확장된 증거수집 및 사건연관분석을 기반으로 한 컴퓨터 포렌식

진화되고 위협적인 사이버공격 및 피해가 증가함에 따라 기업이나 기관의 정보보호에 대한 책임도 증가하게 되었다. 이에 종합적인 컴퓨터 범죄 재현과 정확한 침입경로 및 피해규모, 정보의 신뢰성을 파악하기 위한 컴퓨터 포렌식에 대한 연구가 활발해 지고 있다. 이에 대부분의 기업이나 조직에서 이기종의 보안장비에서 발생하는 다량의 경보와 이벤트를 효과적으로 수집, 통합하고 상호연관분석 할 수 있는 통합보안관리시스템(ESM)을 도입하여 운영하고 있으나 많은 경보발생으로 인해 적절한 판단이나 분석 및 효율적인 대응이 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 수집되는 증거의 범위를 재 정의하고, 이벤트 상관분석을 통해 발생된 침해경보에 대해 경보검증을 적용하여 경보의 오탐율을 감소시켰으며, 검증된 경보에 대해서 신속히 분석 및 대응이 이루어지는 포렌식 모델을 제안한다. 이를 통해 오탐율 감소는 물론 신속하고 신뢰성 있는 탐지 및 침해 분석이 가능하다.

연행록은 중국의 정치, 경제, 문화풍토, 인정세태 등 백과전식 기행문으로서 淸의 제반 문화풍토 등을 연구하는데도 귀중한 자료가 된다. 본고는 비교문학의 형상학적 시각으로 연행록에 부각된 중국형상, 특히 관제묘에 초점을 맞추어 그 양상과 내함을 검토했다. 관제묘는 마을마다 있고 관제상은 거의 집집마다 배향되고, 일부 사당은 규모가 크고 사치스럽고 영험이 있다고는 하나 그 효과에는 회의한다. 淸에 이르러 관제는 釋王과 공자와 어깨를 나란히 하면서도 오히려 관제가 더욱 존숭되는 실정이다. 그런데 엄숙한 사당은 건달들의 놀음장소, 또는 거간꾼들이 돈벌이 장소가 되기도 하며, 중이나 도사들은 무지하고 근신하는 자세가 없다. 실속이 없이 수없이 관제묘만 늘리는 청의 종교문화풍토에 우려를 나타내기도 한다. 관제묘의 증대와 관제에 대한 우상화는 역대 조정의 거듭되는 봉호와 영험이 있다는 민간 종교적인 집착 등 다원적인 요소와 관련 있다. 관제를 대체로 忠, 義, 武, 神을 겸한 儒將의 형상으로 볼 수 있는바, 이로써 조선조의 문인들이 대서특필한 이유를 알겠다. 충의를 바탕으로 神聖이 함유된 관제는 모든 사람들에게 염원하는 바를 이루게 해준다는 믿음으로 君臣에서 국민에 이르기까지 모두 받드는 우상이 되지 않았는가 한다. 『YanXingLu』 is a encyclopedic travel note of Chinese political, economy, culture and local customs in18 and19 centuries. In American history, US Armed Forces has never been so successfully and rapidly deployed to help her ally to repel invading forces than the Korean War, that the invading North Korean had prepared its military invasion from the beginning of the regime. North Korea constituted its armed forces in 1948 with the provision of a well trained and war experienced 4 divisions personnel and equipments from Red China, and later Soviet Union added the strength of the military by providing strong attack armaments such as T34 tanks, 122㎜ long-range guns, 120㎜ mortars for the future invasion of South Korea. Republic of Korea was swirled in lots of trial and error in the course of adapting totally new political system of free democracy in her 5,000 history. The North Korean invading forces were so strong for the constabulary-level South Korean Army that the latter lost Seoul, her capital city in just 3 days. The successful contribution of the US Forces for the defense of the Republic of Korea in the War was attributed to two strategies, that is, of taking advantage of UN authorities and of holding air and sea supremacy in the early stage of the war. It should had been difficult to send the expeditionary forces under the ordinal procedure of the US laws such as Congress consent of the dispatch. The State Department and White House decided to mobilize UN role of collective security system under which US could send its armed forces as of an international police force immediately. When UN Security Council adopted Korean resolutions in the Security Council, US Forces took into action of blocking all the 3 faces of sea of the Peninsula and pushing air supremacy by which UN Command could execute successful Inchon Landing and other sea and air supports in the 3 year war. Even though US-Korean`s bilateral relations have been strengthened through multi-aspects, and especially establishment of Combined Forces Command in 1978, the basic frame of UN umbrella in keeping peace and prosperity of the peninsula remained unchanged as well as air and sea supremacy principle of the peninsula is decisive aspect to keep the Republic safe and protected in war time of present and future. In reviewing the UN General Assembly resolution of 376V(October 7, 1950 passed)that authorized UNC to cross over the 38th parallel to dismantle North Korean military regime and preparing general election there to unite the peninsula, the important role of UN should be reminded and kept as a principal institute of solving the Korean problem. Also we could not negligent to keep an eye on the fact that since Korean War North Korea has been pouring their energy in overcoming UN sea and air supremacy of the War, and subsequently reached considerable results such as of succeeding SLBM and long range missile tests recently. We suspect that in the future war in the peninsula North Korea could not allow UN Forces sea and air supremacy of the 1950`1953 War but also they could enjoy a unconventional warfare supremacy of nuclear weapon. In the 1950 Korean War, Republic of Korea Forces had suffered unmeasured difficulties because of the disparity of conventional weapons of North Korea such as T34 tanks and 122㎜ long-range guns, and now facing another difficulties arising from the asymmetric situation of unconventional warfare of nuclear bomb and missile matter that is the product of weak international sanctions system. As well known to the international society, ROK has kept international regulations truthfully such as IAEA Agreements, and resulted in big disparity in the area. While waiting more efficient and strong international sanctions prosecuted against North Korean illegal promotion of the unconventional weapon system, Republic of Korea is expected to enhance its efforts in strengthening US-Korea combined forces strategy and capabilities by linking highly advanced US communication system. North Korean nuclear threats should be challenged by rapid and accurate NCW(Nerwork Centered Warfare) or NCO(Network Centered Operation) system with the integral complex of C4ISR. It is in strong necessity for ROK to connect US highly advanced information collection and analysis system in challenging North Korean nuclear threat with adopting communicating system such as Link 16. Link 16 communication system of 20 Mbps(megabits per second) can connect infra-red satellites, Awacs airplane and naval or missile sites platforms for rapid responding nuclear weapons and long-range missiles. The other challenge Republic of Korea should concentrate its effort in countering the North Korean nuclear threat is located somewhere in the infra-red anti-missile devise development, and electronic intercepting system that could disorder electronic operations of the nuclear missiles. These two devises have been recognized as possible and efficient counter measures for the nuclear system at least theoretically.

모바일 어플리케이션 소프트웨어의 GUI는 눈으로 보고 교감하는 것에 끝나지 않고 나날이 발전하여 소프트웨어의 성공여부를 결정하는 경우로 많이 부각되고 있다. 소프트웨어의 성공에 중요한 요소로 자리 잡히고 있으므로 소프트웨어의 성공을 위한 GUI 테스트가 요구되나 GUI 테스트는 많은 노력과 시간이 투자되는 테스트 분야이다. 이러한 자원의 소비의 줄이기 위해서 GUI 테스트의 자동화가 필요하리라 본다.

만성 HBsAg보유자에서 중합효소 연쇄반응법에 의한 혈청 HBV DNA의 검출

N/A Background/Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the serum HBV DNA status and clinical significance of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in patients with chronic hepatitis B and asymptomatic HBsAg carriers. Methods: The subjects of this study were 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B(53 HBeAg posiiive patients, 27 HBeAg negative patients), 19 asymptomatic HBsAg carriers(8 HBeAg positive patients, l l HBeAg negative patients). Serum HBV DNA was measured by Dot blot hybrydization with a ' P labeled HBV DNA in all patients studied, and the PCR was used to detect serum HBV DNA in Dot blot negative patients. The PCR was performed with 2 primers in the C gene region of HBV. Amplified sequences were detected with ethidium bromide staining(PCR-EB) and southern blot hybridization(PCR-SBH). Dot blot allowed the detection of 10 ' pg of cloned HBV DNA, while 10 pg and 10' pg were detected by PCR-EB and PCR-SBH, respectively. Results: In the 80 patients with chronic hepatitis, 76patients(95%) were positive for HBV DNA by Dot blot or PCR. All 53 HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis patients had HBV DNA detectable by Dot blot(77.4%) or PCR(18.97c by PCR-EB, 3.7% by PCR-SBH). Out of 27 HBeAg negative patients, 23(85.2%) were positive for HBV DNA by Dot blot (40.8/o) or PCR (29.61o by PCR-EB, 14,8% by PCR-SBH). In the 19 asymptomatic HBsAg carriers, 13(68.4%) were positive for HBV DNA by Dot blot or PCR. All 8 HBeAg positive asymptomatic carriers had sufficient HBV DNA detectable by Dot blot. Out of 1 l HBeAg negative carriers, 5(45.5 7c) were positive for HBV DNA by Dot blot (9.1%) or PCR(36.4%). The positive rate for HBV DNA in patients with chronic hepatitis was significantly higher than that in asymptomatic HBsAg carriers(P=0.002 by Fisher exact test) and there is a significant difference in serum HBV DNA between HBeAg positive and negative asymtomatic HBsAg carriers(P=0.02 by Fisher exact test). Conclusions: These results suggest that minute amount of HBV DNA detected by PCR may have pathogenic relevance in chronic hepatitis B, and PCR may be used as a prognostic factor in asymptomatic HBsAg carriers. In this paper, new image vector quantization method for improvement computation cost and compression ratio is proposed. A proposed method could saved the computation cost of codebook generation and encoding using partial codebook search, partial codevector elements, and interruption criterion. And, to improve compression ratio of codebook index lossless coding, codebook rearrangement and variable length coding scheme are used.
