        중소병원 대상 다제내성균 감염관리 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발 및 적용

        본 연구는 중소병원 간호사를 대상으로 다제내성균 감염관리 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하고 개발된 다제내성균 감염관리 시뮬레이션 교육 프로그램의 효과를 평가하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사 33명을 대상으로 시행한 단일군 전·후 실험설계연구이다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 대상자의 일반적 특성, 다제내성균 감염관리 지식과 수행도는 기술통계 분석하였고 프로그램 적용 전후 지식과 수행도의 차이는 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 시뮬레이션 프로그램 적용 후 간호사의 다제내성균 감염관리 지식(t=-10.764, p<.001)과 감염관리 수행도(t=-4.215, p<.001)가 통계적으로 유의하게 높아졌다. 의료기관 내 다제내성균 전파 차단 및 유행발생을 예방하기 위해 간호사의 감염관리 지식과 수행도 향상이 중요하므로 향후 다양한 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. This study was an attempt to develop a multidrug resistant organisms infection control simulation program for nurses at small and medium sized hospitals and to evaluate the effectiveness of said simulation program. This is a single-group, pre-post experimental design study conducted on 33 nurses working at small and medium sized hospitals. Data obtained were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program, along with the use of descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Regarding the results of the study, multdrug resistant organisms infecion control knowledge(t=-10.764, p<.001)and performance levels(t=-4.215, p<.001) of the nurses displayed statistically significant increases following application of the simulation program. There is a need for the development of more diversified simulation programs in the future since the improvement in the infection control knowledge and performance levels of nurses is important to block the spread of multidrug resistant organisms and prevent infection outbreak thereof with medical institutions.

        한일 회화 비교를 바탕으로 한 한국 화예 원형 발굴의 가이드라인 도출에 관한 연구

        It is the time when the modern interpretation is asked with the new understanding about the concern and the recognition of the traditional culture. Because some genres are dissolved and other genres are combined frequently, they are now replicated, borrowed each other, extended and reproduced. As a result, it is not easy to claim the tradition or the orthodoxy when mentioning a work of art. However if we don`t understand our tradition clearly, there`s no dissolution or no creation. In the Confucian Analects, as the old saying goes, Learning a new one from a old one leads to being a teacher. It means that we can create new learning or new arts with the understanding of our tradition. Whereupon, as the basic study to draw a guideline to discover the original form of traditional floral work, in this article, I made a comparison and considered the paintings of the Joseon dynasty period and Japanese paintings in the categories of paintings, i.e. the literary artist`s style, a genre painting and a floral painting and furthermore, analyzed the interrelationship between floral paintings. Based on this concept, I deduced aesthetic consciousness, formative beauty and ideas which are inherent in our traditional floral work, traced the original form of Korean paintings and probed the new possibility of interpretation about today`s modern floral work.

        화예작품에 있어 가벼움의 표현에 관한 연구

        산업사회를 거쳐 오늘날 정보화 시대가 도래하면서 물리적인 재화뿐만 아니라 정보와 이미지들도 넘쳐나고 있다. 그 어느 시대보다도 물질적 풍요로움을 맘껏 누리면서 사람들의 가치관이나 사유방식도 변하고 있다. 과거 역사적이고 시대적인 거대 담론보다는 일상의 사소한 것들에 의미를 두고 현재의 순간적인 즐거움을 추구한다. 이러한 사회문화 전반에 나타나는 가벼움은 일반적인 현상이 되었고 문화 예술이 되기에 너무나 가벼운 소재나 주제들도 예술의 제재로 차용된다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 가벼움의 의미에 대해 예술작품의 분석을 토대로 가벼움의 의미를 새롭게 조망하고 화예의 특수성을 매개로 가벼움의 의미를 화예작품으로 형상화하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 다음과 같은단계로 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 먼저 2장에서 가벼움의 의미를 고찰한뒤 ‘가벼움’의 관점에서 예술 작품과 이미지를 분석하여 외재적 측면의 물질적 개념에 의한 가벼움과 비물질적 개념에 의한 가벼움, 그리고 내재적인 은유로서의 의미론적인 가벼움 세 영역으로 나누어 기술하고자 한다. 물질적 개념에 의한 가벼움은 형태, 질료, 색채 등으로 세분화하여 볼 수 있다. 비물질적 개념에 의한 가벼움은 빛이나 소리, 바람, 그림자등의 현상적인 가벼움이나 가상공간처럼 물리적 무게가 없는 데서 포착되는 가벼움이다. 의미론적인 개념에 의한 가벼움은 기존의 고정관념, 체제, 사유에 대해 은유나 상징, 재해석 등으로부터 오는 가벼움이다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 3장에서는 가벼움의 개념을 화예에 적용, 화예작품으로 형상화하였다. 물질적 개념으로서의 가벼움은 옥수수의 껍질을 재료로 바람이란 형상으로 시각화되었으며, 비물질적 요소로는 빛과 그림자의 개념이 도입되었다. 의미론적인 개념으로서는 화예가 지닌 시간성의 은유, 본질과 표피의 유기적인 관계, 화예의 안과 밖의 경계에서 화예의 특수성 너머 화예의 또 다른 가벼움의 메타포를 탐구하고자 하였다. Having experienced the industrialized society and the generation of information technology, information and visual images as well as physical goods have been overflowing around us. We are leading our wealthier life than at any time in history, but looking at plummeting traditional values and an endorsement of the way of thinking instead. We tend to seek for the instant pleasures putting values to have to emphasis onto tiny matters rather than exploring for the real values for life our ancestors(common in West and East) studied seriously in the past. It has become a general phenomena, for instance, a sort of lightness so naively in our society and culture actually mostly, as a result of which any kinds of materials and subjects could be experimented by artists. Taking the opportunity of this study, I have focused onto the meaning of lightness with a new angle based on an analysis of existing art works, so my work is to figure the meaning of lightness throughout characterizing floral materials, and this study is going to be carried as follows accordingly. Firstly, in chapter 2, I have analysed three areas through three views of lightness ,i.e. lightness by materiality, lightness by non-materiality, and the semantic lightness. Lightness by material concept is split into shape, substance and colour. Lightness by non-material concept is captured from the lightness of phenomena such as light, sound, wind and shadow, or from some places where those are in weightless conditions like the virtual reality. Lightness by semantic concept comes from metaphor, symbol and reinterpretation of stereotype, system and thoughts. Based on the abovementioned research, in chapter 3, I have applied this concept of lightness to my floral works. Lightness by material concept is visualized as figuration of wind with cornhusk. For the non-material element, the concept of light and shadow are used. Lastly, for the semantic concept, I have tried to search the nature of time which I believe is very significant feature in floral works, the organic relations between surface and substance and more metaphor of lightness beyond character of floral materials.

        문화적 특징의 연구를 통한 한국 전통화예의 특성 도출 -한,일 간 회화, 건축, 복식의 비교 분석을 바탕으로-

        This study inferred the characteristics of the traditional floral art on the basis of universal features which are deducted from a culture with a viewpoint that floral art also shares its characteristics with other cultural areas in a broad sense. Especially, as it is impossible to exclude the influences of Japan to the Korean floral art in the modern times we need to distinguish the differences between the Japanese floral art and the Korean floral art and by the comparison and analysis of Korean and Japanese floral art on the basis of cultural comparison with the cultural perspective, I deducted the indigenous Korean thought. As to Korean cultural features, the concepts of abstractness, totality, intuition, dynamism, natural beauty and emotionality are drawn. And these features of Korean culture were just identified as characteristics of Korean traditional floral art. Through this study, I confirmed that there were some attitudes for a creation of floral art, approaching ways and the development phrase which are clearly distinguished from the Japanese floral art than anyone ever thought and I expect this study would be useful positively to other cultural study as well as the Korean and Japanese floral art.

      • 데니시 월리엄즈의 「욕망이라는 이름의 전차」에 나타난 구원 추구: 환상과 소외의 문제를 중심으로

        Tennessee Williams is the representative writer of American drama. He has had the credit of literary value and popularity and has been regarded as one of main writers in American drama. He is the representative play writer of Southern literature and there consistently appears the southern historic and cultural factors in his plays, Through the limited materials, the life of the South, he deeply dramatizes the universal matter, human alienation, He considers the absence of mutual communication and understanding as the fundamental cause of human alienation, Especially, in his early plays, Williams suggests that alienation be originated from the obsession over illusion. The early works of Williams mainly probes the matter of alienation though the life of fragile southern belles who are stuck in their own illusion and isolated from others and the society. In these works, the South is the foundation of illusion that main characters made. Main characters continually flee for peace and refuge against unfamiliar and merciless reality. They try to overcome the isolated situation through their imaginary world. Williams views their struggle against overcoming alienation as the pursuit of ``salvation``. For him, overcoming alienation is the same as the achievement of ``salvation`` which they consistently pursue. Through his early masterpiece A Streetcar Named Desire, the concept and the process of salvation have been researched. Thorough the life of heroin Blanche, the typical figure of isolated human, the possibility of overcoming alienation, that is the possibility of salvation has been examined. Especially, it has been studied how she is isolated from others and the society and finally from all the relationship by the illusion she is caught up. This study will show that Williams emphasizes human beings are searching for communication with others and salvation free from the isolated situation. In other words, Tennessee Williams has stressed that human beings are urgently searching for salvation. Through the life of Blanche, human beings` frustrated need for salvation is clearly presented. Also, the struggle over alienation is consistently examined in his further works from the view of human pursuit for salvation.

        어린이체험전시관에서 전시방법과 관람객 유인력의 상관성에 관한 연구

        오늘날 전시관들은 체험전시관의 개념으로 변화되고 있으며 어린이를 대상으로 한 전문전시관의 목적을 가진 문화공간들이 증가하고 있다. 특히 주5일 근무제 실시로 어린이를 포함한 가족단위의 어린이체험전시관 방문이 증가하고 있으며 다양한 연령층의 어린이에게 각자의 수준에 맞는 전시프로그램과 어린이와의 상호작용의 매개변수가 되는 전시방법의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 어린이체험전시관의 전시방법에 따른 관람시간, 이용인원수간의 상관성 분석에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 5∼11세 어린이 총 66명을 1:1 추적·관찰 조사하여 전시매체와 어린이관람행태코드를 결합한 총 11개 전시방법 분류에 기초하여 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 1) 전시관의 주제 및 전시프로그램에 따른 전시방법에 차이가 있었고, 모형을 패널/영상과 결합하여 오감체험, 조작하며 관찰하는 행태특성을 반영한 전시방법이 선호되고 있었다. 2) 전시방법과 관람시간에서 단일매체의 사용보다는 모형/영상의 결합유형, 패널/모형/영상의 결합유형으로 동적운동으로 체험할 때 높은 관람시간을 보였다. 3) 전시방법과 이용인원수에서 모형/영상의 결합유형과 패널/모형/영상의 결합유형으로 동적운동으로 체험할 때 관람객의 유인력을 높이고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 4) 관람시간과 이용인원수의 경우, 6개의 전시방법에서 유의미한 상관관계를 나타냈다. These days, exhibition spaces are shifting toward becoming experiencing exhibition halls, and the number of cultural spaces used as specialized exhibition halls aimed at catering to children is on the rise. Particularly, a growing number of children visitors accompanied by their families are gravitating toward children`s hands-on exhibition space after the adoption of the five-day work week system, and exhibition methods are gaining more importance as they enable the interaction between the exhibition programs customized to each age group and children visitors. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the exhibition methods at children`s hands-on exhibition halls correlate to visiting time and the number of visitors. 1 to 1 tracking and observing was conducted for 66 children aged from 5 to 11. The result was analyzed based on the classifications of 11 exhibition methods, which are the combinations of exhibition media and children`s visiting behavior. The findings are: 1) Exhibition methods vary according to the themes and programs of the exhibition halls, and the exhibition methods whereby models are combined with panels and visual images so that the exhibition methods can incorporate the behavioral characteristics such as experiencing through five senses, controlling and watching, are preferred. 2)When it comes to the exhibition method and visiting time, visitors tend to stay longer when they experience the combination of models and visual images, and that of panels, models and visual images, through dynamic movement, rather than when experiencing a single medium. 3)When it comes to the exhibition method and the number of visitors, when visitors experience the combination of models and visual images, and that of panels, models and visual images, through dynamic movement, the attraction power is enhanced. 4)When it comes to the visiting time and the number of visitors, six exhibition methods have been shown to have significant positive correlation.
