility of Gwanak-Gu local council. The latter focuses on cultivation of citizenship of each member of the monitoring group. This study interviewed activists and residents of the monitoring group, and the actual district representatives who are being evaluated by the Resident Solidarity and reviewed evaluation reports which the monitoring group had published. The study observes and evaluates current status of Gwanak-Gu Resident Solidarity's civil monitoring on local council. In the end, it tries to find out democratic meanings which participation of residents on local council holds and to propose some improvement plans to carry out more effective civil monitoring.
