        어머니의 양육태도가 중학생 자녀의 자기통제력과 분노표현 방법에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mother's parenting attitude on self-control ability and anger expression method of middle school students. The subjects of this study were 262 middle school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The measurement tools used in this study are questionnaire about mother 's parenting attitude, self-control ability, and anger expression method. The SPSS 21.0 program was used to analyze the relationships between the variables. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed. In addition, factor analysis was conducted to verify the validity of each measurement tool. The results of the analysis showed that mother's parenting attitude significantly affected three factors of self-control, self-oriented temperament, difficulty avoidance, and adventure challenging and all variables of anger expression methodsThese results suggest that it is very important to educate mothers widely by preparing a parent education program that guides mothers to better care for their children. And the mother should actively participate in a parent education program that helps to cope with various situations encountered when raising children. And in accordance with the guidelines set out in parent education, parents should continually strive to bring up their children consistently with interest, affection, and faith. 본 연구는 어머니의 양육태도가 중학생의 자기통제력과 분노표현 방법에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 한 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기도 소재 중학교 1학년 남녀 학생 262명이다. 연구에 사용된 측정 도구는 어머니의 양육태도, 자기통제력, 분노표현 방법이다. 이들 변인 사이의 관계 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 각 측정 도구의 타당성 검증을 위해 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 어머니의 양육태도는 자녀의 자기 통제력의 변인 중 ‘자기위주의 화기질’, ‘어려운 일 기피’, ‘모험 도전적’의 세 가지 요인과 분노표현 방법의 모든 변인에 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다. 이 결과를 보면 어머니가 자녀 양육을 좀 더 잘 하도록 안내하는 부모교육 프로그램을 마련하여 널리 어머니들에게 교육을 실시하는 것이 매우 필요하다. 그리고 어머니는 자녀를 양육할 때 마주치는 다양한 상황에 대처할 수 있게 도움을 주는 부모교육 프로그램에 능동적으로 참여해야 한다. 그리고 부모 교육에서 제시된 지침에 따라 부모는 관심, 애정, 믿음을 가지고 자녀를 일관성 있게 양육할 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력해야 한다.

        Therapeutic Effect of Oyaksungisan in Dogs with Facial Nerve Paralysis

        Herbal medicines are widely used to treat a variety of human diseases. However, therapeutic effect of herbal medicine on the canine facial nerve paralysis (FNP) has not been investigated. This study examined therapeutic effects of Oyaksungisan on the canine FNP. Ten dogs with the induced canine FNP were equally divided into the control and an herbal medicine-treated groups (5 dogs, Oyaksungisan-treated group), respectively. No treatment was given to the control group. In the Oyaksungisan-treated group, Oyaksungisan was administered orally, twice per day for 2 weeks (50 mg/kg) after inducing FNP. Significant differences in the clinical scores were detected between the Oyaksungisantreated and control groups on day 14 (p < 0.05). The serum creatine kinase (CK) activities in the Oyaksungisan-treated group showed a tendency to decrease but there was no significant difference compared with those of the control group. In conclusion, Oyaksungisan was effective for the induced canine FNP.

        A study of moden literature made us a structural survey which studies the very unit of Works or niveaux closely .Russian formalism, French critique, and the new criticism of England and America also showed us a systematic relation to the elements of works in a structural viewpoint. Formalism which specializes in literary characteristics themselves tells us a scientific approaching method, in this thesis I was obliged to describe the background of formalism, the appearance and meaning of formalism, and the study and prospect of formalism at the need of reconsidering Russian formalism. It must be considered that the formalists' concern inclined to concrete texts has not been weakened in the Czechoslovakian and Russian structuralists' literary works. Especially, they promoted a general concept of literary form to a concept of literary technique and understood it as a concept of literary technique. But it was their faults, and the structuralists' faults must be examined with the formalists' faults, too. Then we can expect that they will be developed steadily as a principle of new method. We should notice here that the worldwide philosophy, religion, society, and literature contain the theory of structuralism, in other words, we must know the theory of structuralism originated in Russian formalism.

        The superior cervical sympathetic ganglion of the adult male Sprague- Dawley rats were observed electron microscopically using the routine method, Ca^(++) - ATPase and Na^(+) - K^(+) ATPase ultrocytochemistry and tannic acid ringer incubation method. The results obtained were as followings. The ganglion cells of the superior cervical ganglion appeared to be two types in urethane-anesthetized, 3% giutaraldehyde-fixed animals, One type was larger in size and had lightly stained cytoplasm. The other type was smaller in size and had darkly stained cytoplasm. In other cases, both types of cells were stained lightly. The surfaces of the ganglion cell bodies and processes were covered with thin processes of the satellite cells except small areas where synapses occurred. In some areas, the processes of the satellite cells were present in several layers. The parts of the ganglion cell bodies where the processes arised had more dense materials in the cytoplasm which extended into the ganglion cell processes. The intercellular spaces between the ganglion cells and the satellite cell processes were filled with dense amorphous materials with similar densities to those in the ganglion cell bodies and processes. Their density showed decreasing ~ tendency from the inner narrower intercellular space to the wider spaces. And, the darkly stained cell processes was invading deep into the ganglion cell body with several layers of satellite cell coverings. The cytoplasm of the satellite cells was stained more darkly than that of the ganglion cells. Some omega figures containing darkly stained materials that was thought indicative of the endocytotic processes were present in some areas of the plasmalemma. The reaction products of Ca^(++)-ATPase were present along the outer surface of the piasmalemma of both ganglion cells and satellite cells. Almost all intracellular organelles were negative for Ca^(++)-ATPase except intermediate reactions in the tubular agranular endoplasmic reticulum of the ganglion cells. These tubular structures were opened directly to the surface of the ganglion cells. Some satellite cells showed widely spread reactivity throughout the cytoplasm. Na^(+)-K^(-) ATPase reactivity was also present along the plasmalemma of ganglion cells and satellite cells but the reaction was weaker than that of Ca^(++)-ATPase. Agranular endoplasmic reticulum of the both cells had reaction products in their cisternae. Some weak reactions were recognized in the Golgi complex. Mitochondria in the ganglion cell bodies and satellite cell showed no evidences of enzyme reaction, but those in the distal parts of the ganglion cell processes had reaction products between the inner and outer membranes. Synaptic vesicles were generally free of reactions, however in cases where the reactions occurred all the clear vesicles, but no dense cored vesicles, showed positive reactions. Nuclei of some satellite cells showed strong Na^(+)-K^(+) ATPase activities. The secretory materials reacted with tannic acid appeared in the intercellular spaces between Lhe ganglion cells and satellite cells. Some tubular agranular endoplasmic reticulum of the ganglion cell body contained dense materials. This may mean that these tubules are connected to the exterior of the cells. In conclusion, we thought that there must be some mechanisms to secrete materials which use tubular endoplasmic reticulum instead of secretory vesicles or to transport materials through the plasmalemma directly. Ca^(++)-ATPase may play some roles in the above processes, but Na^(+)-K^(+) ATPase may be involved in the recruitment of secretory materials after the depolarization or the secretion had had occured. Multi-layered satellite cell processes may play important roles in the regulation of the gacglion cell functions.
