Products in modern society have issues such as light weight, quality problems, performance improvement, and environmental problems depending on the increasing consumer sentiment and level of environmental problems. Accordingly, the industry is constantly striving to produce high-quality products that are parallel to cost reduction and environmental issues. The automobile industry is also actively conducting research to solve environmental problems through light weighting and quality improvement. This study is an analysis of the validation and performance improvement of EV (Electronic Vehicle) frame body applying aluminum material, a non-ferrous metal suitable for modern society issues and trends. Through research, we conducted a study to secure analytical technology and reliability for the Electronic Vehicle (EV) Frame Body single product and derived a valid analytical performance improvement plan through relative comparative analysis by CASE. We focus on establishing valid analytical techniques for structural features of Electronic Vehicle (EV) Frame Body, and work on CASE Study to secure performance improvements. Analytical validation of EV (Electronic Vehicle) frame body single product was completed by securing improvement measures through CASE Study, analyzing the impact of improvement plans, and establishing interpretation techniques. This is a prior analytical study to flexibly cope with RFQ of future active Electronic Vehicle (EV) Frame Body single product analysis.
