Helicobacter pylori cagE 유전자 다형성이 위상피세포주에서 Interleukin-8 유도능에 미치는 영향

Helicobacter pylori infection is highly prevalent, as high as 2/3 of whole population infected, in Korea. H. pylori infection initiates inflammation by induction of interleukin-8 through type IV secretion of CagA. It was recently suggested that induction failure of IL-8 is not associated with defect in cag PAI but associated with cagE locus diversity. This study was designed to investigate ability of 11-8 in-duction according to sequence variation within the cagE gene, cagA TP motifs and vacA m-types in vitro study using AGS cell-line, and to evaluate its association with different clinical outcome. Seventy-four H. pylori stains were isolated from 23 patients with gastric cancer (Ca), 24 subjects with gastritis (G) and 27 patients with duodenal ulcer (Du) in Kangnam St. Mary's Hospital, Seoul, Korea. cagE gene diversity was confirmed by the PCR-RFLP methods with MboI/NlaIII and tyrosine phosphate motifs (TPMs) of cagA was determined TPM-A and C by using DdeI/Tsp5091 restriction enzyme and TPM-B was determend by Real time PCR the method of Owen et al. and IL-8 was measured by ELISA assay. IL-8 activity was positively detected in 59 among 74 strains $(79.7\%)$. IL-8 secretion was significantly increased in MboI A and MboI B type compared to MboI C type and in MboI/NlaIII A-C and B-C type than C-C type. 1L-8 activity was not associated with either the number or composition of cagA tyrosine phosphorylation motifs and vacA m-type. There was no significant difference in IL-8 activity among patient groups. cagE gene diversity is thought to be mainly associated with the induction of IL-8 in H. pylori infection. 한국에서 분리한 Helicobacter pylori 균주가 위암 세포주에서 IL-8를 유도하는 유도능을 관찰하고자 하였으며, 특히 4형 분비구조의 주요 구성체인 cagE 유전자의 다형성에 따라 IL-8 유도능의 차이 및 각 질환에서 분리한 균주에서의 차이가 있는지 검토하고자 하였다. 강남성모병원 내시경검사를 받은 환자들 중 H. pylori 감염 양성으로 확인된 위암 23명 $(31.0\%)$, 위염 24명$(32.6\%)$, 십이지장궤양27명$(36.4\%)$ 총 74명을 대상으로 하여 H. pylori를 분리한 후 PCR-RFLP방법을 이용하여 cagE 다형성을 확인하였으며, PCR 및 Real-time PCR을 이용하여 ragA TPMs를 결정하였다, 또한 분리된 균주를 위암세포주에 감염시켜 상등액을 취하여 ELISA방법으로 IL-8을 정량화 하였다. 전체 74개의 분리 균주 중 59개의 균주$(79.7\%)$에서 IL-8 유도능이 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, cagE 다형성 중에서 가장 높은 빈도로 관찰되는 형태는 MboI/NlaIII B-C, A-C 및 C-C 타입 이었으며, 이중 A-C와 B-C 형태가 C-C 형태에 비해 유의적으로 높은 IL-8 유도능을 나타냈다. 그러나 cagA TPMs의 분류 및 vacA m-아형 분류와 IL-8 유도능과는 연관성이 없었다. 비록 본 연구에서 cagE 다형성과 IL-8 유도능과 아주 밀접한 연관성이 나타나지는 않았지만 vacA m-아형이나 cagA TPMs 보다는 cagE 다형성이 IL-8 유도능과 연관성이 클 것으로 생각된다.

교사의 전문적학습공동체 실천에 관한 질적 메타분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze and synthesis primary qualitative research findings from across study reports to generate new and more generalizable knowledge about teachers’ implementation of professional learning communities. Based on eight qualitative reports, a qualitative meta-synthesis, specifically, the theory-generating meta-synthesis outlined by Finfgeld-Connett(2018), was used for conducting this study. As a strategy of analyzing primary data, memoing, both within-study memos and cross-study memos, were used. That led to six cohesive concepts about teachers’implementation of professional learning communities: voluntary participation, obligatory participation, authentic learning, unauthentic learning, community sustenance, community severance. The primary reports were read and repeatedly in terms of the six concepts explaining teachers implementation of professional learning communities. As a result, The five patterns between the concepts are found: a. voluntary participation-authentic learning-community sustenance, b. voluntary participation-authentic learning-community severance, c. obligatory participation-unauthentic learning-community severance, d. obligatory participation-authentic learning-community sustenance, e. obligatory participation-authentic learning-community severance. This finding suggest that teachers do not implement a education policy as policy makers intended and the factors that push teachers into the professional learning communities and severe the communities should be thoroughly considered. 본 연구는 교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 정책의 일환으로 시행되는 전문적학습공동체를 교사들이 어떻게 실천하고 있는지를 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 교사의 전문적학습공동체 실천 양상을 밝히기 위하여 전문적학습공동체에 관한 질적 연구 8편을 그 분석 대상으로 선정하였으며, 질적 메타분석의 연구 방법을 사용하였다. 질적 메타분석 방법 중 Finfgeld-Connett(2018)에서 제시한 이론생성 메타분석(Theory-generating meta-synthesis)을 사용하였으며, 이론 생성을 위하여 메모하기(memoing)전략을 사용하여 연구 내 메모(within-study memos)와 연구물 간 메모(cross-study memos)를 작성하였다. 그것을 바탕으로 교사의 전문적학습공동체 실천을 설명해주는 여섯 가지 함축적인 개념(자발적 가입, 비자발적 가입, 적극적 실천, 형식적 실천, 단절된 결과, 지속된 결과)을 도출하였다. 도출된 6가지 개념을 분석틀로 하여 개별 연구물들을 다 시 분석한 결과, 교사가 전문적학습공동체 정책을 어떻게 실천하는가를 설명해주는 여섯 가지 개념을 도출한 것에서 나아가, 교사가 전문적학습공동체를 실천하는 다섯 가지 패턴을 발견하였다. 교사들이 전문적학습공동체에 a. 자발적으로 가입하여 적극적으로 활동하며 공동체가 지속되는 패턴, b. 자발적으로 가입하여 적극적으로 활동하였으나, 공동체가 단절되는 패턴, c. 비자발적으로 가입하여 형식적으로 활동하다 공동체가 단절되는 패턴, d. 비자발적으로 가입하였으나 적극적으로 활동하며 공동체가 지속되는 패턴, e. 비자발적으로 가입하였으나 적극적으로 활동하였으며, 공동체가 단절되는 패턴으로 교사의 전문적학습공동체 실천에 대한 다섯 가지 패턴이 그것이다. 이 연구는 교사 내부에서 자생적으로 시작된 교사 학습 모임이 정책적으로 제도화되면서, 교사가 하향식의 전문적학습공동체 정책을 어떻게 실천하였는지를 함축적 개념을 통해 설명하였다는 것과, 개념 사이의 관계를 발견하여 교사의 전문적학습공동체 실천의 다섯 가지 패턴을 드러냈다는 것에 그 의미가 있다.

이주 어머니 (migrant mother)는 타자(他者)인가? - 아시아 이주 어머니의 자녀교육에 관한 현상학적 연구 -

역사적으로 이주민은 언제나 타자(也者)였다. 본 연구는 이주 후 시간이 경과하여 이주 어머니 (migrant mother)로서 자녀교육을 경험하고 있는 결혼이주여성이 정말 ‘타자가 맞는가?'라는 의문에서 시작되었다. 이 의문을 해결하기 위하여 이론적으로는 프랑스의 현상학자 사르트르의 타자에 대한 사유를, 방법론적으로는 이주 어머니를 타자로 보게 만드는 ‘몸'을 중심으로 이 몸 주체가 맺는 다양한 공간, 시간, 관계를 드러내는 반 매넌의 현상학적 질적 연구의 방법을 활용하였다. 이론과 방법을 관통한 현상학적 연구로 7 명의 아시아 이주 어머니를 면담한 결과, 이주 어머니는 정주민과의 시선 투쟁 관계에 들어선다는 의미에서, 타자로 존재한다는 결론을 내렸다. 정주민의 시선에 의해 대상으로 전락하지 않을 수 있었던 요인은 이주 어머니의 학력과 출신국의 위상으로 밝혀졌으며, 그 교차점들에서 다양한 자녀교육에 대한 입장들이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 선입견을 가지고 이주 어머니를 타자로 선규정한 선행 연구의 자연적 태도에서 현상학적 태도로의 변경을 통해 약자로서의 타자가 아닌, ‘동화에 저항하는 자'라는 의미의 타자인 이주 어머니를 드러냈다는 점에서 그 의미가 있다.

This study aimed to develop creative updos after investigating the symbolism of goddesses in Greek-Roman mythology and reinterpreting it in a creative manner. For this, five innovative updos were developed based on five goddesses: Hera, Persephone, Demeter, Flora, and Tethys. In Hera, the Queen of Olympus, voluminous hair was emphasized with large rolls. A green color, symbolizing an elegant and dignified peacock, was used, and a braiding technique was applied repeatedly. In Persephone, black and brown colors were adopted. To express the splendor of the Queen of the Underworld, a basket braiding technique was applied. In Demeter, the Goddess of Grain and Agriculture, voluminous rolls were created on the back of a mannequin head. At the nape, an ear of rice was created using a three-strand braiding technique. In Flora, the Goddess of Flowers and Spring, a floral coronet was expressed with diverse colors. In Tethys, the Goddess of the Sea, dark green and khaki colors, which symbolize the deep sea and seaweed, respectively, were used. To express top shell and wave shapes, a half-ring roll technique was adopted. This study attempted to enhance the formative value of hair design by connecting the ancient times with the modern era in a natural manner. It is expected that it could meet customer needs such as various esthetic personalities and uniqueness with more diverse options.

The Function of Dream Appeared in the Novel 『Guwangyan』 The purpose of this study is to see the function of dream through the dream described in the novel, Gu wang yan, and the summary of the contents is as following: First, the dream play the role of developing story centered on narration. Such a dream not only imply the forward developing stories but also play the role as catalyst evolved the story. Second, the dream play the role of expression in the aspects of character"s inner psychology. Through these facts it effects the appeared characters in the real world recognize the situations of their retributions persuasively. Third, the dream play the role of social edification through the comeuppance. Particularly, the work incorporates the writer"s sense of purpose which he enhance the moral and reform the confused secular custom by concentrated on the more retributions to the evil than those of the good. Fourth, the dream play the role as a means of evaluating historical characters. The writer estimates the characters in the history according to his own criteria. And also the writer partly shows his attitude toward the existing historical character such as the King Yung Rak who the writer obviously condemned and reprimanded the King"s unjustness of the regime usurpation by actively expression.

본 연구는 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동이 유아의 운동 능력과 창의적 신체표현능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울시 G구의 어린이집에 재원하는 만 5세 반유아 40명을 각각 실험집단 20명, 비교집단 20명으로 나누어 구성하였다. 실험집단은 8주간 주 2회씩 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동을 실시하였고, 비교집단은 동일한 그림책을 언어영역에 비치하여 유아들이 읽어볼 수 있도록 하였으며, 생활주제에 따른 일반적인 동작 활동을 실시하였다. 연구결과 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동은 유아의 운동 능력과 창의적 신체표현 능력에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동이 유아의 운동 능력과 창의적 신체표현능력에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 글 없는 그림책의 활용이 창의적 동작 활동에 효과적임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of creative motion activities using wordless picture books on children's movement abilities and creative physical expression abilities. In this study, 40 infants from daycare centers in Seoul were divided into an experimental group and a comparison group with 20 infants in each group. The experimental group used creative activities in wordless picture books twice a week for eight weeks, and the comparison group included the same activities in the worldless picture books in the language section for the children to read. This study shows that the use of wordless picture books makes a significant difference between a child's movement abilities and creative physical expression abilities. The results of this study suggest that creative motion activities using wordless picture books have a positive impact on movement abilities and creative physical expression abilities. These findings suggest that the creative motion activities using wordless picture books are effective as motion activities.
