        유아의 강점리터러시 증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 부모의 요구도 분석 연구

        This study aims to analyze parents’needs for development of a child strengths-literacy enhancement program. It was conducted by survey questionnaire, and respondents were 197 parents. Frequency analysis, paired t-test, Borich needs assessment formula, and Locus for Focus model were used. The findings are as follows. First, parents recognize that the children’s strengths are important in the children’s life, and that strengths can be enhanced and influence a happy life. Second, parents responded that the child strengths-literacy program for children to build happiness and capacity. And parents wanted parental involvement classes once a week to connect with the family. Third, Borich needs assessment formula and Locus for Focus model showed that self-regulation, relationship, courtesy, honesty and gratitude should be included in the child strengths-literacy enhancement program. It is necessary to reinforce the connection with the family by actively reflecting the results of this study in the development of a program to promote strengths-literacy for children. 본 연구는 유아의 강점리터러시 증진 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 부모의 요구를 분석하고자 하였다. 부모 197명을 대상으로 설문지를 활용하여 유아의 강점에 관한 중요도와 실행도, 유아의 강점리터러시 증진 프로그램에 대한 인식과 요구를 조사하여 양적 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램과 Excel 2016 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 대응표본 t-검증, Borich 요구도 그리고 The Locus for Focus 모델 유형을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 부모는 유아의 강점이 유아의 삶에서 중요하며, 강점은 증진될 수 있으며 행복한 삶에 영향을 미친다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 부모는 유아의 강점리터러시 증진 프로그램이 유아의 행복과 역량 함양을 위해 필요하며, 가정과의 연계는 주 1회의 부모참여 수업을 원하였다. 셋째, 프로그램 개발 시 증진 요구도가 가장 높은 유아강점은 자기조절, 관계성, 탄력성, 예절, 진실성, 감사로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 유아의 강점리터러시 증진 프로그램 개발에 적극적으로 반영하여 가정과의 연계를 강화할 필요가 있다.

        Effects of tranexamic acid on the activity of glutamate transporter EAAT3

        Background: Tranexamic acid (TXA) is the most widely used hemostatic agent in surgical patients. However, when used in a high dose, it could cause a seizure in the postoperative period. The exact effector mechanism behind the seizure triggering remains unknown. Therefore, the authors investigated the effects of TXA on the activity of glutamate transporter type 3 (excitatory amino acid transporter 3; EAAT3), which is the main neuronal glutamate transporter type. Methods: EAAT3 was expressed in Xenopus laevis oocytes through mRNA injection. Oocytes were incubated with diluted tranexamic acid for 72 h. Two-electrode voltage clamping was used to measure membrane currents before, during, and after applying 30 M L-glutamate. Responses were quantified by integrating the current traces and reported in microcoulombs (C). Results were presented as mean  SEM.Results: TXA (30 to 1,000 M) significantly decreased EAAT3 activity. Our kinetic study showed that Vmax was significantly decreased in the TXA group compared with the control group (1.1  0.1 vs. 1.4  0.1 C, n = 18–23, P = 0.043), but the Km did not significantly change (12.7  3.9 M for TXA vs. 12.8  3.8 for control, n = 18–23, P = 0.986).Conclusions: Our results suggest that TXA attenuates EAAT3 activity, which may explain its proconvulsant effect.

        가이바라 에키켄(貝原益軒)의 교육사상에 관한 연구

        The educator and philosopher Kaibara Ekiken, has long been seen as a model for the intellectuals of the Edo period. He is regarded as the progenitor of modern education in Japan and is seen in Japan in a similar light as Aristotle. In this study, the social situation of the Edo period, the life of Ekiken, and his book Wazokudozikun were comprehensively analyzed to find out about the educational thought process of Ekiken and the resulting social effects. As a result, conclusions were drawn about the educational period, content, and method of education that Ekiken was aiming for. By paying attention to the importance of early childhood in the 'human formation', he tried to awaken young children through a process of 'education without teaching' as well as impacting the beginning and end of things as early as possible. It is speculated that Ekiken's educational ideas influenced not only the ruling class of warriors, but also the education of the merchant class. In particular, it is likely that it had a significant impact on the establishment of Terakoya, (the basic educational institution of merchants), as well as the education without teaching of Detchi Bonggong. This research paper will show that, Ekiken should be evaluated as a “master of the early modern period of education in Japan” rather than as the “beginning of the modern education period in Japan.” 가이바라 에키켄(貝原益軒)은 일본 근대교육학의 개조 혹은 일본의 아리스토텔레스라 평가받는 에도시대 지식인의 표본이었다. 이에 본고에서는 에도시대의 특수한 사회상과 에키켄의 생애, 그리고 그의 교수법 관련 저작물인 화속동자훈 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 에키켄의 교육사상 및 영향에 대해 구명하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 에키켄이 추구했던 교육시기와 교육내용, 그리고 교육방식에 대한 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 그는 ‘인간형성’에 있어 유아기의 중요성에 착목함으로써 교육시기에 있어서는 ‘미리’하는 조기교육을, 조기교육의 내용면에 있어서는 ‘시쓰케’의 ‘격물치지’를, 교육방식 면에서는 부모의 간섭을 최소화하는 ‘가르치지 않는 교육’을 지향했던 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 에키켄의 교육사상은 지배계급인 무사계급뿐만 아니라 상공인 계층의 교육에도 영향을 미친 것으로 추측되며 특히 상공인들의 기초교육기관인 ‘데라코야’의 성립과 ‘뎃치봉공’의 가르치지 않는 교육방식에 상당 부분 영향을 주었을 가능성을 배제할 수 없다. 그러므로 에키켄은 기존의 ‘일본 근대교육의 개조’라는 평가보다는 ‘일본 근세교육의 집대성자’로 평가받아야 할 것이다.

        냉요법이 산모의 회음부 불편감 및 치유상태에 미치는 영향

        A quasi-experiment, repeated measures design with non-equivalent control group was used to test the influence of cold therapy on the perineal discomfort and the healing state of the postpartum women undergoing vaginal delivery with episiotomy. Experiment was carried out from July 28, through October 2, 1996 with 40 postpartum women conveniently sampled from one university hospital located in Seoul. The 40 postpartum women undergoing vaginal delivery with episiotomy were as signed to experimental and control groups evenly (20 each). The instrument for measurement of perineal discomfort was 0-10 rating scale that was made by researcher and that of perineal healing state was Davidson's REEDA tool. The perineal discomfort and the healing state level were measured before and after each treatment. The treatment using ice glove that was given for the only experimental group was carried out at three points ; as soon as returning to the recovery room, 3 hours after returning to the recovery room and 6 hours after returning to the recovery room. The data was analyzed by using t-test, chi-square test to determine the similarity between experimental and control groups. The hypotheses were tested using repeated measures ANOVA. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1. The first hypothesis that the perineal discomfort level of the experimental group will be significantly lower than that of the control group(df(1,38), F=24.12, p=.0001) was supported. 2. The second hypothesis that the perineal healing state of the experimental group will be better than that of the control group(df(1,38), F=0.48, p=.49)was not supported. Based on the results of this study, cold therapy was turned out to have significant effect on the perineal discomfort of the postpartum women undergoing vaginal delivery with episiotomy.
