In the fast changing times, the main factors affecting hotel success are globalisation, technological developments, changes in customer preferences, differences in competition among hotels. Web sites have become important sources of promotion tools as the trade proportion of the Internet increases. The study focused on the uses of the web site to persuade and promote banquet events how can reach their potential customer's mind. Three evaluation criteria, user interface, variety of information and the presence or absence of an on-line reservation system were used and the contents of web sites were compared between hotels. The results of this study provide industry professionals with information with which they can build well-constructed and effective web sites.

Mega Event를 통한 지방자치단체의 관광브랜드가치 제고에 관한 연구

After the implementation of local autonomy system, the staging of hallmark and mega-events as increasingly important in the development of a tourist product centered on large cities. Almost local authorities have been paid attention to tourism events for the promotion of which increasing local finance and further development of local economy and society. Brand equity is highly recognized in advertising and marketing sectors, and is often mentioned as an urgent task in theoretical and practical aspects. However, the recent trend shows a conversion from the previous educational or theoretical attributes of brand equity to more practical and concrete ones on how to establish a strong brand equity. The purpose of the present study focused to enhance tourism brand equity of local authorities for local societies and economies by boosting and flourishing mega events.

현직교육 방안 모색을 위한 유아교사의 과학교육 경험 인식과 요구 탐색

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 과학교육 경험에 대한 인식과 이에 따른 요구를 알아보고 이를 기초로 유아교사의 과학교육을 위한 현직교육(in-service education) 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 본 연구는 서울시와 경기도에 소재하는 유치원과 어린이집 20개 기관에 근무하는 교사 55명을 경력별로 1-3년, 3-5년, 5년 이상으로 나누어 표적 집단 심층면담(Focused-group interview)을 하여 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 유아교사의 직전교육․유아교육기관․현직교육에서의 과학교육경험에 대한 인식과 요구를 범주화하여 분석하였으며, 이를 기초로 유아교사를 위한 현직교육의 내용, 교수방법과 운영 방식의 측면에서 현직교육의 방향을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결론으로 제시한 현직교육의 방안은 교육내용면에서 유아교사의 과학적 개념 이해, 유아에게 알맞은 과학 지식 및 교수법 재구성, 유아와 유아교사의 생활과의 관련성, 부모교육 운영에 관한 내용을 포함하고, 교수방법에 있어서는 교사들이 겪은 딜레마 일화, 시범 교사의 수업사례, 실제 체험 중심의 워크숍 활동을 포함하여 구성할 것과, 운영체제로는 이론과 실제를 겸비한 교수자, 실제 활동이 용이한 물리적 공간, 현장 활용이 쉬운 연수자료 제공, 교사 간 연결 네트워크 구성을 중심으로 진행할 것을 제안하였다.

중학생의 진로성숙도에 대한 가족건강성과 창의적 인성의 영향력

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation among family strength, creative personality, and career maturity. This subjects were the 508 middle school students living in Gwangju. Data was analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, cronbach's α, ANOVA, duncan test, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/PC 18.0 program. The major findings were as follows; First, the middle school students' family strengths, creative personality, and career maturity were higher than median(3.00). Second, career maturity showed significant difference according to all of family strength(family respect and affection, role sharing and problem solving, communication and family bonding, financial stability) and part of creative personality(self-conviction, perseverance/tenacity, openness of thinking, curiosity). Third, the middle school students' career maturity was influenced by self-confidence and humor. And the middle school students' career maturity was explained about 26% by these variables. The outcomes indicated that career maturity of middle school students is affected by creative personality. 본 연구는 청소년의 가족건강성, 창의적 인성이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 가족건강성과 창의적 인성 강화의 필요성에 대해 논의하고 청소년 진로성숙도에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 중등학교 진로지도에 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 가족건강성, 창의적 인성, 진로성숙도의 일반적인 경향을 살펴보면, 가족건강성은 재정적 안정 4.01, 가족존중 및 애정 3.80, 역할공유 및 문제해결력 3.55, 의사소통 및 유대감 3.42 순으로 중간값(3.00)보다 높게 나타났다. 창의적 인성은 자기확신 3.54, 사고의 개방성 3.46, 호기심 3.37, 유머감 3.06, 인내/끈기 3.00 순으로 중간값(3.00)보다 높거나 같았고, 진로성숙도도 3.33으로 중간값(3.00)보다 높았다. 둘째, 가족건강성 및 창의적 인성에 따른 진로성숙도의 차이를 살펴보면, 먼저 가족건강성에서는 모든 하위 영역인 가족존중 및 애정, 역할공유 및 문제해결력, 의사소통 및 유대감, 재정적 안정과 가족건강성 전체에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창의적 인성에서는 하위 영역인 자기 확신, 인내/끈기, 사고의 개방성, 호기심에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 창의적 인성 전체에서도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 가족건강성 및 창의적 인성이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보면 창의적 인성의 하위영역인 자기 확신이 가장 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났고, 다음으로 유머감이 영향을 미쳤다. 이들 변인들은 진로성숙도를 26% 설명해주고 있다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 살펴볼 때 중학생의 진로성숙도에는 창의적 인성의 영향력이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다.

박용래 시의 청각 이미지 연구 - 은유와 환유를 중심으로 -

In Park Yong-rae’s poetry, the “Yeoback” is the point where metaphors and metonymys are created. Park Yong-rae’s poetry presents multiple metaphor structure consisting of overlapping space-time and an auditory image. First, the past and present space-time overlaps metaphorically through the remembrance of the narrator(first metaphor). Next, images representing metaphorically overlaid space-time are metaphorically represented by auditory images (second metaphor). The emotion of the speaker resulting from the gap between overlaid space-time metaphorized(third metaphor) or depicted as an auditory image. Park Yong-rae’s poetry shows a predicative metonymy in which the expressions describing the subject are replaced on layer of syntax. As the characteristics of the image transferred, the existence resonates. The ringing of the auditory image is closely related to the resonance of existence. In the parallel structure of Park Yong-rae’s poetry, metonymic images form a metaphorical structure. Similarities are formed between images with different characteristics, as words are replaced based on semantic equivalence implied by repeated phrases. In this structure, as the auditory image switches to another image, the echo of the missing sound is visualized.The equivalence of the syntax also gives the characteristics of the visual image to the auditory image, auditory images are spatialized and visualized to form a scenery in the poem. 본 글은 박용래 시의 청각 이미지를 은유 및 환유의 효과를 중심으로 분석하고자 하였다. 박용래의 시에서 청각 이미지가 이루는 은유 및 환유의 관계는 어휘와 구문, 시⋅공간의 층위에서 다양하게 제시된다. 박용래의 시에는 청각 이미지와 시⋅공간이 맺는 은유의 양상들이 겹을 이루는 중층의 은유 구조가 발견된다. 먼저 화자의 회상을 통해 과거와 현재의 시⋅ 공간이 은유적으로 중첩된다(일차 은유). 다음으로 은유적으로 중첩된 두 시⋅ 공간을 표상하는 이미지들이 청각 이미지에 은유 된다(이차 은유). 이중의 은유가 이루어지는 과정을 통해 두 시⋅공간의 유사성과 차이성이 청각 이미지로 집약된다. 과거와 현재는 유사성에 의해 중첩되지만 좁힐 수 없는 간극을 내포한다. 중첩된 시⋅공간의 유사성은 과거를 재체험하는 화자의 경험을 조성하며, 차이성은 화자의 정서를 심화한다. 중첩된 시⋅공간의 간극에서 비롯된 화자의 정서적 반응은 청각 이미지로 은유되거나(삼차 은유) 표상된다. 이처럼 화자의정서가 중층의 은유 구조를 통해 청각 이미지로 응축되면서 감정의 절제 효과와함께 함축의 미를 보여주게 된다. 박용래의 시는 주어나 목적어 등의 어휘가 대체되는 일반적 환유의 양상을 포함하여, 주어를 수식하거나 서술하는 표현들이 통사구조의 층위에서 대체를 이루는 서술적 환유의 양상을 보여준다. 특정 시어를 서술하는 표현이 문맥의 전환을 이루어 다른 시어를 서술하는 표현을 대체하면서, 이미지의 특성이 전이되어 시적 대상들이 공명하는 효과를 만든다. 이러한 구조 속에 제시되는 청각 이미지의 울림은 존재의 공명과 밀접하게 연관되면서 시의 정조를 구성하게 된다. 또한 서술적 표현의 상호 전이에 의해 생성된 새로운 시적 표현이 청각 이미지를 구체화하면서 청각의 고유한 형상화 방식을 보여준다. 박용래 시의 병렬구조에서는 구문 층위에서 발생하는 은유와 시어 층위에서발생하는 환유가 결합하여, 환유 관계의 시어들이 은유 구조를 이루는 비유의효과가 발생한다. 반복되는 구문들이 내포하는 의미론적 등가성을 기저로 변주되는 시어들이 환유적으로 대체되면서, 상이한 특성을 지닌 이미지들 사이에서도 유사성이 형성되는 시적 효과가 발생한다. 이러한 구조 속에서 청각 이미지가 다른 이미지들로의 전환과 연쇄를 이루면서 사라진 소리의 여운이 시각적으로 형상화되거나, 청각 이미지의 특질이 침묵에 전이되어 여운이 형상화된다. 또한 구문의 등가성을 통해 시각 이미지의 특질이 청각 이미지에 동일하게 부여됨으로써, 청각 이미지가 장소성을 갖게 되고 실상(實相)을 지닌 것처럼 시각화되어 시의 전경을 구성하게 된다.
