Object oriented design brought up improvement of productivity and software quality by adopting some concepts such as inheritance and encapsulation. However, both the number of software`s classes and object couplings are increasing as the software volume is becoming larger. The object coupling between classes is closely related with software complexity, and high complexity causes decreasing software quality. In order to solve the object coupling issue, IT-field researchers adopt a component based development and software quality metrics. The component based development requires explicit representation of dependencies between classes and the software quality metrics evaluates quality of software. As part of the research, we intend to gain a basic data that will be used on decomposing software. We focused on properties of the linkage between classes rather than previous studies evaluated and accumulated the qualities of individual classes. Our method exploits machine learning technique to analyze the properties of linkage and predict the strength of dependency between classes, as a new perspective on analyzing software property.

In this study, investigated the evaluation of heat recovery ventilation system integrated with a Dehumidifier which we formed for application of radiant floor cooling system. We measured temperatures and moistures at outdoor, supply, return and exhaust parts in the heat recovery ventilation system. And calculated enthalpy, temperature and moistrue transfer efficiencies of the heat recovery ventilation system. Based on the results, we found features of the system which is integrated with a dehumidifier. The results of this study are as follows. First, we got the efficiencies of sensible heat, latent heat and enthalpy. Second, we found the problem with heat gain from a dehumidifier to heat recovery ventilation system. And by connecting a dehumidifier and outdoor air part of heat recovery ventilation system, it makes disadvantages for dehumidification efficiency.
지역 원산지 명성과 브랜드 인지도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향

그동안 원산지 효과의 중요성 때문에 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 이들 대다수가 국가간 원산지 효과에 대한 다국적, 다차원적 관점에서의 연구들이었다. 그런데 세계적으로 유명한 보르도 와인, 칭다오 맥주, 스카치 위스키, 국내의 보성 녹차, 이천 쌀, 나주 배 등은 모두 지역 원산지 명성을 활용한 브랜드 마케팅으로 큰 성공을 거둔 사례들이다. 이처럼 국가 차원에서의 원산지 효과를 넘어서 국가 내 특정 지역이나 도시와 같은 지역 원산지 효과의 중요성들이 점차 강조되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 기존의 국가 간 원산지 효과를 확장, 세분화하여 지역 원산지 명성과 브랜드 인지도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 소비자는 구매목적에 따라 상이한 소비행동을 보인다는 선행연구를 바탕으로 구매목적을 조절변수로 설정하여 지역 원산지 명성과 브랜드 인지도와 어떠한 상호작용 효과를 나타내는지 살펴보았다. 따라서 제품 구매 시 원산지 표시를 중요한 외재적 단서로 고려하며, 본인용 및 선물용으로도 빈번히 구매가 이루어지는 건강식품을 실험 제품군으로 선정하였다. 구체적으로 2×2×2 집단간 실험설계(between-subjects factorial design)를 적용하여 지역 원산지 명성(높음/낮음)과 브랜드 인지도(높음/낮음)가 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 소비자의 구매목적(본인용/선물용)이 이러한 주 효과의 조절변수로서 어떻게 작용을 하는지 알아보았다. 이에 따라 총 8가지의 실험상황이 만들어졌으며, 본 조사에 앞서 실험대상 제품 및 지역 원산지, 브랜드 선정을 위한 총 3번의 예비조사가 실시되었다. 연구 결과 지역 원산지 명성과 브랜드 인지도 모두 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 브랜드 인지도가 낮은 제품일 경우 지역 원산지 명성을 더 크게 고려하는 것으로 나타나 지역 원산지 명성과 브랜드 인지도간의 상호작용 효과가 있다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 그리고 구매목적에 따른 상호작용 효과도 확인되었는데, 즉 본인용 구매일 경우 보다 선물용 구매일 경우 지역 원산지 명성과 브랜드 인지도를 더욱 크게 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였고 연구 한계점 및 향후 연구 방안에 대해 논의하였다. Numerous related-studies have been conducted so far because of the importance of effects of country-of-origin. The majority of them were about such studies, based on a multinational or multi-dimensional viewpoint, on effects of country-of-origin indicated among countries. This research expanded, subdivided the established effects of country-of-origin and looked into how region of origin prestige and brand awareness affects consumer's purchase intention. Also, on the basis of the precedent research data that consumers show different consumption behavior according to their purchase purpose and with the purchase purpose put as a moderating variable, this paper carefully examined how it interaction effect with the place-of-origin prestige and brand awareness. To put it concretely, 2×2×2 of between-subjects factorial design was applied in order to find out the effects of region of Origin prestige(high/low) and brand awareness (high/low) on the purchase intention of consumers, trying to figure out how their purchase purpose(for personal use/gift) main effect as a moderating variable. As a result of the experiment, it was discovered that both place-of-origin effects and brand awareness affected a consumer's purchase intention and in case of products of low brand awareness, region of origin prestige was far more taken into account, leading to the conclusion that there exists interaction effect between the two factors. The purchase purpose-based effect of interaction was also identified. That is to say, it was revealed that region of origin prestige and brand awareness was much more considered when buying for one's own use than buying for gift purpose.

Many studies have provided evidences that hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) including pres region could be an ideal candidate for a new hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccine with higher efficacy. We established CHO cell lines, H-CHO-2 and IY-CHO-11 expressing high levels of HBsAg containing preS2 and S pretein by stable transfection method. These cell lines expressed the correct size (about 1 kb in length) of HBsAg myNA as eld)ected. The purified protein from the culture supernatants of the clones showed the same sizes as those expressed in native hepatitis B virus (24 kDa, 27 kDa, 34 kDa and 36 kDa). Antibody productivity of CHO-derived HBsAg protein at lower dose challenge was higher than the protein containing S region alone expressed in yeast system. These results indicate that CHO-derived HBsAg protein containing preS2 and S region can be effectively used for a better immune response as a HBV vaccine.
아메리카잎굴파리 내부기생봉, Neochrysocharis formosa(Hymenoptera : Eulophidae)의 산란과 기주체액섭취 특성

아메리카잎굴파리의 내부기생봉인 Neochrysocharis formosa의 산란과 기주체액섭취 선호성을 조사하였다. N. formosa는 기주유충의 몸 뒤쪽에 대부분 산란하였다. 온도 조건에 따른 일산란수와 일기주체액섭취수를 조사한 결과 온도가 높을수록 증가하는 경향이었으며 15, 20, 25, 3$0^{\circ}C$에서의 산란수와 체액섭취수의 비율은 각각 0.5, 0.9, 1.0, 1.0이었다. $25^{\circ}C$ 항온조건하에서 N. formosa의 총산란수와 기주체액섭취수는 각각 176개 188.7개이었으며 산란수와 기주체액섭취수 비율은 0.9이었고 암컷 수명은 11.8일이었다. 산란과 기주체액섭취는 주로 아메리카잎굴파리 3령유층을 선호하였다. These studies were carried out to investigate the oviposition and host feeding characteristics of Neochrysocharis formosa Westwood, an endoparasitoid of Liriomyza trifolii. N. formosa female oviposited inside the abdomen at the rear end of the host larva. Number of eggs and host feeding per day of N. formosa tended to increase as temperatures go up. The ratio of oviposition and host feeding of N. formosa were 0.5, 0.9, 1.0 and 1.0 at 15, 20, 25, and 30$^{\circ}C$, respectively. In 25$^{\circ}C$, number of eggs and host feeding were 176.0 and 188.7, respectively, and aduly female longevity was 11.8 days. N. formosa female preferred to the 3rd rather than 1st and 2nd larva for oviposition and host feeding.

The incidence of Meckel's diverticulum(MD) in general population has been assessed as 2 percent. The major complications of MD are bleeding, perforation, and intestinal obstruction. In spite that the complication rate of Meckel's diverticulum is relatively high(about 4.2% during a lifetime), the preoperative diagnostic rate of complicated MD is very low. Authors investigated the clinical characteristics of complicated MD to improve the diagnostic rate. 16 patients with complicated Meckel's diverticulum who were operated upon at the Department of Pediatric Surgery, Seoul National University Children's Hospital from June 1985 to December 1993 were reviewed. Among the 16 patients with complicated MD, 12 patients(75%) were under 2 year-old and male were predominant(88%). The most common complication was bleeding patients with bleeding MD (8 cases) were diagnosed preoperatively as MD. 8 patients with other complications(perforation : 4 cases, obstruction : 4 cases) could not be suspected as complicated MD except one patient who had previous history of melena. These patients were diagnosed after exploratory laparotomy under the various impression other than MD. Among 12 patients with ulcer related complications such as bleeding and perforation, heterotopic gastric mucosa was found in 11 patients. In conclusion, in any children with unexplained acute abdomen, especially under 2 years old, complicated MD must be included in differential diagnosis. In children with obscure lower gastrointestinal bleeding, $^{99m}Tc$-pertechnetate scintigraphy is a useful diagnostic tool to rule out bleeding MD.
알긴산 장용 비드에 봉입한 새로운 장 표적성 경구용 장티푸스 Ty21a 백신의 개발

To increase the viability of oral typhoid vaccine during the passage through the gastro-intestinal tract, .numerous attempts have been made including the vaccine coating. However, problems such as high death rate during the coating process and its instability in the gastric juice still remain to be solved. In this study, the oral vaccine was made as the micro-enteric beads by adding Salmcnella typhi Ty21a cells to sodium alginate solution and spraying onto calcium chloride solution (ionotropic relation method). The vaccine showed more than 90% of its original viability after treating it for 1 hour in the artificial gastric juice (37oC,300 rpm). The clearance rate of the Ty21a in the liver and spleen of the mice orally administrated with coated Ty21a was similar to that of the mice intraperitoneally administrated with uncoated Ty21a. The peripheral blood Iymphocytes (PBL) isolated from the mice orally administered with this vaccine produced 15.5 fold higher specific IgA antibody titer than that from the control mice administerd with saline solution. Fllrthermore, the mice treated with the coated Ty21a had higher survival rates (50∼87%) than the control mice treated with saline solution (0-10%) in the intraperitoneal challenge test with wild type S. typhi cells. These results suggest that the alginate-based coaling technique is effective to protect live Ty21a from acidic environments, and produces better intestinal immune responses thereby providing a potentially excellent oral typhoid vaccine.
