        4년제 대학생의 전공에 따른 미용실 이용행태 및 제품구매행동

        In this study, customers who use the hair salon with a four-year college students majoring between groups on the basis of the granular salon usage patterns and product purchase behavior by looking out the hairdresser to help students understand the characteristics provide basic data for that is the purpose. Data collection in Seoul with a four-year college students 206 questionnaires using SPSS 16.0 frequency analysis, cross-analysis, analysis of variance was performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, the survey 10-200000 won the under 21-year-old college student two were receiving an allowance. Second, determine the behavior of those surveyed used the salon results considering the price and visit the salon every 1-2 months to change the style of pump professionals who receive treatment with the introduction of a beauty salon and a hair salon in one place selection and mainly were attending. Third, according to the survey of the major results of this salon use pattern out there is a statistically significant difference was found. Fourth, according to the survey of the major results of this product out buying behavior partially there is no statistically significant difference was found. Through this study, the beautician recognized the importance of understanding the customer's characteristics and the transition to the customer based on this approach can be more efficient hope.

        연구논문 : 미용사의 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate an effect of social support on exhaustion with beauticians. Data was collected from Seoul and Gyeonggi Province beauticians with 240 questionnaires through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multipleregression analysis using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis program. And the following is the result. Firstly, most surveyees were unmarried women in 20``s with average 1million won to 2million won income and more college diploma. Secondly, as a result of investigating the level of social support, three elements, senior support, family support and co-worker support were drawn. Thirdly, as a result of investigating the level of exhaustion, four elements depersonalization, decreased personal accomplishment, emotional exhaustion and career doubt were drawn. Fourthly, The average value of social support and burnout is low compared to the social support appeared, there was correlation between the two variables. Fifthly, as a result of investigating an effect of social support on exhaustion, there were partial positive effect and negative effect. According to the conclusion, when there is a social support, it is thought that beauticians will have a positive thought on their own work, and enjoy positive relationships, smooth work performance and achievement. Also, they will finally have affects on their work and joy of life. In the future, it is hoped that there wil be a study of many variables such as organizational effectiveness, customer orientation, emotional labor, etc regarding social support.

        디자인 조형원리를 응용한 헤어 디자인 연구 - 헤어 커트 작품 제작을 중심으로 -

        In the modern society, as human being has the desire to decorate themselves by instinct, each person's individuality has been regarded as important, and people pursuit harmony from decorations they are wearing as a whole. As one of the elements of total fashion, hair designs are expanding their areas into plastic art modeling. It shows limitless potentials in expression because of unique characters as three dimensional structures. Differing from the style of pure art or architecture, hair designs are done directly on one's body and targeting people. Thus, as considering with design areas of fashion or architecture, it requires fundamental reviews of hair designs. While it has similarities with other plastic arts as head and face type have to be understood structurally, and those shall be embodied to the art, more studies on fundamental elements of hair designs and principles are required since there have not been enough studies on them so far. Thus, in this study, five pieces of hair design arts are completed by applying principles. In addition, it aims at acquiring knowledges of basic elements of designs and modeling principles and expand hair arts to our daily lives, not limiting it to hair arts or shows which are composed of too much artistic views. I hope this study contributes to development of hair design applicable to general customers.

        헤어살롱 종사자의 근무형태에 따른 근무환경 만족도

        By recognizing the hair salon employees' satisfaction on working environment according to the working types, this study purposed to suggest some improvements for them to work better workplace environment. For this purpose, the survey was conducted targeting some employees in hair salons located in Seoul and kyonggi province, and the 589 questionnaire copies were analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 statistical program. The analysis results are as follows. First, the demographic intypeation about the respondents showed that most respondents were single women in their 20s, and their income range was from 1 million to 2million won. Second, the working types of respondents showed that most respondents were staff working in franchised hair ships for about 10~12 hours every day with 4 duty-off days per month. Third, the respondents' satisfaction level on the working environment was somewhat lower than the moderate level. Fourth, their satisfaction on working environment according to demographic features showd there were some differences among groups in terms of age, marriage, monthly income, smoke amount, drinking frequency. Fifth, the respondents' satisfaction on the working environment showed there were some differences among groups in terms of hair salon type, the staff number, the salon location, their working period in current workplace, the hairdresser carrier, the position, the working type, the working hours, the average number of monthly holidays, and the wage type. As the research result, this study suggests following improvements for the better working environment. First, each hair salon needs some ways to shorten the working hours and to increase the number of duty-off days. Second, each hair salon should set some chances to promote the friendship among staff. Third, each hair salon should take more efforts to set the reservation culture in order to secure staffs suitable work amount and rest. Fourth, each hair salon should induce to create high additional values through more efficient customer management. Fifth, each hair salon needs to actively utilize the online media. Based on these improvements, this study hopes that the employees of hair salons work in better working environment, produce more satisfactory performance, and that the beauty industry will be more advanced.

        미용사의 여가활동 인지 유형에 따른 근무형태와 여가실태

        This study aims to present more efficient ways of leisure activities of hairdressers, to find out the type of work and leisure status according to the cognitive type of leisure activities of hairdressers. The survey was carried out for 235 questionnaires from hairdressers working in Seoul Province and analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 statistical program. Results are as follows: First, as the search result of demographic characteristics of research subjects, the most of them are unmarried women in their twenties with average monthly income of less than 1 million won (about $1,000) and academic background in or of junior college. Second, as the search result of research subjects' type of work, they were employees who work for hair salons more than a medium-sized with more than 6 staffs, working for 10 to 12 hours, the average day off holidays in a month were four the most. Third, as the search result of research subjects' level of cognitive of leisure activities, three factors have been identified for mentally stable, self-development and knowledge expansion. Fourth, as the search result of research subjects' cognitive type of leisure activities, they were classified into three groups: indifferents, self-development and emotional stability. Fifth, as the search result of research subjects' difference of type of work with the cognitive type of leisure activities, the results showed a significant difference in the average monthly income. Sixth, as the search result of research subjects' difference of leisure status with the cognitive type of leisure activities. According to the results of study, the cognitive type of leisure activities are as follows: First, induce the participation of indifferents to the leisure education program. Second, let the group of self-development have a chance to get some physical and mental rest with leisure. Third, let the group of emotional stability have a chance to utilize the opportunity of acquiring knowledge and education to promote the development of their own with leisure. Through this way, wishing all hairdressers enjoy a rewarding and efficient leisure for their better quality of life.

        미니멀리즘이 반영된 헤어스타일과 패션의 상관관계 분석

        In 1960’s, America went wild about the minimalism that pursued simplicity and consciousness. The enthusiasm has been continued till the late 20th and the early 21st centuries, and the minimalism has appeared in various fields such as hair-style, fashion, architecture, moulding, and the arts. The phenomenon seems to reflect humans' uncertainty towards social diversity and future, who began to look for something more stable, natural, and simple. The study will figure out the correlation between the recent hair-style and fashion, based on the minimalism presented in such fields. The study carries a significant meaning since it is able to offer basics and methods of academic research. Data for the study was collected from precedent thesis, related academic journals, and the Internet. As a result, it was found out that the minimalism played a role to reduce size, width, and color in fashion, while it simplified color and form in the area of hair-style. The common features of the two fields are a sense of simplicity, unification, and return. It also turned out that they were interdependent. Since minimalism has reflected the times and culture, if studies on the subject widely spread in our daily life are activated, it will be possible to predict the appearances of it in architecture, moulding, arts, and literature, not just in hair-style and fashion. Once the correlations between minimalism and the areas mentioned from the above are defined, it will surely position itself as a specific filed in the arts for 21st century.

        미용사의 이직요인 분석

        This study, the factors in the hairdresser's turnover from various angles in several previous studies by analyzing the importance of turnover relief system is aimed to refocus. For the purposes of this study related to turnover leading papers, journal articles related to Internet search and were used as research data. Specific details of the study and Turnover Study on cosmetology, cosmetology Study on the turnover, turnover of hairdressers in previous studies analyzing the factors affecting, and the results are as follows. Wage and relationships that have the greatest impact on the turnover showed that the work environment and job content, promotion was also affecting turnover. With these results in turnover for the five factors that affect the current status of the understanding and exploring the best improvement was found to be urgent. The turnover rate relief and long-service hair salon hairdresser in the new talent recruitment and training is expected to decrease in the cost of job details about the elements, yet comprehensive follow-up studies are expected to be true.

        건축물을 모티브로 한 펌 디자인 연구

        The natural human desire on Increase of awareness of beauty and improvement of quality of life is urging to develop design related fields. All things that human beings have created are related to a design and these designs are divided into various fields. Among them, hair design is the field to meet the needs regarding human personality and beauty and they have to be studied in many angles because a new hair style emerges every moment. There was leading research to bring a new hair design with the motive of natural organic and geometric forms in terms of Hair Design, but there was no leading research studied by perm design with the appearance of buildings. Thus, four works were produced with the characteristics of the exterior of buildings in this study and plan of these creative works is meaningful because it makes the study possible regarding perm pattern even with various kinds of materials and motifs when studying perm design related. The work made these results changes of thickness of the wave according to the change of Lot size in the same perm pattern and the change of location of volume according to change of perm pattern in the same Lot size and wave direction according to the winding direction. 1 want various perm patterns to be studied to fit the customer’s face shape practically. However, limitations of this study was that change of perm design could not be identified according to various cut types because work was made with only one cut form and 1 want perm design research should be performed according to various cut styles as a subsequent research.

        미용종사자의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향

        In today’s fast-changing society, as peoples’ quality of lives are improving and their drive for beauty increasing, the beauty industry must continuously adapt to the environment of the business management according to the currents of the time. Hence, it is necessary for the beauty industry to have beauty professionals capable of providing quality service and to implement effective management of such workforce. Accordingly, this study defines the concept of empowerment, job satisfaction, and service quality of beauty professionals and aims to provide basic data necessary for workforce management of beauty professionals and the establishment of beauty marketing strategies through an empirical investigation on how empowerment influences job satisfaction and service quality. According to the results from investigating the effects of empowerment on interpersonal satisfaction, work satisfaction, role self-esteem, satisfaction for welfare level and salary level, capacity factor showed a positive effect on all job satisfaction factors, whereas motivation factor showed a positive effect on interpersonal satisfaction, work satisfaction, role self-esteem, satisfaction for welfare level and job environment, but a negative effect on salary level alone. Examining the effects of empowerment on receiving customers, providing information, facilitating service, and confidence in service, results indicated that both capacity and motivation factors have positive effects on all service quality factors. As for the effects of job satisfaction on service quality, study results showed that job satisfaction factors have a positive effect on service quality factors. In conclusion, in order to respond to the changing environment in the management of beauty industry and to satisfy the diverse needs of the customers, it is necessary to implement effective workforce management that will make quality service a reality and to have the beauty professionals make efforts to improve their work skills to heighten their motivation and capacity for their job.

        심미적 욕구와 소비문화가 미용실 선택동기에 미치는 영향

        This study intends to suggest the marketing strategy plan based on the understanding of the elements that influence consumers` motivation of selecting a beauty shop by investigating the effect of esthetic desire and consumer culture on the motivation of selecting a beauty shop. To perform this study, 314 questionnaires were distributed from December 20, 2012 to January 27, 2013, targeting customers who use beauty shops located in Gyeonggi, Pocheon, Uijeongbu for practical survey, and final 294 sets were used as analysis data. Frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were implemented on the collected data by using SPSS 20.0 statistics program. The results according to study subjects of this study are as follows. First, to investigate demographic characteristics of research subjects, most of them are in the income around KRW 1,000,000∼2,000,000 monthly average and the housewives in their 40·s having high school diploma. Second, as the result of investigating the dimension of esthetic desire of research subjects, 5 elements, e.g. appearance improvement type, refreshing oneself type, change seeking type, emotion satisfaction type, and indifference type, were deducted. Third, as the result of investigating the dimension of consumer culture of research subjects, 3elements, e.g. conspicuous consumption, premeditated consumption, and economizing consumption were deducted. Fourth, as the result of investigating the motivation dimension of choosing a beauty shop on research subjects, 3 elements, e.g. shop environment, shop reputation were deducted. Fifth, as the result of investigating the effect of esthetic desire on the motivation of choosing a beauty shop, statistically meaningful affirmative effect appeared. Sixth, as the result of investigating the effect of consumer culture on the motivation of choosing a beauty shop, statistically meaningful affirmative effect appeared. Salon marketing strategies considering esthetic desire and consumer culture can be suggested as follows. First, in order to secure customers` parking convenience, it is necessary to build a business cooperative relationship with neighborhood business street which has a wide and pleasant parking space. Second, new customer creation can be expected through word of mouth effect by making distinct features in rest space. Third, it is necessary to establish a system to minimize customers` waiting time. These marketing strategies are considered to be able to secure advantages in customer acquisition, and it is hopeful that the research on the understanding of elements that influence the motivation of choosing a beauty shop are to be performed from various angles.
