        격자문을 응용한 헤어디자인 연구 - 펌 패턴을 중심으로 -

        This study tried to inquire by manufacturing totally 3 works by researching into perm pattern centering on lattice pattern, which has been much used in clothing and architectural mode from ancient times. It is expected to probably satisfy customers’ needs, which get diversified gradually. There will be likely necessity for researching into more various hair designs in the future. Now is the time when requires a hair designer, who was added sensitivity available for expressing with design by applying it after obtaining inspiration of design from various things such as organic form or geometrical form in nature, not a simple hair design, who learns the acquisition of mechanical technique in the past. Through this study, even the lattice pattern came to be known to be possibly good material for hair design. Accordingly, it is considered to be likely to necessarily foster a habit of observing and inquiring so that we can obtain inspiration even from what is trivial.

        미용서비스 이용자의 특성에 따른 서비스 품질, 관계 품질, 고객충성도, 전환장벽의 차이

        최근 미용서비스기업들은 기술적 서비스중심의 마케팅 전략만으로는 신규고객을 확보하고 충성도 높은 고객을 유치하는데 대한 한계를 인지하고 있다. 이에 차별화된 서비스품질제공과 더불어 고객과의 관계강화를 통한 관계마케팅이 또 다른 전략으로 대두되고 있으며, 이를 통하여 고객 충성도를 높이고 수익을 재창출하려는 의도를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미용실고객의 일반적 특성에 따른 서비스품질, 관계품질, 고객충성도, 전환비용에 따른 차이를 알아보고 그에 따른 미용서비스 및 품질, 마케팅전략을 마련해 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 방법을 미용서비스산업에 전략적으로 제안함과 동시에 학문적 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 서울·경기 지역에 소재하고 있는 미용실에서 시술상태에 있는 고객을 대상으로 2013년 8월25일부터 9월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 총305부의 자료는 SPSS 17.0을 사용하여 분석되었다. 사용된 분석방법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t-test, 일원변량분석(One way ANOVA)을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 서비스품질의 차원은 상호작용품질, 물리적 품질, 기술적 품질로 나타났으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 차이에서는 남성, 대학원졸업이상, 미혼, 월 평균300만 원 이상에서 높게 나타났다. 관계품질 차이에서는 남성, 대학원졸업 이상, 미용실 이용 목적에서 높게 나타났다. 고객충성도의 차원은 고객 충성도, 전환의도로 나타났고, 일반적 특성에 따른 차이에서는 기혼, 대학원졸업이상의 학력, 전업주부에서 고객충성도가 높게 나타났다. 전환장벽의 차원은 전환비용, 대안 매력도로 나타났고, 일반적 특성에 따른 차이를 알아본 결과 남성, 대학원졸업 이상, 300만 원 이상의 월평균 소득에서 전환비용이 높게 나타났다. 이에 본 연구를 바탕으로 미용실의 주 고객을 분석하고 특성에 맞는 서비스매뉴얼 개발 및 품질향상, 차별화된 마케팅전략수립을 통해 충성도 높은 고객을 유치할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Recent, beauty service enterprises are recognizing the limitation of service focused marketing strategy for attracting the loyal customers, therefore relationship marketing for enhancing the loyalty of customers and recreating the revenue is arising as another strategy through providing distinctive service quality as well as reinforcing the relationship with customers. In accordance with this phenomenon, the object of this study is to provide academic information in addition to suggesting the method of taking competitive advantage by marketing strategy, beauty service and quality based on difference of service quality, relative quality, customer loyalty and switching cost with regard to the general characteristic of beauty salon customer. For the study, questionnaire surveys were conducted August 25 through September 30, 2013, with the customers in the state in the beauty salon treatment in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. The collected data of 305 copies were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and t-test, One way ANOVA. According to the study result, difference of service quality presented high value in male, over graduate school, single and has over three million won of monthly income. For relative quality difference, it was presented high value in male, over graduate school, and t the purpose of beauty salon visiting. In customer loyalty difference, over graduate school group presented high value, however over 50 years old, married, and homemaker presented low value. The result of switching barrier presented low value in female for attractiveness of alternatives, whereas over graduate school, two million to three million won monthly income group and over three million won monthly income group presented high value for switching cost. This study is considered to be helpful for minimizing the customer secession to the rival companies, by setting distinctive marketing strategy, quality increase, service manual development which are appropriate to the characteristics of major customers of beauty salon based on this study.

        강소기업의 지속성장을 위한 경영권 승계 철학

        본 사례연구는 창업으로 성공한 창업가(entrepreneur)의 경영권 승계에 대한 철학을 그의 사업 역정을 통하여 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 흔히 경영자(manager)의 눈에는 돈이 안 되는 문제부터 보이지만, 사업가(businessman)의 눈에는 돈이 되는 사업부터 보인다고 한다. 과연 우리나라에 창업 사업가로서 기업가 정신(entrepreneurship)을 잃지 않으면서 한편으로는 경영자로서 '創業보다 어렵다는 守成의 길'을 성공적으로 영위해 온 인물은 얼마나 되는가? 그리고 언젠가는 자신의 사업체를 누군가에게 물려줄 수밖에 없는 상황에서 경영권 승계는 과연 어떻게 이루어지고 있는가? 이에 대한 논의를 위해 본 사례는 코텍 이한구 회장과의 인터뷰를 바탕으로 사업가이자 최고경영자로서 사업과 인생에 대한 관점 및 그의 경영권 승계에 대한 철학을 분석함으로써 강소기업으로 성공한 창업가(entrepreneur)는 물론 대기업의 경영권 승계 관행에 대한 새로운 시사점을 던지고자 한다. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the philosophy of an entrepreneur (CEO and Chairman of Kortek) being appeared in the process of management succession. The 27 years history of a start-up firm introduced in this analysis maneuvered its challenging business based on Chairman Lee's business insights and philosophy since its foundation in 1987. Kortek, as a hidden champion, is the No. 1 in the field of Gaming Video Display Monitor delivering more than 70% of Video Slut Machines in the U.S. market. Compared to the ordinary managers who are in seeking of dysfunctions of daily management and operations, the founder and current CEO and Chairman Han-Gu Lee pursued to catch out the money-making businesses with his talented entrepreneurship. Despite of his unprecedent success as an industrial display monitor maker, recently he has been deliberately considered about the management succession scenarios for the vision of his cherished Kortek to keep as a sustainable company. In this case study, we analyzed the 3 scenarios being evaluated during more than 2 years by Chairman Lee. And as the result and performances after his decision to accept M&A with IDIS Holdings show a sustainable growth, we could extract strong implications not only for the Korean CEOs of hidden champions who have experiences as start-up founder but also other major companies being faced with such an agony in management succession.

        Ectopic thyroid gland is a defined as thyroid tissue located in a site other than its usual pre-tracheal location. Ultrasound examination, CT scan, thyroid scan, and thyroid iodine uptake test are all valuable modalities for a differential diagnosis. Although most of cases are asymptomatic, treatment is indicated when there are symptoms related to progressive growth of mass. This article reports a ectopic thyroid cyst in the anterior neck that was similar to deep neck infection accompanied by acute airway obstruction.

        4년제 대학생의 전공에 따른 미용실 이용행태 및 제품구매행동

        In this study, customers who use the hair salon with a four-year college students majoring between groups on the basis of the granular salon usage patterns and product purchase behavior by looking out the hairdresser to help students understand the characteristics provide basic data for that is the purpose. Data collection in Seoul with a four-year college students 206 questionnaires using SPSS 16.0 frequency analysis, cross-analysis, analysis of variance was performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, the survey 10-200000 won the under 21-year-old college student two were receiving an allowance. Second, determine the behavior of those surveyed used the salon results considering the price and visit the salon every 1-2 months to change the style of pump professionals who receive treatment with the introduction of a beauty salon and a hair salon in one place selection and mainly were attending. Third, according to the survey of the major results of this salon use pattern out there is a statistically significant difference was found. Fourth, according to the survey of the major results of this product out buying behavior partially there is no statistically significant difference was found. Through this study, the beautician recognized the importance of understanding the customer's characteristics and the transition to the customer based on this approach can be more efficient hope.

        미용실고객의 DiSC 행동유형에 따른 상담서비스만족도가 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

        The current beauty service industry already in quantitatively saturated condition has intense competition due to factors like larger scale and quantitative increase of beauty salons. Applying service marketing that can satisfy customers` various and high service desires might be the development direction of beauty industry, instead of excessive price competitions in the same field. This study aims to examine the influence of counseling service satisfaction in accordance with DiSC behavioral types on overall satisfaction and re visit intention, to research suitable counseling techniques and to bring in qualitative improvement of beauty service industry by creating high values based on customer satisfaction marketing. In the study results, all the DiSC behavioral types of the study subjects showed that counseling service satisfaction had positive influence on re-visit intention, and among them, i-type which is cheerful and fond of talking to people was the most influenced by it. It means that beauty service industry is changing from the past marketing focusing on beauty techniques to emotional and relational marketing. If we develop manuals of beauty counseling service for each behavioral type based on this study results and then apply them to the field of beauty service, it is considered to play an essential role to bring in qualitative improvement of marketing through customer satisfaction.

        The human birth and the origin of human are relevant to the myths. Korean history has its origins based on the unique Korean myths, called the Dan -Gun myths, as this myths contain critical information about the human history and how it has been changed. Each country and races belong to the different myths and gods (神) exists on the myths. Today' s fashion and cultures are influenced by European fashion and cu1ture in many ways. In the case of Europe, the history has evolved based on the myths from B.c.. Through the myths, we can understand the religion, culture, costume, hair styles and ornament in specific period not just the history of mankind. In this historical fact, myths have had a impact on basic elements of culture and fashion. The current culture can be inferred from the Greek and Roman myths, important historical documents in the study of mythology. Regarding hairstyles based on the Female Goddess' s features , appeared in the ancient myths of the goddess. This case study aims to Greek and Roman myths god' s costume and accessory etc. from 1997 to 2010. According to that period of hairstyle. Therefore, this study emphasizes on characteristics of ancient goddesses with notable hairstyles and provide basic data to the application on the current women' s hair styles.
