        Octyldimethl p-aminobenzoate 와 ${\beta}-Cyclodextrin$의 포접화합물(包接化合物)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        Inclusion complex formation of octyldimethyl p-aminobenzoate with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$in aqueous solution and in the solid state was studied by the solubility method, spectroscopic (UV, FT-IR) and X-ray diffractornetry. The solid complex of octyldimethyl p-aminobenzoate with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ was obtained in molar ratio of 1:2 (guest/host). A spatial relationship between host and guest molecule was clearly reflected in the magnitude of the apparent stability constant (K') and in the stoichiometry of the inclusion complex. Furthermore, a typical type Bs phase-solubility diagram was obtained for octyldimethyl p-aminobenzoate and ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ in water at $25^{\circ}C$. The results indicated that the solubility of the guest molecule was higher by the formation of ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ inclusion complex.

        대학의 기술이전성과 영향요인 분석

        본 논문은 한국연구재단의 대학 산학협력활동실태조사 자료를 기초로 110개 대학의 5년간 기술이전 데이터 4,182건을 분석에 활용하여 대학유형별로 대학의 기술이전성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 이들 요인들 간의 영향의 경로와 정도를 분석하고, 선도TLO지원사업 참여여부에 따른 성과 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 지방대학들과 수도권 사립중소형 대학들은 연구자 인센티브가 중요한 요인이 되었으며, 특수목적대학은 지식재산권 보유현황이 영향을 미 치는 것으로 분석되었다. 대형 대학들은 전임교원수가 절대적으로 영향을 미쳤고, 사립대학의 경우에는 특허관련 정 부지원금이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 선도TLO 지원여부에 따라서는 지원받은 대학들이 그렇지 못한 대학들 보다 모든 변수의 평균값이 높게 나타나 향후에도 정부의 지속적인 지원정책이 필요함을 보여 주고 있다. 또한 대학 유형에 상관없이 대부분의 기술이전이 중소벤처기업에 집중되어 있어서 대학의 우수한 기술들이 성공적으로 상용화 되기 위해서는 산․학․관의 유기적인 협력이 필요하다 하겠다. This paper aims to analyze factors affecting technology transfer performance according to different types of Korean universities and to conduct the research for the channel and extent of impact between these factors, utilizing 5 - year data for the technology transfers of 110 universities based on the survey by National Research Foundation of Korea. According to the analysis, incentive for researchers is the most crucial factor in local universities and small & medium-sized private universities located in the capital area. And numerical value of intellectual property rights owned by university is the key factor in universities specializing in science & engineering / industry. Also, Big-sized universities are heavily affected by the number of full-time faculty. In case of private universities, government subsidy relating to patents is critical factor for technology transfer performance. The mean value of all variables is a lot higher in participant universities than non-participant ones in CK(Connect Korea) project. In summary, it is suggested that steady financial support provided by the government is required and that mutual cooperation for industry-university-government is also needed for the commercialization of the technologies held by universities.

      • 하지의 기능적 운동을 접목한 임상미술치료가 대 동작 기능(GMFM)에 미치는 효과 -뇌성마비아동을 대상으로-

        본 연구는 뇌성마비아동을 대상으로 하지의 기능적 운동을 접목한 임상미술치료가 대 동작 운동 기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 실험군 10명, 대조군 10명의 뇌성마비아동을 연구대상으로 실시하였으며 아동 한 명당 주 2회 각 30분씩 12주간 총 24회기에 걸쳐 하지의 기능적 움직임을 이끌어내기 위한 앉은 자세와 서기 자세에서 임상미술치료 프로그램을 적용하였다. 하지의 기능적 움직임이 개선되고 앉은 자세에서의 안정성과 서고 걷기에 어떤 영향을 주었는지를 평가하기 위해 동일한 조건에서 대 동작 운동기능평가(Gross Motor Function Measure)척도를 이용하였고, 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 연구의 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 하지의 기능적 운동을 접목한 임상미술치료 프로그램에 참여한 뇌성마비아동의 대 동작 운동기능평가 GMFM)의 총점을 실험 후 비교한 결과 실험군이 대조군에 비해 향상 폭이 크게 나타났다. 둘째, 대 동작 운동기능평가를 기능별로 나누어 본 결과, 눕기와 뒤집기 기능, 앉기 기능, 네발기기와 무릎서기 기능, 서기 기능, 걷기, 달리기, 도약 기능은 실험군의 경우 프로그램 실시 전에 비해 프로그램 진행 후에 유의미하게 향상되었다. 이는 하지의 기능적 운동을 접목한 임상미술치료 프로그램이 뇌성마비아동의 운동 활동에의 참여 동기를 유발시킴으로서 자발적이고 적극적인 치료 활동을 가능하게 하여 뇌성마비아동의 대 동작 기능인 눕기와 뒤집기, 앉기, 네발기기와 무릎서기, 서기, 걷기와 달리기 도약 등의 모든 대 동작 기능 향상에 효과적인 것을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of clinical art therapy engrafted with the functional exercise of the lower limb on the gross motor function measure of children with cerebral palsy. The subjects of this study were an experimental group of 10 children with cerebral palsy and a control group of 10 children also with cerebral palsy. The clinical art therapy program was applied in a sitting posture and in a standing posture to elicit the functional motion of the lower limb for a total of 24 sessions for 30 minutes at a time. The sessions were done twice a week for 12 weeks for each of the children. In order to evaluate its effects on the improvement of the functional motion of the lower limb and stability in the sitting posture and standing and walking, the gross motor function measure scale was used in the same conditions. Data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. Comparison of the results of the experiments showed that the total scores of GMFM of the children with cerebral palsy who participated in the clinical art therapy engrafted with the functional exercise of the lower limb improved more in the experimental group than in the control group. Comparison of the gross motor function measure by function showed that the functions of lying down and turning, sitting, crawling on four limbs, kneeling, standing up, walking, running, and jumping improved more significantly in the experimental group after the program was conducted. This showed that the clinical art therapy program, engrafted with the functional exercise of the lower limb, motivated the children with cerebral palsy to participate in exercise activities. Said therapy was also found to be effective in improving all the gross motor functions including lying down and turning, sitting, crawling on four limbs, kneeling, standing up, walking and running, and jumping.

        대화의 격률에 대한 수정의 필요성 연구 - 대학생들의 당혹스러운 대화 사례 연구를 통하여 -

        This study suggests the revision of maxims of conversation by analyzing the questionnaire about the university students’ unpleasant conversation. The violation of maxims of conversation is widespread all around the university campus and even in class there have been lots of embarrassing communication between students and professors. As a result of questionnaire investigation, this study needs to revise the maxims of conversation to explain the various cases that we can not analyze with the present maxims of conversation. To do that, this study suggested an interactional language function that emphasizes social relationships and focuses on the person rather than on the information. Moreover, my final suggestion is that professors should explain maxims of conversation on the first day of class and prevent the unpleasant conversational situations in advance that may occur afterward in a class.         The recent trend shows that the aspect ratio of steel fiber, the auxiliary material of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete in the construction work ordered in domestic market is designed greatly. Therefore this study compares and analyzes the physical properties (compression, flexural strength and flexural toughness) according to the aspect ratios of steel fiber with φ 7 x 35 mm which was applied to conventional designs and that of φ 0.5 x 30mm which is applied in recent designs through inner and outdoor experiment and is to present the helpful applications of steel fiber for the future construction work.

        As recently construction technology is developed, concrete materials ae applied to high-storied building, long and grand bridge, huge dam and deep sea structures and the properties required for general concrete have been diversified and highly performed and then the research of high strength concrete has been done actively as the means of improving the quality of concrete. The limit in manufacturing concrete of high performance with conventional method using water, cement and aggregate is recognized and silica fume of pozzolan quality with fly ash has been noted as the mixing materials which improve the strength and quality of concrete greatly and the profound researches of it have been conducted. Accordingly, this study applies silica fume to steel fiber reinforced shoterete, one of reinforce of tunnel, according to rapid increase of the construction of tunnel, expressway, rapid-transit railroad and urban subway with the introduction of NATM technique and then aims at confirming the potential of improving the property of high strength SFRS like high strength concrete.
