Orthogonal time-frequency-space (OTFS) modulation is a recently proposed scheme where information symbols are multiplexed in the delay-Doppler domain to achieve the full effective diversity of the doubly dispersive wireless channel. In this paper, we propose a single-tone-based channel estimation method for OTFS systems. The channel estimation in OTFS system can be divided in to two parts: one is delay tap estimation and the other is the estimation of Doppler tap and channel gain. For the integer delay tap estimation, the threshold value is designed based on the Neyman-Pearson criterion. By applying the single-tone-parameter estimation method to the received pilot signals, the rest channel parameters are obtained. Then, the channel matrix is reconstructed using these parameters. The proposed channel estimation method demonstrates remarkable performance improvement compared to the existing methods, namely, such as the embedded-pilot-aided and interpolation-based method in terms of estimation accuracy and bit error rate.

Purpose: The study aimed to investigate the effect of round shoulder posture correction on respiration and concentration. Methods: A total of 34 college students were included in this study. The participants were divided into three groups: group 1, stretching and stability (n = 12); group 2, stretching and strengthening (n = 12), and group 3, control (10). The exercise interventions were conducted for 4 weeks. Group 1 performed warm-up, stretching, muscle strengthening, and cool down for 30 min. Group 2 performed warm-up, stretching, stabilization, and cool down for 30 min. Group 3 did not receive any intervention. All groups performed round shoulder posture tests, lung capacity tests to determine respiratory function, stroop test, and concentration ability test to determine the concentrations before and after intervention. Results: Significant differences were found in the round shoulder posture on the left between before and after interventions over time (p < 0.05) and between groups (p < 0.05). However, no interaction was observed. The post-hoc test showed that the interventions in group 2 were more effective than those in group 3. A significant difference was noted in the round shoulder posture on the right between before and after intervention over time (p < 0.05). No significant difference and interaction were found between groups. No significant difference was noted in lung capacity. A significant difference in the stroop test (time and number of wrong answers) was found between before and after intervention over time (p < 0.05). No significant difference and interaction were found between the groups. No significant difference was found in the concentration ability test. Conclusion: Our results reveal some evidence that stretching and strengthening exercise causes a decrease in round shoulder posture. However, the intervention period was short and did not allow investigation of the effects on respiratory function and concentration. Continued research on this subject could provide benefits to physiotherapy as it relates to cardiopulmonary treatment.
건강한 여대생의 심장호흡기계 능력과 여성호르몬간의 상관성 연구

본 연구는 건강한 여자 대학생의 심장호흡기계 능력과 여성호르몬간의 상관성을 알아보았다. 건강한 여자대학생 31명을 대상으로 에스트로겐분비가 최대인 배란 5일 전(여포기 후기)과 프로게스테론분비가 최대인 배란 7일 후(황체기 중기)에 심장허파능력, 들숨능력, 여성호르몬, 혈액인자를 검사하였다. 심장허파능력, 들숨능력, 여성호르몬, 혈액인자에 대한 측정 및 검사 결과 값의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 pearson 상관분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 심장호흡기계 능력 중 들숨능력은 에스트로겐과 양의 상관관계가 나타났고 플게스테론과는 음의 상관관계가 나타났다. 특히 프로게스테론은 최대산소섭취량, MET, 적혈구 헤모글로빈과 유의미한 음의 상관관계가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 여성호르몬인 에스트로겐과 프로게스테론이 심장호흡기계 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 볼 수 있으며, 여성의 심장호흡기계 능력 향상을 위해 생리주기를 고려하여 강도와 빈도를 결정하는 의학적인 처방이나 운동프로그램 수행이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between cardiopulmonary ability and female sex hormone in healthy female college students. The subjects of this study were 31 healthy female college students. To achieve this purpose, their cardiopulmonary ability and inspiratory ability were measured before 5 days ovulation(late-follicular phase) and after 7 days ovulation(mid-luteal phase), and blood sample were assayed for sex hormone and blood factor before 5 days ovulation(late-follicular phase) and after 7 days ovulation(mid-luteal phase). All data was analyzed using pearson correlation coefficients. Estrogen showed positive correlation with all sub-factors of inspiratory ability. But progesterone showed negative correlation with sub-factors of inspiratory ability. Also, progesterone showed negative correlation with maximal oxygen uptake(r=-.251, p<.05), MET(r=-.252, p<.05), red blood cell(r=-.341, p<.01), and hemoglobin(r=-.339, p<.01). This study suggests that female sex hormones(estrogen and progesterone) are influencing factors on cardiopulmonary ability, especially progesterone is significant influencing factor on cardiopulmonary ability. When prescribing medical exercise program for women, variation of exercise ability according to the menstrual cycle is considered.

본 연구는 여성호르몬의 변화가 운동능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 31명의 여자 대학생을 대상으로 여포기 후기와 황체기 중기에 심장허파능력, 들숨능력, 여성호르몬, 혈액인자를 검사하였다. 연구결과, 심장허파능력은 여포기 후기에 비해 황체기 중기에 최대산소섭취량, MET, 최대에너지소비량이 유의하게 감소하였다. 들숨능력은 여포기 후기에 비해 황체기 중기에 최대들숨압, 평균들숨압, 최대들숨유속, 평균들숨유속이 유의하게 감소하였고, 최대들숨량은 유의하게 증가하였다. 여성호르몬은 여포기 후기에 비해 황체기 중기에 에스트로겐이 유의하게 감소하였고, 프로게스테론은 유의하게 증가하였다. 혈액인자는 여포기 후기에 비해 황체기 중기에 적혈구, 헤모글로빈, 적혈구용적률이 유의하게 감소하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 여성호르몬의 변화가 운동능력에 미치는 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 여성의 생리주기에 따른 운동능력의 변화를 고려한 운동프로그램 처방이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study aimed to investigate the effect of variation of female sex hormones on exercise ability. The subjects of this research were 31 female students. To achieve this purpose, their cardiopulmonary ability and inspiratory ability were measured at late-follicular and mid-luteal phases, and boold sample were assayed for sex hormone and blood factor at late-follicular and mid-luteal phases. Maximal oxygen uptake, MET, and maximal energy consumption which are sub-factors of Cardiopulmonary ability were significantly decreased at mid-luteal phase than late-follicular phase. Maximal inspiratory pressure, average inspiratory pressure, maximal inspiratory flow, average inspiratory flow which are sub-factors of Inspiratory ability were significantly decreased at mid-luteal phase than late-follicular phase, but maximal inspiratory volume was significantly decreased at late-follicular phase than mid-luteal phase. Estrogen which is sub-factor of female sex hormones was decreased at mid-luteal phase than late-follicular phase. progesterone which is sub-factor of female sex hormones war increased at mid-luteal phase than late-follicular phase. Red blood cell, hemoglobin, hematocrit which are sub-factors of blood factors were significantly decreased at mid-luteal phase than late-follicular phase. According to the research results, variation of female sex hormones affect exercise ability. when prescribing an exercise program for women, variation of exercise ability according to the menstrual cycle is considered.
파일럿 OTFS 시스템을 위한 저복잡도 최소평균제곱오차 등화기

본 연구에서는 orthogonal time frequency space time (OTFS) 시스템을 고려한다. 채널 추정을 위하여 guard interval과 파일럿을 사용한 OTFS 시스템 지연-도플러 영역 유효 채널 행렬은 블록 순환 행렬이 된다. 이러한 블록 순환 행렬 구조를 활용하여 시스템 복잡도를 줄이기 위한 최소평균제곱오차 (MMSE: minimum mean square error) 등화기를 제안한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안한 저복잡도 MMSE 등화기 유효성을 비트 오류율 (BER: bit error rate) 성능으로부터 확인할 수 있었다.
