        딥페이크 합성물에 대한 국내외 입법동향과 형사법적 수용문제 - 딥페이크 포르노(Deepfake Pornography)를 중심으로 -

        Even though the provision of punishment is newly established in terms of the “possession” of Deepfake porno, it is virtually impossible to arrest and punish those who possess Deepfake porno in advance. However, it is time to take countermeasures to legitimately punish a new crime that have not been committed before, such as ‘nth rooms’, which is very harmful. Next, for virtual child pornography with Deepfake, the vertifiability of reproduced composites with realism will have to be considered. Advances in technology make it difficult to distinguish between reality and something similar to reality, There is no confirmation that such imaginary images or composites reduce or stop sexual abuse against children. The legal interests to be protected from these Deepfake virtual child pornography should be perceived as ‘social legal interests’ beyond the scope of a child's personal legal interests, and appropriate legislation and judicial judgments accordingly should be followed. Finally, in measures, for advanced criminal such as AI technology, criminal policies should be sought in a way that the community can recognize the social burden of them and accept. There is no denying that the development of intelligent information technology is definitely an area of increasing competitiveness at the national level. But along with the development of technology, the risk of abuse of technology that it has is also a goal that criminal law must confront. Therefore, it is necessary to have a realistic attitude to establish a predictable level of the response system through public-private partnership and to develop a gradual step-by-step legislation plan within a long-term framework.

        초등 1-2학년 난독, 언어부진난독, 언어부진, 일반 아동의 쓰기 특성과 판별분석

        배경 및 목적: 읽기능력과 언어능력을 고려한 4집단의 쓰기능력과 쓰기 관련 요인인 베껴쓰기, 실행기능(문법능력, 문장구성능력, 계획능력), 작업기억 특성을 비교대조하고, 집단 특성을 판별할 수 있는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 초등 1-2학년 난독 학생, 언어부진난독 학생, 언어부진 학생, 일반 학생 각 14명씩을 대상으로 하였다. 베껴쓰기, 단어쓰기, 문장쓰기, 짧은 글쓰기의 4가지 과제와 4가지의 쓰기 관련 능력을 측정하였다. 결과: 첫째, 단어쓰기와 문장쓰기에서 읽기 어려움을 보이는 두 집단, 언어부진, 일반 아동 수준으로 수행력이 다른 세 집단이 관찰되었다. 베껴쓰기와 짧은 글쓰기에서는 읽기어려움을 보이는 집단과 그렇지 않은 두 집단이 관찰되었다. 둘째, 쓰기 관련 요인에서 작업기억을 제외한 3개의 요인에서 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다. 문법능력과 문장구성능력에서는 세 그룹으로 ‘언어부진난독, 언어부진<난독<일반’, 계획능력에서는 ‘언어부진난독<난독, 언어부진<일반’으로 나타났다. 셋째, 집단을 가장 잘 판별해주는 요인은 단어쓰기, 문법능력, 문장구성능력, 문장쓰기로 나타났으며, 94.6%의 분류 정확도를 보였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 읽기와 언어를 고려하여 집단의 특성을 살펴본 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 초등 저학년의 쓰기능력을 살펴보기 위하여 단어쓰기 뿐만 아니라 문장쓰기도 중요하며, 문법 및 문법처리가 쓰기에 영향을 주는 요인이 됨을 확인하였다. 학습부진 학생의 읽기, 언어, 쓰기 능력을 고려한 개별화된 평가 및 중재가 필요함을 지지한다. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of writing ability and writing related variables such as executive functioning (syntactic ability, sentence construction, planning ability) and working memory. Additionally, this study tried to find out the variables that can discriminate between the four groups. Methods: Fourteen 1st to 2nd graders in each group (dyslexia (DY), dyslexia with language difficulty (LRD), language difficulty without dyslexia (LD), and typical development (TD)) participated in four writing tasks and four writing related tasks. Results: First, there were three performance groups in word writing and sentence writing (TD > LD > DY = LRD), while there were two different groups were observed in short text writing and handwriting (TD = LD > DY = LRD). Secondly, there were three performance groups in syntactic skills and sentence construction (TD> DY> LD= LRD) and in planning skills (TD> DY= LD> LRD), while there were two performance groups in copying (TD= LD> DY= LRD). Thirdly, discriminant analysis showed a 94.6% hit ratio; and word writing, syntactic ability, sentence construction, and sentence writing were good discriminators for the four groups. Conclusion: This study was meaningful in including four groups of children considering language and decoding abilities. For 1st to 2nd graders, sentence writing and word writing assessment and intervention considering executive functions seem to play the key role for each student’s school adaptation with language and/or reading difficulties.

      • 물리치료 전자의무기록에 대한 인식도 조사

        Background: This study aims to investigate the awareness and need for physical therapy electronic medical records. Through this, we hope that it will be used as a basis for the introduction of physical therapy electronic medical records, which will play a key role in medical informatization. Methods: For this purpose, a survey was conducted using an internet platform targeting current physical therapists. The survey questions included 17 questions regarding the awareness and necessity of physical therapy electronic medical records, and 204 physical therapists responded to the survey. Based on the data collected through the questionnaire, independent samples T-test and ANOVA were conducted to determine differences in perception and need according to age, education, and field of physical therapy. Results: The results of this study are as follows. Physical therapists' perception of and need for physical therapy electronic medical records appeared to be high compared to previous studies. There was no significant difference between the awareness and need for physical therapy electronic medical records according to age and the awareness and need for physical therapy electronic medical records according to physical therapy specialty. There was a significant difference in awareness of and need for physical therapy electronic medical records according to educational level. Conclusion: In conclusion, physical therapists have a high need and awareness of electronic medical records of physical therapy. Electronic medical records used in Korea's medical field are at the level of advanced countries, but standardized electronic medical records have not been introduced in the physical therapy field, making it difficult to make proper clinical decisions and communicating among medical staff. Therefore, this study is expected to be used as useful basic data for improving and establishing an electronic medical record system for physical therapy in the Korean health care environment.

Studying the structure of cross member different mount bracket, figure out the approach method of cross member’s fatigue and stiffness improvement before full car test. As design the cross member, take advantage of this study. Design will be more improved result.

        코퍼스 기반 현대 그림책 작가 Anthony Browne작품 어휘 분석

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze a corpus of Anthony Browne’s picture books with other four corpora including elementary school English textbooks, children’s literature, fantasy movies for children, and CANCODE. In an effort to enhance the authenticity of English textbooks in terms of the selection and use of basic vocabulary, similarities and differences of vocabulary were evaluated and analyzed among the corpora. The following results were drawn: first, with reference to TTR analysis, the results show that Browne’s picture books are 14.07, which is the highest level among analyzed corpora due to the small size of the corpus and use of a variety of vocabulary derivatives. On the other hand, the TTR of elementary English textbooks is 10.90. Second, the vocabulary lists from the picture books, children’s literature, and CANCODE show a considerably high rate of accordance. Third, in connection with frequency of nouns, Browne’s picture books, children’s literature, and fantasy movies show a higher ratio of nouns ahead of lexical verbs. However, in the case of elementary English textbooks, they show the highest ratio of pronouns at 16.23%. Fourth, although the accordance rate of nouns among the corpora is very low, the frequency of two specific words, ‘time’ and ‘day’ is much higher. Fifth, the result of a comparison between the 391 vocabulary which appeared more than 8 times in Browne’s picture books and the required 800 vocabulary from the MOE recommended curriculum currently used matched by 55.2%, 216, despite the relatively small size of the corpus. Based on the above mentioned findings, the vocabulary utilized in elementary English textbooks needs to change to reflect the commonly used vocabulary in the corpora.
