5.2 GHz 대역에서 동작하는 기억 기능 특성을 갖는 궤환 회로를 이용한 변환 이득 저잡음 증폭기 설계

본 논문에서는 5.2 GHz에서 입력 신호의 크기에 따라 효율적으로 동작하는 저잡음 증폭기를 0.18 um CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계하였다. 제안된 회로는 궤환 회로와 2단 저잡음 증폭기로 구성되어 있으며, 궤환 회로의 경우 7개의 함수 블록으로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 변화되는 신호 전압을 감지하는 것과 이전 상태를 기억하는 저장 회로에 초점을 두어 불필요한 전력 소비를 제거하였다. 기억 기능 특성을 갖는 궤환 회로의 출력값을 이용하여 통제되는 저잡음 증폭기는 11.39 dB에서 22.74 dB까지 변하며, 최고 이득 모드일 때 잡음 지수가 최적화 되도록 설계되었다. 변환 저잡음 증폭기는 1.8 V의 공급 전압에 대해서 5.68~6.75 mW를 소비한다. This paper presents a novel gain control system composed of a feedback circuit, Two stage Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) using 0.18 um CMOS technology for 5.2 GHz. The feedback circuit consists of the seven function blocks: peak detector, comparator, ADC, IVE(Initial Voltage Elimination) circuit, switch, storage, and current controller. We focus on detecting signal and designing storage circuit that store the previous state. The power consumption of the feedback circuit in the system can be reduced without sacrificing the gain by inserting the storage circuit. The adaptive front-end system with the feedback circuit exhibits 11.39~22.74 dB gain, and has excellent noise performance at high gain mode. Variable gain LNA consumes 5.68~6.75 mW from a 1.8 V supply voltage.

In the sheaths for secondary tendons, generally, flexible PVC tubes are temporarily installed inside them to prevent water or cement mortar from leaking and protect the sheaths demage due to handling and pouring concrete. But using these PVC tubes for secondary sheath are cumbersome in installing and take additional construction cost. In this study, we developed new type of waterproof steel sheath in order to have the secondary sheath to be installed without the tube. And its performances were verified through modification of the section shapes and various tests

3차원 가상도시 모델에서 높이맵을 이용한 CNN 기반의 그림자 탐지방법

Recently, the use of real-world image data has been increasing to express realistic virtual environments in various application fields such as education, manufacturing, and construction. In particular, with increasing interest in digital twins like smart cities, realistic 3D urban models are being built using real-world images, such as aerial images. However, the captured aerial image includes shadows from the sun, and the 3D city model including the shadows has a problem of distorting and expressing information to the user. Many studies have been conducted to remove the shadow, but it is recognized as a challenging problem that is still difficult to solve. In this paper, we construct a virtual environment dataset including the height map of buildings using 3D spatial information provided by VWorld, and We propose a new shadow detection method using height map and deep learning. According to the experimental results, We can observed that the shadow detection error rate is reduced when using the height map. 최근 교육, 제조, 건설 등 다양한 응용 분야에서 사실적인 가상환경을 표현하기 위하여 실세계 영상데이터를 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 스마트 시티 등 디지털 트윈에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 항공 영상 등 실제 촬영한 영상을 이용하여 현실감 있는 3D 도시 모델을 구축하고 있다. 그러나, 촬영된 항공 영상에는 태양에 의한 그림자가 포함되어 있으며, 그림자가 포함된 3D 도시 모델은 사용자에게 정보를 왜곡시켜 표현하는 문제를 안고 있다. 그림자를 제거하기 위하여 그동안 많은 연구가 진행되었지만, 아직 까지 해결하기 어려운 도전적인 문제로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VWorld에서 제공하는 3차원 공간정보를 이용하여 건물의 높이맵을 포함한 가상환경 데이터 셋을 구축하고, 높이맵과 딥러닝을 이용한 새로운 그림자 탐지 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과에 의하면, 높이맵을 사용했을 때 기존 방법보다 그림자 탐지 에러율이 감소한 것을 확인할 수 있다.

이 연구는 최근 미국과 한국의 대선과정에서 중요한 쟁점으로 부각되고 있는 동영상UCC의 영향력과 정치적 함의를 검토하려는 탐색적 작업이다. 본 연구의 결과는 크게 세가지로 나눌 수 있다. 첫째, 미국과 한국의 인터넷 이용자들이 동영상 UCC를 많이 이용하고 있다는 것이다. 이는 UCC와 온라인 콘텐츠가 텍스트나 이미지 위주에서 점차 동영상 중심으로 전환되고 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, 미국의 2006년 중간선거와 2007년초 대선캠페인 과정에서 유투브와 같은 동영상 공유 사이트와 마이스페이스와 같은 사회네트워크 사이트들이 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 중간선거에서 알렌 상원의원의 ‘마카카’ 동영상, 번즈 상원의원의 ‘낮잠’ 동영상 등 몇가지 유투브 정치동영상이 선거결과에 결정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 평가받았다. 또한 최근 대선 캠페인에서 급부상하는 ‘오마바 신드롬’도 동영상 UCC를 비롯한 웹 2.0 기반의 인터넷 선거운동에 힘입은 바 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째. 2007년 대선을 앞두고 있는 한국에서도 대선주자들의 동영상UCC 활용 수준은 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 UCC에 대한 지나친 규제담론과 후보자 캠페인 중심의 편향적인 동영상 UCC 생산은 참여, 개방, 공유라는 UCC의 진정한 본질에는 크게 미치지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 한국과 미국에서 대선캠페인 과정에서 후보간 경쟁이 본격화됨에 띠라 동영상 UCC의 자유로운 이용과 생산이 활성화될 것으로 보인다. 그러나 동영상 UCC의 남용이 적절하게 통제되지 않을 경우 후보자와 유권자간의 대화적ㆍ소통적 매체로서 보다는 일방적이고 공격적인 네거티브 동영상의 확산으로 인해 사회정치적 통합을 약화시키거나 시민적 관여를 허약하게 만들 우려도 있다. This study is a search work to investigate political influences and its implications of video UCC(User Created Contents) in recent presidential campaigns of U.S. and Korea. This study can address three research questions and the findings as follows. First, internet users of the United States and Korea are using video UCC as a new type of online contents plentifully. It means that the usage patterns of the on - line contents and UCC from text or the photos are converted gradually with online videos. Second, election process and campaigns are importantly affected by video UCC from video sharing sites like YouTube and social network sites like MySpce in mid - term election and recent presidental campaigns. Especially, in the mid - term election, some political videos from YouTube like Senate Allen's 'Macaca' video and Senate Bums' 'naptime' video affected decisively several election results. In addition, this study explained that 'Obama Syndrome' in recent presidential campaigns is caused by web 2.0 based internet campaign including video vee and social network sites. Third, uses and productions of video vee are increaing among potential candidates of Korean presidential election in 2007, but over-regulatory discourse around vee or candidate-centric and partisan vee production mode tend to disregard the essential features of UCC(participation, openness, and sharing). Hereafter, as competitions between candidates is accelerated, free use and production of video vee among ordinary users will be increased. However, if not properly controlled misuses of video vee, it will be made dissemination of one-way negative video vee, so it weakens socio-political integration and civic engagement than functioning as dialogic and communicative media.
