Recently, large scale disasters have been occurred in rural areas. Most people suffering from the disaster live in the temporary containers. These could not provide the fundamental occupancy performances such as thermal insulation, ventilation and heating system. It is very important to rebuild the residence for sufferers quickly and safely. Because modular building system has some advantages such as short construction time, mobility, light-weight structure, modularity, flexibility and economical efficiency, it is expected that it could be easily applied to the disaster restoration. So, this research aims at developing the design model of modular building system for disaster restorations in fishing and agrarian villages. For this purpose, current counterplan for restoration was firstly investigated. Also the basic guideline was established through the investigation of current status of residence in fishing and agrarian villages. Finally, 2 types of design model such as single story residence and temporary accommodation facility were proposed. We could see that we could make the flexible building plan when applying the modular building system to the temporary housing for the sufferers.
체육진흥투표권사업의 전자발매통제시스템 건전화 평가지표 개발

사행산업통합감독위원회는 사행산업의 부작용을 최소화하고 건전성 증진을 위해 매년 사행산업의 건전화에 대한 평가를 실시해 왔다. 하지만 전자카드가 도입된 다른 사행산업과는 달리 체육진흥투표권사업의 전자발매통제시스템에 대해서는 아직까지 명확한 건전화 평가지표를 마련하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 향후 본격적으로 실시될 체육진흥투표권사업의 전자발매통제시스템 건전화 평가를 위한 평가지표를 개발하고자 하는 데에 주된 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 건전화 구성요소 가운데 기존 평가지표상 부족한 게임요인에 초점을 두고, 체육진흥투표권사업의 게임요인별 특성(베팅의 접근성(공간), 베팅의 접근성(시간), 보상크기, 보상비율, 베팅금액, 베팅의 확장성)을 고려하여 다양한 평가지표를 개발하였다. 아울러 개발된 평가지표의 적절성과 타당성을 다섯 가지 기준에 따라 검토한 결과를 바탕으로 실제 평가지표로서 활용가치를 지닌 지표를 제시하였다. To minimize the side-effects of gambling while improving its soundness, the National Gambling Control Commission (NGCC) has evaluated the soundness of gambling industries. However, the NGCC has yet to develop evaluation indicators for the Electronic Sales-control System (ESS) of the Sports Promotion Business. To fill this gap, this study was intended to develop evaluation indicators for the ESS. For this, the study focused on “game factor” among the components for the soundness of gambling, which was not considered in the existent evaluation. Considering the game factor including approachableness of betting(space and time), reward size, reward ratio, betting size, and expandedness of betting, the study developed diverse potential evaluation indicators. The study further reviewed each developed indicator according to five criteria for evaluating appropriateness and validity of evaluation indicators, suggesting some indicators that would be valuable for practical use.
창호시스템의 일사차폐성능 평가 방법에 관한 실험적 연구

Recently, the glazing area is increased to obtain a wide outside view and to make a flexible design variation. Buildings with large glazed facades usually have a solar control devices such as venetian blinds, and internal solar shadings are often required in order to reduce the glare problem. Also the innovative glazing systems such as windows combined with shading devices, switchable glazing, diffuse glazing, translucent and transparent insulation have been developed and constructed in european buildings. To reduce the cooling energy due to the solar incidence through the facades, it is most important to control the thermal transmittance of irradiation. The effective g-value of the solar shading device, defined as the ratio between g-value of the window with the shading device and g-value of the window, is highly dependent on the type of shading device and the window panes. To evaluate the performance of glazing system with respect to the cooling energy consumption, it is important to measure the g-value of the each solar control devices. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the g-value(total solar energy transmittance) in building through the experimental measurement. The measurements were performed with a solar simulator, which has rather parallel light beams and calorimetric box. With this facility, we have measured the total solar energy transmittance of the window with shading devices such as external venetian blind. In conclusion, we could find the results of different g-value of the glazing system with a different slat angles.

Due to the recent increase of energy consumption in buildings, the innovative glazing systems such as windows combined with shading devices, switchable glazing, diffuse glazing, translucent and transparent insulation have been developed. To prove the advantages of the new products, it is necessary to clarify the environmental performance in buildings. So this paper aims at investigating the numerical analysis methods for evaluation of the environmental performance with advanced glazing, and evaluating the current KS and ISO standards to evaluate the environmental performance due to the shading devices.
