Objectives:It has been reported that higher percentage of B cells react with monoclonal D8/17 antibody in patients with rheumatic fever, childhood onset obsessive-compulsive disorder, Tourette’ disorder, or prepubertal anorexia nervosa. The purpose of this study is to replicate the previous studies in a Korean young population with tic disorder and to identify any relationship between D8/17 and clinical symptoms. Methods:The binding of D8/17 to B cells was determined in patients with tic disorder (N=21) and healthy controls (N=9) by Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorter analysis. Results:In the sample examined by this study, the average percentage of B cells expressing D8/17 in tic disorder was 2.05%; healthy controls was 3.15%. No statistically significant differences were found in the mean percentages of D8/17 between the two groups. Conclusion:The expression of D8/17 in B cells was very low in this study. No subjects with tic disorder or healthy controls was above 12% in D8/17 positive proportion. Further studies, including higher number of patients and control group members, should be performed.

The purpose of this research is to find the fundamental data for the design and optimum operation condition for the disk atomization comparing the atomization characteristics of the modified straight vane type disk atomizer and the cup type atomizer widely used in the field of spray dry. First, the experimental comparison of the characteristics of Na₂SO₄ atomization has been carried out using the cup type disk atomizer and the three kinds of vane type atomization designed specially for the experiment. After the comparison of the experimental data of the Na₂SO₄ and raw milk have been conducted using vane type atomizer.<br/>

The joint systems have been mainly used overlap joints and mechanical fixation methods of sheet-membrane composite waterproofing methods on roof exposure waterproofing of structure. However, these methods have been frequently occurred damages at joints by contraction and thermal behavior of sheet. The area applied in this study is an exposed area of the rooftop, and stainless steel sheet was used in a preceding study to secure maximum specimen performance from tensile force, deformation and elastic force, where waterproofing sheets of a synthetic polymer system as an actual material for the complex waterproofing construction method were tested using identical conditions. Test pieces were divided into a total of 2 kinds consisting of a general form and a pierced form, and coating materials divided into a total of 2 kinds such as cross section coating and both side coating with application of 4 types in total including general form, general form, pierced form, pierced form. In this research, we find proper joint distance in butt joint of sheet-membrane composite waterproofing methods and select the stable joint type by tensile strength test at joints.

Recently, due to the advancement of buildings, finishing methods using stone are increasing. However, finishing methods are not standardized and rely on workers' arbitrary methods. In stone finishing, many building defects occur due to adhesion performance, so the adhesion performance of stones attached with epoxy is important. Therefore, in this study, the adhesion performance of stones attached with epoxy was evaluated by exposing them to various environments. As a result of the experiment, the test specimens exposed to thermal shock showed only 20% of the standard test specimens' adhesion performance, and the test specimens cured at high and low temperatures showed the standard test specimens. It was expressed in 65-80% of the test specimens. Therefore, the adhesion performance of stone using epoxy was found to be vulnerable to repeated harsh environments.
